Abstract

The increasing number of criminal cases in Indonesia, which reached 288,472 in 2023, or rose by 15% from the previous year, has created a substantial workload for judicial professionals. This situation highlights the urgent need for artificial intelligence–based decision support systems to accelerate and improve the quality of legal decision-making. This study proposes a court decision prediction approach using the Random Forest algorithm combined with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The dataset consists of 21,630 court decisions from the Supreme Court of Indonesia, originally in PDF format and converted into XML. The research procedure includes text preprocessing, feature construction using Word2Vec and Fast Text, and Random Forest classification. Unlike previous studies employing LSTM, BiLSTM, and CNN methods with accuracy ranging from 49.14% to 77.32%, the proposed approach delivers better performance. Experimental results show that the model achieves a prediction accuracy of up to 63%-81% for Penalty Categories classification and up to 65%-80% for long punishment regression. These findings demonstrate the significant potential of applying NLP and Random Forest to develop predictive systems in Indonesian legal document analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an analysis regarding the influence of work-life balance and cyberloafing on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Bank Bengkulu Central Office. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire as the data collection method. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS version 4.0. The study population consisted of 193 employees at the Central Office of PT. Bank Bengkulu. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 131 respondents selected randomly through a simple random sampling technique from all employees at the bank’s central office. The findings indicate that both cyberloafing and work-life balance have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Bengkulu Central Office, both directly and through the mediating role of job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was also found to significantly affect employee performance. Additionally, work-life balance and cyberloafing behavior have a direct influence on the level of job satisfaction.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to identify the learning facilities used to support the process of learning the Qur'an and Hadith at Jongkong 1 Public Primary School. (2) To determine how teachers utilise learning facilities to support the process of learning the Qur'an and Hadith at Jongkong 1 Public Elementary School. (3) To identify obstacles in utilising learning facilities to support the process of learning the Qur'an and Hadith at Jongkong 1 Public Elementary School. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The facilities have been utilised well and appropriately in supporting the Al-Qur'an Hadith learning process, but there are still several obstacles faced by Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in using learning facilities. These obstacles can be overcome with other facilities and the creativity of Al-Qur'an Hadith subject teachers. Other obstacles experienced by teachers in utilising learning facilities at school are more related to the situation and conditions, especially for learning rooms and libraries. Facilities that can support Al-Qur'an Hadith learning include the school library and prayer room.

Abstract

The integration of digital media in education has become increasingly important in supporting interactive, engaging, and sustainable learning processes. This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of research on Wordwall applications in elementary Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning published between 2021 and 2025. Guided by the PRISMA protocol, 1,659 records were initially identified, of which 33 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. The review highlights three main findings. First, Wordwall-based interventions significantly improve student motivation, creativity, and conceptual understanding, making it a valuable tool for enhancing learning outcomes in elementary education. Second, bibliometric mapping reveals that the research landscape is growing steadily, with interdisciplinary linkages to education, computer science, and psychology, indicating its broad academic relevance. Third, challenges such as infrastructure gaps, teacher digital literacy, and the risk of overreliance on gamification remain critical obstacles to maximizing Wordwall’s potential. The thematic synthesis shows that creativity and motivational design are dominant research foci, reflecting global educational priorities toward 21st-century skills. However, limited exploration of long-term impacts and large-scale adoption indicates the need for further empirical investigation. This study contributes to the scholarly understanding of digital gamification in education by providing evidence-based insights into Wordwall’s effectiveness and limitations. It also emphasizes the importance of integrating Wordwall within holistic instructional frameworks rather than treating it as a stand-alone solution. Future directions are proposed to guide researchers, practitioners, and policy makers in strengthening Wordwall’s role as a sustainable innovation for improving IPAS learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The rise of viral content on social media has transformed social behaviour and value systems, particularly in rural Indonesian communities exposed to unfiltered digital information. This study examines how viral content shapes traditional values and intergenerational relations. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving content creators, housewives, civil servants, and rural youth. The analysis included data reduction, classification, and interpretation. Findings reveal that viral content exerts both positive and negative effects. While some content promotes education and creativity, much of it normalises unethical behaviour and fosters individualism. Content creators often prioritize popularity over ethics, parents and teachers struggle to monitor youth exposure, and younger generations increasingly perceive traditional values as obsolete. This shift weakens communal norms such as cooperation, respect, and collective responsibility. The study concludes that viral content accelerates cultural transformation and erodes moral education in rural settings. Therefore, strengthening media literacy, digital ethics, and cultural revitalisation programs is crucial to balancing modernisation with the preservation of local wisdom and social cohesion in the digital era.

Abstract

Objective: This research reviews the literature regarding the development of Digital Student Worksheets based on the discovery learning model to improve collaboration skills and student learning outcomes in elementary schools. This review article is a literature review research. Method: used is a narrative review, which consists of four stages: selecting the topic to be reviewed, selecting national journals and international journals that are relevant to the latest five years, namely 2018-2023, totaling ten articles, conducting literature analysis and synthesis, and compiling review results. Results: The results of the literature review show that e-LKPD can improve collaboration skills and improve student learning outcomes. Novelty: this research provides a new color for the literature review on e-LKPD, specifically on the discovery learning model for Natural and Social Sciences (NSS) subjects in elementary schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini untuk menelaah tentang peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam mendukung fungsi eksekutif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian berupa pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara secara terstruktur. Untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan fungsi eksekutif siswa, maka dibutuhkan satu kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sebagai penunjang disetiap lembaga pendidikan. Melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler siswa dapat menyalurkan bakat, minat dan potensi yang dimiliki, namun secara tidak langsung juga mampu mengembangakan fungsi eksekutif siswa dengan mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti kegiatan pramuka. Hasil yang dicapai siswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan ekstakurikuler pramuka yang sangat erat kaitannya dengan fungsi eksekutif yang meluputi: (1) fokus; (2) berpikir kritis; (3) disiplin; (4) terstruktur; (5) jujur; (6) teliti; (7) ingatan kuat (8) berani dalam hal positif; (9) sopan; (10) membuka pikiran; (11) toleransi dan menghormati hak orang lain; serta (12) memiliki simpati dan empati kepada sesama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh game online yang membuat siswa kecanduan dalam bermain game online, motivasi belajar siswa menurun, dan siswa menjadi kurang disiplin terhadap waktu, serta siswa tidak mempedulikan lingkungan disekitar mereka hanya mempedulikan teman yang ada didunia maya game online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Informannya adalah siswa, guru BK, orang tua siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dampak kecanduan game online terhadap perilaku sosial siswa di SMPN 5 Kota bima berdampak positif yaitu siswa memiliki banyak teman, melatih kosa kata atau pengucapan bahasa dan dampak negatifnya yaitu motivasi belajar siswa menurun, membuat anak kurang waktu untuk belajar, makan, tidur. Sehingga upaya yang dilakukan yaitu melalui bimbingan orang tua dan guru dengan memberikan nasehat kepada anak, melakukan razia handphone oleh guru dan memeriksa sosial media yang digunakan bekerjasama dengan orang tua siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan studi kompetensi sosial guru bimbingan konseling terhadap siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Sape, dan komunikasi guru bimbingan konseling dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok di SMP Negeri 1 Sape dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru bimbingan konseling dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok di SMP Negeri 1 Sape. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dan yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga orang guru BK di SMP Negeri 1 Sape. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa a) penerapan kompetensi sosial guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Sape adalah guru bimbingan konseling saat berbicara dengan siswa yaitu sopan santun, guru BK berbicara dengan kata-kata yang baik, bawaannya tenang, mendengarkan siswa dengan baik dan menanggapi pembicaraan siswa dengan baik dan masuk akal, b) komunikasi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok di SMP Negeri 1 Sape adalah berkomunikasi secara lisan, tulisan dan isyarat dengan siswa, bergaul secara efektif dengan siswa, bersikap terbuka, empati, sikap mendukung dan bersikap positif, c) kendala yang dihadapi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok di SMP Negeri 1 Sape yaitu terlalu singkat waktu yang disediakan di sekolah, tidak adanya ruang bimbingan konseling di sekolah, sikap siswa yang kurang terbuka menceritakan masalahnya dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok, kurangnya pemahaman siswa tentang peran guru BK, kepala sekolah kurang perhatian terhadap suksesnya layanan bimbingan konseling dan guru BK kurang berkomunikasi dengan siswa di luar kelas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the value clarification technology learning model (VCT) in social studies learning for elementary school students. The research method in this study used documents obtained from previous studies. Sources of library program information are also from a review of previous research that has the same goal. The test in this study was intended to obtain and analyze several VCT learning models in social studies learning for elementary school children. The results of this study include eight articles that were reviewed based on references, research methods, and interventions. The conclusion reached in this study is the Value Clarification Technology (VCT) learning method improves learning outcomes, problem solving skills, aspects of religious values, worship obedience, tolerance, discipline, caring for friends, discussion and having a sense of responsibility to complete tasks correctly. time, imitating the heroism and patriotism of the figures in their environment, and learning motivation in social studies learning for elementary school students.
