Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini aadalah untuk mengembangkan modul elektronik dengan menggunakan software Kivosft Flipbook Maker pada materi fluida statis dan fluida dinamis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model yang telah di lakukan oleh Marshall, J.C Julie, S & Robert dan Rusdi. Ada lima tahapan pengembangan yaitu analisis masalah dan kebutuhan. analisis masalah dan kebutuhan, Tinjauan literature, desain produk, validitas, dan uji coba praktisi. Penelitian ini hanya sebatas tahap validitas. Pada penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan STEM sains (sicence), teknologi (technology), rekayasa (engineering), and matematika (mathemmatics). Modul elektronik yang telah dikembangakan memiliki format .exe yang dapat dijalankan pada PC/lapatop. Modul elektronik ini telah divalidasi dan dinyatakan valid dengan rata-rata skor ahli materi sebesar 3,9 tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik. Dan rata-rata skor ahli media sebesar 3,4 tergolong dalam kategori yang sangat baik. Keungggulan pengembangan modul elektronik menggunakan software Kivosft Flipbook Maker yaitu bahasanya mudah dimengerti, didalamnya terdapat video yang bisa membuat siswa belajar secara mandiri dan bisa diakses secara online, serta tampilan gambar yang menarik. Adapun kekurangannya yaitu belum bisa sepenuhnya diakses dengan smartphone dan harus menggunakan bantuan flash player versi terbaru dari aplikasi tersebut untuk membukanya.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country with a dense population, so the government carry on KB (Family Planning) program in which the targets are mostly women. Contraceptives are intended for women are birth control pills and IUD (Intra Uterine Device), whereas until now the contraceptive for men who are considered well-established are condom and vasectomy. Thus, the development of herbal medicine, which is cheap and affordable, makes it possible to be consumed in a long term with less meaningful side effects. Papaya seeds (Carica papaya) is one of the many plants used by communities to eradicate intestinal worms, menstrual laxative, and abortivum. Empirically papaya fruit, leaves, and seeds of papaya also contains carpaine, an alkaloid which is used as anthelmintic. Papaya seeds, which are edible and spicy in India are used for contraception. Alkaloid content in seeds of papaya can be antifertility herbal plants for males that can be measured from the quality of spermatozoa. Alkaloid compounds contained in papaya seeds can disrupt the hormone testosterone, which would interfere the sperm quality, making papaya seed potential to become a candidate for contraceptive.

Abstract

This study aims to map the prior knowledge of students and lecturers regarding the implementation of basic physics laboratories, the integration of local wisdom, as well as the mastery of critical thinking and science process skills, in order to identify learning gaps that require instructional innovation. The research employed a descriptive explorative method involving 60 students from the Physics Education Study Program and 10 lecturers from Universitas PGRI Silampari through a validated questionnaire survey measuring four key aspects: laboratory implementation, integration of local wisdom, critical thinking and science process skills, as well as learning constraints and expectations. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively with interpretations based on Likert scale criteria. Findings revealed that 92% of students still follow a procedural "cookbook" laboratory approach, with only 37% having the opportunity to formulate hypotheses, while 67% of lecturers acknowledged limitations in providing inquiry-based learning. Although 79% of students felt that laboratory activities supported conceptual understanding and expressed strong enthusiasm toward integrating local wisdom, a paradox emerged in which 89% were able to analyze data, yet 59% perceived that their science process skills were not optimal. The main challenges include limited facilities (66% of lecturers considered them inadequate) and a lack of contextual guidelines. However, the motivation for transformation is very high, with 84% of students desiring inquiry-based approaches and 100% of lecturers expressing the need for specialized training. The gap between current teaching practices and the demand for developing critical thinking skills confirms the urgency of designing inquiry-based basic physics laboratory instruction integrated with local wisdom as a strategic solution to transform the paradigm from a verification model toward authentic scientific exploration that strengthens cultural identity and the relevance of learning.

Abstract

After Ustadz Khalid Basalamah prohibited Wayang performances in one of his lectures, public debate intensified regarding their legal status in Islamic law. Although discussions on the legality of Wayang are not new and date back to the Wali Songo era, previous studies have rarely examined the specific jurisprudential reasoning that enabled the Wali Songo to employ Wayang as a medium of da'wah within the Syafi‘i framework. This study fills that gap by analyzing how the Wali Songo justified Wayang performance through the permissive opinion of al-Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr, who allowed two-dimensional depictions of animate beings. However, over time, scholars negotiated this dialectic, enabling Wayang to be utilized as an effective medium of da'wah by the Wali Songo. This article investigates how the Wali Songo justified the use of Wayang as a da'wah medium despite the prohibitive stance of the Syafi‘i school. This study employs a qualitative library-research approach, using content analysis and descriptive-analytical methods. Evidence indicates that the Wali Songo likely adopted the opinion of al-Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr, who allowed two-dimensional depictions of animate beings based on several prophetic traditions. Their position reflects a non-rigid, moderate approach that prioritizes broader public benefit (maslahah) when addressing communal issues, particularly in formulating effective da'wah strategies. These findings suggest that modern Islamic educators, artists, and preachers can draw upon the Wali Songo’s method as a model for integrating cultural media with Islamic ethics—emphasizing moderation, creativity, and contextual wisdom in delivering religious messages. Future research should undertake comparative jurisprudence by examining the arguments of al-Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr alongside other Sunni legal schools to further justify the Wali Songo’s reasoning. Such studies may also explore the application of maslahah in the use of contemporary media as tools for Islamic da'wah.Setelah Ustadz Khalid Basalamah melarang pertunjukan Wayang dalam salah satu ceramahnya, perdebatan publik semakin menguat mengenai status hukumnya dalam pandangan syariat Islam. Meskipun diskusi tentang legalitas Wayang bukanlah hal baru dan telah muncul sejak masa Wali Songo, penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya jarang menelaah secara spesifik dasar pertimbangan fikih yang memungkinkan Wali Songo menggunakan Wayang sebagai media dakwah dalam kerangka mazhab Syafi‘i. Penelitian ini mengisi kesenjangan tersebut dengan menganalisis bagaimana Wali Songo membenarkan penggunaan Wayang melalui pandangan permisif al-Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr, yang memperbolehkan penggambaran makhluk hidup dalam bentuk dua dimensi. Seiring waktu, para ulama menegosiasikan dialektika ini, sehingga Wayang dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif sebagai sarana dakwah oleh Wali Songo. Artikel ini menelusuri bagaimana Wali Songo membenarkan penggunaan Wayang sebagai media dakwah meskipun terdapat larangan ketat dalam mazhab Syafi‘i. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan dengan metode analisis isi dan deskriptif-analitis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Wali Songo kemungkinan besar mengadopsi pendapat al-Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr yang memperbolehkan gambar dua dimensi makhluk hidup berdasarkan beberapa hadis Nabi. Pendekatan mereka mencerminkan sikap moderat dan tidak kaku yang mengutamakan kemaslahatan umum (maslahah) dalam menyelesaikan persoalan keagamaan, khususnya dalam merumuskan strategi dakwah yang efektif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para pendidik, seniman, dan dai Muslim modern dapat meneladani metode Wali Songo sebagai model integrasi antara media budaya dan etika Islam—dengan menekankan moderasi, kreativitas, dan kearifan kontekstual dalam menyampaikan pesan keagamaan. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan melakukan kajian perbandingan hukum Islam dengan menelaah argumen al-Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr bersama mazhab-mazhab Sunni lainnya untuk memperkuat justifikasi rasional Wali Songo. Kajian lanjutan juga dapat mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip maslahah dalam penggunaan media kontemporer sebagai sarana dakwah Islam.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi Termodinamika menunjukkan perlunya inovasi media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan mendorong kerja sama dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul interaktif berbasis model Collaborative Teamwork Learning yang dilengkapi dengan quiziz menggunakan aplikasi Flip PDF Professional untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Termodinamika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di MAN 3 Muaro Jambi. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar validasi ahli materi dan media, validasi ahli praktisi, angket respons siswa untuk mengukur kelayakan dengan menggunakan skala likert serta tes hasil belajar untuk melihat efektivitas dengan mengunakan uji N-gain. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dari segi materi dan media. Respons siswa terhadap e-modul menunjukkan kategori sangat baik, yang berarti e-modul menarik dan mudah digunakan. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan e-modul ini. Dengan demikian, e-modul interaktif berbasis Collaborative Teamwork Learning menggunakan quiziz berbantuan Flip PDF Professional efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi Termodinamika. Penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai acuan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif yang inovatif dan mendukung peningkatan keterlibatan serta hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pembelajaran fisika di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) seharusnya dilaksanakan dengan penggunaan media dan kegiatan eksperimen yang optimal untuk membangun pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan berpikir ilmiah. Namun di wilayah Muaro Jambi, guru-guru fisika SMA masih menghadapi kendala dalam memanfaatkan media dan alat praktikum yang tersedia, baik karena keterbatasan pelatihan maupun persepsi bahwa eksperimen membutuhkan banyak waktu dan memerlukan peralatan canggih. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melatih dan mendorong guru untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan media dan alat praktikum dalam pembelajaran fisika. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 September 2025 di SMA Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi yang diikuti oleh 12 guru fisika dari enam Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Atas (SLTA) di wilayah tersebut. Kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang menggabungkan metode diskusi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung dalam merancang media sederhana serta eksperimen berbasis inkuiri seperti pada topik listrik dan beberapa topik fisika lainnya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta mampu mengidentifikasi potensi alat yang selama ini tidak termanfaatkan, mengembangkan minimal satu media pembelajaran kontekstual, dan merancang lembar kerja siswa berbasis eksperimen. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa penguatan kapasitas guru melalui kemitraan perguruan tinggi dan sekolah dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sains di daerah.

Abstract

The agreement that forms the basis for developing a joint venture company is the joint venture agreement and articles of association. A joint venture agreement is an agreement between prospective shareholders of a joint venture company subject to the law of contract. The imbalance of position in making Joint Venture Agreements is because foreign participants (Foreign Participants) are more substantial, mainly if foreign parties (Foreign Participants) have cultivated their business strength in the form of multinational (transnational) companies. This imbalance can cause the emergence of such cooperation to be unnatural and result in the strong party controlling the weak party. Such a cooperative relationship becomes a subordinate relationship, not a level relationship, and needs each other. This research aims to find out the concept or theory of legal protection for the Indonesian side in the Joint Venture Agreement. This research is prescriptive normative juridical research. Normative legal research in this study uses secondary data in the form of legal materials obtained through literature studies and emphasizes speculative-theoretical steps and normative-qualitative analysis. It is necessary to improve regulations regarding Joint Venture Agreements to provide legal protection for Indonesia in the Joint Venture Agreement. Because the agreement that forms the basis for developing a joint venture company is a joint venture agreement and articles of association. A joint venture agreement is an agreement between prospective shareholders of a joint venture company subject to the law of contract. The terms of the joint venture agreement should reflect a clear relationship between the parties and describe the development of the relationship in the future.

Abstract

The 2009 ASEAN Comprehensive Investment Agreement (ACIA) itself is one of the elements in supporting the establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015. This ACIA applies to investments that have existed on the effective date of this Agreement and investments made after the entry into force of this Agreement. The implementation of the ASEAN Comprehensive Investment Agreement (ACIA) provisions requires that all ASEAN member countries ratify this instrument. Indonesia ratified ACIA through Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 49 of 2011 concerning Ratification of the ASEAN Comprehensive Investment Agreement, so it must commit to wide open the door to liberalization in the investment sector based on the ASEAN Comprehensive Investment Agreement. The approach method used in this research is a normative juridical approach. The approach used in this research is a juridical analysis. The juridical analysis approach method is intended to study the meaning and purpose of various legal rules and regulations. The results of this study show that the ASEAN Comprehensive Investment Agreement is one of the important pillars in the effort to realize the ASEAN Economic Community, which aims to increase investment activities among ASEAN member countries and make the ASEAN region competitive so that it becomes one of the destinations for investors in the world. National investment policy in the context of implementing the ASEAN Comprehensive Investment Agreement is carried out by issuing Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 49 of 2011 concerning Ratification of the ASEAN Comprehensive Investment Agreement.

Abstract

Pendidikan cerdas merupakan konsep yang menggabungkan teknologi, pedagogi, dan inovasi untuk menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan relevan. Dalam rangka mendukung transformasi pendidikan di era digital, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) di lingkungan sekolah mitra. Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence) memiliki potensi tinggi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, terutama dalam lingkungan pendidikan tinggi dan sekolah menengah. Kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan guru dalam penggunaan platform AI, serta pendampingan implementasi di kelas. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Siak Hulu dengan 25 peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan mitra (guru) dalam memahami konsep kecerdasan buatan, peningkatan motivasi guru dan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran. Pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 60% menjadi 88%. Implikasi kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif di sekolah. Program ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan cerdas yang berorientasi pada masa depan dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Misconceptions experienced by students must be identified, reduced, and remediated so that they do not become obstacles for students in their learning process. This study aims to reduce students' misconceptions about static fluids using interactive media developed using the Nearpod Platform based on Posner's conceptual change theory. The research design used was a one-group pre-test post-test design study, by conducting a pre-test, providing actions or treatments, and post-tests to 31 sample high school students. The test instruments and interactive media were first developed with a fairly strict validation process regarding content, construct, and face. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to measure the effectiveness of the learning platform in reducing misconceptions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Nearpod interactive learning platform based on Posner's conceptual change theory can significantly reduce students' misconceptions of the material of hydrostatic pressure and Archimedes' law, with a decrease in the percentage of misconceptions from an average of 34.83% in the pretest to 18.06% in the posttest. Therefore, the Conceptual Change Text strategy through Nearpod media has effectively reduced misconceptions.
