Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to explore the scholarly landscape on the effectiveness of accountability in public policy, focusing on literature indexed in Scopus. Using VOSviewer, the study visualizes thematic clusters, co-authorship networks, and country collaborations, offering insights into key trends, influential authors, and global research dynamics. Accountability emerges as a central concept, closely linked to transparency, governance, and public trust, with significant applications in sectors such as healthcare, education, and sustainable development. The analysis reveals the interdisciplinary nature of accountability research while highlighting gaps in addressing digital governance and underrepresented regional perspectives. The findings emphasize the importance of robust accountability frameworks in enhancing public policy effectiveness and the need for integrative and inclusive research to address contemporary governance challenges. This study provides valuable insights for academics and policymakers, offering a foundation for advancing accountability frameworks in diverse governance contexts.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of green financing, sustainability report transparency, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) implementation on corporate reputation in the Indonesian banking industry. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 75 respondents through a structured questionnaire, employing a Likert scale (1-5). The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, with multiple regression analysis used to assess the relationships between the variables. The results reveal that green financing, sustainability report transparency, and ESG implementation all have significant positive effects on corporate reputation. Among these factors, ESG implementation has the strongest influence. These findings suggest that banks that adopt sustainable financial practices, maintain transparency in reporting, and integrate ESG principles are more likely to enhance their corporate reputation. The study provides insights for banking institutions and policymakers to prioritize sustainability initiatives in building public trust and improving competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Ketika seseorang mengalami usia lanjut maka ia akan merasakan perubahan-perubahan baik pada secara fisik maupun psikologis, secara psikologis. Idealnya usia lanjut diisi dengan kematangan pada perubahan dialami. Akan tetapi Ketika seseorang mengalami usia lanjut makai ia akan dihadapkan dengan berbagai tantangan dan keterbatasan. Akan tetapi ada hal menarik yang terjadi pada beberapa siswa lansia di rumah bimbingan belajar bahasa Arab dan Inggris AL Hazin yang di dominasi usia SD, SMP, SMA dan Perguruan Tinggi yang belajar bahasa Arab sehingga menimbulkan keinginan bagi peneliti untuk menggalinya lebih mendalam. Dalam hal ini Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang mana peneliti ingin menggali dengan lebih mendalam berkenaan dengan motivasi lansia dalam kegiatan bimbingan pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Rumah Bimbingan Belajar Arab dan Inggris Al Hazin. Dalam hal ini pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara serta observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil perolehan data kemudian dianalisis melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifiksi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi lansia dalam mengikuti bimbingan belajar bahasa Arab adalah sebagai pemenuhan terhadap kebutuhan untuk belajar bahasa Arab, motivasi pada lansia yang mengikuti pembelajaran Bahasa Arab ini sesungguhnya sudah memenuhi dua hal yaitu intrinsic dan ekstrinsik. Faktor intrinsik merupakan adalah daya pendorong dalam memenuhi kebutuhan terhadap penguasaan bahasa Arab. Dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dengan cara semi terstruktur didapatkan bahwa bahwa mengisi waktu luang dan bisa memahami agama Islam dengan lebih baik merupakan faktor dominan dalam motivasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab bagi lansia sedangkan faktor lain adalah supaya bisa berkomunikasi secara langsung dengan orang arab berkaitan dengan pekerjaan di biro umroh atau haji. Adapun aspek menonjol dari faktor ekstrinsik adalah metode pengajaran materi pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang menumbuhkan semangat dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab di rumah bimbingan belajar bahasa Arab dan Inggris Al Hazin

Abstract

This research examines dental and oral health problems in Islamic boarding schools, which are influenced by the lack of knowledge and attitudes of the students. Knowledge of dental and oral health is an effort that is included in prevention to maintain healthy teeth and mouth, if dental and oral health is not paid attention to it can cause problems with dental and oral disease. This research aims to increase students' knowledge and attitudes towards dental and oral health through audio-visual education at the Putra Al-Badriyah Mranggen Islamic boarding schools. This type of research is a quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group design with a sample of 50 students, using a questionnaire given before and after the counseling intervention through audio-visual education, with data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and attitudes (p: 0.000 < α (0,05) and yaitu p: 0,000 < α (0,05). In conclusion, audio visual education is effective in increasing students' knowledge and attitudes about dental and oral health.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the transformational leadership role of madrasah heads in improving the performance of School Based Management (SBM)-based teachers in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Al-Hidmah Maron Probolinggo. School Based Management (SBM) is considered an effective approach to improve the quality of education by giving principals and teachers authority in resource management and decision making. The focus of this research is on how the head of the as a transformational leader can have a positive impact on teacher performance through the implementation of School Based Management (SBM). The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Al-Hidmah Maron Probolinggo which has successfully implemented transformational leadership based on school based management (SBM). Data was collected through in-depth interviews with madrasah heads, teachers, and heads of IGRA (Ikatan Guru Raudlatul Athfal)  Kecamatan Maron.  The results of research in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Al-Hidmah Maron Probolinggo show that transformational leadership of madrasah heads has an important role in improving teacher performance. Through inspiration, motivation, and the development of a shared vision, the head of the madrasah encourages teachers to actively participate in the decision-making and implementation of School Based Management (SBM). In addition, effective communication, coaching, and self-development are also key elements of  successful transformational leadership. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for the development of more effective education policies and leadership training in madrassas.

Abstract

Penerapan ilmu komputer yang berkembang di seluruh lini bidang yang juga mencakup  peternakan dan pertanian. Ilmu komputer dalam hal ini diimplementasikan sebagai alat bantu untuk menentukan kelayakan hewan kurban menggunakan aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis android. Sistem pakar ini memiliki fokus pada objek hewan kurban yang diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai pengecekan hewan kurban yang layak.  Pengecekan penyakit hewan kurban melalui system pakar diharapkan mampu menghasilkan informasi yang sesuai dengan diagnosa pakar. Representasi pengetahuan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode forward chaining dalam pengecekan kelayakan hewan kurban. Penentuan aturan dilakukan berdasarkan dengan data yang selanjutnya dijalankan berdasarkan hipotesa yang ada. Penerapan metode certainty factor dilakukan sebagai inferensi yang digunakan untuk menentukan nilai penyakit. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa penerapan kedua metode pada sistem pakar pengecekan hewan qurban mampu menghasilkan nilai akurasi 90%.

Abstract

The Employee Performance reviewed emotional intelligence, style of leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction (Study at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Small Medium Enterprise Segment in Solo. Thesis for Master of Science Postgraduate Program (M.Si) at Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta 2023. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously (concurrently) or partial variables of emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Small Medium Enterprise Segment in Solo. This research method used a quantitative research design. The population of all employees working at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. the Small Medium Enterprise Segment in Solo, with a total of 51 people. The sampling technique used the census technique with a sample of 51 respondents. Data collection was conducted by a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., the small-medium enterprise segment in Solo. Suggestions from this study for PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. the Small Medium Enterprise Segment in Solo, continues to improve existing emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction thus that it will make employee performance increase and become better than previous.Keyword: employee performances, emotional intelligence, style of leadership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction

The research network analysis highlights significant global collaboration and the central role of technological innovations like fintech and artificial intelligence in advancing sustainable financial practices. The study also explores regional dynamics, showing robust contributions from both developed and emerging economies. Overall, this analysis provides crucial insights into how sustainable finance can be strategically advanced to meet global sustainability goals, offering directions for policy, practice, and future research.

Abstract

The influx of the covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all sides of human life, not least in the world of education especially in boarding schools. Each pesantren has its own policy. Many pesantren choose to repatriate their students. However, not a few pesantren who have a policy of continuing the learning wheel, one of them is in Pondok Pesantren As Salam Fathul Ulum Kwagean. Therefore, this research aims to find out the innovation of learning stategi in Pondok Pesantren As Salam Fathul Ulum Kwagean in the face of the covid-19 pandemic. The stages in the implementation process ranging from the presence of researchers to the location directly looking for data sources, interviews, observations, and documentation as a data collection step then analyzethedata to know how farlearning innovations applied in Pondok Pesantren As Salam Fathul Ulum Kwagean in the face of the covid-19 pandemic. There are several learning stratetgi inovaasi that are applied in Pondok As Salam Fathul Ulum Kwagean ranging from learning tahfidzul qur'an, kutubuts tsurats literacy (yellow book) and literacy of santri writings, newsletters and wall magazines. These efforts are carried out as a support for boarding school education and provide a space to think and process ideas and develop creativity and appreciation of students in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic era.
