Abstract

Abstract The researcher uses a qualitative approach method and through field studies and also based on several previous journals. The study population consisted of several buyers affected by gharar after buying and selling online applications such as Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia. The results of this study were obtained after the researcher interviewed directly with buyers affected by gharar. The practice of gharar used by sellers is to describe the products they sell well without explaining the defects or badness of the products they sell. Directly or indirectly, such business practices undermine or weaken the company's competitive power. Basically, transparency and honesty are the most important things in trading activities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the North Sumatra Sharia Bank in the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises at the North Sumatra Bank KCP Pelayan Perak and identify obstacles in the development of MSMEs. This research uses qualitative field research techniques which focus more on the details of an in-depth knowledge problem. In its simplest form, field research is an investigation of data collected from a research location or field with the aim of collecting data or information, such as books, notes, papers and other references about MSMEs. Bank Sumut KCP Hamparan Perak is where this data was found. The findings of this research include the role of Bank Sumut KCP Hamparan Perak in maximizing MSMEs consisting of three things, namely providing MSME financing products in the form of Sumut Sejahtera, monitoring how customers' businesses are financed and developed, and providing capital for MSMEs in the form of management advice and business supervision to clients. With this research, it is hoped that Bank Sumut KCP Hamparan Perak can improve its operations, make its employees more comfortable in serving the community, and create a customer-friendly environment.

Abstract

The Government Regulation issued by President Joko Widodo on June 21, 2018, which regulates the Online Single Submission (OSS), faces various obstacles in its implementation. These obstacles involve business actors and agencies responsible for permits within the OSS. One of the main obstacles is the lack of understanding regarding the use of the OSS system. Meanwhile, in Padang Sidempuan City, there are 10,641 MSMEs in Padang Sidempuan based on data from December 2022, and from the initial research data, it turns out that many are still unaware of the OSS and do not have an NIB. This research is a qualitative study using a descriptive approach, in the form of field research. The results of this study indicate the absence of the Impact of OSS Implementation and Business Identification Number on the Growth of Sharia Businesses in Padang Sidempuan City. The reasons for this are that Sharia business actors do not know how to use the OSS System and are also unaware of the benefits of having a Business Identification Number.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy on increasing optimism in achieving targets for BSI KCP Medan Aksara employees. Quantitative research method using the SPSS application. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the relevant research samples. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Aksara with a sample size of 30 employees. The results of testing the coefficient of multiple determination between self-efficacy (X1) and self-concept (X2) obtained an R value of 0.558, so it can be said to be strongly correlated. From the calculation, the coefficient of determination or Adjusted R Square is 0.260 or 26%. This shows that the self-efficacy and self-concept variables have an influence on the optimism variable by 26%, while the remaining 74% is influenced by other factors not explained in the research.

Abstract

Mempromosikan adalah suatu gerakan bisnis atau pertukaran dengan menawarkan barang kepada pelanggan dengan tujuan agar kebutuhan dan pemenuhan pembeli terpenuhi. Push marketing melibatkan inisiatif pemasaran yang proaktif di mana pesan-pesan pemasaran ditekan kepada konsumen. Ini bisa mencakup iklan berbayar di media sosial, email,atau promosi di situs web. Pull marketing berfokus menarik konsumen secara sukarela dengan konten edukatif seperti artikel blog tentang manfaat asuransi jiwa.Tujuan dari eksplorasi ini yaitu agar mengetahui pengaruh startegi pemasaran push dan pull digital marketing terhadap purchase intention asuransi jiwa di PT.Chubb Life Insurance Medan. Teknik yang diperlukan pada eksplorasi ini yaitu metode pemeriksaan kuantitatif yang memakai desain eksplorasi analitik deskripftif dengan pendekatan cross secsional. Banyak sampel eksplorasi sekitar 60 individu. Temuan eksplorasi memperlihatkan ada pengaruh signifikan antara Strategi Pemasaran Push dan Pull Digital Marketing Terhadap Purchase Intention Asuransi Jiwa Di Pt. Chubb Life Insurance Medan. Hasil uji Fisher Exact didapatkan nilai p=0,000 (p<0.05).

Abstract

The planning of the village's financial management will help the village in reducing the failure of activities due to uncertainty, the planning of financial management can also be a tool of supervision and control by the leader, the village chief and the village secretary. The purpose of this research is to analyze the planning of the financial management of the village in Mount Berkat Village. This research approach is descriptive using quantitative data types. Data collection methods are done with library research, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the planning of the financial management of the village of Gunung Berkat is in accordance with the Regulations of the Minister of Home Affairs (Permendagri) No. 20 of 2018.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak sikap, motivasi, dan keyakinan diri terhadap minat berwirausaha di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Medan dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari individu Generasi Z di Kota Medan. Data yang sudah di kumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik seperti analisis regresi guna mengevaluasi hubungan antara sikap, motivasi, keyakinan diri, dan minat berwirausaha. Selain itu, akan diperoleh wawasan kualitatif melalui wawancara atau diskusi kelompok fokus untuk mendalami pengaruh prinsip-prinsip Islam terhadap aspirasi berwirausaha di kalangan Generasi Z. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam diskusi akademis dan implikasi praktis. Memahami peran sikap, motivasi, dan keyakinan diri dalam membentuk minat berwirausaha di kalangan Generasi Z dapat membantu pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan pengusaha dalam merancang strategi yang efektif untuk mempromosikan budaya berwirausaha dalam masyarakat. Selain itu, dengan mengintegrasikan perspektif Islam, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai dan keyakinan agama mempengaruhi perilaku dan aspirasi berwirausaha, yang dapat memperkaya diskusi tentang kewirausahaan di masyarakat mayoritas Muslim seperti Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumsi terhadap keputusan boikot produk Israel pada mahasiswa generasi Z di Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 5.360 mahasiswa, dan sampel sebanyak 98 mahasiswa dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang mencakup faktor-faktor seperti nilai religiusitas, demonstrasi (aksi massa), seruan agama (fatwa), aktivitas di media sosial, dan pengetahuan produk. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26.0 untuk melihat pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap keputusan boikot produk Israel. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai dampak gerakan boikot terhadap perilaku konsumsi, serta mendorong kesadaran yang lebih besar tentang isu-isu kemanusiaan dan produk-produk yang masih berafiliasi dengan Israel

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Word of Mouth Marketing (WOMM) quality in increasing customer interest in Home Ownership Loan (PPR) products at BTN KCP Syariah Setia Budi using SWOT analysis. This research employs SWOT analysis (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) as its foundational framework. The results indicate that WOMM has significant potential to attract customer interest, particularly through the strength of satisfied customers' credibility and the superior quality of services. Major opportunities are also identified in the growth of digital and social media and the increasing trust in sharia financial products. However, challenges include dependence on customer perceptions, limited control over WOMM messages, and intense market competition. With the right strategies, such as enhancing service quality, leveraging social media, and encouraging positive testimonials, BTN KCP Syariah Setia Budi can optimize the positive impact of WOMM to strengthen the market position of their PPR products.

Abstract

The type of data used is Secondary Data which is obtained from monthly BRIS Stock Price Movement Data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There were 43 samples in this study. The results showed that partially the investment decision had a significant positive effect on CAPM with tcount > ttable (2.774>1.684) and a significant value of (0.017<0.05). Partially, investment feasibility has a significant negative effect on CAPM with a tcount > ttable (2.495<1.684) and a significant value of (0.008<0.05). Simultaneously Investment Decisions and Investment Feasibility have a significant effect on CAPM. With a significant value of (specify) the value of Fcount > Ftable, namely (3.868> 3.23). While the value of the coefficient of determination is 78%.
