The role of tourist destinations on Regional Original Income is very large. Efforts to boost the tourism industry must not forget the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Currently, MSME development efforts are translated into government policies through 3 (three) priority programs of the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs. Another policy that is also interesting to discuss is the allocation of village funds. Various real efforts and strategies have been carried out by several parties in developing MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to explore information about financial governance, policies and empowerment systems carried out by the relevant village government, map the constraints of implementing MSME empowerment in the Tourism Village area, then make the right pattern/model for empowering MSMjjjEs in the Tourism Village area in Gresik Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative in the hope of digging deeper into the information needed to answer the objectives of the research. The object of this research is Sekapuk Gresik Village, which is known as the billionaire village. The results showed that the empowerment of MSMEs in Sekapuk Tourism Village came from the independent management of the PKK. The synergy between the PKK and the Village Government is a milestone in the independence of the MSME empowerment policy and management system. The role of the Village Government is to provide facilities and stimulation for the independence of the sustainability of MSMEs under the PKK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 30 orang yaitu guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri jalur 8 Kecamatan Air Salek Kabupaten Banyuasin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur 8 Air Salek Banyuasin; (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur 8 Air Salek Banyuasin, dan (3) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur 8 Air Salek Banyuasin

Local wisdom is the result of the dialectic process between the individual and his environment. One of the local wisdom in Merapi Mountain, Indonesia is the traditional ceremony of Labuhan. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with literature review techniques. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the traditional ceremony of Labuhan Merapi is one of the local wisdom, tradition, culture, and traditional intelligence in the residents of the southern slope of Mount Merapi. Merapi's traditional ceremony is one of the traditional intelligence that can be managed in building a community-based disaster risk reduction system, especially at the disaster mitigation stage. Traditional intelligence is formed from the results of people's interaction with their physical environment over a long period of time. The formation of traditional intelligence allows people to know and read the signs of nature related to the eruption disaster of Mount Merapi.

Pharmacy unit has important role to determine service quality in hospital. For supporting patients service, Ciawi Region Public Hospital used drugs based on national formulatorium which is contain 1.176 kind of drugs with investation value Rp. 17.315.126.250,-. Ciawi Region Public Hospital already became National Health Coverage provider since 2014 with 74,04% the Indonesian National Healthcare Insurance (BPJS) patients and getting increase everyday. The big investation and amount of drugs need to supervise for accurate drugs support and getting effectivity and eficiency. Consumption method which already used by Ciawi Region Public Hospital is not fulfillt he drugs demand yet, still making drugs stock out and stock over. This is an analytic research to see the description of drugs need planning in Ciawi Region Public Hospital, with qualitative and quantitative approach. This research including deep interview, observation, document study and ABC method counting analysis for drug using, ABC investation method anlysis and ABC critical index method from Grup A (using) and Grup A (investation). The research also doing moving average forecasting method for 4 months period for Grup A, critical indeks ABC analysis in 2018 and counting amount of drugs order (EOQ), order frequency, Safety Stock (SS) and repeat order point (ROP). ABC method counting analysis for drug using showed that Grup C has 990 items (84,18%) slow moving type. ABC critical index method from Grup A showed 45 items with investation value Rp. 5.876.003.324,- and Grup B has 100 items with investation value Rp. 9.147.434.944,-. The Grup A and B investation cost is very high and need to plan and controll with EOQ, SS and ROP counting methods. EOQ will produce smallest total cost that will give efficient result. Ciawi Region Public Hospital is expected to make drugs supporting plan with quality controll and cost efficiency. The hospital also expected for having drugs amount order counting, safety stock and repeat order point.

The doctor's internal verifier has an important task in reducing the number of pending claims especially for controlling the suitability of coding with diagnoses on medical resumes. This research explain that the performance of internal verifier doctors in reducing the number of pending claims in Koja Hospital in 2018 by reviewing claims files and observations on claim data from 2017 to 2019. This study uses an intervention evaluation study design by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. The method used is to compare data coding errors on pending hospitalization claims Pre-intervention and Post-Intervention doctor internal verifiers both in number of claims and nominal claims. Then conduct in-depth interviews to find out the cause of coding errors to cause pending claims. The results of this study are that the proven internal verifier can reduce the number of pending hospitalization claims due to coding errors and obtained the causes of coding errors, namely incomplete medical resumes, lack of coder accuracy, lack of coder knowledge, lack of uniformity of information related to claim file coding and overload not accompanied by suitability of the number of coders. This can be minimized by the use of electronic medical records, training of coder personnel, team building and the addition of coder personnel.

Medication error is the incident of a drug provision that can inflicting injury to the patient with should be able to prevent as long as in control of a trained health professional, and of patients itself. From the 10 fact from World Health Organization on patient safety for the developing country in 2017 mentioned that 1 of 10 patients treated at hospital runs the risk against an onset of medical error and drug mistakes that may cause adverse effect. From the data of patient safety incident in hospital X performed from 2015 until 2016 there were 30 cases of patient safety incidents there were 12 cases of them was the case of error in administering medicine in inpatient unit. It is not conforming to standard of which are regulated by the Ministry of Health of Indonesia in 2008 which states that the incident at the hospital supposed to be zero accident. A design of this research is the qualitative study that aimed to analyze factors affecting patient safety in the process of administering medication by nurses in the X hospital for inpatient unit. The result shows that factors affecting the application of patient safety in administering medication are the lack of supervision of leaders, the lack of human resources, nursing turnover, absence of standard procedure of 7 right principle in administering medication, absence of training program for nurses, and also the lack of socialization

The implementation of digital payment policies can be consistently applied and improve the security of digital transactions so as to avoid cyber-crime in the context of digital payments. The urgency of this study is that researchers observe that digital payment transactions on mass bus transportation in Surabaya City eliminate currency exchange. The problem-solving approach of this research uses a regional economic resilience perspective as the main paradigm in observing the phenomenon of digital payments in mass bus transportation in the city of Surabaya. The formulation of this research problem includes: 1) What is the dynamics of mass bus transportation payment transactions in the city of Surabaya? 2) What is the regional economic review on the digital payment for mass bus transportation in Surabaya? 3) What is the strategy to maximize digital payments on mass bus transportation in Surabaya? The stage of research methods to answer problems and achieve research objectives is the use of qualitative methods that are strengthened through the use of primary data and secondary data. The results of the study suggest that initiating payments should be less painful and more enjoyable than cash payments that put a higher mental price on goods. Empirical facts based on interviews show that payment using plastic waste makes it difficult for consumers who will use mass transportation. The economic acceleration has an impact on data collection that is facilitated through applications, the aspect of supervision increases in this context. The implementation of digital payment policies can be consistently applied and improve the security of digital transactions so as to avoid cyber-crime in the context of digital payments.

This research is aimed to (1) produce science subject-specific pedagogy based on discovery learning integrated volcanic eruption disaster consisting of syllabus, lesson plan, student worksheet, and handouts according to experts and learning practitioners, and (2) know the effectiveness of the influence of science subject-specific pedagogy based on discovery learning integrated volcanic eruption disaster to improve mastery concept and disaster preparedness in mitigation. This was a research and development (R&D). The research and development used a 4-D model which consists of four stages define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of this research and development show that: (1) the Feasibility of science subject-specific pedagogy based on discovery learning integrated volcanic eruption disaster that has been developed, according to expert and learning practitioner assessments are in the category of very good, and (2) The influence of science subject-specific pedagogy based on discovery learning integrated with volcanic eruption disasters is effective to improve mastery concept and students' preparedness in disaster mitigation.

Setiap instansi perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan dan pengadaan barang dan jasa, persediaan barang menjadi hal yang penting sebab tanpa adanya persediaan barang, perusahaan akan kehilangan kesempatan untuk memperoleh keuntungan karena tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan dari konsumennya. PT Metro Surya Inovasi yang terletak di Kota Metro sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan dan pengadaan barang dan jasa dalam melakukan penginputan data persediaan barang menggunakan Microsoft Excel kerap mengalami kesulitan seperti banyaknya data yang harus di input ke dalam beberapa sheet dan sejumlah rumus yang harus dimasukkan dalam proses penghitungan data, Banyaknya jumlah file yang digunakan untuk menginput data berdampak pada proses pencarian data. Terkendalanya pencarian data membuat staff admin warehouse tidak efisien waktu dalam proses pelaporan stok persediaan barang, karena harus menghimpun data satu persatu. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dibangunlah sebuah sistem yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem Informasi Persediaan Barang Berbasis Desktop yang menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) menjadi sebuah solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode aliran data yang digunakan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) dengan bahasa pemrograman Java, serta menggunakan database MySQL. Pengujian Aplikasi menggunakan teknik Black Box Testing dan Beta Testing
