Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of building customer trust inencourage customer interest and decisions to save regularly at BPR Syariah, especially through strengthening personal selling marketing communication strategies and positive service experiences. The main theory underlying this research is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of personal selling on saving decisions, (2) the influence of customer experience on saving decisions, (3) to determine whether trust mediates the relationship between personal selling and saving decisions, (4) to determine whether trust mediates the relationship between customer experience and saving decisions at BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach through the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) method. The sample consisted of 120 active customer respondents of BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung selected using a probability sampling technique through a simple random sampling approach, where each member of the population has an equal chance of being selected as a respondent. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that (1) Personal Selling does not influence the decision to save (2) Customer Experience has a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Save (3) Trust is not proven to significantly mediate the relationship between personal selling and the decision to save (4) Trust is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between customer experience and the decision to save. These findings confirm that in the context of BPR Syariah, positive customer experience is the main factor in forming trust and driving savings behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, brand image, and packaging on customer loyalty to Dove products in Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 105 respondents who had used Dove products. The data analysis technique employed is Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that the three independent variables, product quality, brand image, and packaging, simultaneously positively and significantly affect customer loyalty. These findings indicate that to maintain consumer loyalty, Dove needs to consistently ensure product quality, strengthen brand image, and continuously innovate in packaging design and functionality. This research offers strategic recommendations for companies to enhance personal care product market competitiveness.

Abstract

The Originote is a local skincare brand that has been proven to overclaim, but has not experienced a significant decline in sales. The study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of brand image and electronic word of mouth on brand loyalty with perceived quality as a mediating variable, in generation Z users of The Originote skincare in Surabaya City. Quantitative methods are used in this research, involving 114 respondents as samples taken by purposive sampling, and analyzed with SEM-PLS method using SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results showed that brand image has a direct effect on brand loyalty, while electronic word of mouth cannot directly influence brand loyalty. In addition, it is concluded that perceived quality mediates the relationship between brand image and electronic word of mouth on brand loyalty. This research highlights the importance of brand image and perceived quality in maintaining consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which corporate image and social media marketing influence purchasing decisions at PT. Yusuf Mamlaka Mubarokah, an agribusiness company based in Bojonegoro Regency. Employing a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, the research involved 108 active consumer respondents. The findings indicate that both corporate image and social media marketing have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Corporate image is shaped by elements such as impression, trust, and attitude, while social media marketing is supported by dimensions of content, audience engagement, and digital interaction. These results highlight the importance of optimizing corporate communication strategies and strengthening digital promotion efforts to enhance consumer loyalty and purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to predict and analyze the influence of Green Moral Obligation on consumers' intention to adopt EV (electric vehicle)s in Indonesia, with Self Enhancement and Openness to Change as moderating variables. The research subjects are driving consumers distributed across the entire territory of the Republic of Indonesia, with a sample size of 250 respondents distributed through online questionnaires using convenience sampling technique. The data analysis tool used SEM-PLS (SEM-Partial Least Squares). The results of this research indicate that the Green Moral Obligation variable has a significant impact on the intention to adopt electric vehicles, and the Self Enhancement and Openness to Change variables have been proven to positively moderate the relationship between Green Moral Obligation and the intention to adopt electric vehicles. This research is expected to be used for policy development in the automotive industry, as a reference for academics and researchers for further research or theory development.

Abstract

The success of a company depends on its ability to manage various types of resources, one of which is human resources (HR). Employee welfare is an important aspect that companies must pay attention to. When a company has high-performance standards and goals, employees work hard to achieve those goals. However, as a company's organizational performance increases, the workload also increases which can lead to burnout. This research aims to find out the role of workload on burnout among PT Baba Rafi International employees. The method used is a quantitative method and involves 40 employees of PT Baba Rafi International. The data obtained was processed using IBM SPSS version 22. The results of this research show that there is a significant role between workload and burnout in PT Baba Rafi International employees.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are procedures that must be followed to carry out a task or activity consistently and efficiently. SOP violations are actions that deviate from the provisions set out in a company's SOP. By using SOP, the company can achieve its goals effectively so that every company function runs properly. The method used to obtain data in carrying out research internships at PT. Baba Rafi International is a qualitative approach, where the data collection method includes direct observation in the field and documentation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) to employee performance. Online monitoring of operational hours is carried out with the aim of ensuring that online orders can run smoothly according to the operational hours that have been determined and if there are any negligence from the operator or problems with the application. Online menu checking is carried out to monitor the availability of raw materials to be sold online or offline. Daily turnover input is carried out twice, namely by writing paper forms manually by the operator and writing digitally with Microsoft Excel by the operational admin.

Abstract

Business competition in the development of the current era of globalization makes companies have to quickly think hard about how to behave and act effectively and efficiently, especially when facing competition in a business environment that moves very fast and keeps up with the times and is full of uncertainty. Therefore, every company is required to compete competitively in terms of creating and maintaining loyal customers. This study aims to analyze customer loyalty by looking at the effect of satisfaction and trust whether it can influence customer loyalty sympathy on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" East Java. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" East Java, class of 2019 - 2022. The sampling technique used was convenience. with 100 respondents who were determined as a sample. The questionnaire method is a method for collecting data in this study. This research data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that satisfaction and trust have a significant effect on customer loyalty. This can be interpreted that increasing customer satisfaction and trust will also increase loyalty to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN Veteran East Java as customers of the sympathy card.

Abstract

The advancement of modern technology and economic growth have made Indonesia a very potential retail market, especially in the modern retail sector. In addition, retail competition is also increasing with the presence of foreign retailers competing with domestic retailers. The domestic retail industry in question is Niceso. The purpose of this research is to understand the reasons for purchase, perceptions of Niceso, and the level of consumer desire in influencing repeat purchase behavior at the store. This research employs a quantitative research method, and the measurement of variables is conducted using a Likert scale. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling through a convenience sampling approach, and the sample size obtained is 102 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) method. This method is used to conduct validity and reliability tests, structural model, and hypothesis testing from the existing data. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere, perceived price, and customer experience each contribute and have a significant influence on the repurchase intention of Niceso Rungkut Surabaya consumers.

The current era of technological advancement has significantly changed various aspects of human life, including behavior patterns and lifestyles. Lifestyle changes that were initially cosmetic and used only on special occasions have now become daily necessities, leading to diverse demands for cosmetics and intense competition. This situation presents both opportunities and challenges for cosmetic companies. Sampling was conducted using the Purposive Sampling technique, with the criteria being female, Maybelline product user, having made at least two purchases, and residing in Surabaya. Data analysis in this study utilized SEM-PLS. The results indicate that Brand Experience, Trust, and Perceived Value positively influence Brand Loyalty towards Maybelline products in Surabaya.
