Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literasi keuangan mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pekanbaru dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei yang bertujuan memaparkan literasi keuangan mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 178 mahasiswa yang diambil dari populasi sebanyak 630 mahasiswa dengan teknik Cochran sampling. Data dikoleksi melalui kuesioner berupa tes yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Riau berada pada kategori literate dengan persentase jawaban benar 64,61%.This study aims to analyze the financial literacy of Bidikmisi Scholarship recipient students. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru with the research subject of the Bidikmisi Scholarship recipient students of the University of Riau Teacher Training and Education Faculty. This research is a type of survey research that aims to explain the financial literacy of Bidikmisi Scholarship recipient students. The sample of this study was 178 students taken from a population of 630 students using the Cochran sampling technique. Data collected through questionnaires in the form of tests that are analyzed descriptively. The results of the study indicate that the financial literacy of students receiving the Bidikmisi Scholarship in the Teacher Training and Education Faculty of the University of Riau is in the literate category with the percentage of correct answers 64.61%.

Abstract

The small and medium business sector plays an important role in strengthening the structure of the national economy. This sector is essentially related to the economic life of most Indonesian people. Past studies indicate that the quality of small and medium enterprises in Indonesia facing difficulties to extend their businesses due to several internal problems such as lack of human resources entrepreneurial skill, technology, management, and information. As such, based on Resource-Based View theory, this study aims to analyze the effect of adaptability strategy, entrepreneurial orientation, and the government policy on the performance of selected small and medium enterprises. Information sharing wide supply chain management significantly and positively inserts moderating effect among the relationship between government policy, adaptability strategy, entrepreneurial orientation, and performance. Based on interviews and questionnaires distributed to 49 small and medium enterprises, this study found adaptability strategy, entrepreneurial orientation, and the government policy affects business performance. This study enriches the current literature by providing contributions and insights to understanding how Resource-Based View theory will affect the business performance of small and medium enterprises in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low price of coconut commodity. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the price of coconut has on the income of coconut farmers. The population in this study were farmers in Tanah Merah Village consisting of 100 farmers who selected samples using the Slovin formula so that they produced 50 samples. In collecting data, namely by interviewing and distributing questionnaires with research instruments. Furthermore, to analyze the data using the chi-square test. When viewed from the results of statistical analysis with the chi-square test, it can be seen that the Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) 0.027. This value is less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the price of superior coconut plantation commodities on the income of farmers in Tanah Merah Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. it can be concluded that there is an effect of coconut commodity prices on farmers' income.Key Words: Coconut Prices, Chi-Square Test, Farmers' Income

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the application of the Number Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model to increase student learning activity in Class VII social studies subjects. This survey was conducted at SMP Negeri 25 Pekanbaru in the 2019/2020 school year. This research takes the form of experimental research. The population in this study was class VII with a total of 367 students from 9 classes, while the study group was 78 students. Sampling using class sampling technique. The research tool used was the observation sheet (teacher activity, student activity, student learning activity and documentation) for retrieving data using (pos test). Data analysis of student learning activity in social studies using another test shows that student learning activity after treatment with NHT with a mean value of 57% in Treatment I, 58% in Treatment II, and 62% in Treatment III, greater than class for treatment with NHT is 39%. Thus, it can be concluded that the NHT type cooperative learning model to increase the learning activity of students should be considered as one of the learning models used in the learning processKey Words: Model Number Head Together (NHT), Active Learning

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to analyze the impact of the development of Asian farm tourism on the economy of the surrounding community in the Tenayana Raya district. Communities in the area, it can still be said that the economy is middle to lower, with this tourism development is expected to be able to help the local economy. Asia Farm is one of the tours that carries out tourism development starting from the development of buildings and facilities, as well as renewing the tour. This type of research is a quantitative study, based on a total population of 86 people and a sample of 71 people using the simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used descriptive analysis with simple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of tourism, and to identify the impact of tourism development on the economic conditions of the surrounding community. The results of this study indicate an increase in development starting from attractions, facilities, infrastructure, transportation, and hospitality after the development. However, there is a decline in the field of security, air pollution, conflicts between traders and the disruption of the existing environment. The percentage of people's income has increased from Rp. 2,000,000 - Rp. 3,000,000 / month, and business opportunities are 56.9% and job opportunities are also 56.9%. The positive impact of this development, starting in terms of income, business opportunities, and increased employment opportunities, while the negative impact in terms of safety, increased air pollution, and conflicts between traders and with this development it is also undeniable that the prices are the price of goods is very high from outside the tourism area.Key Words: Tourism development, community economy, positive and negative imacts

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose ofthis research is to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure on dividend policy. The population of this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which have complete data on the Debt Equity Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio for 5consecutive years (2015-2019). This type of research variable data is secondary data obtained by documentation techniques sourced from ICMD. Methods of data analysis using regression. The result of research that have been carried out show that capital structure has a significant effect on dividend policy.Key Words: Capital Structure, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Policy, Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

Renewable energy from solar cells is a type of alternative energy for consumers, especially those far from electricity, and saves electrical energy. This research developed an innovative tool for portable solar power generators as a source of energy, which stores electrical energy in two ways, namely solar cells and transformers. Furthermore, this research is expected to improve innovation tools for more efficient electricity supply and energy use, especially for rural communities. It also uses a variety of battery capacities to test portable power supplies. The results showed that the power supply using 100 Wp solar cells produced a capacity of 20 Ah, 60 Ah, and 100 Ah on the battery. Charging with a solar energy source on a 20 Ah battery takes a duration of 5 hours to be fully charged, while 60 Ah and 100 Ah batteries cannot be fully charged in one day. Charging a battery that has been run at a full level takes a duration of 15 hours at a temperature of 30oC to 34oC. Finally, this tool is expected to add variety to locally manufactured products.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi kerakyatan di daerah Riau difokuskan kepada pemberdayaan petani terutama di pedesaan. Untuk pembangunan ekonomi pedesaan pemerintah daerah telah mengembangkan sektor pertanian khususnya sub sektor perkebunan berbasis agribisnis. Program ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di pedesaan. Dalam pengembangan agribisnis masih ditemukan permasalahannya, antara lain: lemahnya struktur permodalan dan akses terhadap sumber permodalan; ketersediaan bahan baku dan kontinuitasnya;  terbatasnya kemampuan  dalam penguasaan teknologi; lemahnya organisasi dan manajemen usaha; dan  kurangnya kuantitas dan kualitas sumberdaya manusia. Salah satu alternatif pemecahannya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah memberdayakan lembaga ekonomi pedesaan yaitu koperasi. Koperasi memegang peranan sangat penting pada kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat terutama di pedesaan. Koperasi harus berfungsi sebagai badan usaha di pedesaan dan pelaksana penuh pemasaran produk agribisnis.

Abstract

Riau merupakan propinsi yang memberikan nilai ekspor minyak bumi terbesar pada Indonesia. Bagi Riau, kegiatan ekspor tidak hanya memberikan devisa ne gara, tetapi juga memberikan multiplier effect terhadap pendapatan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah perkembangan ekspor dan peranannya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Daerah Riau. Data sekunder yang dipergunakan, dianalisis dengan model OLS dan TSLS. Analisis menggunakan Model pertama menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi ekspor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 95,42 persen; sementara dengan model kedua menunjukkan hasil sebesar 94,89 persen. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa ekspor memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Propinsi Riau. Untuk mendukung ekspor dari luar migas, maka orientasi ekonomi daerah Riau diharapkan tertuju pada penambahan faktor-faktor produksi bagi ekonomi golongan bawah, sehingga trickle down effect bisa berjalan seperti yang diharapkan. Abstract

Matakuliah Manajemen Agribisnis bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan gagasan-gagasan dan prinsip dasar manajemen di bidang agribisnis. Penyampaian materi kuliah lebih bersifat monoton, mahasiswa kurang dituntut untuk bersikap aktif di dalam kelas. Akibatnya ketuntasan belajar tidak tercapai. Ketuntasan belajar diukur dengan daya serap rnahasiswa pada setiap akhir proses pembelajaran melalui evaluasi setiap pokok bahasan. Suatu pokok bahasan dikatakan tuntas apabila rata-rata daya serap mahasiswa di atas 75 persen yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil belajar yang diperoleh. Perbaikan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Instrumen pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah garis besar program pengajaran (GBPP), silabus, handout, buku ajar, satuan acara perkuliahan (SAP), dan kontrak perkuliahan. Sedangkan instrumen pengumpul data adalah berupa tes tertulis bentuk uraian, kertas kerja (makalah) dan jumlah kehadiran. Prosedur pada PTK terdiri dari 5 tahap setiap siklus, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, evaluasi, observasi, dan refleksi. Tingkat penguasaan mahasiswa pada siklus I hanya mencapai sebesar 72,5%, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi kriteria sangat baik yakni mencapai 77,5% dan kriteria baik sebesar 22,5%. Secara statistik terjadi perbedaan yang berarti. Arah perbedaan tersebut bersifat positif, artinya perubahan kepada yang lebih tinggi (lebih baik). Tingkat penguasaan mahasiswa terhadap materi yang disajikan dengan memberikan handout menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik yakni sebanyak 85% mahasiswa memperoleh kriteria baik dan sangat baik, sedangkan yang memperoleh kriteria cukup hanya 15%.
