Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of students of Economic Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. The population used in this study were students of economic education class 2017, 2018, and 2019. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation to obtain students' entrepreneurial knowledge and using questionnaires to obtain data about interest in entrepreneurship. The samples taken were at least 146 students from 228 students, using the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples used. The data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using chi square. The results showed the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of students in Economics Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau.Key word: Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Abtract: This research was conducted in Teberau Panjang village of Gunung Toar districts Kuantan Singingi regency with a view to analyzing the impact of natural rubber farming on rural social economic communities. Social economic that more study about income level to fulfill household consumption of rubber farmer. Populated community in Teberau Panjang village populated with rubber plantations and making basic livelihoods, then sampled in a porpusive sampling of 100 samples. The sample criteria of the community who own the rubber plamtations either as workers or as landowners. Data analysis technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the decrease of rubber price caused rubber farmers in Teberau Panjang village to move land from rubber plantation to oil palm plantation community. Rubber plantations in Teberau Panjang village are stll traditionally managed. The management is done simply. After planning is left unattend, only some farmers who after planting rubber seeds doing maintenance, lack of care also cause the quality and productivity of rubber produced low. The impact of farming on the sosio-economic of rural communities in Teberau Panjang village from the results of the study found that the level of income decreased. This is caused by the decline in rubber price and the occurrence of monopsony where the price is determined by toke-toke village so that there is no bargaining among farmers, but it is also caused by the shift of rubber farmers to other communities that is oil palm.Keyword : Natural Rubber Farming, Sosio-Ecomic

Abstract :Improving the quality ofhuman resourcesthat dependon the qualityof education, especiallyformal educationseenthroughthe learningprocess. But in fact, in an effortto meet the needsof educationthere are problemsintheeducationfundingproblem. Since 2007SMPN4 Mandau, Duriget helpBOS fundsareused foreducationfunding. However,notethattheBOSdoes notnecessarily make theprocess oflearningto be optimal. The purposeofthis study wastoevaluatethe use ofBOS fundstooptimize thelearning processof studentsinSMPN4Mandau, Duri. The method in this research is descriptive. With a total sample of 60 teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, documentation and questionnaires.Meanwhile, to determine the effect of these two variables is using Chi Square analysis techniques. The results of this study stated that the BOS is beneficial to optimize the learning process of students in SMP N 4 Mandau, Duri.This is stated intheresultsin the category ofa highresponderas many as 54teachersandoftenas many as50teachers. Abstract

            ABSTRACT National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas (PNPM-MP) is a national program launched by the government to improve the welfare of the community through community empowerment and community empowerment in an optimal and sustainable. The purpose of this program is to strengthen the economy with productive economic capital derived from such government activities to improve basic infrastructure or improving quality of life such as (health and education), Women's Savings and Loans business (SPP), and infrastructure development. Therefore, this study aims: 1) to describe the implementation of PNPM-MP in improving the well-being of coastal communities; 2) to determine the effect of PNPM-MP to the welfare of coastal communities. The experiment was conducted in the village Seluan Bunguran District of North West Natuna. The method used descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Number of samples 57 from 131 population. Purposive sampling using Solvin. The results showed the implementation of PNPM-MP has been going well as expected. This can be seen in the preparation of the views of the planning process, public sources of knowledge dissemination programs or PNPM-MP through socialization and community is involved in the implementation of the program. To stage the process of running the program effectively. While the evaluation of the program conducted; 2) Effect of PNPM-MP seen from the level of income affect the welfare of the community, because Chi Calculate > Chi Table.Keywords: Implementation of PNPM-MP, Welfare.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and learning achievement on the interest in continuing education to higher education in class XII students of SMA Negeri 1 Rangsang. The subjects of this study were 93 students of class XII students of High School country 1 Rangsang, the sample was taken using the random sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that motivation and learning achievement simultaneously had a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to higher education in class XII students of High School country 1 Rangsang. This means that motivation and high learning achievement will trigger the high interest of students to continue to higher education. Conversely, if the motivation and learning achievement are low, it will lead to low student interest in continuing to college.Key Words: Learning Motivation, Learning Behavior, Interest in Continuing Education in Higher Education

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the impact of the oil palm plantations on the education level of the community in Sumber Jaya Village. The research population is people who have oil palm plantations (farmers) and live in Sumber Jaya Village, amounting to 166 people. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 117 people who met the criteria was obtained. The data collected consisted of land area, educational level of children produced by farmers, expenditure and income of farmers using questionnaires and documentation. The data collected were analyzed by finding the development of oil palm plantations. Have the impact of chi square analysis. Research result on the level of education. Based on the result of the analysis with the help of the SPSS program, it is known that the chi square value is 114,054 sig 0,000 and the chi square value Table 77,93.Key Words: Oil palm plantation, level of education

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT RAPP is committed to be a part of the County and the community actively involved in the development of economic, social, and cultural communities. In determining the program, RAPP engage in dialogue with the community and try to see more prudent pattern and the concept of CSR is more beneficial and useful to society and to implement in society. Formulation of the problem of this research is how the effect of implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility PT RAPP against Kiap Jaya villagers Bandar Seikijang subdistrict. The purpose of this study is to investigate and understand the effect of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility PT RAPP against Kiap Jaya villagers Bandar Seikijang subdistrict. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The variables of this research is the corporate social reponsibility which is a variable X. While the socio-economic variables are as variable Y. From the observations and data processing , it is known that the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) PT RAPP has a significant effect on the socioeconomic village Kiap Seikijang Bandar Jaya subdistrict . It is known from the results of Chi Square test of respondents ' perceptions about the effect of the implementation of corporate social responsibility ( CSR ) PT RAPP against villagers socioeconomic Kiap Bandar Jaya subdistrict Seikijang shows the results of Chi count 37.552 , while Chi table shows the results of 9.488 . Therefore Chi count > of Chi table , it can be concluded that the implementation of corporate social responsibility ( CSR ) PT RAPP has a significant impact on rural communities socioeconomic Kiap Seikijang Bandar Jaya subdistrict.Keywords : Corporate Social Responsibility, Socioeconomic

AbstrakWorld trade is known as the world's public sector informal. For traders who have economic difficulties are very brave to do loans, one of which is a loan shark loan in Agussalim Market Pekanbaru. Research purpose to role of moneylenders in an effort to resolve the economic problems Agussalim Pekanbaru family of market traders, as well as the level of satisfaction of respondents to the moneylender loans. This sample in data were analyzed using descriptive methods, whereas respondents used to analyze the Likert scale. Respondents said moneylender loans act to help the economy, while the respondents through the ease of loans, as well as the system of installment each working day respondents. This is stated in the results of the analysis of respondents in the high category. With satisfaction of respondents to a loan shark loan in the satisfied category. At policy the moneylenders, punctuality, service, contributions and loan shark moneylenders. Thus, the role of credit loan by moneylenders in the market Agussalim can help solve economic problems family traders through good attitude given moneylenders for loans with fixed lending consequences of early repayment of the loan agreement up. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the interests and factors that influence him to continue his studies to the PPG program on students of PIPS FKIP Economic Education Riau University. This research includes quantitative research. The number of samples used in this study was 103 students. The types of data used in this study are primary data. The method of data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between learning achievement, motivation to become a teacher, parental education and parental income to the interest of continuing to study to PPG program on students of economic education PIPS FKIP Riau University.Key Words: Interests of PPG, Learning Achievements, and Motivation to Become a Teacher

Abstract

Abstack: This study aims to determine what marketing mix factors considered by consumers in making purchasing decisions shopped at the restaurant Mak Kari Panam Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all consumers who shop at the restaurant mak kari. In determining the number of samples, researchers used a purposive sampling method, the sample size used as respondents in this study were 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with a significance level of 0.05%. Based on the survey results revealed that all the free variable pricing, product, location and promotion significantly influence purchasing decisions with significant value 0.000 <0.05. Price, product, location and promotion are the factors that influence purchasing decisions are categorized marketing mix. Large Marketing mix factors influence the purchasing decision amounted to 66.3%, the remaining 33.7% influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as service and motivation. And from all four factors of the marketing mix variables (price, product, place / location and promotion) is more dominant influential factor that is influenced by factors promotion by 25.7%Key Word : Marketing Mix, Purchase Decision
