Abstract

Pengoptimalan potensi subsektor Perkebunan dapat dilakukan dengan penentuan prioritas pengembangan subsektor yang menjadi basis di Provinsi Riau.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis subsektor Perkebunan di masing-masing kabupaten di Provinsi Riau. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif Kuantitatif.Metode pengambilan daerah penelitian dilakukan secara purposive. Data yangdigunakan adalah data sekunder yang meliputi PDRB di Provinsi Riau tahun 2015-2019.Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu LQ dan analisis Shift Share. Hasil analisis LQ mengungkapkan bahwa sektor pertanian menjadi sektor basis di Provinsi Riau. Sub sektor pertanian yang menjadi sub sektor basis adalah subsektor Perkebunan.Peran penting yang dimiliki sektor pertanian terhadap perekonomian telah terjadi transformasi struktur ekonomi. Analisis shift share untuk subsektor Perkebunan unggulan pada tiap-tiap Kabupaten menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda-beda ada yang positif ada pula yang nilainya negatif yang pastinya di pengaruhi banyak faktor seperti keadaan alam, kultur masyarakat, dll yang berarti bahwa sektor-sektor tersebut memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dan berdaya saing untuk dikembangkan, sekaligus hal ini menggambarkan arah kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengembangkan sektor ekonomi.

Abstract

Suku sakai adalah suku yang mendiami kawasan pedalaman Riau di Pulau   Sumatera. Keadaan ekonomi orangtua yang kurang mendukung sehingga anak-anak tidak bisa melanjutkan pendidikan yang menyebabkan anaknya yang sudah lulus di sekolah dasar tidak melanjutkan lagi kependidikan sekolah menengah pertama sehingga banyak orang tua yang menyuruh anaknya bekerja saja daripada melanjutkan  pendidikan, dan pada umumnya masyarakat suku sakai juga masih memandang keliru arti penting pendidikan bagi kepentingan dan masa depan anak-anaknya. Pola kehidupan masyarakat yang masih rendah tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat ekonominya dapat dibuka mata hatinya untuk menyekolahkan anak manakala  persepsi orang tua terhadap pendidikan sudah baik.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan model penelitian korelasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat suku sakai ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar menyelesaikan sekolah sampai dengan tingkat  Sekolah Dasar saja dengan  kategori sedang. Sedangkan jika dilihat dari aspek pekerjaan masyarakat suku sakai mayoritas berprofesi sebagai petani. Tingkat motivasi masyarakat suku sakai untuk melanjutkan pendidikan anaknya berada di kategori sedang dengan persentase sebesar 56, 8 %. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi square diperoleh nilai  (8 > 5,99) yang maknanya chi hitung  >  dari chi tabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat suku sakai dengan variabel motivasi masyarakat suku sakai melanjutkan pendidikan. Model edukasi masyarakat suku sakai dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi pendidikan keluarga di kecamatan pinggir yang dirumuskan: fokus memberikan pendampingan kepada orangtua melalui metode pendekatan kelompok dengan pertimbangan selaras dengan data demografi bentuk interaksi orangtua di lakukan secara kelompok, baik itu kelompok yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan maupun perhimpunan lain.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low interest in student learning in entrepreneurship subjects. The problem that appears is the lack of student involvement and student interest in the learning process. This study aims to analyze students' entrepreneurial learning interests using interactive e-module teaching materials. This research was carried out at SMK Telkom Pekanbaru in class XII TKJ 1. This study used a type of experimental research with the One Group Pretest Posttest Design model. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. The instruments in this study used questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, t-test and Normality Gain (N-gain). The results showed that the use of interactive e-module teaching materials can increase students' interest in learning entrepreneurship. This can be seen from the difference in the level of interest in learning entrepreneurship students before and after the use of interactive e-modules shows from low to increase in very high categories. The use of interactive e-modules is effective in increasing students' interest in learning. Thus the conclusion of this study, there is an interest in learning student entrepreneurship with the use of interactive e-modules.

Abstract

The background of this research is the achievement of students 'economic learning which is still low and the students' economic achievement which is different in class X Madrasah AliyahNegeri Se Kampar Regency. Student learning achievement is still low by 65,4%, while female student equal to 51,9%. The still low and different learning achievement in this study is influenced by the learning motivation which is the internal factor, and the gender that is suspected of the tendency of different learning motivation and learning achievement of male and female students. This research aim to know the influence of learning motivation and gender to student achievement of class X Madrasah AliyahNegeri the Kampar regency.This research method using quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were students of Madrasah Aliyah in Kampar regency with the number of 208 people with a total sample of 68 people with probability sampling technique with random sample sampling. Data obtained by observation and disseminate research questionnaire to the respondent. Data were analyzed by using descriptive percentage and statisticanalysis use multiple linear regression. Against the instrument tested the validity and reliability by using the alpha cronbach formula. The results showed that: 1) partially, there is a significant influence between the motivation of learning on student economic achievement with a t value of 6.443 sig. < 0.05. 2) Partially (chi square) there is no significant influence between gender on learning achievement with sig. > 0.05. the tendency of higher learning motivation of male students than female students. Similarly, the students' economic achievement tend to be higher than female students. 3) simultan, there is a significant influence of learning and gender motivation on economic learning achievement with multiple linear regression equation Y = 25,981 + 0,806X1 + -0,773X2 + ɛn. From result of F value equal to 20,821 with sig. 0,000 <0.05 means that learning and gender motivation has an influence on economic learning achievement. And a large contribution to the model by 39%. From these results can be concluded that to improve the achievement of economic learning can be done by improving students' learning motivation and not discriminate between male students or female students.

Abstract

Teachers are educating leaders in the class. They need to have professional and pedagogy competence in order to make learning process effectively in class. This research was done to know the differences between teacher professional competence and teacher pedagogy competence which certificated or uncertificated on learning process that has been done.This research has been done in November-March 2018. The sample was all teachers in SMP Kecamatan Pulau Burung which are 84 teachers. The data was collected by using differencial scale questionare to test the competences. The data analisys technique is descriptive and Independent sampel T-Test. The research findinfa are:1) after doing the T-Test, there is a significant difference on certificated teacher pedagogy: (a) certificated teacher pedagogy competence has got the higher score toward the indicator of doing educated and dialog learning (80,54%). (b) The lowest score is at the indicator of the used of learning (60,54%). (c) Uncertificated teacher pedagogy competence has got the higher score at the sub competence or educated learning (77,02%). (d) For the lowest score is at the indicator of the use of learning technology(46,80%).2) Uncertificated teacher professional competence, after taking the T-Test, showed that there is not any difference between certificated and uncertificated teacher. (a) Certificated teacher has got the higher score at the indicator of understanding and implementing learning theory to the right level of students attitude development (81,08%). (b) it got the lowest score at the indicator of the ability to use ani kind of facilities, medias, and other learning sources effectively (57,37%). (c) Uncertificated teacher professional competence has got the highest score at the indicator of the ability to create students personality (80,45%). (d) and the lowest score is (57,44%) at the indicator of implementinf the right learninf method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan STEM terintegrasi model pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar  peserta didik pada setiap jenjang pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah meta analisis. Meta analisis adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara merangkum, mengkaji, dan menganalisis data dari beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 artikel yang telah memiliki ISSN yang terdiri dari 20 artikel internasional dan 10 artikel nasional. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menghitung hasil penelitian dari setiap artikel. Berdasarkan hasil data yang dianalisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa integrasi pendekatan STEM model Problem Based Learning lebih efektif diterapkan dibandingkan model lainnya dengan rata-rata nilai 1,13 dengan kategori tinggi, integrasi pendekatan STEM terhadap hasil belajar lebih efektif diterapkan pada jenjang SMA dengan rata-rata nilai 0,67. Berdasarkan analisis Hasil Belajar STEM, Type Integrasi, Jenjang Pendidikan dan Tahun Publikasi menunjukan Penggunaan STEM integrasi model pembelajaran dapat dilakukan sebagai analisis pendahuluan dan dasar penelitian di bidang STEM. Hasil belajar STEM terintegrasi untuk membekali peserta didik dalam kesiapan bekerja dan keterampilan belajar abad ke-21.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the STEM approach integrated learning model on student learning outcomes at every level of education. This type of research is meta-analysis. Meta-analysis is research conducted by summarizing, reviewing, and analyzing data from several studies that have been conducted. The research sample consisted of 30 articles, with an ISSN consisting of 20 international and ten national articles. The data analysis technique used in this research is to calculate the results of each article. Based on the results of the data analysis, integrating the STEM approach with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model is more effective than other models. PBL average score is 1.13 in the high category. The integration of the STEM approach to learning outcomes is more effectively applied at the high school level, with an average value of 0.67. The analysis of STEM, learning outcomes, type of integration, education level, and year of publication shows that integrated STEM learning models can be used as a preliminary analysis and basis for research in the STEM field. STEM learning outcomes are integrated to equip students with work readiness and 21st-century learning skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of independent learning on student learning outcomes in economics subjects at SMA N 2 Mandau. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with a respondent population of 172 students and a sample of 64 students obtained from sampling using random sampling techniques who were chosen at random. The data collection instrument used in this research was a questionnaire in the form of a list of questions using a Likert scale. The independent variable in this research is learning independence and the analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The research results obtained show that learning independence significantly and partially influences student learning outcomes. This is based on the results of the t test calculation of the learning independence variable which obtained a tcount of 9.177 with a ttable value of 1.998. So it can be concluded that based on the results of the t test and supported by the results of the descriptive test, the learning independence variable influences student learning outcomes with a contribution of 56.9% and the remaining 42.4% is influenced by variables that were not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning resources in the form of electronic modules created to improve or explore students' higher order thinking abilities (HOTS) that are valid, practical and effective. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The feasibility of the E-Module which was developed based on the results of module expert validation obtained a result of 97.7% with very valid product criteria or suitable for use and based on material expert validation, a result of 94.5% was obtained with the product criteria being very valid or suitable for use. Based on the results of implementation in the field by basic accounting subject educators and students, the practicality of the E-Module developed received an assessment of the teacher's response with an average percentage score. -an average of 88.28% with very practical criteria and student responses with an average percentage score of 87.25% with very practical criteria. Furthermore, the E-Module developed was proven to be effective based on the results of the T-test and N test analysis -gain score is 0.842, which is in the high category. Based on this, the use of this E-Module is considered effective in improving students' high-level thinking abilities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in welfare created by the activities of the Terubus farmer group on the income level of vegetable farmers in Kundur Village. The method used is a mixed method. This research is a combination of qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The results of this research are that the Terubus farmer group plays a role in increasing the income of vegetable farmers in Kundur Village, Tebing Tinggi Barat District by increasing vegetable production from 2019 to 2023. The cooperation of members in vegetable production activities contributes to the average income of members of the Terubus farmer group . The Terubus farmer group has a significant relationship with increasing the income of vegetable farmers. This was proven through Chi-Square calculations with the total questionnaire score and income obtained with results <0.001, which means it was significant and the research hypothesis was accepted and there was an increase in income as a result of the role of the Terubus Farmer group.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative method research that aims to determine the effect of poverty on the level of education of the next generation of families in West Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. This study took variables consisting of independent variables, namely poverty, and the dependent variable, namely the level of education. The data collection techniques used were documentation and questionnaires. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it shows that poverty affects the level of education of the next generation of families by using a simple linear regression formula and hypothesis testing using the t (partial) test. The research findings show that the low level of education, especially in the Meranti Islands Regency area where the poverty rate is high. So that it causes obstacles in access to education and reduces the quality of human resources. Therefore, efforts to improve education in rural areas through economic empowerment and the role of government policies are very important to reduce poverty and encourage social progress.
