Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Service Quality dan Product Quality terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction pada Pengguna E-Commerce di Jabodetabek. Survei penelitian dilakukan di Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan kuesioner daring dan melibatkan para pengguna yang sering berbelanja online di Shopee sebanyak lebih dari tiga kali selama tiga bulan terakhir. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan 200 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 26 dan dan Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS untuk mengelola dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketujuh hipotesis diterima, H1 – Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction dengan nilai C.R 3,302>1,98 dan P 0,000<0,05, H2 − Product Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction dengan nilai C.R 2,259>1,98 dan P 0,024<0,05, H3 − Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty dengan nilai C.R 5,005>1,98 dan P 0,000<0,05, H4 − Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty dengan nilai C.R 4,762>1,98 dan P 0,000<0,05, H5 − Product Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty dengan nilai C.R 6,007>1,98 dan P 0,000<0,05, H6 − Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction dengan nilai standardized indirect effect sebesar 0,041<0,05 dan standardized indirect effect two tailed significance sebesar 0,012<0,05, dan H7 − Product Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction dengan nilai standardized indirect effect sebesar 0,039<0,05 dan standardized indirect effect two tailed significance sebesar 0,034<0,05.Kata kunci: Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality, dan Service Quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi impulse buying behavior pada pengguna salah satu e-commerce Shopee dengan menggunakan variabel sales promotion, hedonic shopping, dan positive emotion. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 200 responden. Kriteria responden dalam penelitian yaitu responden berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek, berusia minimal 17 tahun, mempunyai akun Shopee dan merupakan pengguna Shopee, dan responden sudah pernah melakukan pembelian di Shopee minimal dua kali dalam kurun waktu enam bulan terakhir. Data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM yang terdapat dalam perangkat AMOS dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sales promotion berpengaruh terhadap positive emotion, sales promotion berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying behavior, hedonic shopping berpengaruh terhadap positive emotion, hedonic shopping berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying behavior, positive emotion berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying behavior, sales promotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying behaviour melalui positive emotion, dan hedonic shopping berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying behaviour melalui positive emotion.

Abstract

Organizational change demands effective management, with the preparedness of human resources playing a pivotal role in achieving success. This study explores the interplay of psychological capital, work engagement, and entrepreneurial mindsets (both intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial) as predictors of lecturers' readiness for change. Conducted with 331 lecturers from private universities in Indonesia (Esa Unggul, Jakarta state university and Muhammadiyah Pringsewu, the research employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS) for data analysis. The findings underscore the substantial influence of psychological capital and work engagement in enhancing lecturer readiness for change. Additionally, work engagement emerges as a critical mediator in the relationship between psychological capital and readiness for change. Notably, the study contributes to our understanding by delving into both intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial dimensions of entrepreneurial mindsets, offering a nuanced perspective on the factors shaping educator readiness for change. The research contributes theoretically by shedding light on the multifaceted roles of entrepreneurial mindsets in strengthening readiness for change, addressing a gap in the existing literature. Practical insights advocate for the cultivation of diverse entrepreneurial mindsets among educators to successfully navigate organizational change. This study establishes a foundation for future research in this evolving domain, emphasizing the significance of entrepreneurial approaches in preparing lecturers for the challenges posed by organizational change.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. This study was conducted at Persahabatan Hospital using quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 220 employees. The analysis method used is Explanatory research, which is a study conducted to explain the causal relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on employee work motivation and performance. Work discipline was also found to have a significant effect on employee work motivation and performance. In addition, work motivation as an intervening variable has been shown to have a significant effect on employee performance. Explanatory research indicates that work motivation strengthens the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that leadership style and work discipline directly and indirectly through work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. This finding implies the importance of implementing an effective leadership style and increasing work discipline to improve employee motivation and performance at Persahabatan Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide training to communities around the TPA In South Tangerang regarding the utilization of waste to be a product of economic value as an innovative way to help the government in the management of waste as well as increase income for every familyThe method used is classical method with discussion / question and answer approach, simulation and practice of making the product, with the intention that the material can be accepted by the participants well. Guidance / consultation is done through the last session with participants, as well as by telephone or by mail. The results of the training show the participants so have the knowledge in managing waste and skills in utilizing waste to make products of economic value. It can be concluded that participants want continuous knowledge. It is desirable to provide knowledge in the form of regular training and sustainable.

Abstract

The students of State University of Jakarta (UNJ) try to apply the bio pore hole technique to restraint the flood problem through the community service program. The purpose of this program is (1) sharing knowledge to campus community about application of science and technology, (2) adding skill to general community especially the college student of UNJ in using bio pore holes technique to avoid the flood problem, (3) Improving the image of UNJ as a supplier of versatile functional technology to the developing regions. The method that have been used for this community service program are lecturing, discussing and direct practicing after material delivery through individual and groups.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to equip participants to have an understanding and knowledge of the importance of managing how to process harvested rice into rengginang, from how to manufacture, packaging, to marketing it. The training activities are carried out using the classical method with a discussion / question and answer approach and simulation as well as guidance / consultation carried out both through one last meeting session with participants. Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide participants with understanding and knowledge about the importance of making classroom action research, as well as increase the enthusiasm of teachers to make CAR and implement CAR as expected so teachers do not experience problems in writing CAR reports because Classroom Action Research is seen as a form of research. the most appropriate improvement in the quality of learning. The method uses training with a participatory training model and intensive mentoring, Data collection techniques use interviews to obtain data about the difficulties of teachers in preparing CAR proposals, observations to observe the implementation of the participatory training model with intensive mentoring, and evaluation of CAR proposals to obtain data on the success of model implementation. training. The implementation of this training was attended by 65 teachers. With this training, teachers have knowledge and insight as skilled teachers because apart from being researchers, teachers also act as PBM implementers so that they know very well the problems they are facing, and the conditions to be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of self-efficacy and self-control on academic procrastination of State Vocational High School 4 Pandeglang. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive approach. The samples in this study was 134 respondents. For data processing, researchers processed questionnaires using a likert scale. The variables Academic Procrastination (Y), Self-Efficacy (X1), and Self-Control (X2) are primary data in the form of research questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with SPSS program version 2 3.0 it begins by looking for an analysis requirement test using the Kolgomorov-Smirnov normality test with academic procrastination significance results of 0.200, self-efficacy of 0.200, and self-control of 0.200. Then use a linearity test with significance values on the linearity of self-efficacy and self-control of 0.000. Test classical assumptions using heteroskedasticity test in Spearman rho test with variable significance values of self-efficacy of 0.195 and self-control of 0.08 8. The multicholinearity test of self-efficacy and self-control variables had a tolerancre value of 0.9 71 and a VIF value of 1.029. The F test is worth 116.547. and the T test on the self-efficacy variable of -1.861 and the self-control variable of -14.621. The result of the multiple regression equation is as follows Ŷ = 9,817 – 0,163X1 – 0,946X2, From the equation, the influence of self-efficacy and self-control on academic procrastination has an influence in a negative and significant direction. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.640 which means that the degree of influence of self-efficacy and self-control on academic procrastination belongs to the very strong classification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi pelatihan digital marketing yang ditujukan untuk UMKM Binaan Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. UMKM Binaan Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro memiliki peran krusial dalam perekonomian lokal, namun banyak di antaranya masih menghadapi kesulitan memahami dan memanfaatkan potensi digital marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan digital marketing yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing UMKM. Metode penelitian melibatkan survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat pemahaman dan kebutuhan UMKM terkait digital marketing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman UMKM tentang strategi digital marketing, menghasilkan peningkatan penjualan online yang substansial, serta meningkatkan visibilitas produk mereka di platform digital. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan penting dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal dengan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar digital. Implikasi praktisnya adalah memberikan panduan bagi pemerintah daerah dan lembaga pendidikan dalam merancang program pelatihan serupa untuk sektor UMKM lainnya. Sebagai hasilnya, penelitian ini bukan hanya menguntungkan para pelaku bisnis UMKM, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui pemanfaatan strategi digital marketing yang efektif. Kata kunci— Pengabdian Masyarakat, Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal, Digital Marketing Abstract This research discusses the implementation of digital marketing training aimed at MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Sidoarjo Regency. MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises have a crucial role in the local economy, but many of them still face difficulties understanding and utilizing the potential of digital marketing. This research aims to design, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing training tailored to the needs of each MSME. The research method involves an initial survey to identify the level of understanding and needs of MSMEs regarding digital marketing. The research results show a significant increase in MSMEs' understanding of digital marketing strategies, resulting in a substantial increase in online sales, as well as increasing the visibility of their products on digital platforms. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to local economic development by increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital market. The practical implication is to provide guidance for local governments and educational institutions in designing similar training programs for other MSME sectors. As a result, this research not only benefits MSME business actors, but also provides benefits to the community and local government in supporting local economic growth through the use of effective digital marketing strategies. Keywords— Community Service, Local Economic Development, Digital Marketing
