Abstract

This research paper examines how digital governance evolves and intersects with collaborative governance to reshape the principles and practices of public administration. The research explores how digital platforms facilitate stakeholder collaboration, co-production of public services and evidence-based decision-making. The study also discusses the challenges that public institutions face in adapting to this new paradigm, including issues of digital divide, institutional resistance and governance capacity. These findings underscore the importance of aligning technological innovation with inclusive governance practices to achieve more effective, accountable and citizen-centred governance. The implications of this research suggest that future public sector reforms should prioritise digital inclusion, invest in collaborative capacity building, and strengthen governance networks to respond more adaptively to complex societal needs. Ultimately, this research suggests that the fusion of digital and collaborative governance offers significant potential to address complex policy challenges and enhance democratic legitimacy in contemporary public administration.

The problem in this study is the low interest in student learning in entrepreneurship subjects. The problem that appears is the lack of student involvement and student interest in the learning process. This study aims to analyze students' entrepreneurial learning interests using interactive e-module teaching materials. This research was carried out at SMK Telkom Pekanbaru in class XII TKJ 1. This study used a type of experimental research with the One Group Pretest Posttest Design model. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. The instruments in this study used questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, t-test and Normality Gain (N-gain). The results showed that the use of interactive e-module teaching materials can increase students' interest in learning entrepreneurship. This can be seen from the difference in the level of interest in learning entrepreneurship students before and after the use of interactive e-modules shows from low to increase in very high categories. The use of interactive e-modules is effective in increasing students' interest in learning. Thus the conclusion of this study, there is an interest in learning student entrepreneurship with the use of interactive e-modules.

Abstract

The development of integrated ruminants includes activities to introduce, apply, and assist in the manufacture of amniotic and fermented straw animal feed techniques. The final goal is to make Koto Simandolak Village an independent village based on livestock. Persistently the community in Koto Simandolak Village has become better at developing ruminant livestock. In addition to meeting the needs of their own animal feed, ammoniated rice straw and fermented rice straw can be an alternative source of new income for the farmers who produce them.

Abstract

Oil palm is one of Indonesia’s main commodities that play a role in the growth of the national economy. It has a considerable contribution in generating foreign exchange and employment. Development of Indonesia’s CPO processing industry and its derivatives is in line with the growth of plantation area and production of oil palm as a source of raw materials. Until 2011, Indonesia’s oil palm plantation area reached 2,103,175 ha with an FFB production of 36,809,252 tons. Meanwhile, oil palm mill (OPM) processing capacity was 30,019,200 tons only. The analysis showed the regional carrying capacity (RCC) was 1.584. Each FFB should be processed in less than 8 hours or RCC for OPM must be smaller than 1 (RCC, 1). Higher production of oil palm plantations in Riau is the potency to increase the OPM. The results of calculations by land development and farm productivity, Riau region is still lacking of 16 OPM units with a capacity of 60 tons / hour or identical to 21 OPM units at a capacity of 45 tons / hour. The deficiency in OPM impacts the price and income of oil palm farmers in rural areas. High demand for OPM in Riau is a business opportunity for investors to develop an OPM and industry of products derived from oil palm.

Abstract

Palm Oil is a fantastic plant for the people of Riau Province. It can be seen from the rapid development of plantations, in 2001 palm oil plantations covered an area of 1,119,798 ha and in 2010 it increased to 1,925,341 ha with a growth of 36.02%. Palm oil plantation activities brought economic impact on society, both for the people who are directly involved with the activities of plantations and for their surrounding community. To anticipate the rapid development, a model avoiding inequality of income among farmers needs to be designed, especially for self-supporting farmers in a partnership pattern. Institutional model aims to increase the welfare of rural farmers in the form of Palm Oil Based Agroestate (ABK). The concept of Palm oil Based Agroestate collaborates between farmers, cooperatives, and business enterprises. Through the ABK program, farmers will have an opportunity to buy/have shares of the Palm oil Factory (PKS). There are two main business activities of ABK model; first, business activities that build palm oil plantations and factories of the derivative industry; if necessary the settlement of participaing farmers will be established by the developers; second, managing plantations and participating farmers-owned factories as well as market the products carried out by a business enterprise or a cooperative formed by the participant farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy and learning motivation on academic achievement with the learning environment as a moderating variable. The research approach used is quantitative, with a questionnaire as the main instrument. A total of 114 Economics Education students at Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University were selected using a stratified random sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques, followed by classical assumption tests and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to assess the effect before and after the inclusion of moderating variables. The results showed that self-efficacy has a significant effect on student academic achievement. Similarly, learning motivation has a significant influence on academic achievement. In addition, the learning environment acts as a moderating variable that strengthens the relationship between self-efficacy, learning motivation, and academic achievement. It shows that a conducive learning environment can increase self-efficacy and have a positive impact on academic achievement. In addition, a supportive and productive learning environment can increase learning motivation, encouraging enthusiasm to achieve better academic results.
