Abstract

The increasingly worrying environmental damage requires us to adopt a holistic approach in education, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). In this case, the ecocritical paradigm provides a critical perspective on the relationship between humans and nature, which is in line with the principles of environmental theology in Islam. This study aims to explore how the ecocritical paradigm can be integrated into PAI to build ecological awareness based on Islamic values. The methods used are a qualitative approach, literature study and field research. This study reveals that Islamic teachings emphasize the concept of khilafah (human leadership over the earth), amanah (responsibility), and balance (mizan) in an effort to maintain ecosystem harmony. The integration of ecocriticism in PAI can be realized through the development of a curriculum that emphasizes environmental ethics, strengthening spiritual values ​​in preserving nature, and the application of learning methods based on experience and real action. Thus, the application of the ecocritical paradigm in PAI plays an important role in shaping the attitudes and behavior of students who are more concerned about the environment, in accordance with the principles of environmental theology in Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (PMD) Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil di Dinas PMD dengan sampel sebanyak 42 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh negatif (-0,333), sedangkan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif (0,496) terhadap komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan uji simultan (uji F), kedua variabel independen (iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,301 atau 30,1% menunjukkan bahwa variasi komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja, sementara 69,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Pembuktian hipotesis juga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Dengan demikian, untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi pegawai, Dinas PMD perlu memperhatikan aspek motivasi kerja dan menciptakan iklim organisasi yang kondusif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan PerputaranAktiva terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) industri teknologi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)2019-2023. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Populasi dalampenelitian ini sebanyak 44 perusahaan, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah10 perusahaan. Periode pengamatan yang dilakukan selama 5 tahun yaitu dimulai dari 2019-2023. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung berupalaporan keuangan pada situs www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis data yang digunakanmenggunakan analisis statistik yaitu: analisis regresi data panel, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesisserta diolah menggunakan Program Microsoft Excel dan Eviews Versi 12. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (bersamaan) pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) danPerputaran Aktiva sebagai variabel independen (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Return On Asset (ROA) industri teknologi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2019-2023.Kemudian hasil penelitian secara parsial Current Ratio (CR) menunjukkan pengaruh signifikanterhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Sebaliknya, Perputaran Aktiva tidak memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) industri teknologi di Bursa EfekIndonesia (BEI) 2019-2023.Kata kunci: Current Ratio (CR), Perputaran Aktiva, Return On asset (ROA)

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of financial literacy and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, with business innovation acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative research design was employed, using data collected from 200 MSME owners and managers across diverse sectors through structured questionnaires based on a 5-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3.0). The results reveal that both financial literacy and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Furthermore, business innovation significantly mediates the relationship between the two independent variables and business performance. These findings underscore the importance of financial capability, strategic entrepreneurial behavior, and innovation adoption in enhancing MSME sustainability and competitiveness. The study provides practical recommendations for policymakers and business development stakeholders to support integrated capacity-building efforts for MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

HIV/AIDS is an infectious disease with a high risk of transmission among adolescents, primarily due to limited knowledge and lack of accurate information. One effective strategy to address this issue is through health education, particularly using engaging media such as animated videos to enhance delivery and retention. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education using animated video media on increasing adolescent knowledge about HIV/AIDS. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. A total of 40 adolescents participated and received an intervention in the form of education through animated video. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with 30 multiple-choice items administered before and after the intervention.  Based on the results, before the health education intervention using animated video media, most respondents (25 people or 62.5%) were in the good knowledge category, 12 respondents (30%) were in the sufficient category, and 3 respondents (7.5%) were in the lacking category. After the intervention, all respondents (100%) were in the good knowledge category, with no respondents in the sufficient or lacking categories. The statistical test showed Z = -4.939 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference. Health education using animated video media is effective in increasing adolescent knowledge about HIV/AIDS.

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to explore the scholarly landscape on the effectiveness of accountability in public policy, focusing on literature indexed in Scopus. Using VOSviewer, the study visualizes thematic clusters, co-authorship networks, and country collaborations, offering insights into key trends, influential authors, and global research dynamics. Accountability emerges as a central concept, closely linked to transparency, governance, and public trust, with significant applications in sectors such as healthcare, education, and sustainable development. The analysis reveals the interdisciplinary nature of accountability research while highlighting gaps in addressing digital governance and underrepresented regional perspectives. The findings emphasize the importance of robust accountability frameworks in enhancing public policy effectiveness and the need for integrative and inclusive research to address contemporary governance challenges. This study provides valuable insights for academics and policymakers, offering a foundation for advancing accountability frameworks in diverse governance contexts.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of green financing, sustainability report transparency, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) implementation on corporate reputation in the Indonesian banking industry. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 75 respondents through a structured questionnaire, employing a Likert scale (1-5). The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, with multiple regression analysis used to assess the relationships between the variables. The results reveal that green financing, sustainability report transparency, and ESG implementation all have significant positive effects on corporate reputation. Among these factors, ESG implementation has the strongest influence. These findings suggest that banks that adopt sustainable financial practices, maintain transparency in reporting, and integrate ESG principles are more likely to enhance their corporate reputation. The study provides insights for banking institutions and policymakers to prioritize sustainability initiatives in building public trust and improving competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Heatsink is composed of square or circular-shaped base plates connected to fins on one side. Fluid flow within the heatsink typically occurs through natural convection, where colder air flows into the hotter fin region and exits through the fin tips. In this study, we conducted numerical simulations using Solidworks 2021-2022 Research Licence software to investigate three different heatsink models with distinct shapes, aiming to determine the most effective cooling rate. The thermal simulation results revealed that the heatsink design with square fins exhibited lower maximum temperatures, making it recommended for applications utilizing natural convection. Additionally, heat sinks with thinner fins have a larger surface area, accommodating more fins compared to thicker ones, which affects the heat transfer efficiency within the heat sink.
