Abstract

Human life is inseparable from technological developments. Until now, research related to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is still used as a basis for the theory of technology product acceptance in line with the increasingly complex development of human behavior and needs. This research is the development of Technology Acceptance Modeling (TAM) by involving the Narrative Online Advertising variable. The purpose of this study is to develop and test the model by including the Narrative Online Advertising variable as an external variable or antecedent variable to the attitudes and intentions of millennials in adopting an electronic wallet (Go-Pay). The Narrative Online Advertising variable, as the theory developed by Ching, Tong, Chen, & Chen, is an online advertising strategy involving the narrative element in advertising content, which has been widely displayed on the internet media. The object used in this study is Go-pay, a popular electronic wallet application in Indonesia. The sample in this study is the millennial communities domiciled in Surabaya totaling 200 respondents, collecting data through questionnaires, using a Likert scale, and the analytical tool used is SmartPLS. The results of this study show that Narrative Online Advertising has a positive effect on the Perception of Ease of Use, but does not affect the Perception of Benefits. At the same time, the four factors positively affect the Attitude and intention to adopt Go-pay. These results indicate that millennials will use Go-pay if Narrative Online Advertising is improving their interest in using the e-wallet. Therefore, it is suggested that in making an e-money application, Narrative Online Advertising is important to attract millennials in using the app.

Abstract

The hospitality industry is one of the most competitive business sectors, including in Tulungagung. In an effort to maintain and increase market share, it is important for Soedirman Guest House to understand the factors that influence customer satisfaction. Price perceptions and facilities are two factors that have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived price and facilities on customer satisfaction at Soedirman Guest House in Tulungagung. This study uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out with a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. The population used in this study were all Soedirman Guest House consumers. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the perception of price and facilities was able to make a good contribution to customer satisfaction at Soedirman Guest House. This shows that the better the price perception that consumers have and the more complete and adequate the facilities owned by the guest house, it will make Soedirman Guest House consumers feel satisfied.

Abstract

Instant noodles are one of the most popular food products and are widely consumed by the public. In the midst of intense competition in the instant noodle industry, it is important for producers to understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of brand image and advertising effectiveness on purchasing decisions for Supermie instant noodles in Gresik Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale. The data that has been collected is then analyzed with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that brand image and advertising effectiveness were able to contribute well to consumer purchasing decisions for Supermie instant noodles in Gresik Regency.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ngrawan, Kecamatan Getasan, Kabupatn Semarang dengan dua program unggulan, yaitu (1) Revitalisasi Kesadaran Lintas Budaya and (2) Bimbingan memperoleh perizinan industri rumah tangga sabun susu ‘Kamila’. Seperti banyak diketahui, Desa Ngrawan merupakan daerah tujuan wisata terdiri atas pemandangan alam, pertunjukkan seni tari tradisional dan homestay agar pengunjung dapat mempelajari kehidupan di desa,misalnya bercocok tanam dan berternak. Hal ini menggugah Tim Pengbdian Kepada Masyarakat Unissula bekerjasama dengan Unisbank untuk melaksanakan program kerja seperti tersebut di atas untuk memperluas jangkauan industri wisata domestik ataupn manca negara. Untuk itulah diberikan semacam pelatihan kesadaran lintas budaya bagi para anggota Pokdarwis (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) guna memberikan pengetahuan lintas budaya. D samping itu, pendampingan juga diberikanb bagi home industri sabun susu ‘Kamila’ agar dapat mengembangkan produksi dan pemasarnnya. Tanggapan terhadap pengabdian ini sangat positif. Warga setempat mulai sadar akan pentingnya pengetahauan lintas budaya; sementara itu, bagi sabun mer Kamila’ telah diterbitkan BIN: 9120201482921. Selanjutnya rekomendasi yang ditawarkan perlu dikaji ulang aspek religi dan social bagi warga setempat; dan segera sabun susu‘Kamila’ didaftarkan ke BPOM untuk mendapat uji klinis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan karate kids pada anak usia sekolah dasar (SD) kelas atas (10-12 tahun). Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, (2) melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi,  (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (7) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan di klub Forki Kota Yogyakarta berjumlah 7 anak. Uji coba skala besar di klub Inkanas DIY berjumlah 16 anak. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi model, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan model, dan (5) kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model latihan karate kids pada anak usia SD kelas atas (10-12 tahun) yaitu: (1) model latihan maegeri, (2) model latihan gyaku tsuki, (3) model latihan mawashigeri, dan (4) model latihan oi tsuki. Dari hasil analisis data penilaian para ahli materi dan kuesioner anak, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan karate kidspada anak usia SD kelas atas (10-12 tahun) ini dinilai baik dan efektif.Kata kunci: model latihan, karate kids

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang merek Slai O’lai pada warga Kabupaten dan Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research, yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan dan menunjukkan keterkaitan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sejumlah 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kabupaten dan Kota Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Teknik pengumpulan sampel memakai non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri atas responden yang berdomisili di Kabupaten dan Kota Kediri, berusia minimal 17 tahun, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang diambil dari responden adalah data primer serta data sekunder. Teknik analisis yang dipakai di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich Slai O’lai dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh variabel citra merek dan kualitas produk. Kata Kunci:  Citra Merek; Kualitas Produk; Pembelian Ulang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of environmental knowledge and green brand image awareness in motivating green product purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of environmental knowledge and green brand image awareness on purchase decisions, both directly and indirectly via behavioral control. The population in this study is 220 potential The Body Shop Mojokerto customers, with the sample used being the younger generation in Mojokerto who are familiar with The Body Shop and are potential customers. The sample in this study falls under the purposive sampling category, with a total sample size of 120 respondents. The descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) methods were utilized, with the SmartPLS version 3.0 software application. The study's findings indicate that environmental awareness is vital for improving purchase decisions, as well as the findings of an indirect association via behavioral control. According to these findings, behavioral control is referred to as mediation. Furthermore, understanding of the green brand image is crucial, as it is capable of encouraging positive behavioral control, which can impact purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perusahaan, E-Wom, dan persepsi harga terhadap minat Beli Maskapai Garuda Indonesia (studi kasus pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 105 responden. Penelitian ini mengambil data melalui kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada warga beirpeinghasilan di wilayah Kabupatein Sidoarjo. Variabel penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu citra perusahaan (X1), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM) (X2), harga (X3), dan minat beli konsumen (Y). Alat analisis yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah dengan model Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan citra perusahaan, electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), harga semakin tingi minat beli pada Maskapai Garuda Indonesia di masyarakat Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of competence, reward systems, and training on the performance of executive officers in Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS), with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The primary focus is to assess the extent to which these factors influence executive performance within the context of Islamic microfinance institutions. Employing a quantitative, explanatory design, primary data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modeling–partial least squares (SEM–PLS) with SmartPLS. The study population consists of executive officers of BPRS in Indonesia. Using purposive sampling, 121 responses were obtained from multiple BPRS across several regions. The results show that (1) competence has a positive effect on performance; (2) job satisfaction positively affects performance; (3) the reward system influences performance primarily through job satisfaction (partial/competitive mediation), while its direct effect on performance tends to be negative; and (4) training does not exhibit a significant effect on performance, and its indirect path via job satisfaction is not significant. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening competence and redesigning reward systems in alignment with executive expectations to enhance job satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Children with intellectual disabilities often face challenges in emotional regulation, which can adversely affect their social interactions and participation in learning activities. The traditional Tari Topeng rhythmic movement, which integrates elements of music, rhythm, and body movement, has the potential to serve as an engaging and effective intervention to support emotional development. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Mask Dance (Tari Topeng), a traditional rhythmic movement form, in enhancing emotional regulation among children with mild intellectual disabilities. The research was conducted at Yayasan Putra Pancasila using a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The participants consisted of 12 students with mild intellectual disabilities who participated in 12 Mask Dance sessions over six weeks. The research instrument utilised a validated scale for emotional regulation. A paired t-test analysis revealed a significant improvement in emotional regulation skills after the intervention (p < 0.05), particularly in adaptive regulation and a reduction of emotional lability. These findings not only suggest the effectiveness of the Mask Dance in improving emotional regulation but also highlight its cultural and aesthetic value, making it a unique and valuable therapeutic medium for strengthening socio-emotional skills in children with special needs.
