Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the service quality of Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) in Cirebon on the level of customer satisfaction. The study was conducted through an observational interview. The interviews were conducted to get first-hand views and experiences from RRI customers regarding the quality of service they received and their satisfaction level. It was found that aspects such as broadcast program quality, sound quality, staff friendliness, and ease of access to information were the main factors that contributed to customer satisfaction, which shows that the high quality of services provided by the radio station will increase customers' satisfaction. This study can be used as a theoretical foundation for further research in this area and a reference for other broadcasting organizations interested in improving their customer experience. It can also enrich the literature on service quality management and customer satisfaction in the media and communication sectors.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyses the influence of Entrepreneurial Education, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Attitude on Green Entrepreneurial Intention among Muslim Gen Z in Kudus Regency. The type of research used is field research with a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was 233 respondents using a purposive sampling. Analysis was carried out by SPSS 23. The result shows Entrepreneurial Education, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Attitude have positive influences on the Green Entrepreneurial Intention of Muslim Gen Z. This study suggests that future research could explore how to further integrate Islamic values and mentorship programs to support Muslim Gen Z's green entrepreneurial aspirations.

Abstract

Islamic economics is a science that was born as an alternative to conventional economics, Schumpeter wrote down the economic history of Greek philosophers and immediately made a long leap for 500 years known as the great gap. Along with the times, the development of science is also growing. therefore Islamic economics as a concept of thought and practice is present gradually in a certain phase period. In medieval times the development of the history of Islamic economic thought was divided into three periods, namely the Islamic period of the early period until 1058 AD, the second period of Islamic Economics (1058-144 AD), third period Islamic Economics (1446-1931). Thus, history is one proof of the development of science. Islamic macroeconomic theory about economic growth, inflation, and money is not new, but has existed since the time of the Prophet. Economic growth according to classical Islam is aimed at advancing material and spiritual sides, and humans as the prosperous earth to get falah. Inflation in classical Islam is caused by human errors identified by corruption and poor administration. While the money in the Islamic economic literature used is dinar and dirham, the currency is imported, Roman dinars and dirhams from Persia.

Abstract

Gelombang teknologi sebagai efek Revolusi Industri ke-4 telah mengubah tatanan di berbagai segi kehidupan. Revolusi ini mengubah dari hal-hal yang tradisional beralih ke sistem yang didukung mesin-mesin canggih. Teknologi memberi peluang pada hal-hal praktis menjadi serba otomatis dan penuh inovatif di berbagai sektor kehidupan. Merek perusahaan besar seperti Nokia dan mall besar mengalami kemunduran yang dramatis.  Pergeseran paradigma belajar dengan online learning dan munculnya generasi millenia menjadi perhatian tersendiri di dunia pendidikan. Peneliti dengan metode library research ini  memaparkan trend pendidikan agama Islam di era disrupsi dan dampaknya di Indonesia. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar di era disrupsi menjadi persyaratan dasar. Pendidikan agama Islam sebagai salah satu yang akan terkena imbas gelombang teknologi. Teknologi dihadirkan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan agama Islam. Materi pendidikan dikembangkan dengan mengikuti perubahan yang terjadi termasuk dalam penggunaan alat peraga aplikasi di  smart phone menjadi penting. Perubahan ini sesuai dengan perkembangan subyek didik di era millenial. Ada sisi kekhasan pendidikan agama Islam yang tidak tergantikan dengan teknologi, yakni keteladanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang bagaimana gambaran remaja pelaku seksual pranikah dapat terjadi pada remaja yang berpacaran, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif fenomenologis pendekatan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam bagaimana gambaran remaja pelaku seksual pranikah dapat terjadi pada remaja yang berpacaran. Data untuk penelitian diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara semi terstruktur. Empat remaja yang terlibat dalam hubungan pacaran adalah subjek penelitian ini. Selanjutnya, transkip wawancara, komentar eksploratoris, dan tema emergen dibuat untuk setiap partisipan untuk analisis data. Selanjutnya, sebaran awal tema emergen akan dikelompokkan menjadi tema superordinat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima tema induk: interaksi di awal hubungan, aktivitas seksual remaja, dampak emosional yang terbentuk, respons emosional setelah melakukan, dan terakhir, persepsi masalah seksual remaja. Bahkan semua peserta menyadari efek negatif.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable and analyse factors that affecting earnings management. The independent variables in this research are institutional ownership, leverage, firm size, dividend policy, independent commissioner, and audit quality. This research used sample of 153 data from 51 manufacturing companies in the non cyclicals, cyclicals, and basic materials sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the priode 2020 to 2022. This study used purposive sampling method for sample selection and used multiple regression for data analysis. The empirical evidence obtained from this study shows that independent commissioners and audit quality have a negative effect on earnings management. These results indicate that the presence of Independent commissioners will enhance the quality of supervision over manager behavior so that earnings management practices will decrease. Earnings management is negatively impacted by audit quality because managers are less likely to use earnings management techniques when an audit is conducted by an auditor with high capability, competence, independence, and experience. Further, institutional ownership, leverage, firm size, dividend policy have no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, students studied from home, affecting various aspects of student life, one of which was the way of learning. The aim of the research is to find out how students study at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. There were 5 student key informants, 1 Guidance and Counseling teacher and 3 parents. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques use descriptive qualitative analysis and techniques to test the validity of the data with data trigulation. Based on the results of research on SMA N I Matur students, it shows that the way students learn during the COVID-19 pandemic is the first method of learning from the aspect of making a schedule, namely not carrying out all the schedules that have been arranged, and students not using their free time to the fullest. second, how to learn from the aspect of reading and taking notes, that is, there is still a lack of motivation for students to read, and in making notes students only make it in summary form. third, how to learn in the aspect of repeating lesson material, that is, students repeat lessons when they are going to face daily tests or exams. Fourth, how to learn from the aspect of concentration, that is, students can concentrate, but the student environment is less supportive. The five ways of learning from the aspect of doing assignments, namely, students rely on sources from the internet in doing assignments that are not sure of the truth of the source, and also if the internet network does not support the student's assignments will pile up.

Abstract

Learning in Vocational High Schools (SMK) needs to be developed to prepare its graduates to meet the needs of complete competencies expected by the world of work or industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in work competencies with the integration of soft skills, hard skills, and entrepreneur skills in SMK students through the application of the teaching factory learning model. The method used was a quasi-experimental, descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were grade XII students of the Automotive Engineering Expertise Program at SMK YPT Purworejo and sample collection using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using cognitive tests, questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation studies. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of a descriptive report. The results of the study showed that there was an increase and development of soft skills, hard skills, entrepreneur skills and cognitive abilities of grade XII students of the Automotive Engineering Expertise Program at SMK YPT Purworejo at very high or positive significant criteria.

Abstract

The GNNT (National Non-Cash Movement) program is in line with fintech innovations that have a real impact on improving the efficiency of the payment system, financial inclusion, and the Indonesian economy. In the Kedungkandang sub-district area of Malang City, the number of culinary MSME units has increased, which can encourage GNNT to be realized. However, many culinary MSMEs have not optimized using QRIS as a non-cash payment tool. This study aims to see the effect of perceived benefits, ease of use, and risk on culinary msmes’ interest in utilizing QRIS. This research uses Quantitative method approach in this research. Culinary MSMEs are in Kedungkandang District, Malang City, as the research population. The sample was taken by a purposive sampling technique with a research sample of 100 respondents. Data ere collected by n distributing questionnaires and was measured using nominal and Likert scales-data processing with Stata 17 software with a multinomial logistic regression model. The results show that perceived benefits, convenience and risk partially affect the interest of culinary MSMEs in using QRIS. The perception of benefits, convenience and risk encourages an increase in the probability of interest in culinary MSMEs in using QRIS so that perceived benefits can increase MSME understanding of the benefits of QRIS, the perception of ease of use supports increased adoption of QRIS use; perceived risk can encourage strengthening the QRIS security system so that MSMEs are more confident and adopt QRIS.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang naskah kitab Al-Falaqiyah karya K.H.M Burkan Saleh ditinjau dari masalah fisik naskah, kolofon: analisis kodikologi. Penelitian ini diawali dengan analisis kodikologi naskah yang menjelaskan tentang gambaran umum naskah kitab Al-Falaqiyah baik dari segi sejarah naskah, tempat penyimpanan naskah, tempat penulisan naskah atau penyalinan naskah, mempelajari seluk beluk fisik naskah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, yaitu penulis terjun langsung ke lokasi tempat penyimpanan naskah K.H.M Burkan Saleh, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, yaitu menggambarkan objek yang diteliti dengan apa adanya sesuai dengan data-data yang diperoleh, mengumpulkan data melalui teknik wawancara, dokumentasi. Selain itu, penulis juga menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan mencari jurnal, artikel, buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, penulis menemukan bahwa ilmu falakiah berhasil menyentuh wilayah Kerinci yang dikembangkan oleh K.H. M Burkan Saleh di desa Tanjung Pauh pada tahun 1937 yang ditulisnya di Pondok Pesantren Madrasah Jauhar al-Islami, Tanjung Juhur, Jambi, kini manuskripnya diwariskan kepada anak dan menantunya Darti dan Rasidin di Tanjung Pauh Mudik, yang merupakan dosen IAIN Kerinci. Abstract This article discusses the manuscript of kitab Al-Falaqiyah by K. H. M. Burkan Saleh in terms of the physical problems of the manuscript, colophon and its relevance as a historical source: codicology analysis, this research begins with a codicoly analysis of a manuscript that explains the general description of the manuscript of kitab Al-Falaqiyah both in terms of the history of the manuscript, the place where the manuscript is stored, the place of writing the manuscript or copying the manuscript, studying the physical ins and outs of the manuscript. The research method used in this research is qualitative, namely, the author goes directly to the location where the manuscript of K.H.M Burkan Saleh is stored, using the descriptive analysis method, namely describing the object under study as it is in accordance with the data obtained, collecting data through interview techniques, documentation. In addition, the author also uses literature studies by looking for journals, articles, books related to the research theme. Based on this research, the author found that the science of falakiah successfully touched the Kerinci region developed by K.H. M Burkan Saleh in Tanjung Pauh village in 1937 which he wrote at the Islamic Boarding School Madrasah Jauhar al-Islami, Tanjung Juhur, Jambi, now his manuscript was inherited to his son and son-in-law Darti and Rasidin in Tanjung Pauh Mudik, who is a lecturer at IAIN Kerinci
