Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of Augmented Reality (AR) in enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes across various educational levels, focusing on its effectiveness compared to traditional teaching methods. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted, gathering relevant articles from the Scopus database based on pre-determined eligibility criteria. The review followed the PRISMA approach to ensure transparency, rigor, and a comprehensive examination of existing research. Initially, 166 articles were identified, with 32 meeting the inclusion criteria after a thorough screening process that assessed the title, abstract, and full text. Thematic analysis was employed to synthesize the findings, which revealed that AR significantly improves student engagement and understanding of complex concepts, particularly within physics education. Experimental studies demonstrated that students utilizing AR tools consistently outperformed their peers in traditional learning environments, showcasing higher levels of motivation and improved academic performance. Furthermore, the interactive nature of AR fosters a more engaging learning experience, prompting students to participate actively in their educational journey. However, the review also identified several challenges in implementing AR in educational settings. Issues such as limited access to technology, adequate teacher training, and potential cognitive overload were noted as barriers to effective integration. Despite these challenges, the findings underscore the potential of AR as a transformative educational tool capable of enhancing traditional learning methodologies. In conclusion, integrating AR into educational practices is crucial for fostering interactive and immersive learning experiences that can improve student outcomes. Continued research and investment in AR technologies are recommended to maximize their benefits and address the challenges identified, ultimately enhancing the quality of education across various levels and subjects. Abstract

The Effect of Problem Based Learning Integrated E-Books to Improve Learning Motivation in Physics for High School Students. Objectives: This study aimed to determine the effect of problem based learning integrated e-book to increase physics’ learning motivation of high school students. Methods: A quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 68 students in grade XI of State Senior High School in Randudongkal, Indonesia. They were divided into two classes, namely 34 students in the experimental class and 34 students in the control class. The students' learning motivation was measured through a questionnaire instrument based on the ARCS aspect through the google form. Findings: The results of the paired t-test analysis of motivation to learn physics in the experimental class showed a significant value with the sig 0.000. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the domains of learning and assessment practices within the context of Indonesia's education curriculum, with a particular focus on the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum (Kurikulum 2013). The research employs a library research approach by reviewing various sources such as legal regulations, academic journals, and relevant educational books. The findings reveal that the 2013 Curriculum is designed to develop three key domains of learning: cognitive (knowledge), affective (attitude), and psychomotor (skills). Assessment in the 2013 Curriculum is comprehensive and includes both formative and summative assessments as integral parts of the learning process. Formative assessment is used to monitor students' learning progress continuously, while summative assessment evaluates their achievement at the end of a specific learning period. The study also identifies several challenges in the implementation of assessments, including limited teacher understanding of authentic assessment principles, lack of supporting resources, and resistance from parents and the wider community toward new evaluation systems. The implications of these findings highlight the need for ongoing teacher training, adequate provision of supporting resources, and extensive outreach to all stakeholders to foster a shared understanding of the importance of meaningful and holistic learning assessment. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ranah belajar dan asesmen pembelajaran dalam konteks kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia, dengan fokus utama pada implementasi Kurikulum 2013. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research), melalui penelaahan berbagai sumber literatur seperti peraturan perundang-undangan, jurnal ilmiah, dan buku-buku pendidikan yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum 2013 dirancang untuk mengembangkan tiga ranah utama dalam proses pembelajaran, yaitu kognitif (pengetahuan), afektif (sikap), dan psikomotorik (keterampilan). Asesmen dalam Kurikulum 2013 bersifat komprehensif dan mencakup asesmen formatif serta sumatif sebagai bagian integral dari proses pembelajaran. Asesmen formatif digunakan untuk memantau perkembangan belajar siswa secara berkelanjutan, sementara asesmen sumatif digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pencapaian hasil belajar di akhir periode tertentu. Penelitian ini juga menemukan sejumlah tantangan dalam pelaksanaan asesmen, seperti keterbatasan pemahaman guru terhadap prinsip asesmen autentik, minimnya sumber daya pendukung, serta resistensi dari orang tua dan masyarakat terhadap sistem evaluasi yang baru. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, penyediaan fasilitas pendukung yang memadai, serta perlunya sosialisasi yang intensif kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan agar tercipta pemahaman yang selaras mengenai pentingnya asesmen pembelajaran yang menyeluruh dan bermakna.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in ethnic, cultural, and religious diversity, which requires an educational system that fosters tolerance and inclusivity. Islamic schools (madrasahs) have a strategic role in shaping student character through an Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum responsive to multicultural values. This study aims to analyze the role of school principals in developing a multicultural-based PAI curriculum. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review of relevant academic sources. The results show that principals act as visionary leaders who integrate local values, collaborate with community figures, and design learning materials that reflect the diversity of Islamic traditions. Challenges include limited teacher training and resistance to pluralistic values. Supporting factors include stakeholder collaboration, use of local wisdom, and policy support. Therefore, adaptive and transformative leadership becomes essential to realizing inclusive, contextual, and peaceful Islamic education in a multicultural society. ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan keberagaman suku, budaya, dan agama, sehingga membutuhkan sistem pendidikan yang menumbuhkan toleransi dan inklusivitas. Madrasah memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter siswa melalui kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang responsif terhadap nilai-nilai multikultural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan kurikulum PAI berbasis multikultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui kajian pustaka terhadap sumber-sumber akademis yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pemimpin visioner yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai lokal, berkolaborasi dengan tokoh masyarakat, dan merancang materi pembelajaran yang mencerminkan keberagaman tradisi Islam. Tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain terbatasnya pelatihan guru dan resistensi terhadap nilai-nilai pluralistik. Faktor pendukung antara lain kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan, pemanfaatan kearifan lokal, dan dukungan kebijakan. Oleh karena itu, kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan transformatif menjadi penting untuk mewujudkan pendidikan Islam yang inklusif, kontekstual, dan damai dalam masyarakat multikultural.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak tiga puluh orang yaitu guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri jalur delapan Kecamatan Air Salek Kabupaten Banyuasin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur delapan Air Salek Banyuasin; Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur delapan Air Salek Banyuasin, dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jalur delapan Air Salek Banyuasin

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country with a broad forest area with agricultural areas everywhere and evenly distributed. The Cepu Subdistrict area has fairly broad and has not been fully utilized maximally. The main priority faced by consistent water needs to maintain soil fertility. Solution This need is needed a good irrigation system during the dry season. Conventionally the use of diesel water pumps with fuel for agricultural irrigation systems is needed expensive and ineffective. The utilization of solar power for water pumps is one of the alternatives to reliable, efficient, effective, and efficient solutions to keep the irrigation system running well during the dry season. This service has successfully implemented the use of solar panels of 200WP to run a submersible pump with a depth of ± 4 meters infiltration well. This applied technology uses a timer automation system that runs pump performance during the day. For irrigation systems, implement an automation system in water with 2: 1 where 2 hours of watering and 1-hour filling water reservoir. This application can improve the planting results from farmers around Perhutani land. The land that is originally difficult with water will guarantee the water needs during the dry period.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMP IT Syuhada melalui pendampingan dalam penyusunan desain pembelajaran berbasis meaningful dan mindful. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, serangkaian pelatihan dan workshop kolaboratif telah dilaksanakan berfokus pada perancangan perangkat ajar yang inovatif, relevan, dan menstimulasi keterlibatan aktif peserta didik. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan guru, memberikan literatur tentang pembelajaran meaningful dan mindful, demonstrasi praktik, dan pendampingan intensif dalam pengembangan desain pembelajaran. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru untuk mengintegrasikan prinsip meaningful dan mindful learning dalam setiap aspek pembelajaran. Guru berhasil merancang pengalaman belajar yang adaptif, kontekstual, dan memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreatif, karakter peserta didik. Selain itu, aktivitas ini membantu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan kemandirian guru dalam menyiapkan perangkat ajar. Pendampingan berkelanjutan sangat penting dalam upaya untuk mendorong guru mengintegrasikan teori meaningful dan mindful learning dalam praktik kelas sehari-hari.

Abstract

Every child is unique, showcasing individual personalities, preferences, and skills from an early age. Therefore, families, educators, and caregivers need to monitor children's development to ensure they meet physical, emotional, and cognitive milestones appropriate to their age. Preschool assessment is critical in identifying developmental progress across domains such as moral and religious values, motor skills, mental abilities, language, socio-emotional skills, and artistic expression. However, limited parental knowledge and young children's communication barriers often hinder practical assessment. This study aims to develop and model the user interface of a Preschool Assessment application using the Child-Centered Design (CCD) approach, which positions children at the heart of the system design process. CCD incorporates children's characteristics through indirect engagement facilitated by the involvement of parents and teachers. The resulting interface prototype was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS), with participation from 20 children and 15 parents or teachers. The SUS scores averaged 86.25 from children and 84.17 from parents/teachers, categorized as "Excellent." These results indicate that the interface achieved a high level of usability and is well-aligned with the needs and characteristics of preschool-aged users

Abstract

This study aims to describe the methods used to instill multicultural values in lower-grade students through Islamic Religious Education subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’had Islam Getasan, Semarang Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving purposively selected teachers of grades 1, 2, and 3. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that various methods are used, including storytelling, playing, singing, educational trips, habituation, discussion, and exemplary behavior, with storytelling and habituation being the most dominant. These methods effectively foster students’ attitudes of tolerance, brotherhood, and love for the nation. However, several challenges were encountered, such as limited media resources, teachers' lack of storytelling skills, and inconsistencies between school education and students’ home environments. The study recommends teacher training and strengthened collaboration between schools and parents to enhance the internalization of multicultural values. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek guru kelas 1, 2, dan 3 yang dipilih secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan dalam penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural meliputi bercerita, bermain, bernyanyi, karya wisata, pembiasaan perilaku, diskusi, dan pemberian teladan, dengan metode bercerita dan pembiasaan menjadi yang paling dominan. Metode-metode ini terbukti efektif dalam membentuk sikap toleransi, persaudaraan, dan cinta tanah air siswa. Namun demikian, terdapat hambatan dalam penerapannya, seperti keterbatasan media, teknik bercerita guru, serta kurangnya konsistensi antara pendidikan di sekolah dan lingkungan rumah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan bagi guru dan penguatan sinergi antara sekolah dan orang tua untuk memaksimalkan internalisasi nilai multikultural.

Abstract

Mapping of beauty clinic locations in Baturaja is not yet available in a digital form that is easily accessible to the public, making it difficult for users to find the nearest clinic and obtain the service information they need. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that presents the distribution of beauty clinic locations in the Baturaja area in an informative and interactive manner. The research methods used include collecting clinic location data through observation and documentation, system design, and application development using web technology and digital maps with the integration of each clinic's geographical coordinates. The results of the study show that the developed GIS is capable of displaying a map of the distribution of beauty clinics, detailed clinic information including addresses, services, and contacts, as well as a user location search feature. Thus, this system can help the public access beauty clinic information quickly, precisely, and accurately
