Abstract

Mental toughness adalah sekumpulan sikap, nilai, perilaku, dan emosi yang menjadikan seorang individu dapat bertahan dan menghadapi berbagai kendala, rintangan, ataupun tekanan yang dirasakan akan tetapi tetap mampu mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Kelas Khusus Olahraga (KKO) merupakan sebuah kegiatan ko-kurikuler yang dimaksudkan supaya minat dan bakat siswa semakin meningkat untuk menjadi atlet potensional di masa mendatang. Ada berbagai faktor yang berkaitan dengan mental toughness terkait pengembangan diri melalui tantangan, kesadaran olahraga dari para siswa, bagaimanakah sikap ataupun perilaku siswa pada saat menghadapi tekanan, dan keinginan ataupun semangat siswa dalam menggapai pertandingan. Hasil wawancara beberapa siswa KKO, terdapat 70 % siswa KKO belum memahami tentang mental toughness, maka perlu diadakannya bimbingan teknis terkait mental toughness. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini terlaksana berkat kerja sama dari dosen Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragan dan Kesehatan (FIKK), Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) sebagai narasumber dan penanggung jawab Kelas KKO Sekolah Menegah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) I Kalasan, Kabupaten Sleman. Kegiatan dilakukan secara teori maupun praktek pada tanggal 10-11 Juli 2024 bertempat di SMPN I Kalasan dengan peserta seluruh siswa, pelatih, dan guru olahraga yang menangani KKO di SMPN 1 Kalasan yang berjumlah 50 orang yang terdiri dari 6 Pelatih, 2 orang Guru Olahraga, dan 42 siswa KKO. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 92% siswa KKO sangat membutuhkan bimtek mental toughness dalam menghadapi pertandingan, sisanya 8 siswa KKO membutuhkan pendampingan bimtek mental toughness lanjutan dalam menghadapi pertadingan.

Abstract

Bendungan Batu Bulan, Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia dibangun pada alur pertemuan Sungai Lito dan Sungai Sebasang di Desa Maman, Kecamatan Moyo Hulu. Namun, terbatasnya ketersediaan air di musim kemarau dan terjadi luapan di musim hujan merupakan kendala mengebangkan pertanian khususnya di Kecamatan Moyo Hilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui volume sedimen, debit aliran, debit minimal, debit maksimal, debit andalan , dan debit rata-rata. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Bendungan Batu Bulan Kecamatan Moyo Hulu Kabupaten Sumbawa pada bulan Juli 2024. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil analisis peneitian menunjukkan bahwa debit air yang keluar pada Saluran Primer Irigasi Batu Bulan sebelum pengerukan sebesar . Sedangkan debit aliran yang keluar setelah pengerukan sebesar . Hasil perhitungan debit andalan pada bulan januari sebesar . Hasil perhitungan debit rata-rata pada saluran irigasi primer batu bulan sebesar . Hasil perhitungan volume sedimen yang berada di STA 0+000 s/d STA 0+300 adalah sebesar . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa volume tampungan bisa menambahkan suplay air akibat pengerukan sedimentasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial compensation and work flexibility on employee loyalty, and to examine the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study focused on employees of the West Java Gas and Steam Power Plant (PLTGU) to understand how these factors influence their level of loyalty to the company.This study used a quantitative approach using a census method, sampling the entire population, consisting of 49 employees of the West Java PLTGU Operations Division. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables in the research model. The results showed that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work flexibility was also shown to have a positive effect on loyalty, although this effect was not mediated by job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction acted as a significant mediator in the relationship between financial compensation and employee loyalty. These findings suggest that employee loyalty can be enhanced through both increased compensation and direct provision of work flexibility.

Study This done aims to know how much the existing level influences Price Discounts, Price, and Quality Perceptions of products on online purchasing decisions for Kebab Turki Baba Rafi. Method quantitative used in researching this and its population is Baba Rafi's existing customers do Purchase Turkish Kebab Baba Rafi online via food delivery order with a minimum of one transaction. Samples were taken totaling 50 respondents who have filled in the questionnaire via Google Form. Data obtained was processed with using IBM SPSS Version 22 software and analysed with used method analysis multiple linear regression. Findings from the study state that price Discounts individually are not influenced by decision purchases, however together with Price and Quality Perceptions Products have a significant impact and are influential to existing decision purchases

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of building customer trust inencourage customer interest and decisions to save regularly at BPR Syariah, especially through strengthening personal selling marketing communication strategies and positive service experiences. The main theory underlying this research is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of personal selling on saving decisions, (2) the influence of customer experience on saving decisions, (3) to determine whether trust mediates the relationship between personal selling and saving decisions, (4) to determine whether trust mediates the relationship between customer experience and saving decisions at BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach through the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) method. The sample consisted of 120 active customer respondents of BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung selected using a probability sampling technique through a simple random sampling approach, where each member of the population has an equal chance of being selected as a respondent. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that (1) Personal Selling does not influence the decision to save (2) Customer Experience has a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Save (3) Trust is not proven to significantly mediate the relationship between personal selling and the decision to save (4) Trust is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between customer experience and the decision to save. These findings confirm that in the context of BPR Syariah, positive customer experience is the main factor in forming trust and driving savings behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, brand image, and packaging on customer loyalty to Dove products in Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 105 respondents who had used Dove products. The data analysis technique employed is Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that the three independent variables, product quality, brand image, and packaging, simultaneously positively and significantly affect customer loyalty. These findings indicate that to maintain consumer loyalty, Dove needs to consistently ensure product quality, strengthen brand image, and continuously innovate in packaging design and functionality. This research offers strategic recommendations for companies to enhance personal care product market competitiveness.

Abstract

The Originote is a local skincare brand that has been proven to overclaim, but has not experienced a significant decline in sales. The study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of brand image and electronic word of mouth on brand loyalty with perceived quality as a mediating variable, in generation Z users of The Originote skincare in Surabaya City. Quantitative methods are used in this research, involving 114 respondents as samples taken by purposive sampling, and analyzed with SEM-PLS method using SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results showed that brand image has a direct effect on brand loyalty, while electronic word of mouth cannot directly influence brand loyalty. In addition, it is concluded that perceived quality mediates the relationship between brand image and electronic word of mouth on brand loyalty. This research highlights the importance of brand image and perceived quality in maintaining consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Content Marketing on purchasing decisions in using PO Menggala bus services among users on the Surabaya–Malang route. A quantitative methodology was employed in this study, where data were gathered through questionnaire distribution and subsequently analyzed using the PLS-SEM approach via the SmartPLS application. The research involved 105 participants selected based on purposive sampling criteria. The results indicate that both Service Quality and Content Marketing have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings confirm that excellent service and informative, engaging digital content play a crucial role in shaping consumer preferences toward transportation services. Promotion strategies emphasizing passengers' real-life experiences through social media have proven effective in influencing purchasing decisions for PO Menggala bus services.

Abstract

This research investigates how Online Customer Reviews and Social Media Influencers influence the purchase decisions of Generation Z TikTok users in Surabaya regarding HMNS local perfume. Employing a quantitative method, data was gathered through online questionnaires distributed to 96 participants chosen using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings reveal that: (1) Online Customer Reviews significantly and positively impact the purchase decisions of Generation Z users; and (2) Social Media Influencers also exert a significant and positive influence on their decisions to buy HMNS local perfume in Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which corporate image and social media marketing influence purchasing decisions at PT. Yusuf Mamlaka Mubarokah, an agribusiness company based in Bojonegoro Regency. Employing a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, the research involved 108 active consumer respondents. The findings indicate that both corporate image and social media marketing have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Corporate image is shaped by elements such as impression, trust, and attitude, while social media marketing is supported by dimensions of content, audience engagement, and digital interaction. These results highlight the importance of optimizing corporate communication strategies and strengthening digital promotion efforts to enhance consumer loyalty and purchase intention.
