Educational achievement in Education for Sustainable Development (EfSD) demands fair and equitable education. This condition gives rise to various preparations that must be taken into account by teaching staff through program plans and strategies designed to achieve the quality of education as regulated in the curriculum. The aim of the research is to examine the conditions for implementing EfSD in elementary schools through the management of learning modules. The research uses the Research and Development or R&D method with the ADDIE model. The research begins with an analysis stage consisting of analysis of problems, needs and curriculum, teachers and students. The design stage takes the form of resource management and management of material aspects through the development of independent curriculum teaching modules. At this stage, a validation test was carried out by material experts and practitioners which resulted in an average of 94.48%. Then the implementation or trial phase was limited to 10 students, the test was extensive on 22 grade 4 students. The evaluation stage aims to determine the suitability of the independent curriculum teaching module product for use in schools. The test results showed that student responses were limited to 87.87% and broadly 93.24%. It can be concluded that the development of teaching modules attracts students to learn according to their characteristics, skills and interests.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum based on the philosophical perspective of essentialism. This research uses content analysis methodology and literature study to explore the essentialist philosophical perspective of the Merdeka Curriculum. The results of this research support the essentialist view that the Independent Curriculum should give priority to principles that have been tested, are timeless and relevant. The philosophical perspective of essentialism emphasizes the value of returning to the roots of educational traditions that have proven effective in preparing students for life. The Merdeka Belajar curriculum tries to return focus to subjects that are considered basic and essential, along with efforts to improve the overall quality of education so that Indonesia can compete at the global level. Schools are seen as bearers of cultural and historical heritage, while teachers act as models who supervise students in the learning process. Conclusion, The implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum reflects the principles of essentialism in an effort to build a solid and relevant educational foundation for the development of society and the nation, by making education an important foundation in creating virtue and success in life. This study discusses the anxiety that comes from the trauma experienced by the main character. The novel Do No Harm by Christina McDonald is taken as the research corpus which was written in 2021. The descriptive analysis method is applied in this research. The objective of this research is to show that anxiety has a major impact on the behavior of the main character. The research findings posit that the main character's anxiety begins when her son, Josh is diagnosed with cancer. This anxiety makes the main character take various actions to solve the problem, but all her actions have a negative impact on herself and others. The content provided is an excerpt from a novel titled "Do No Harm." It revolves around a complex web of events involving a murder investigation, drug dealing, and a family's struggle with a child's illness. The protagonist, Emma, is entangled in a situation where she discovers a connection between her family and a murder case. She is also involved in illegal activities to save her son's life. The story delves into themes of moral dilemmas, family dynamics, and the consequences of difficult choices. The narrative is filled with tension, emotional turmoil, and ethical conflicts, making it a compelling and intricate storyline.

Research by UNESCO shows that around 50% of the world's population does not have access to the internet, which is a major barrier to the application of technology in education. In today's digital age, there are great advances in technology that enable educational innovation and improved learning quality. However, technology implementation requires comprehensive and inclusive policies that consider technological, environmental, political, economic and social aspects. The purpose of this study is to study, understand and explain the importance of technology in education; and to make an analysis of strategies that use technology to make educational policies. This study uses a qualitative method with a PESTEL analysis approach and descriptive analytics to elaborate on this. The secondary data used in this study came from government reports, publications of educational institutions, scientific articles and other relevant official documents. The results show that PESTEL analysis is a useful technique for making technology-based education plans. Technology infrastructure, various trainings, and the effectiveness of technology adoption in education require adequate political and budgetary support, as well as positive community and academic support.

Inclusive education plays an important role in providing equal learning opportunities for all children, regardless of their abilities. This research addresses the issue of low public trust in inclusive education, which has the potential to hinder policy implementation and practice. The aim of this research is to develop strategies to strengthen community trust and improve the quality of inclusive education. A mixed methods approach was used in this study. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews with teachers, parents, students and policymakers and a survey of 255 respondents. The instrument used was an observation sheet. After the data was collected, it was analyzed through two stages, namely qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative analysis was conducted with thematic and narrative coding, while quantitative analysis used descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis. The results show that community involvement, teacher training and removing stigma are the main factors in increasing community trust in inclusive education. However, community trust does not have a significant effect on inclusive education outcomes directly. The study concluded that community-based strategies supported by teacher training and anti-stigma campaigns need to be implemented to improve community acceptance of inclusive education.

Existentialism is a philosophy and its methodological roots come from the phenomological method developed by Hussel. Existentialism is closely related to education. This is because the center of existentialism's discussion is human existence, while education is only carried out by humans. The aim of education is to encourage every individual to be able to develop all his potential for self-fulfillment. The implication of the philosophy of existentialism in education is to provide broad and comprehensive experience in all forms of life. The goal of existential education is human freedom. Existentialist teachers must be able to foster a spirit of self-discipline and responsibility in their students. The role of teachers in the existentialist perspective is that teachers are tasked with protecting and maintaining academic freedom. Teachers give students the freedom to choose and provide them with experiences that will help them discover their lives and teachers also act as facilitators for students in developing their own potential. This article uses a qualitative approach by applying the literature study method. Elementary school students only experience the pre-existential period but continue to be formed with character education in the form of guidance services.

Eat Pray Love novel by Elizabeth Gilberth tells the story of a woman's journey to herself in three countries over a period of one year. There are also countries visited are Italy, India and Indonesia. Her visit to the three countries was in order to find a balance in her life. This is evident from the interaction between the characters and the conflicts contained in the novel. The journey to the Italian state to explore the arts of fun, deepen the art of meditation and devotion in the country of India and balance the two in Bali Indonesia. Feminist ideology is seen in the main character of the novel as well as some other female figures mentioned in Elizabeth's novel taking the greatest step in her life to end her marriage and find her own life and happiness as a woman. In this novel also told a figure Indian girl named Tulsi who chose to continue his education in the middle of an environment that opposed women to have high education. ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the application of the flipped classroom learning model to influence class-A students' assesment in the English Literature Study Program at Pakuan University, Bogor. This type of research employs classroom action research with 50 students in class A and B during the odd semester of 2022/23 enrolled in Poetry class . The collection of data was conducted with the use of speaking tests and observation sheets. Analyzing the data, an average score of 80% of students who had problems with speaking because they did not reach the passing standard value established in the lecture contract, and only 17% of students who were able to achieve the passing grade standard were obtained in the pre-action phase. The cycle I graduation rate increased to 46%, and in cycle II, 100% of students achieved the standard passing score. The results of this study indicate that the flipped classroom learning model can influence students' assessment .Keywords: Poetry Analysis; Flipped Classroom Learning Model, Assesment

This study aims to analyze the readiness of junior high school teachers receiving the 2025 Performance-Based School Operational Assistance (BOS Kinerja) in utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to support deep learning. A total of 100 teachers from various public and private schools participated in the study. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on the UNESCO ICT Competency Framework for Teachers and analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The results indicate that teachers' readiness in the domains of knowledge acquisition (KA) and knowledge deepening (KD) to support deep learning falls into the "ready" category. The highest competency was observed in the knowledge acquisition aspect, with a mean score of4.12, followed by knowledge deepening at 3.75, and knowledge creation (KC) at 3.30, which indicates a "fairly ready" status and highlights the need for further reinforcement. 78.9% of teachers stated that they have integrated ICT into their lesson plans (RPP). However, only 42.2% reported that this integration supports project-based, collaborative, and reflective learningChallenges remain in increasing the consistent use of ICT and optimizing practice-based training. These findings are essential for data-driven, targeted, and sustainable policy-making aimed at enhancing teachers' digital competencies.
