Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of certification policy on the performance of middle school teachers throughout the district across the downstream districts kuantanSingingiKuantan. The population in this study amounted to 65 with a sample of 31 people. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The collected data is then analyzed using normality test and test different T with SPSS. This study proves that there is a certification policy impact on the performance of middle school teachers throughout kuantan downstream districts across KuantanSingingi where the average performance of teachers who have been certified higher than the average performance of teachers who have not been certified. The study recommended for teachers who have not been certified to be more motivated to perform better and improve the performance shown to prove that teachers are not certified does not necessarily have a lower performance compared to teachers who have been certified and able to compete with teachers who have been certified in improving the quality of produced by training, upgrading and adding media information.Keywords: Certification Policy, TeacherPerformance.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study aims to analyze the development strategy of agroindustry Dapoer Rendang Riri Payakumbuh. The subjct of this study is Agroindustry Dapoer Rendang Riry in Payakumbuh. The instruments of data collection were an open quetionnare, interviews and documentation. Data ware analyzed by using SWOT matrix. The result showed that the alternative strategies that can be applied by the company such as maintaining the quality of products and services, increasing the market share, expanding the utilization of technology in the company's activities, developing professional management system, cooperating with raw material suppliers, increasing promotion with exhibition and sponsorship, improve the product packaging system, and expand the parking lot. The result analysis shows that company has the strength that can be utilized in reaching the existing opportunity, wiht the main of strategies such as maintaining the quality of products and services, and increase market share.Keywords: strategi of development, agroindustry

Abstract

Abtract: This research was conducted in Teberau Panjang village of Gunung Toar districts Kuantan Singingi regency with a view to analyzing the impact of natural rubber farming on rural social economic communities. Social economic that more study about income level to fulfill household consumption of rubber farmer. Populated community in Teberau Panjang village populated with rubber plantations and making basic livelihoods, then sampled in a porpusive sampling of 100 samples. The sample criteria of the community who own the rubber plamtations either as workers or as landowners. Data analysis technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the decrease of rubber price caused rubber farmers in Teberau Panjang village to move land from rubber plantation to oil palm plantation community. Rubber plantations in Teberau Panjang village are stll traditionally managed. The management is done simply. After planning is left unattend, only some farmers who after planting rubber seeds doing maintenance, lack of care also cause the quality and productivity of rubber produced low. The impact of farming on the sosio-economic of rural communities in Teberau Panjang village from the results of the study found that the level of income decreased. This is caused by the decline in rubber price and the occurrence of monopsony where the price is determined by toke-toke village so that there is no bargaining among farmers, but it is also caused by the shift of rubber farmers to other communities that is oil palm.Keyword : Natural Rubber Farming, Sosio-Ecomic

Abstract

Abstract: This research was for analyzing the satisfaction of customer at Giant Ekstra in Panam, Pekanbaru. The population of this research were all customers who shopping at Giant Ekstra. The sample that used in this research were 100 respondents. For analyzing the data using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) to seen how far the customer feel satisfied .That have been seen from the result of testing the level of members satisfaction used the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) there were five attributes included in A quadrant (Top Priority), which was means considered important by members but didn’t maximized nor satisfied. And the range of the all factors result which was equal to 78,64%.Key words: Customer Satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this his study aimed to analyze the effect of the development of oil palm plantations on rural economic development in Pasir Pasir Penyu Keranji Indragiri Hulu. This research was conducted in the village of Pasir Pasir Penyu Keranji Indragiri upstream from March 2016 to the finishes. The research method is descriptive method. The study population by 83 people and the entire population as respondents in this study. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The result showed that the activity of oil palm plantations in the village of Pasir Pasir Penyu Keranji Indragiri Hulu creates a multiplier effect of 1.03, especially in employment and business opportunity. Economically will create purchasing power in Pasir Pasir Penyu Keranji Indragiri Hulu, which in turn increases the demand for public goods.Keywords: Multiplier effect, Rural Economic Development, Oil Palm Plantations

Abstract

Abstract: In 2005, Indonesian government issued teacher certification policy, this is for increasing the performance of educators. Certified teachers are expected to increase their performance and show their professionalism as educators in the both school and society.  Therefore, this is needed to find out whether the certification policy has already influenced on the increasing of teachers’ performance. This research is aimed to Analyze the Impact of Implementing Certification Policy on the Certified Teachers’ Performance at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. Besides, this research is also to develop and enhance knowledge and how the performance should be expected in certification policy. It is also to see the reality in the work place. The data used in this research is secondary data that is the assessment of teachers’ performance assessed by school. In order to find out the impact of implementing certification policy on the teachers’ performance, this research used quantitative comparative method. Data is analyzed by t-test analysis. The result of research showed that certification policy implementation has already effected on the increasing of teachers’ performance by comparing the average score of certified teachers’ performance (51,48) with uncertified teachers’ performance (48,58). It means that the average score of certified teachers is higher than uncertified teacher as well as the result of statistical test showed the difference of performance score which is score thitung (4,4770)  >  ttabel(1,6871). Abstract : The born of law Management of Garbage is to alter concept management of our garbage which still conventional during the time. Effort management of arising out garbage causes of generation of UUPS this is Bank of Garbage. As an effort management of garbage, Bank of Garbage apply system save garbage and in running activity on Bank of Garbage cooperate with compiler to collect garbage which later will recycle become valuable goods sell. For certain garbage like tidiness plastic garbage is garbage type which in recycle alone by Bank Garbage. The goal of this research is to know is there any influence of is effort management of garbage like Bank Garbage of Dallang Collection to make up income of compiler garbage family’s becoming depositor client there. This research sampel is entire/all compiler garbage becoming depositor client in Bank Garbage of Dallang Collection amounting to 30 people. Method the used is Quantitative Descriptive method. Data of enquette later;then will be analysed with Test of Chi Square or of Chi Square. From result of processing can know that effort management of garbage like Bank Garbage of Dallang Collection do not have an effect on to make-up of earnings compiler garbage family’s. This matter is proved availably Chi Count < Chi tables of that is 7.8724 < 12.592.Keywords : recycle, income

Abstract: This study aims to identify and measure the impact of work readiness against Prakerin the student SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. Prakerin (Industrial work practices) or often reffered to the practice of field work (PKL) is part of the education of dual sistem as the program of cooperation between vocational High School and companies in the industry.Regarding to Prakerin, students are experted to gain work in the world of business and industry. Data source of this study retrieved from the questionaireswhich has been filled in by the student of SMKN 2 as the sample that meet the criteia. Abstract

Abstract: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the absorption of manpower, income distribution and improving people's welfare. One of MSMEs in Pekanbaru City is UMKM Berkah. In 2016 UMKM Berkah decreased the amount of production. This research aims to formulate an appropriate development strategy alternative to be applied to UMKM Berkah Pekanbaru City. The subject of the research is the pastry that sold in UMKM Berkah. Data analysis tools were performed using IFAS matrix analysis, EFAS matrix, SWOT matrix, IE matrix and SWOT quadrant. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the strength is the division of task is good enough, the availability of sufficient raw materials, packaging attractive products and have halal certificate and permit by public health office. The main disadvantage of this bussines is the market share is not yet widespread, while the chances are the habit of consumptive society, and the main threat is the product is easily imitated. There are seven alternative generated strategies, two S-O strategies, one S-T strategy, two W-O strategies and two W-T strategies. The main alternative strategy generated is the S-O strategy that is, by expanding the market to increase sales volume and develop inter-message facilities.Keywords: Development Strategy, SWOT Analysis, UMKM Berkah
