Abstract

Innovation and entrepreneurship are key elements of economic development. The focus is on creating new ideas, technologies and business processes that can be more efficient and productive. Innovation means creating creative solutions that can be initiated, developed and marketed according to changing market needs, while entrepreneurship refers to the process of starting and advancing entrepreneurial life by managing new companies, creating labour, bringing economic diversification in a sustainable manner. The study conducted in this research uses the literature research method. The results show that Innovation and entrepreneurship have several macro effects that impact the economy. At the micro level, first of all, they create new jobs, which helps to lower the unemployment rate and improve social welfare. Secondly, innovation and entrepreneurship serve as an important way of diversifying the economy. This in turn helps lower the level of dependence on a single sector and increases the resilience of the economy to external shocks. Third, a business culture shaped by entrepreneurial spirit fosters economic dynamism and a sustainable innovative ecosystem.

Abstract

Empowering rural communities through increasing the capacity and accessibility of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is an important effort to measurably improve the economy and welfare of rural residents. This research uses the method of analyzing the latest data on the social and economic conditions of the village. The results of the study reveal that; first, the potential of MSMEs to create new employment opportunities, increase local income, and accelerate the transformation of the rural economy is quite significant. Reliable socialization must involve managerial assistance, easy access to funding, and the use of advanced digital solutions. Second, the role of the government and related stakeholders is crucial to support village development through MSME empowerment. Supporting policies such as training facilities, broad market access, and funding initiatives are absolutely necessary. Multi-sector cooperation between the government, education, and the business world is also important to build a conducive business ecosystem for rural entrepreneurs. Third, rural community empowerment needs to be implemented in an integrated and inclusive manner, not only boosting business establishment but also ensuring sustainability and growth. A sustainable approach to the improvement of MSMEs can strengthen the wheels of the village economy, reduce poverty, and improve the overall standard of living of rural communities.

Abstract

This research focuses on a comprehensive literature analysis on the effect of hybrid learning on students' motivation and learning achievement. Through the literature research method, this study collects, reviews and analyses relevant scholarly works from journals, books, conferences and other academic sources. The results show that hybrid learning, when designed by effectively blending face-to-face and online elements, can increase students' motivation by giving them more control over their learning process. This not only helps in meeting students' individual needs but also in encouraging a sense of responsibility for their own learning. In the context of learning achievement, hybrid learning is proven to deliver positive results, especially when accompanied by strong pedagogical support and active participation from students. Conclusions from the literature analysis emphasise the importance of the teacher's role in designing and implementing hybrid learning to maximise its benefits on students' motivation and academic achievement. This research provides important insights for educational practitioners and policy makers on how hybrid learning can be optimised to support successful educational attainment.

Abstract

The Qur'an, as the primary source of Islamic teachings, contains various moral messages aimed at directing the individual and social behavior of humanity. This study aims to explore the influence of moral messages in the Qur'an on social behavior in the context of contemporary Muslim society. Through a literature approach, the study identifies and analyzes Qur'anic moral values and their application in social life. The results show that moral values such as justice, patience, kindness, and cooperation taught in the Qur'an have great potential in shaping positive social behavior in Muslim societies. Social practices such as zakat and social care are tangible applications of these values, showing a significant influence on social solidarity and harmony. However, challenges such as divergent interpretations, cultural influences and socio-economic conditions affect the way these values are applied in real life. The findings call for a more integrative and contextual approach to understanding and applying the Qur'ānic moral messages in social practice
