Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap digitalisasi bank dan kepuasan nasabah, serta menguji peran mediasi digitalisasi bank dalam hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden nasabah aktif dan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap digitalisasi bank dan kepuasan nasabah, sementara digitalisasi bank juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Selain itu, digitalisasi terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas layanan konvensional sekaligus optimalisasi layanan digital seperti BRImo untuk memperkuat pengalaman dan kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian merekomendasikan penguatan keandalan layanan, stabilitas sistem digital, serta peningkatan literasi digital bagi nasabah guna mendukung pengalaman layanan yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. This research aims to analyze the effect of service quality on bank digitalization and customer satisfaction and to examine the mediating role of bank digitalization in the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Panakkukang Makassar Branch. A quantitative approach was employed using a sample of 100 active customers, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on bank digitalization and customer satisfaction, while bank digitalization also significantly enhances customer satisfaction. Furthermore, digitalization significantly mediates the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of improving traditional service quality alongside optimizing digital services such as BRImo to strengthen customer experience and satisfaction. The study recommends enhancing service reliability, strengthening digital system stability, and increasing customer digital literacy to support more effective and sustainable service experiences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Keterampilan Digital, Kompetensi Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, dan Kinerja Anggota dalam suatu organisasi. Secara khusus, penelitian ini memfokuskan pada empat tujuan utama, yaitu: (1) menganalisis pengaruh langsung Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Pengembangan Karir; (2) menganalisis pengaruh langsung Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Anggota; (3) menganalisis pengaruh langsung Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Anggota; serta (4) menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Anggota melalui Pengembangan Karir sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 52 anggota sebagai populasi, dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan selama dua bulan, yaitu Februari hingga April 2025. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir. Selanjutnya, Pengembangan Karir terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Anggota. Selain itu, Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja juga memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Anggota. Temuan penting lainnya menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut turut memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kinerja Anggota melalui Pengembangan Karir sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan Keterampilan Digital dan Kompetensi Kerja dalam meningkatkan Pengembangan Karir dan Kinerja Anggota secara keseluruhan. This study aims to analyze the relationships among Digital Skills, Job Competence, Career Development, and Member Performance within an organizational setting. Specifically, the study focuses on four main objectives: (1) to examine the direct effects of Digital Skills and Job Competence on Career Development; (2) to analyze the direct influence of Career Development on Member Performance; (3) to investigate the direct effects of Digital Skills and Job Competence on Member Performance; and (4) to assess the indirect effects of Digital Skills and Job Competence on Member Performance through Career Development as a mediating variable. Primary data were collected through a survey of 52 members of the population, with a sample of 50 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted over 2 months, from February to April 2025. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach in SmartPLS. The findings indicate that Digital Skills and Job Competence have significant direct effects on Career Development. Furthermore, Career Development is shown to influence Member Performance positively. The results also reveal that Digital Skills and Job Competence exert direct effects on Member Performance. Another important finding demonstrates that both variables indirectly affect Member Performance through Career Development as a mediating factor. Overall, this study highlights the importance of strengthening Digital Skills and Job Competence to enhance Career Development and improve Member Performance.

Abstract

Transformasi digital UMKM di Kota Makassar masih menghadapi kesenjangan, di mana adopsi website sebagai media promosi mandiri masih sangat rendah dibandingkan media sosial. Kendala utama yang dihadapi pelaku usaha adalah keterbatasan kemampuan teknis (coding), desain grafis, dan penyusunan narasi pemasaran. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan UMKM melalui pelatihan pembuatan website berbasis Google Sites yang diintegrasikan dengan Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini) untuk optimalisasi konten. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui workshop dan pendampingan teknis bagi 74 pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kapasitas digital peserta, dengan 53 website produk (71,6%) berhasil dipublikasikan secara mandiri. Skor kompetensi praktik peserta meningkat drastis dari rata-rata 2,15 (pre-test) menjadi 4,25 (post-test), terutama pada aspek kualitas visual dan deskripsi produk. Disimpulkan bahwa integrasi alat pembuatan website sederhana dengan teknologi AI generatif merupakan solusi efektif dan efisien untuk mengatasi hambatan teknis UMKM, sekaligus meningkatkan kredibilitas dan daya saing produk lokal di pasar digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi daring telah mengubah pola mobilitas masyarakat perkotaan secara signifikan. Ojek online menjadi alternatif utama transportasi karena menawarkan kemudahan akses, efisiensi waktu, serta fleksibilitas penggunaan. Persaingan antarpenyedia layanan ojek online mendorong perusahaan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran yang mampu mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tarif, promosi, dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan ojek online pada aplikasi Maxim di Kota Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden pengguna aplikasi Maxim yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebelum digunakan pada penelitian utama. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang didukung oleh uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tarif, promosi, dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kualitas layanan memiliki kontribusi pengaruh paling besar dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan terbentuk melalui kombinasi antara keterjangkauan tarif, efektivitas promosi, dan pengalaman layanan yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran jasa serta memperkaya kajian akademik di bidang manajemen pemasaran transportasi online. The development of online-based transportation services has significantly transformed urban mobility patterns. Online motorcycle taxis have become a primary mode of transportation due to their accessibility, time efficiency, and flexibility. Intense competition among online ride-hailing service providers encourages companies to develop marketing strategies that maintain customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effects of rates, promotion, and service quality on customer loyalty of online motorcycle taxi services using the Maxim application in Makassar City. A quantitative correlational research design was employed in this study. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to 100 Maxim application users selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability before the main data collection. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, supported by classical assumption tests, partial and simultaneous tests, and coefficient-of-determination analysis. The findings indicate that rates, promotion, and service quality have positive and significant effects on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Service quality has the strongest influence among the variables. These results indicate that customer loyalty is formed through a combination of affordable pricing, effective promotional strategies, and satisfactory service experiences. This study is expected to provide practical insights for companies in developing service marketing strategies and to contribute academically to the field of online transportation marketing management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor. Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor strategis yang menentukan keberhasilan organisasi dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif. Kompensasi dipandang sebagai bentuk penghargaan atas kontribusi karyawan, sedangkan stres kerja berkaitan dengan tekanan yang dirasakan dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan stres kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa sistem kompensasi yang diterapkan perusahaan memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja yang dialami karyawan berada pada tingkat yang masih dapat dikelola sehingga tidak menghambat pencapaian kinerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pengembangan kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia serta menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work stress on employee performance at PT Bosowa Berlian Motor. Employee performance is a strategic factor that determines organizational success in an increasingly competitive business environment. Compensation is viewed as a form of reward for employee contributions, while work stress relates to pressures experienced during task execution. This study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The research population comprised all employees of PT Bosowa Berlian Motor, and a sample of 77 respondents was selected via simple random sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, whereas work stress does not. These findings suggest that the company's compensation system plays an important role in encouraging employee performance. The level of work stress experienced by employees remains manageable and does not hinder performance achievement. This study is expected to contribute empirically to the development of human resource management research and to provide practical insights for company management in formulating policies to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Low learning outcomes in the Integrated Science (IPAS) subject at the elementary school level highlight the need for innovative, technology-enhanced learning approaches. This study aims to improve sixth-grade students' IPAS achievement by implementing a learning design that integrates coding and artificial intelligence within the Tri-N approach (niteni, nirokke, nambahi). The novelty of this research lies in the systematic integration of Tri-N—a culturally-rooted pedagogical framework—with modern computational tools (coding and AI), creating a unique bridge between local wisdom and 21st-century digital competencies in elementary education. Conducted at SDN 2 Cikalongwetan, West Bandung Regency, the research involved 40 students and employed Classroom Action Research using Kurt Lewin’s two-cycle model. Each cycle consisted of planning the Tri-N–based coding–AI design, implementing learning activities, observing student engagement, and reflecting on outcomes for improvement. Data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and learning achievement tests, and analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The study found a steady increase in students’ average scores from 73.6 (pre-action) to 78.9 (Cycle I) and 84.5 (Cycle II), achieving 100% mastery. Qualitative results also showed enhanced learning activeness, computational thinking, and creativity, particularly during the Nambahi stage. The findings demonstrate that integrating coding and AI supports interactive, adaptive, and meaningful learning experiences while strengthening conceptual understanding and participation. This study suggests that the Tri-N–based coding–AI learning design is a strategic alternative for supporting the Merdeka Curriculum and improving technological literacy in elementary schools.
