Abstract

This research aims to find out how the development of religious tourism can increase UMKM income using SWOT analysis. The research location is the Syarun Nur Mosque and the object of this research is the development of religious tourism in increasing the income of UMKM. Based on the research results, it is known that the strategy for developing religious tourism at the Syahrun Nur Mosque in increasing UMKM income can be carried out with 4 strategies, namely providing infrastructure and arranging and repairing the facilities and infrastructure of the tourist attraction, improving services for visiting tourists, developing the business of UMKM actors around the Great Mosque. Syahrun Nur, and developing UMKM and business actors who produce and provide souvenirs and culinary specialties from the Syahrun Nur Mosque).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the programs carried out by the Medan Regional Center for Indonesian Mualaf Care (MCIP) in empowering the economy of converts through the management of zakat, infaq, shadaqoh (ZIS). The type of research used in this research is qualitative with data triangulation analysis, namely by combining data from various sources, methods or theories. Type of data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation with the research object of Muslim converts who were empowered by the Indonesian Center for Muslim Concern (MCIP) institution. The results of the research show that the Medan Regional Center for Indonesian Muslim Concerns (MCIP) manages zakat and empowers the economy of converts through the zakat given. Empowerment is realized through programs such as Life Skills Training, Basic Food Assistance and Funding for Muslim MSMEs. Good economic empowerment indicates that mustahiq also have good economic qualities. This is due to changes in the mindset of converts who are increasingly developing regarding efforts to improve their standard of living to be better than before. Therefore, economic empowerment can increase the welfare, income and independence of converts.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate the zakat distribution strategies in the fields of education and entrepreneurship at LAZISMU (Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq, dan Sadaqah Muhammadiyah) in Medan City, along with the obstacles encountered. The data analysis technique employed in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis using the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The primary data collection techniques and instruments consist of structured interviews, supplemented by secondary data sources such as financial reports, books, journals, and others. The findings reveal that LAZISMU in Medan City does not implement specific strategies for zakat distribution. Thus, it can be concluded that LAZISMU distributes zakat using similar strategies as other LAZs (Lembaga Amil Zakat) or BAZs (Badan Amil Zakat) focusing on efficient financial management and human resource management strategies. The obstacles encountered in zakat distribution in the fields of education and entrepreneurship at LAZISMU in Medan City generally fall into two clusters: (1) internal cluster with obstacles related to human resources and governance aspects, and (2) external cluster with obstacles related to location and mustahik (zakat recipients) decision-making aspects.

Abstract

The study aim to know are there communication style and leadership style affect the loyalty of baristas in Medan coffee shops. The baristas in Medan City were the subjects of this study. The Associative Qualitative Method is the research technique employed; samples must fulfill the study specifications and have a minimum sample size of thirty respondents (Sugiyono, 2018: 138). Based on the data obtained from the distributed questionnaires, it results in a communication style that has a positive effect on barista loyalty. However, leadership style has no effect on barista loyalty

Abstract

This study attempts to determine how Inventory Turnover and Sales influence Net Profit at CV. Mulya Motor Ujung Gading, West Pasaman Regency. This form of research is quantitative research, and the data utilized are quantitative data. Mulya Motor Ujung Gading, West Pasaman Regency's monthly financial statements serve as the source of information for this study's data collecting. Based on the sample collection undertaken using the approach of purposive sampling, a total of 36 research samples from 60 populations were acquired. In this study, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests including the normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing including the t-test, F test, and the coefficient of determination were used to analyze the research sample collected between 2017-2019. The partial test results indicate that inventory turnover has a favorable and statistically significant influence on net income at CV. Mulya Motor Ujung Gading, West Pasaman Regency. CV. Mulya Motor Ujung Gading, West Pasaman Regency's sales have a positive and significant impact on net income. In addition, net income is significantly affected by the outcomes of inventory turnover and sales simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out how financing, ISSI and SBSN affect gross domestic product. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the government and industry players in Indonesia in knowing the picture of the state of the financial sector and formulating policy strategies in the future so as to create high and stable real sector growth to be able to encourage economic growth in Indonesia. The results of the study show that: 1) The influence of Islamic Banking Financing has no effect on GDP. 2) ISSI has no influence on GDP. 3) SBSN has no significant influence on GDP. 4) Sharia, ISSI, and SBSN banking financing simultaneously have an influence on GDP. Keywords: Influence of Financing, ISSI, SBSN, PDB, Sharia Banking Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembiayaan ISSI dan SBSN terhadap produk domestik bruto. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna bagi pemerintah dan pelaku industri di Indonesia dalam mengetahui gambaran keadaan sektor keuangan serta merumuskan strategi kebijakan pada masa yang akan datang sehingga menciptakan pertumbuhan sektor riil yang tinggi dan stabil untuk dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengaruh Pembiayaan Perbankan Syariah tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap PDB. 2) ISSI tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap PDB. 3) SBSN tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap PDB. 4) Pembiayaan perbankan Syariah, ISSI, dan SBSN secara simultan memiliki pengaruh Terhadap PDB. Abstract

This study will examine the effect of the Determinants of Islamic Banking Knowledge and Education Level on Interest in Saving at Bank Muamalat Medan Branch Office. The type of research used in this case is quantitative research. The data in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires which have been distributed to 100 millennial workers. Sample The method used is purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SPSS 20.0 for windows by testing the independent variables, namely the Determinants of Knowledge and Level of Education and the dependent variable, namely Interest in Saving. The results of this study indicate that the determinants of knowledge and education level simultaneously have a significant effect on the intention to save. For the partial test, Determinant Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Saving Interest. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of security guarantees and location on interest in transactions with Islamic banks in the people of Aek Batu City. The research method used in this case is quantitative research. The data in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires that have been distributed to 100 communities. Sample the method used is purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SPSS 20.0 for windows by testing the independent variables namely Guaranteed Sense of Security and Location and the dependent variable namely Interest in Transactions.The normality test using the Kolmogrov-Smirnov method obtained a result of 0.699, which means it is greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the normality test on the variables Assurance of Security, Location and Interest in Transactions can be said to be normally distributed. The results of the regression analysis in the first model show that the Guaranteed Sense of Security and Location variables have a positive and significant effect on Transaction Interest. The Guaranteed Sense of Security variable has a coefficient value of 0.593 and the Location variable has a coefficient value of 0.084. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that tcount is greater than the value of ftable 35.479> 2.69, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so there is a significant influence between the Guaranteed Sense of Security and Location variables on Interest in Transactions at Sharia Banks in the Aek Community of Batu City.

Abstract

The development of information technology, telecommunications and the internet has made business actors compete to create online or digital-based business applications. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Effect of Location, Fees and Service Features on Customer Satisfaction Using the fast pay Application. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents, namely customers who use services at fast pay Modern Stores. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling using the slovin formula. The results of the study show that: partially and simultaneously there is significant and significant influence of Location, Fees and Service Features on Customer Satisfaction in transactions using the fast pay application in Sei Pelancang village, Labuhan Batu Regency. The contributions to this study are: theoretically research can provide benefits and information as a basis for complementing customer satisfaction factors in using the fast pay application. In addition, this research can also be used as a reference to examine the influence of location, administrative costs and service features in order to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. In practice, this research can contribute to other applications in order to pay more attention to features, location and administrative costs.

Abstract

Fenomena Pandemi covid-19 memberi dampak pada semua sektor di Indonesia bahkan di seluruh dunia. Sektor ekonomi adalah salah satu yang terdampak. Pandemi Covid-19 memberi perubahan pada gaya hidup masyarakat khususnya pada sistem pembayaran dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli. Sistem pembayaran non tunai (cashless) dipercaya sebagai salah satu cara dalam mengurangi penyebaran virus covid-19, hal itu membuat para pelaku UMKM di Sipirok menjadikan sistem pembayaran non tunai sebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan di masa Pandemi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan sistem pembayaran non tunai terhadap peningkatan pendapatan (cashless) bagi pelaku UMKM di Sipirok di masa Pandemi covid-19. Metode regresi linear sederhana adalah metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, dengan metode sistem pembayaran non tunai (cashless) sebagai variabel independen (X) dan pendapatan sebagai variabel dependen (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 23 dalam pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial penerapan sistem pembayaran non tunai (cashless) memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhada peningkatan pendapatan pelaku UMKM di Sipirok pada masa Pandemi covid-19.
