Abstract

Abstract : Service quality reflects how well visitors' expectations are fulfilled based on their actual experiences. The Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Asahan has made efforts to provide good services, but observations reveal some dissatisfaction. Visitors expressed concerns over the incomplete book collection, inadequate handling of complaints, and inaccurate services. To address these issues, the Service Quality approach was employed to evaluate the gap between visitors’ perceptions of the services they received and their expectations. The SERVQUAL method was used to analyze five service dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results showed negative gaps in Empathy (-0.4), Reliability (-0.3), and Assurance (-0.2), which indicate areas for improvement. Conversely, Tangibles and Responsiveness had positive gaps, showing visitor satisfaction with these aspects. These findings provide valuable insights for the library to identify areas that require improvement in order to enhance service quality in the future.Keywords: mysql; php; service quality; service satisfaction levelAbstrak : Kualitas layanan mencerminkan seberapa baik harapan pengunjung terpenuhi berdasarkan pengalaman nyata mereka. Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Asahan telah berusaha memberikan layanan yang baik, namun observasi menunjukkan adanya beberapa keluhan. Pengunjung merasa tidak puas dengan koleksi buku yang tidak lengkap, penanganan keluhan yang kurang optimal, dan pelayanan yang kurang tepat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, digunakan pendekatan Service Quality yang mengevaluasi gap antara persepsi pengunjung terhadap layanan yang diterima dengan harapan mereka. Metode SERVQUAL digunakan untuk menganalisis lima dimensi layanan: Bukti Fisik, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, dan Empati. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan adanya gap negatif pada dimensi Empati (-0,4), Kehandalan (-0,3), dan Jaminan (-0,2), yang memerlukan peningkatan. Sebaliknya, dimensi Bukti Fisik dan Daya Tanggap menunjukkan gap positif, menandakan pengunjung merasa puas dengan aspek-aspek ini. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pihak perpustakaan dalam mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan ke depan.Kata Kunci : mysql; php; service quality; tingkat kepuasan layanan

Abstract

Abstract: SMK Negeri 3 Perhotelan dan Tata Boga in Tanjung Balai, North Sumatra, under the Ministry of Education and Culture, aims to provide quality education through Industrial Work Practice (PRAKERIN). However, the school faces challenges in selecting PRAKERIN locations related to costs, distance, and the imbalance between the number of available placements and students. To address this, the study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to design a decision support system. This method assigns weights based on specific criteria for each alternative, through steps such as determining criteria, assigning weights, rating suitability, normalization, and final normalization. The goal of the study is to assist SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai in selecting PRAKERIN locations that meet the established criteria and ranking the alternatives based on those criteria. This way, the school can choose the most suitable PRAKERIN placements for its students. The results of system testing using the SAW method show the top 10 alternatives out of 16 available options, with the highest values as recommendations: A15 (1,000), A14 (0,896), A16 (0,813), A10 (0.718), A13 (0.729), A3 (0.708), A11 (0.698), A4 (0.25), A2 (0.604) dan A10 (0,594).The alternatives with the highest values are considered the most suitable and are prioritized as recommended PRAKERIN locations.Keywords: industrial practice; saw; spk; smkAbstrak: SMK Negeri 3 Perhotelan dan Tata Boga di Tanjung Balai, Sumatera Utara, yang berada di bawah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, bertujuan memberikan pendidikan berkualitas melalui Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN). Namun, sekolah menghadapi tantangan dalam pemilihan tempat PRAKERIN terkait biaya, jarak, dan ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah tempat dan siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode ini memberikan bobot berdasarkan kriteria tertentu pada setiap alternatif, melalui langkah-langkah penentuan kriteria, pemberian bobot, penilaian kecocokan, normalisasi, dan normalisasi akhir. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membantu SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai dalam memilih tempat PRAKERIN yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan dan meranking alternatif berdasarkan kriteria tersebut. Dengan demikian, sekolah dapat memilih tempat PRAKERIN yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Hasil uji sistem menggunakan metode SAW menunjukkan 10 alternatif teratas dari 16 yang tersedia, dengan nilai tertinggi sebagai rekomendasi: A15 (1,000), A14 (0,896), A16 (0,813), A10 (0.718), A13 (0.729), A3 (0.708), A11 (0.698), A4 (0.25), A2 (0.604) dan A10 (0,594). Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an effect of profitability, transfer pricing and capital intensity with tax avoidance as the control variable both simultaneously and partially. This study listed the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, with a sample of 8 companies taken by purposive sampling. The research variables consist of independent variables: Profitability, Transfer Pricing, and Capital Intensity—research method aims to determine the relationship between two variables, one with another variable. The data used is secondary data. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results showed that only Profitability, Transfer Pricing, and Capital Intensity significantly affected the tax avoidance prediction. In contrast, companies did not have a significant effect on the prediction of tax avoidance.

Abstract

Desa Sindangkasih adalah wilayah yang berada di Kecamatan Ranomeeto Barat Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Desa Sindangkasih memiliki potensi pertanian yang tinggi yaitu buah-buahan, namun kenyataannnya hasil pertanian tersebut tidak dapat mensejahterahkan masyarakat desa tersebut. Melihat fenomena tersebut, maka dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan pembuatahfruit’scandy dari buah-buahan dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat sehingga dapat menambah nilai jual, mengoptimalkan potensi pertanian, serta meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Adapun yang digunakan yaitu metode ceramah dan diskusi mengenai cara pengolahan fruit’scandy. Hasil pengabdian tersebut yaitu masyarakat Desa Sindangkasih menjadi kreatif dan mampu membuka lapangan usahanya sendiri, serta mampu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga

This research examines the legal protection of registered trademarks based on Law Number 20 of 2016 and handles registered trademark disputes in legal protection initiatives. Even though this research is descriptive and analytical, the author uses normative legal techniques. Article 35 of Law Number 20 of 2016 states that brand protection only applies to registered marks. Ten (10) years are allowed to protect a registered trademark upon receipt, and this period may be extended. Abstract

Kesulitan memilih program studi bagi lulusan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan tantangan besar bagi alumni. Tantangan ketidakpastian karir di masa depan yang sering kali menjadikan proses pemilihan program studi semakin rumit. Tantangan lainnya, banyak alumni siswa SMA belum sepenuhnya memahami minat bakat yang dimiliki. Berbeda dengan lulusan SMK yang telah mendapatkan pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja magang selama di sekolah. Tekanan orang tua, faktor biaya, keterbatasan informasi yang dimiliki alumni mengenai program studi yang diimpikan, serta memilih antara minat dan peluang karir merupakan faktor yang dipertimbangkan bersama orang tua. Dengan demikian, permasalahan penelitian ini adalah tantangan apa saja yang dihadapi oleh lulusan SMA juga SMK dalam memperoleh informasi yang memadai mengenai program studi di perguruan tinggi impian serta bagaimana lulusan mengatasi kebingungan dalam menentukan program studi yang cocok dengan bakat, minat serta prospek kerjanya. Untuk mengatasi hal ini tujuan penelitian memberikan rekomendasi untuk calon mahasiswa dalam menentukan program studi yang cocok berdasarkan latar belakang akademik dan kemampuan calon mahasiwa yang dimiliki. Rekomendasi program studi ini menggunakan metode text mining dengan membandingkan hasil nilai akurasi antara algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) dengan algoritma Naive Bayes. Perbandingan algoritma ini mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Data set yang digunakan data mahasiswa tiga angkatan total 347 data. Selanjutnya, data dibagi menjadi data latih dan data uji. Akurasi metode KNN tercatat sebesar 81,16% dengan nilai K=2 dan proporsi data uji sebesar 40%. Akurasi Naive Bayes mencapai 82,61% program studi Teknik Informatika. Hasil akurasi tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan, namun metode Naive Bayes menghasilkan akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan KNN.

Abstract

Berkembangnya internet, maka meniimbulkan dampak positif dan negatif terutama dalam masalah etika. Etika merupakan suatu hal pentiing yang harus diilakukan oleh mahasiswa dalam bermedia sosial. Jurnal inii menggunakan metode studii liiteratur dengan mengumpulkan beberapa data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika sangat penting untuk diterapkan dalam berpendapat atau berkomentar di media sosial. Pemeriintah juga mengeluuarkan atuuran Undaang-Undaang Nomor 11 Taahun 2008 tenttang Inforrmasi dan Transaaksi Elekktronik dimana untuk membatasi tingkah laku seseorang dalam bermain media sosial. Pemerintah harus lebih tegas lagi dalam menerapkan aturan di dalam media sosial. Mahasiswa juga harus lebih sadar akan etika dengan memperbarui pengetahuan tentang etika dan mengajak orang lain untuk berperilaku positif di lingkungan media sosial agar tercipta lingkungan media sosial dengan positif.

Abstract

In this research, the main problem is first, what are the steps for legal protection of cinematography copyright on illegal streaming sites. Second, what are the legal efforts for cinematography copyright holders on illegal streaming sites. This thesis research uses a normative legal approach, namely a legal research method carried out by examining library materials or secondary data. The results of this study are First, the steps for legal protection of cinematography copyright on illegal streaming sites where the Copyright Law provides automatic protection to creators once their creations are physically born, creations that are not registered with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights also receive the same legal protection. However, the process of proving unregistered creations will experience difficulties at the level of proof in court, because in practice there are many cases where creators have difficulty proving their ownership of the creation. therefore, proof of copyright ownership is something important and formal that becomes initial evidence of a creation, but in reality, in practice in the field, that copyright violations still occur, such as the increasingly rampant Illegal Streaming Sites, unstoppable illegal circulation, and copyright violations of moral rights and other economic rights. Second, Legal efforts for Cinematography Copyright holders in illegal streaming sites carried out and/or provided by the State through the Copyright Law in criminal and civil manner. The fairly high criminal sanctions are a reflection of the commitment of the Republic of Indonesia government to provide maximum protection against copyright infringement.

Abstract

Intellectual property (IP) law plays a crucial role in fostering innovation, creativity, and economic growth by safeguarding intellectual assets such as inventions, trademarks, and artistic works. However, the rapidly evolving technological landscape, globalization, and the rise of digital platforms have exposed significant shortcomings in existing IP legal frameworks. Key challenges include inconsistent enforcement mechanisms, fragmented legal systems, online piracy, and insufficient stakeholder awareness, particularly in developing economies. Despite attempts at reform, IP policies often remain reactive and disconnected, limiting their ability to address cross-border complexities and technological advancements effectively. This study critically evaluates the current state of IP law, identifying gaps and proposing solutions for a cohesive, proactive framework. Employing a normative legal approach, it examines statutory provisions, case law, and policy documents, with key references including the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), WIPO standards, and regional agreements. Comparative analyses of the US, EU, and Japan provide insights into best practices and highlight policy deficiencies. The findings underscore five critical issues: weak enforcement mechanisms, fragmented legal frameworks, digital challenges, low stakeholder awareness, and gaps in international cooperation. The study advocates for harmonized enforcement strategies, increased stakeholder education, and strengthened cross-border collaboration. These recommendations aim to establish an adaptive IP system aligned with technological progress, fostering global innovation and effectively protecting creators and businesses.

Abstract

To analyze and obtain the real description regarding the management of human resource at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Tourism Sector, which is understood through five aspects, which respectively are Transglobal Leadership, Job Involvement, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Human Resource Performance. besides that, it is also necessary to understand the management of tourism marketing, which is understood through two aspects, that are Responsibility Marketing and Competitive Sustainability Tourism. The population of this research includes all human resource personnel at MSMEs of the Tourism Sector and all foreign and domestic tourists in East Java. The sample in this study was 200 MSMEs of the Tourism Sector that are selected from 10 regions with tourism potentials in East Java Province. From each MSME, there are 4 employees and 3 tourists who are chosen as respondents. This research involved 800 employees and 600 tourists, either foreign or domestic. Analysis technique uses Biplot / Cluster Analysis, which is aimed to obtain real description concerning human resource management and tourism marketing management at MSMEs of Tourism Sector. The results show that MSMEs in the Tourism Sector with Transglobal Leadership competitive advantages are found in Sidoarjo, Kediri, Blitar, and Malang districts. The competitive advantage of Quality of Work Life is found in Malang City and Kediri City. The competitive advantage of Organizational Citizenship Behavior is in Pasuruan Regency. The competitive advantage in Human Resources Performance is in Batu City. The competitive advantage of Responsibility Marketing is in Pasuruan Regency. Competitive advantages in Competitive Sustainability Tourism are found in Pasuruan City and Blitar City. This study introduces an integrated holistic compilation of the theoretical concepts of human resource strategy and marketing strategies implemented through the concept of responsible tourism marketing, which is applied to the MSMEs in the Tourism Sector in East Java Province.
