Abstract

The progress of the bottled water industry has resulted in fierce competition, resulting in many findings of plastic waste in the form of bottled water product packaging. The large number of plastic waste findings increases the amount of waste accumulation that causes environmental damage. The change in environmentally friendly lifestyle is starting to occur, because there is concern in the community about the problem of environmental corruption. This study aims to determine the influence of green marketing, brand awareness, and lifestyle on consumer purchasing behavior. The population of this study is the people of Surabaya who have purchased Aqua Life bottled water products with a sample of 102 respondents. The research methodology used is non-probability sampling, especially using convenience sampling. Data was collected through G-form and data analysis involved a partial least square (PLS) approach. The results of the study obtained a positive, but not significant relationship between green marketing and purchase decisions. Brand awareness and lifestyle were found to have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Aqua Life bottled water products in Surabaya.

Abstract

Technological innovations are currently undergoing tremendous growth. The large number of internet users and social media is a sign of technological progress. In addition, the beauty business is also seeing fast expansion. Therefore, many brands from this industry are renewing to attract people's buying interest. This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing, Perceived Quality, and Brand Advocacy on Wardah Cosmetics Buying interest in UPN "Veteran" East Java Students. The data collection method used was through the distribution of questionnaires. A sampling of this study uses a purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents. Data analysis technique using SmartPLS ver 4.1. The results showed that Social Media Marketing, Perceived Quality, and Brand Advocacy have a positive and cynical influence on Buying interest.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, pemasaran komoditas berjangka menjadi semakin kompleks. PT. Victory International Futures berkomitmen untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah yang dinamis dan membantu mereka menjadi investor yang sukses dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan pialang. Program edukasi dan sosialisasi dilakukan melalui media sosial, khususnya Instagram, serta sosialisasi langsung kepada masyarakat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial dan konten edukatif berhasil menarik perhatian dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang dunia investasi, serta membantu mengubah pandangan negatif terhadap perusahaan pialang. Keberhasilan strategi ini diharapkan dapat membangun reputasi baik yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat pemasaran efektif di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the Finance Division of PT. Inovasi Teknologi Solusindo (Trustmedis), focusing on the processes of cash receipts and disbursements. SOPs play an essential role in ensuring orderly financial administration while minimizing errors and the risk of fund misuse. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The findings reveal that SOPs have been implemented systematically, covering stages such as invoice creation, document verification, payment authorization, and transaction recording. However, the study identified several challenges, including limited employee understanding of certain procedures. Therefore, regular training and periodic evaluations of the SOPs are recommended to improve the efficiency and accountability of the company’s cash management system.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has led companies to transform their marketing strategies, including in the healthcare sector. This study aims to examine the role of the Creative Marketing Team at PT Inovasi Teknologi Solusindo (Trustmedis) in building brand awareness through digital content. The method used involved direct observation and participation in content creation during an internship. The findings show that the use of content pillars (awareness, consideration, conversion), planning through a content calendar, and the implementation of appropriate Calls to Action (CTAs) can enhance brand exposure and generate qualified leads. In conclusion, the digital content strategy implemented by Trustmedis’s Creative Marketing Team contributes positively to achieving the company's marketing goals.

Abstract

Current technological developments can change society to become modern and practical, for example the emergence of online shopping trends, such as on one of the online shopping platforms in Indonesia, namely Shopee. The Shopee marketplace offers various promotions such as flash sales and live streaming to attract consumers to make impulsive buying. The aim of this research is to test the effect of flash sales and live streaming on impulse buying on the Shopee marketplace in the city of Surabaya. The population in this research are consumers who have watched live streaming and are aware of the flash sale program on the Shopee marketplace domiciled in the city of Surabaya. This research used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents via Google Forms. Research variables were measured using the Likert scale assessment technique levels 1-5. The analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). This research shows the results that flash sales and live streaming have a significant positive effect on impulse buying on the Shopee marketplace in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

Human life is inseparable from technological developments. Until now, research related to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is still used as a basis for the theory of technology product acceptance in line with the increasingly complex development of human behavior and needs. This research is the development of Technology Acceptance Modeling (TAM) by involving the Narrative Online Advertising variable. The purpose of this study is to develop and test the model by including the Narrative Online Advertising variable as an external variable or antecedent variable to the attitudes and intentions of millennials in adopting an electronic wallet (Go-Pay). The Narrative Online Advertising variable, as the theory developed by Ching, Tong, Chen, & Chen, is an online advertising strategy involving the narrative element in advertising content, which has been widely displayed on the internet media. The object used in this study is Go-pay, a popular electronic wallet application in Indonesia. The sample in this study is the millennial communities domiciled in Surabaya totaling 200 respondents, collecting data through questionnaires, using a Likert scale, and the analytical tool used is SmartPLS. The results of this study show that Narrative Online Advertising has a positive effect on the Perception of Ease of Use, but does not affect the Perception of Benefits. At the same time, the four factors positively affect the Attitude and intention to adopt Go-pay. These results indicate that millennials will use Go-pay if Narrative Online Advertising is improving their interest in using the e-wallet. Therefore, it is suggested that in making an e-money application, Narrative Online Advertising is important to attract millennials in using the app.

Abstract

The hospitality industry is one of the most competitive business sectors, including in Tulungagung. In an effort to maintain and increase market share, it is important for Soedirman Guest House to understand the factors that influence customer satisfaction. Price perceptions and facilities are two factors that have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived price and facilities on customer satisfaction at Soedirman Guest House in Tulungagung. This study uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out with a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. The population used in this study were all Soedirman Guest House consumers. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the perception of price and facilities was able to make a good contribution to customer satisfaction at Soedirman Guest House. This shows that the better the price perception that consumers have and the more complete and adequate the facilities owned by the guest house, it will make Soedirman Guest House consumers feel satisfied.

Abstract

Instant noodles are one of the most popular food products and are widely consumed by the public. In the midst of intense competition in the instant noodle industry, it is important for producers to understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of brand image and advertising effectiveness on purchasing decisions for Supermie instant noodles in Gresik Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale. The data that has been collected is then analyzed with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that brand image and advertising effectiveness were able to contribute well to consumer purchasing decisions for Supermie instant noodles in Gresik Regency.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ngrawan, Kecamatan Getasan, Kabupatn Semarang dengan dua program unggulan, yaitu (1) Revitalisasi Kesadaran Lintas Budaya and (2) Bimbingan memperoleh perizinan industri rumah tangga sabun susu ‘Kamila’. Seperti banyak diketahui, Desa Ngrawan merupakan daerah tujuan wisata terdiri atas pemandangan alam, pertunjukkan seni tari tradisional dan homestay agar pengunjung dapat mempelajari kehidupan di desa,misalnya bercocok tanam dan berternak. Hal ini menggugah Tim Pengbdian Kepada Masyarakat Unissula bekerjasama dengan Unisbank untuk melaksanakan program kerja seperti tersebut di atas untuk memperluas jangkauan industri wisata domestik ataupn manca negara. Untuk itulah diberikan semacam pelatihan kesadaran lintas budaya bagi para anggota Pokdarwis (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) guna memberikan pengetahuan lintas budaya. D samping itu, pendampingan juga diberikanb bagi home industri sabun susu ‘Kamila’ agar dapat mengembangkan produksi dan pemasarnnya. Tanggapan terhadap pengabdian ini sangat positif. Warga setempat mulai sadar akan pentingnya pengetahauan lintas budaya; sementara itu, bagi sabun mer Kamila’ telah diterbitkan BIN: 9120201482921. Selanjutnya rekomendasi yang ditawarkan perlu dikaji ulang aspek religi dan social bagi warga setempat; dan segera sabun susu‘Kamila’ didaftarkan ke BPOM untuk mendapat uji klinis.
