Abstract

Pelatihan ini berjudul pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui penguatan kelembagaan badan usaha milik Desa Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Dangia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur Sulawesi Tenggara. Tujuan pelatihan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat Desa Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Dangia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur agar memahami pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui penguatan kelembagaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa bagi masyarakat khususnya bagi karyawan desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah /pengarahan) secara serempak kepada masyarakat. Metode diskusi serta Tanya jawab juga dilakukan setelah selesai diberikan ceramah (pengarahan/penjelasan) mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui penguatan kelembagaan badan usaha milik Desa Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Dangia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur Sulawesi Tenggara. Dari evaluasi dan hasil yang telah dilakukan pada aktifitas pelatihan terhadap 15 orang karyawan dan masyarakat, maka ditemukan peningkatan pemahaman akan pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui penguatan kelembagaan badan usaha milik Desa Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Dangia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur Sulawesi Tenggara dengan tingkatan pemahaman sebesar 75%.

Abstract

Perwalian adalah kewenangan yang diberikan kepada seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu perbuatan hukum sebagai wakil untuk kepentingan dan atas nama anak yang tidak mempunyai kedua orang tua atau orang tua yang masih hidup, tidak cakap melakukan perbuatan hukum. Oleh karenanya, technical note ini menyajikan langkah-langkah pengajuan perwalian anak melalui lembaga pengadilan untuk mendapatkan kepastian hukum. Pengajuan permohonan penetapan perwalian anak dapat dilakukan di Pengadilan. Dalam technical note ini dibatasi untuk pendaftaran perwalian di Negeri Mungkid untuk pendaftaran calon TNI. Harapannya melalui technical note ini dapat memberikan manfaat dan kemudahan dalam pengajuan perwalian karena Orang Tua tidak ada, Orang Tua tidak diketahui keberadaannya, atau suatu sebab Orang Tua tidak dapat melaksanakan kewajiban dan tanggung jawabnya.

Abstract

One of the cultivable food crops, corn also serves a strategic purpose and has economic worth. Corn, as the primary source of carbs, is utilized as a rice alternative. Beverage goods are one alternative that can be made from corn. Anthocyanins found in purple corn work as antioxidants to stop atherosclerosis in the body. One sort of spice that offers numerous health advantages is ginger. Antioxidants are substances that can limit oxidation reactions by attaching to free radicals and highly reactive molecules. Antioxidants in food can minimize food spoiling processes, free radical oxidation, slow down the oxidation of lipids and oils, increase shelf life in the food sector, increase the storage of fat contained in food and prevent sensor and nutritional quality degradation. This study used the DPPH method (1,1-diphenyl-2,-picrylhydrazyl) which is a purple compound that will turn yellow when reacted with antioxidant activity and used a completely randomized design (CRD) method in the form of a single factor ratio of corn: ginger extract ( 100 g : 2 g, 3 g, 4 g, and 5 g) using 5 treatments and 3 replications. The organoleptic test used is the hedonic test, namely the level of preference test for the taste, texture, color, color of the purple corn extract drink. The score used is 1 – 5 (very dislike, dislike, somewhat like, like, and like very much). The data obtained were then analyzed and processed using SPSS with one way ANOVA. The purpose of this study was to determine the antioxidant activity and the panelists' preference level of purple corn extract drink.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pengolahan cabe rawit di Kelurahan Takkalasi, Kecamatan Balusu, Kabupaten Barru pada kegiatan kemitraan UNHAS (PKM- Pengabdian Masyarakat). Pengabdian ini mempunyai tiga program utama. Program pertama adalah pengolahan cabai rawit menjadi berbagai produk turunan seperti, sambal tuna, sambal teri, sambal petai, sambal daging, sambal udang dan sambal cumi. Program kedua adalah pengepakan/packaging. Pada tahap ini, masyarakat dilatih untuk mengembangkan ide, inovasi dan kreatifitas mereka untuk mendesain model packaging atau kemasan yang mempunyai desain menarik, simple, fungsional dan berkualitas. Program ketiga adalah tahap pemasaran/marketing. Pada fase ini, masyarakat dilatih melakukan dua jenis konsep pemasaran/marketing, yaitu 1. Offline marketing, dengan mempromosikan dan menjual produk olahan cabai rawit di pasar secara langsung dan 2. Online marketing, dengan memperkenalkan produk olahan cabai rawit melalui media online, seperti whatsapp, instagram, dan media online lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa ibu ibu petani cabai rawit sangat tertarik untuk mengembangkan kegiatan industri pengolahan cabai rawit dengan membentuk kelompok pengolahan cabai untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani di Kelurahan Takkalasi. Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan masyarakat, cabai rawit, pengolahan, pengepakan, pemasaran. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to empower the community through processing of cundlenut in Takkalasi Village, Balusu Sub-Districts, Barru Districts in the PKM UNHAS. This research has three main programs. The first program is processing red chili pepper into various derivative products such as tuna chili sauce, smoked fish chili sauce, petai chili sauce, meat chili sauce, squid chili sauce, shrimp chili sauce. The second program is packaging. At this stage, the community is trained to develop their ideas, innovations and creativity to design packaging models that have attractive, simple, functional and quality designs. The third program is the marketing phase. In this phase, the community is trained to do two types of marketing concepts, examples 1. Offline marketing, by promoting and selling red chili pepper products in the market directly and 2. Online marketing, by introducing products through online media, such as whatsapp, instagram, and media other online. The results of this study show that farmers are really interested in developing red chili pepper processing industry by forming a red chili pepper processing group to increase farmer income in Barru. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership on the performance and work motivation of employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency, with a total of 61 employees. The method used was SEM-PLS analysis with data collected through questionnaires. The results of the study show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, especially in managing workload, effective communication, and harmonious working relationships. Meanwhile, transformational leadership also improves employee performance through individualized attention, role modeling, motivation, and intellectual stimulation. Emotional intelligence also increased work motivation, but the influence of transformational leadership on work motivation was not significant, suggesting the variability of its effectiveness depending on the specific situation. Employee performance plays a significant role in increasing work motivation, both directly and as a mediator in the relationship of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership to work motivation.

Abstract

The government's policy on Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a policy initiated by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 2017, then further refined in 2018 as it still has problems in its implementation. The policy is expected to expedite the existing land certification process in Indonesia, including waqf land certification. However, this policy should be tested to measure the level of effectiveness against the facilities and acceleration of the certification process, especially the waqf land certification at Magelang Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of government policies on PTSL towards accelerating the certification of waqf land at Magelang Regency. Research methods are field research and qualitative approach by checking interview results, PTSL related regulations, regulations related to registration of waqf land certification, scientific journals related to soil certification, etc. The results of this study show that the implementation of government policies on PTSL towards accelerating the certification of waqf land is not optimally implemented in Magelang Regency. This can be seen from the percentage of waqf land certification levels at Magelang Regency still low, despite experiencing a decline after the birth of government policy on PTSL.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem dibutuhkan dalam sebuah organisasi dengan harapan terjadi peningkatan sistem yang baru dari kinerja performance sistem dan waktu sistem yang lebih efektif. Sistem yang dikembangkan adalah sistem pelaporan kegiatan pilar-pilar sosial pada Dinas Sosial. Adapun tujuan pegembangan sistem pelaporan elektronik ini adalah membina pilar, memonitoring kegiatan pilar terkait biaya dan mengevaluasi kegiatan pilar. Metode penelitian pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Agile Scrum. Agile scrum dipilih karena mudah menyesuaikan kondisi perubahan dan dapat selesai dengan target waktu yang ada. Kebutuhan sistem dari pengembangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan pengumpulan data yang diperlukan melalui observasi, wawancara.dan studi pustaka. Aplikasi E-reporting diuji menggunakan black box testing. Umpan balik yang dihasilkan didokumentasikan untuk memperbaiki kekurangan aplikasi. Harapannya aplikasi ini dapat menyediakan dan menampilkan data terkini sehingga memudahkan pihak Dinas Sosial dalam pengambilan kebijakan mengenai pilar-pilar sosial agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan sosial kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

The implementation of Data Mining is very much needed by UD Andar because this trading business sells various types of products. This trading business sells powdered herbal medicine, plastic bags, food & beverage ingredients, and frozen foods that are in demand by consumers. Judging from the large number of consumer requests, it turns out that there are several best-selling and not-selling products, so based on the last 1 year data, a prediction of the best-selling product sales is needed, in order to make it easier for trading businesses in planning stock providers. Because the current system is still manual, the data obtained is less accurate and efficient. So to overcome this, we need a sales prediction system for best-selling products with data mining techniques using the k nearest neighbor method. This research produces a system of k nearest neighbor algorithms in data mining techniques that help to predict the sales of the best-selling products at UD Andar

Abstract

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of Work Motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of sales force employeesof PT Telkom (Persero) Kendari Branch. The population selected in this study were employees as sales force at PT Telkom (Persero) Kendari Branch totaling 63 employees. This type of research data is quantitative data research. The data source used in this research is primary data. Variable measurement scale using an instrument using a Likert scale. The data analysis method of this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously and partially work motivation and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
