Abstract

The current Seafood by Aruna website functions solely as a landing page to promote products, with actual sales still conducted through a marketplace. This reliance on a marketplace limits the brand's control over personalization, customer value, shopping experience, and brand identity due to strict platform policies and standards. Additionally, shifts in consumer behavior in the digital era indicate a desire for a more personalized, sustainable shopping experience that meets specific needs, including accurate product information and quality assurance. To address these challenges, this research aims to design an online shopping feature for the Seafood by Aruna website using the Design Thinking method. This approach is applied to understand user needs and address various pain points faced by consumers when shopping for seafood online. The research found that users require accurate delivery, reliable product information, and assurances of product freshness. Testing of the designed features using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an average score of 90.12, categorized as "Best Imaginable." This score reflects that the developed features meet user expectations, thanks to the effective application of the Design Thinking method. The implications of this research suggest that developing a dedicated e-commerce platform enables Aruna to better control all aspects of the shopping experience, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and strengthen its position in the e-commerce market. However, further development is needed to adapt the features to changing consumer behavior and market trends.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital literacy skills of PapaBurjo MSMEs as a case study to understand the extent to which MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City have utilized digital technology in running their business. The background to this research is based on the importance of digital literacy in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and the potential of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City. Through a qualitative approach, this research describes the digital literacy skills that PapaBurjo has applied in the Information and Data Literacy, Communication and Collaboration, Digital Content Creation, Safety, and Problem Solving competencies; as well as the positive impact that PapaBurjo has had on digital literacy. The research results show that PapaBurjo has a fairly good basic digital literacy, especially in terms of creating digital content and solving problems. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved, such as the evaluation of information and the use of technology for public services, the risks and threats of cyber crime, as well as the use of digital technology to innovate and develop digital competencies. Digital literacy has had a significant positive impact on PapaBurjo's business development. The ability to utilize digital platforms and digital marketing strategies has contributed to increasing profits and expanding business reach and has facilitated PapaBurjo in building a wider business network and attracting the interest of potential business partners and investors.

Abstract

Salah satu unsur penting dalam pembelajaran adalah bahan ajar. Akibatnya, bahan ajar harus dibuat sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta karakteristik siswa. Komponen pengetahuan dan keterampilan dicakup oleh kurikulum saat ini, yang merupakan Kurikulum Merdeka. Aspek keterampilan dapat difasilitasi dengan menerapkan pendekatan saintifik yang bersifat ilmiah. Selain itu, bahan ajar yang dirancang perlu memperhatikan karakteristik siswa saat ini yang tergolong dalam digital native atau penduduk digital. Dengan begitu perlunya bahan ajar yang dapat memfasilitasi aspek keterampilan dengan memperhatikan karakteristik siswa. Dengan mempertimbangkan masalah tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan e-modul IPAS berbasis pendekatan saintifik materi perubahan energi kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, observasi dan angket. Hasil validasi materi, media, dan pedagogik secara berurutan adalah 99,5%, 95,5%, dan 89,4%. Hasil implementasi e-modul IPAS berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada uji coba pertama adalah 93,3% dan 98,8% pada uji coba kedua. Hasil validasi dan angket respon siswa termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan layak untuk menggunakan e-modul IPAS berbasis pendekatan saintifik.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the low innovation of Civics learning media so that the essence of learning media is not maximized, as seen from the lack of knowledge and the provision of the character of responsibility to be based on Pancasila values ​​for students. So that from these problems, the author seeks to develop animated video media with the character of responsibility on the material of Pancasila values ​​in elementary schools. This learning media was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques in this study included observation, interviews, document analysis, expert validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The results of the validation for experts obtained an average rating of 94% from material experts in the very appropriate category, 92% from media experts in the very feasible category, and 96% from pedagogic experts in the very feasible category. Based on this, the developed learning media meets the requirements for use in learning activities. This is evidenced by the results of students' suspension of learning media in the trials of phases I and II obtaining results of 92.53% and 95.14% with very good criteria. Based on the results of expert validation and student response questionnaires, it can be concluded that animated video media with characters responsible for material Pancasila values ​​in elementary schools is appropriate for use in learning activities. Keywords: Learning Media Development, Animation Video, Responsible Character Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya inovasi media pembelajaran PPKn sehingga penyampaian esensi media pembelajaran belum maksimal, terlihat dari rendahnya pengetahuan dan penanaman karakter tanggung jawab berlandaskan nilai-nilai pancasila pada peserta didik. Sehingga dari permasalahan tersebut, penulis berupaya untuk mengembangkan media video animasi bermuatan karakter tanggung jawab pada materi nilai-nilai pancasila di Sekolah Dasar. Media pembelajaran ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Research and Depelopment (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, analisis dokumen, angket validasi ahli, dan angket respon peserta didik. Hasil validasi kepada para ahli mendapat rata-rata penilaian 94% dari ahli materi dengan kategori sangat layak, 92% dari ahli media dengan kategori sangat layak, dan 96% dari ahli pedagogik dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hal ini, media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sudah memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil angket respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran pada uji coba tahap I dan II mendapatkan hasil 92.53% dan 95.14% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan angket respon peserta didik, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi bermuatan karakter tanggung jawab pada materi nilai-nilai pancasila di Sekolah Dasar layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Abstract

This study aims to discover pre-service teachers’ experiences in developing digital learning designs during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is expected that the findings of this study can help lecturers, university students, higher education institutions, and other relevant stakeholders in preparing the implementation of learning amid a global pandemic or other relevant crises, especially related to conducting the development of a particular design or product using ADDIE model. The method used in this study was a case study with a descriptive approach. Research subjects or participants involved in this study were 41 pre-service teachers who took a unit named “Desain Sistem Pembelajaran Digital or Digital Learning System Design” offered in the sixth semester in Bachelor of Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This study results in several findings related to pre-service teachers’ experiences in developing digital learning designs using the ADDIE model amid the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, this study also has discovered information regarding digital learning designs and digital learning materials/tools developed by the pre-service teachers.

Abstract

The low level of student motivation in studying the water cycle has resulted in reduced instructional effectiveness. This factor is attributed to the limited utilization of technology by teachers to enhance the appeal of the learning process, with teachers predominantly relying on textbooks as the primary instructional resource. The research aims to evaluate the validity and practicality of animated video media as a supplementary tool for understanding the subject matter and fostering learning motivation, specifically concerning the water cycle topic for 5th- grade elementary school students. Data were obtained through the ADDIE model phases (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research findings indicated that the material presented in the instructional videos exhibits a remarkably high level of suitability for delivery to students, with an average validation percentage of 100% by subject matter expert and 95,14% by media expert. Additionally, an evaluation of the practicality of this media revealed an average percentage of 89% from student feedback and 100% from teacher assessment. Consequently, it can be inferred that this animated video product is both valid and practical for utilization within the realm of educational instruction.Keywords: learning media, animated video, water cycle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada Kantin Bilmas, bertujuan mengkaji kontribusi kualitas makanan dan layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta memberikan wawasan kepada manajemen untuk meningkatkan layanan. Melalui metode survei kuantitatif dengan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa UPI Tasikmalaya dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keunggulan kualitas produk memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan, sementara kualitas layanan menunjukkan pengaruh negatif. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan memainkan peran penting dalam memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini menjadi landasan berharga bagi pemilik Kantin Bilmas dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan pengembangan usaha, serta dapat menjadi referensi penting bagi penelitian masa depan dengan mempertimbangkan konteks saat ini

Abstract

This research aims to develop an interactive e-module as an additional learning media for fourth-grade elementary schools in the Natural and Social Sciences subject (IPAS). The study was conducted utilizing the ADDIE approach of research and development. Fourth-grade students and instructors at SDN Cikadongdong verified the product before it was released. Observation, interviews, and questionnaires were used as the primary methods of data collection. The results of product trials based on the teacher’s response showed a score of 95.8%, which was in the very good category. In addition, students’ responses based on interview results showed that the students liked the interactive e-module because the appearance of the interactive e-module was attractive, not boring, and easy to use. Thus, it can be concluded that the interactive e-module is considered a very good category and is suitable to use as an additional learning medium in fourth-grade Natural and Social Sciences learning.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of pricing strategy and service quality on customer preferences on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This study's methodology, which included a quantitative approach and primary data from a questionnaire, identified 33 Shopee users in Tasikmalaya. An analysis using SPSS confirms that the two factors mentioned above—price strategy and service quality—contribute about 40.5% to consumers' preferences for fashion products on Shopee. Even though price strategy has a significant relationship, service quality has a stronger and more positive impact on customer preferences. Implicitly, it is crucial for e-commerce businesses to improve the quality of their services while meticulously developing price phase strategy to make it more in line with customer preferences. All of this offers advantages for the e-commerce business in developing strategies to meet customer needs in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya tuntutan keterampilan abad ke-21 yang mendukung pendidikan sehingga perlu dikuasai oleh peserta didik. Salah satu keterampilan tersebut yakni keterampilan berpikir kritis yang tentu juga berkaitan dengan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Agar kecakapan tersebut dapat dicapai pengembangan keterampilan literasi dan numerasi menjadi salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan siswa kelas IV di salah satu Sekolah Dasar di Kota Tasikmalaya dalam menyelesaikan soal literasi dan numerasi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV sebanyak 20 siswa. Data diperoleh melalui tes dengan soal berupa pilihan ganda dan hasil tes dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan RASCH. Dari 20 siswa dibagi menjadi tiga kategori yakni kategori dengan abilitas tinggi, abilitas sedang dan abilitas rendah. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa terindikasi beberapa siswa memilki abilitas tinggi untuk menyelesaikan semua soal berbentuk pilihan ganda dan sebagian lagi memiliki abilitas sedang dan rendah, hal ini karena tingkat kesulitan soal lebih rendah dibandingkan abilitas siswa. Sedangkan untuk menyelesaikan soal pilihan dengan alasan abilitas siswa lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tingkat kesulitan butir soal.
