Abstract

The agreement that forms the basis for developing a joint venture company is the joint venture agreement and articles of association. A joint venture agreement is an agreement between prospective shareholders of a joint venture company subject to the law of contract. The imbalance of position in making Joint Venture Agreements is because foreign participants (Foreign Participants) are more substantial, mainly if foreign parties (Foreign Participants) have cultivated their business strength in the form of multinational (transnational) companies. This imbalance can cause the emergence of such cooperation to be unnatural and result in the strong party controlling the weak party. Such a cooperative relationship becomes a subordinate relationship, not a level relationship, and needs each other. This research aims to find out the concept or theory of legal protection for the Indonesian side in the Joint Venture Agreement. This research is prescriptive normative juridical research. Normative legal research in this study uses secondary data in the form of legal materials obtained through literature studies and emphasizes speculative-theoretical steps and normative-qualitative analysis. It is necessary to improve regulations regarding Joint Venture Agreements to provide legal protection for Indonesia in the Joint Venture Agreement. Because the agreement that forms the basis for developing a joint venture company is a joint venture agreement and articles of association. A joint venture agreement is an agreement between prospective shareholders of a joint venture company subject to the law of contract. The terms of the joint venture agreement should reflect a clear relationship between the parties and describe the development of the relationship in the future.

Abstract

Misconceptions experienced by students must be identified, reduced, and remediated so that they do not become obstacles for students in their learning process. This study aims to reduce students' misconceptions about static fluids using interactive media developed using the Nearpod Platform based on Posner's conceptual change theory. The research design used was a one-group pre-test post-test design study, by conducting a pre-test, providing actions or treatments, and post-tests to 31 sample high school students. The test instruments and interactive media were first developed with a fairly strict validation process regarding content, construct, and face. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to measure the effectiveness of the learning platform in reducing misconceptions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Nearpod interactive learning platform based on Posner's conceptual change theory can significantly reduce students' misconceptions of the material of hydrostatic pressure and Archimedes' law, with a decrease in the percentage of misconceptions from an average of 34.83% in the pretest to 18.06% in the posttest. Therefore, the Conceptual Change Text strategy through Nearpod media has effectively reduced misconceptions.

Abstract

The implementation of the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) projects requires learning resources that are easy to adopt, engaging, and supportive of authentic assessment; however, in practice there are still constraints related to teachers’ ICT literacy, software availability, and the scarcity of ready-to-replicate examples. This training addressed these issues through an integrated package—guidelines and templates for Flip PDF Professional, access to MATLAB/software, and an online mentoring forum—with the following objectives: to train teachers to design digital learning materials using Flip PDF integrated with MATLAB for P5 projects; to enhance teachers’ understanding of technology use in strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile; and to help teachers produce interactive, data-driven, problem-solving-oriented learning resources. The program involved 14 teachers and proceeded in five stages: preparation–agreement, needs identification, Technical Training I (Flip PDF), Technical Training II (MATLAB & P5 integration), and formative–summative evaluation. All participants produced P5 flipbook prototypes featuring multimedia, clear navigation, and reflection pages; most embedded charts/tables generated in MATLAB. Likert-scale questionnaire results indicated positive perceptions (mean 4.40; Cronbach’s α = 0.864), with strengths in facilitation & outputs (4.64), P5 relevance (4.57), sustainability (4.50), and Flip PDF ease of use (4.43). The area requiring further strengthening was MATLAB integration (3.86), which was followed up through technical clinics, dataset templates, and guidance on numeric locale settings. These findings confirm the effectiveness and replicability of this training model in P5 contexts.

Abstract

This article examines the reproduction of patriarchal interpretations of women’s leadership within contemporary digital Islamic discourse, focusing on Muslimahnews.net. Employing a feminist Critical Discourses Analysis framework developed by Sara Mills and integrating insights from digital religion theory, particularly those of Heidi Campbell and Gary Bunt, the study analyzes how hadith narratives are discursively mobilized to construct and legitimize gender hierarchy. Through content analysis of a leadership-related article, the findings reveal that patriarchal authority is naturalized through selective intertextuality, subject-object positioning, and affective moral framing, which present male leadership as normative and divinely sanctioned while delegitimizing women’s public roles. The platform operates as a digital node within a broader cyber-Islamic environment, where networked participation, shifting religious authority, and algorithmic circulation reinforce ideological coherence. This study argues that patriarchal ideology in digital Islam is sustained through the interplay of discourse, technological mediation, and affective engagement, offering a critical contribution to scholarship on gender, religion, and digital media.
