This study aims to (1) analyze the level of income and (2) analyze the factors that influence the level of household welfare of cassava farmers. The study was conducted in Gunung Agung Village, Terusan Nunyai District, Central Lampung Regency with a survey method. The sample of farmers 78 respondents was taken by proportional stratified simple random sampling. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive methods include income analysis, welfare level analysis according to BPS and Sayogyo, and using a binary logit model. The results show that the source of household income of cassava farmers is increasingly diverse and leads to off and non-farm activities. Revenue from cassava farming has decreased but is still dominant. Based on BPS and Sayogyo criteria, most cassava farming households are in a decent and prosperous life group. The factors that influence the level of welfare of cassava farmers are the amount of work, cassava farming experience, and household income.

This study was aimed at analyzing the performance of agricultural instructors, participation and community satisfaction in agricultural extension activities in Kotagajah District, Central Lampung Regency. The study used a qualitative research approach. The method used in this field survey was the survey method. The results of the study provided information that the performance of agricultural extension workers as facilitators in Kotagajah District, Central Lampung Regency was good. The instructor had helped poktan (agricultural group) members to get good saprotan (agricultural equipment) and working capital, had helped members to attend training held by government / private institutions, had helped groups collaborate with government agencies or agriculture services, had helped groups collaborate with other farmer groups, and had helped groups in compiling work programs and designs for quality improvement in agriculture. Evaluation on the instructor performance has found that the agricultural instructors used material the suited the farmers need, mastered good technical and practical knowledge when delivering teaching materials, were able to manage internal and external communication with farmers, conveyed information about the importance of agricultural groups and joining the groups, responded to complaints and problems of farmers, and facilitated farmers' problems. Community participation in agricultural extension programs organized by the agricultural instructors consisted of several activities such as: being active in farmer groups, farmers joining farmer groups, farmers giving advice on the development of farmer groups, and farmers proposing extension activities. The community in general was quite satisfied with the performance of agricultural extension instructors in Kotagajah District, Central Lampung Regency. The success of extension activities is influenced by the participation of target farmers. In addition to participation, farmer satisfaction with extension performance will be related to extension of sustainability in the future. This study aims to analyze the participation and satisfaction of farmers on the performance of agricultural extension workers in Palas District, South Lampung Regency. The study was conducted in the extension work area of Palas Tang District which is an agricultural center, especially lowland rice in South Lampung Regency. The study was conducted from May to June 2019. Data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses a Likert scale. The results of the study provide a picture that the participation of farmers in agricultural extension activities in the District of Palas is at a fairly high level. Make farmers active in farmer groups and propose extension activities by 56 percent, and farmer involvement in giving advice on the development of farmer groups with a percentage of 78 percent. All farmers join to become members of farmer groups without coercion from extension workers or other parties. In general, farmers' satisfaction with extension performance is quite satisfied. Of the nine indicators, farmers' satisfaction with mass movements in their work areas is the lowest. Farmers are satisfied with the way the agriculture instructor communicates. Farmers are satisfied with the way the instructor communicates and assesses extension activities as having a good impact on agricultural extension activities.

This study aims to analyze stakeholder perceptions of the development of the Ramaksa Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) on the Sungai Langka. This research is descriptive with data collection done qualitatively using in-depth interview guidelines then analyzed content (content analysis). The study was conducted at the Bumdes Ramaksa in Sungai Langka Village, Gedong Tataan Subdistrict, Pesawaran District. The technique of determining informants used purposive sampling technique. The research subjects were stakeholders, namely the Head of the Sungai Langka, operational implementers and two people from Sungai Langka. The research was conducted in November 2018. The focus of this research was the existence of Bumdes, the contribution of the Bumdes in strengthening the economy and village development as well as stakeholder perceptions of the development of the Bumdes Ramaksa in the Sungai Langka. The results showed that the business units run by the Bumdes Ramaksa included drinking water refill management business units, microfinance institutions, livestock, and Izaura drinking water sub-agents. The selection of this business unit is based on the resources and potential in the Sungai Langka. The business entity owned by the village of Ramaksa was formed based on the principle of benefits and improving the welfare of the village community. Stakeholder perceptions of the development of the Bumdes Ramaksa are viewed from four aspects, namely economic, ecological, social and institutional aspects. Of the four aspects assessed, the Bumdes Ramaksa has been classified as good. According to the informant, the Bumdes program as an implementation of the community empowerment program seeks to create growth in the field of people's economy and equitable welfare through the expansion of business opportunities for small-scale business people as measured by increased income.

This study aims to identify and formulate the needs of community around the PT PLN Katibung Sub District in South Lampung District on CSR program. The research was conducted in the Gotong Royong, Mataram, Sukamaju, and KampungBaru villages of Katibung Sub District, South Lampung District as the locations of implementing CSR programs by PT PLN. The number of 84 respondents was taken using proportional random sampling. The analysis methods were quantitative and descriptive qualitative analysis. The Results showed that: The needs of community around PT PLN included: 1) economy: developing the potential of the village to increase economic activities such as the potential for volcanic rocks in Gotong Royong and Kampung Baru, marine and tourism potential in Sukamaju, and the potential of using fly ash in the Mataram, 2) social: public health improvement programs either through the establishment of free medical check up or health infrastructure as ‘Puskesdus’in four villages around PT PLN, 3)environmental: sanitation improvement program by widening and deepening gutter of PT PLN to anticipate flood because of runoff in the Gotong Royong, Mataram, Sukamaju, and Kampung Baru villages. The conflict of forest management in Indonesia is increasing. Forest management conflicts often caused by legal pluralism between government and society. This study aims to describe the land conflicts between Melayu tribe community with government and communal land release process in Melayu tribe in Dharmasraya Forest Management Unit ( MU). Research method Production PF was using descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted in FMU in Nagari Bonjol, Koto Besar Dharmasraya Regency. results showed that 1) Agrarian conflict in FMU Dharmasraya between community and the government occured due to the recognition of legal pluralism in the forest, and 2) Communal land release occured through the buying and selling which controlled by Datuak process of are customary authorities. Evidence of trading activities the issuance of "alas hak" as a sign that the communal land are controlled by has been sold. The of trading activities of communal land were communal land and the high public interest to increase due to low prices of plant in communal land owned by Melayu tribe. Some strategies are required to maintain the function of forests in PFMU that has been acquired by local communit without local communities who depend on forestsy neglecting.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND BRANDING OF FISHERY PRODUCTS OF ECONOMIC VALUE IN PAGELARAN SUBDISTRICT, PRINGSEWU REGENCY. Fish processors in Pagelaran District, Pringsewu, are mostly still running on simple businesses. processing fish from their parents’ tradition, so that they have ability to run a processed fish business. Processors have not been able to produce a variety of processed products, the processing group has not been able to carry out business management properly, their lack on knowledge to understand the dynamics in the group, and still low in the utilization of information technology in online marketing. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct Community Service activities (PKM) to increase the income and welfare of members of the processing group. The main problem of fish processing capacity development is because of low knowledge and skills of the community related to more modern processed technology, business management, and information technology, especially online marketing. The dedication aims to help increase the capacity of fish processing in optimizing processed fish business as a source of income. In the service will be carried out mentoring in fish processing activities with product variations, business management such as bookkeeping, and information technology. The empowerment target that will be carried out is to increase the knowledge and skills of fish processors about the quality of processed products, about business management analysis, the importance of group dynamics for the development of fish processing groups, and related to online marketing information technology is still low members of the Erwina Fish Processing Group and has not certified products.

Climate change has caused production declines and crop failures in some agricultural commodities. This study aims to identify the level of knowledge, adaptation practices, and types of protective trees used by coffee farmers in dealing with climate change. The research was carried out in Rigis Jaya Village, West Lampung District from May to July 2021. The number of respondents was 80 coffee farming households. Respondents were determined through a simple random sampling approach. The data collected consists of qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection was carried out through the survey method. The results of the study illustrate that coffee farmers have realized that climate change has occurred. 60% of coffee farmers are aware of climate change in the last 1-5 years and 20% of coffee farmers are more than 5 years old. From mitigation practices, 25% of coffee farmers mitigate climate change. Climate change mitigation practices carried out by farmers are through the use of superior coffee varieties, planting shade trees, setting coffee spacing, making vents, and utilizing the remaining coffee husks to increase soil fertility and moisture. There are 14 types of shade trees planted by farmers consisting of legumes and non-legume trees. Petai (Parkia speciosa) is the most widely planted shade tree in coffee plantations with 45% of the total respondents.

Provinsi Lampung mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai produsen ikan terbesar di Indonesia, baik perikanan air tawar, air payau (tambak udang dan bandeng), maupun air laut. Akan tetapi, angka konsumsi ikan Provinsi Lampung masih berada di bawah rata-rata nasional. Walaupun begitu, angka konsumsi yang masih terbilang rendah itu cukup menjadi bukti bahwa konsumsi ikan di Provinsi Lampung memiliki prospek yang baik dan menjanjikan bagi produsen ikan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses diseminasi informasi sistem akuaponik, mengidentifikasi masyarakat sasaran kegiatan inkubasi, merumuskan metode/model sistem inkubasi melalui proses diseminasi informasi sistem akuaponik, melaksanakan sosialisasi metode/model sistem inkubasi melalui proses diseminasi, mengembangkan pabrik percontohan (pilot plant) kegiatan inkubasi melalui diseminasi, dan mengidentifikasi nilai tambah proses diseminasi informasi sistem akuaponik bagi pembudi daya ikan air tawar. Analisis data pada kajian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, analisis SWOT, dan analisis kelayakan finansial. Waktu penelitian ini dimulai dari waktu inkubasi itu sendiri. Title: Dissemination of Aquaponics System as Freshwater Fish Cultivation Income Alternatives in Central Lampung RegencyLampung Province has enormous potential to be developed as the largest fish producer in Indonesia, both freshwater fisheries, brackish water (shrimp and milkfish ponds) and marine fisheries. However, the fish consumption rate of Lampung Province is still below the national average. However, the consumption rate which is still relatively low enough is to prove that fish consumption in Lampung Province has good and promising prospects for fish producers. This study aims to examine the process of dissemination of system information, identify the target community of incubation activities, formulate methods/models of incubation system, carry out socialization of incubation method/models through the diseemination process, develop pilot plants for incubation activitis through dissemination process and identify the added value of the aquaponic system information throuh dissemination process for freshwater fish farmers. Data analysis in this study was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis methods, SWOT analysis and financial feasibility analysis. This study time starts from the incubation time itself.

Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) KWT Bunda Jaya Bunda Jaya Pekon Enggalrejo, Kecamatan Adiluwih Kabupaten Pringsewu dalam mengoptimalkan usaha perikanan air tawar sebagai sumber pendapatan alternatif. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan dilakuakan pelatihan dan pendampingan udidaya ikan lele menggunakan teknik bioflok. Target pemberdayaan yang akan dilakukan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KWT Bunda Jaya tentang budiaya perikanan air tawar melalui teknik bioflok, meningatkan kapasitas SDM KWT Bunda Jaya dalam berwirausaha dan terciptanya sumber pendapatan alternatif anggota dan pengurus KWT Bunda Jaya dalam jangka panjang. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kegiatan budidaya ikan lele dengan teknologi bioflok di Pekon KWT Bunda Jaya Pekon Enggalrejo Kecamatan Adiluwih Pringsewu dilakukan melalui pemberian bantuan 1 kolam terpal berdiameter 2 meter, bibit ikan lele, pakan, obat-obatan, prebiotic dan kebutuhan lain untuk budidaya ikan lele dengan sistem bioflok selama satu siklus budidaya. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan anggota KWT Bunda Jaya pasca pengabdian/penyuluhan yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan mengenai ikan lele dengan teknologi bioflok yang meningkat dari 18,79% menjadi 90,30%. Tingkat pengetahuan anggota KWT mengenai kualitas air budidaya dengan teknologi bioflok meningkat signifikan dari 21,43% ke 92,00%. Tingkat pengetahuan anggota KWT mengenai pemberian pakan, pakan alternative, dan penyakit meningkat dari 16,30% menjadi 87,69%. Saat ini budidaya ikan melalui kolam bioflok terus berjalan dan usia ikan lele adalah 1 (satu) bulan setelah tebar bibit lele.
