Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work ethic on employee performance at PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia, Tangerang Regency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 100 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 39.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.959> 1.984). Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 47.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.316> 1.984). Leadership style and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 5.608 + 0.377X1 + 0.473X2. The coefficient of determination is 58.7%, while the remaining 41.3% is influenced by other variables. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (68.820 > 2.700).

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna: menguji dampak kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja di perawat RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo, menguji dampak kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat, dan menguji imbas kerjasama tim memengaruhi kinerja pada perawat. Populasinya, yakni perawat RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo. Dalam mengambil sampelnya, dipergunakan teknik simple random sampling, dengan sampelnya sejumlah 164 orang. Analisis data memakai regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian mengindikasikan, kecerdasan emosional memengaruhi positif terhadap kinerja pada perawat R, kemampuan kerja memengaruhi positif terhadap kinerja pada perawat yang diteliti, serta kerjasama tim memengaruhi positif terhadap kinerja di perawat perawat yang diteliti.

Abstract

Gerai ritel perlengkapan aksesoris seperti Miniso dinilai memiliki berbagai macam barang unik yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perlengkapan aksesoris anak muda. Dalam memasarkan suatu produk, memahami pentingnya citra merek, harga serta promosi sangat penting agar konsumen dapat menerima dan tertarik untuk menggunakan secara berulang dengan terus membeli produk tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Miniso di departemnet store Mall Artos Magelang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen Miniso dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Data hasil penelitian diuji dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, harga dan promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pendampingan rintisan bisnis. Pendampingan dilaksanakan dalam hal proses produksi dan inovasi, pemasaran yang meliputi pemilihan media promosi, pengemasan dan penjualan, pembuatan laporan keuangan bisnis, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan pembentukan jaringan bisnis. Dengan pendampingan usaha ini, pelaku usaha pemula diharapkan dapat lebih mengembangkan usaha yang telah dirintis bersama kelompoknya. Sehingga tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan usaha bagi kelompok pelaku bisnis pemula (rintisan bisnis) pengolahan jagung menjadi Kue Sagon Jagung guna mengembangkan potensi lokal yang ada di Purworejo. Hasilnya kelompok rintisan bisnis ini sudah dapat membuat perencanaan bisnis dengan baik, melakukan praktek bisnis dengan hasil yang cukup memuaskan, membuat berbagai sarana iklan dan promosi, serta menjalin kerjasama dengan baik dengan pemasok, peyalur dan konsumen. Dengan kegiatan pendampingan ini, kelompok rintisan bisnis dapat memiliki pemahaman tentang penyusunan rencana bisnis sampai ke praktek bisnis. Selanjutnya rintisan bisnis dapat mengembangkan diri menjadi bisnis yang lebih besar di masa mendatang. Kegiatan pendampingan ini juga dapat dilakukan pada kelompok rintisan bisnis dengan produk yang berbeda.

Abstract

Metode pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan motivasi bisnis, konsultasi bisnis, praktek bisnis, dan monitoring bisnis. Dengan pendampingan usaha ini, pelaku bisnis pemula diharapkan dapat lebih mengembangkan usaha yang telah dirintis bersama kelompoknya. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan usaha bagi kelompok rintisan bisnis pengolahan biji Nangka dan Durian menjadi Kue Semprong guna mengembangkan potensi lokal yang ada di Purworejo. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kelompok rintisan bisnis ini sudah dapat membuat perencanaan bisnis dengan baik, melakukan praktek bisnis dengan hasil yang cukup memuaskan, membuat berbagai sarana iklan dan promosi, serta menjalin kerjasama dengan baik dengan pemasok, penyalur dan konsumen, serta dapat memiliki pemahaman tentang penyusunan rencana bisnis sampai ke praktek bisnis. Pentingnya pengabdian ini, rintisan bisnis dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan ketrampilan tentang bisnis, serta metode pendampingan ini juga dapat diterapkan pada kelompok rintisan bisnis dengan produk yang berbeda.

Abstract

The teaching factory is a production-based learning model designed to integrate educational environments with real-world industry practices. This model emphasizes collaboration between schools and industries to produce real products and services that are market-ready. By implementing this concept, students gain hands-on experience by directly practicing in laboratories or workshops. These sessions involve producing goods or services that are later sold to consumers, providing learners with practical exposure to the production and business process. The teaching factory concept bridges the gap between theoretical learning and industrial application. Students are not only taught academic content but are also equipped with essential skills for the workforce. This model ensures that they gain industry-relevant competencies, making them better prepared for future careers. Furthermore, it nurtures entrepreneurial skills by exposing students to real market dynamics and business challenges. This study focuses on exploring the implementation of the teaching factory model in SMK PGRI 1 Kudus. A qualitative research approach was employed, using a single case study method to deeply analyze the practice. Data collection techniques included a literature review, in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The researchers selected informants responsible for managing the teaching factory program at SMK PGRI 1 Kudus using purposive sampling. These informants provided key insights into the planning, execution, and challenges of the program. The findings of the study reveal that the effective implementation of a teaching factory program relies on three key pillars. First, real business operation is essential. This involves ensuring that the teaching factory simulates actual industry operations, enabling students to understand and engage with real-world production standards and market demands. For instance, products and services created in the teaching factory must meet the quality and pricing standards of the marketplace. This ensures that students grasp the importance of quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Second, a laboratory setting representation of related industries plays a critical role. The laboratory or workshop should closely replicate the conditions, equipment, and processes found in the industries students are being trained for. This alignment helps students familiarize themselves with the tools, technologies, and workflows they will encounter in professional settings. Moreover, such settings encourage a culture of innovation and problem-solving as students tackle tasks similar to those faced by professionals. Third, competence-based pedagogy forms the foundation of the teaching factory. This approach tailors the curriculum to industry standards, focusing on building specific competencies required in the workforce. Teachers act as facilitators, guiding students through experiential learning processes. The pedagogy emphasizes a balance between theory and practice, ensuring that students not only acquire knowledge but also develop the technical and soft skills needed for their chosen careers. In conclusion, the teaching factory model, as implemented in SMK PGRI 1 Kudus, demonstrates how education and industry collaboration can produce graduates who are both competent and competitive. By fostering real business operations, industry-representative settings, and competency-based learning, the program bridges the gap between education and employment, ultimately preparing students to thrive in the workforce.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Layanan(Service Quality) dan Difusi Inovasi (Diffusion of Innovation) terhadapKepuasan Konsumen Generasi Z dalam penggunaan layanan transportasionline hijau di Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumenGenerasi Z yang berdomisili di Jakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 100responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online, dan analisis datamenggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares(SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa baik Kualitas Layanan maupun Difusi Inovasimemiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.Inovasi fitur, efisiensi layanan, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, sertaaspek ketepatan waktu, keamanan, dan keramahan pengemudi dinilaisangat penting dalam membentuk kepuasan konsumen. Temuan inimenegaskan bahwa inovasi berkelanjutan dan kualitas layanan yangkonsisten menjadi faktor kunci untuk mempertahankan loyalitas konsumenGenerasi Z di era digital..This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and diffusion of innovation onGeneration Z consumer satisfaction with green online transportation services in Jakarta. Theresearch design applied a quantitative approach with a survey method. The populationconsisted of Generation Z consumers residing in Jakarta, and the sample comprised 100respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via onlinequestionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares(SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS software. The results indicate that both Service Quality andDiffusion of Innovation positively and significantly affect consumer satisfaction. Innovationfeatures, service efficiency, ease of application use, as well as aspects of punctuality, safety,and driver friendliness are critical in shaping consumer satisfaction. These findings confirmthat continuous innovation and consistent service quality are essential factors in maintainingthe loyalty of Generation Z consumers in the digital era.

Abstract

The GNNT (National Non-Cash Movement) program is in line with fintech innovations that have a real impact on improving the efficiency of the payment system, financial inclusion, and the Indonesian economy. In the Kedungkandang sub-district area of Malang City, the number of culinary MSME units has increased, which can encourage GNNT to be realized. However, many culinary MSMEs have not optimized using QRIS as a non-cash payment tool. This study aims to see the effect of perceived benefits, ease of use, and risk on culinary msmes’ interest in utilizing QRIS. This research uses Quantitative method approach in this research. Culinary MSMEs are in Kedungkandang District, Malang City, as the research population. The sample was taken by a purposive sampling technique with a research sample of 100 respondents. Data ere collected by n distributing questionnaires and was measured using nominal and Likert scales-data processing with Stata 17 software with a multinomial logistic regression model. The results show that perceived benefits, convenience and risk partially affect the interest of culinary MSMEs in using QRIS. The perception of benefits, convenience and risk encourages an increase in the probability of interest in culinary MSMEs in using QRIS so that perceived benefits can increase MSME understanding of the benefits of QRIS, the perception of ease of use supports increased adoption of QRIS use; perceived risk can encourage strengthening the QRIS security system so that MSMEs are more confident and adopt QRIS.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and also work stress on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of Perumda BPR Bank Purworejo. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 54 respondents. Measuring tool for data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis uses Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The results of data analysis prove 1) organizational culture has a positive influence on organizational commitment 2) work stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment 3) organizational culture has a positive influence on job satisfaction 4) work stress has a negative effect on satisfaction 5) job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment 6) job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment 7) job satisfaction fully mediates the effect of job stress on organizational commitment

Abstract

Giriloyo hamlet has become a place of devotion for the group 09 UCY KKN for 30 days. Based on the analysis of the problem, the focus of attention is the improvement of knowledge, skills and environmental concern. The mechanism for implementing the program is observation, socialization, participation in community empowerment, development of social and cultural programs, DPL guidance, briefing and evaluation. The group work program includes activities such as procurement of stop signs, procurement of garbage cans, Musholah Al Wustho signs, and Ahad Wage service work. The individual work program includes Mushola empowerment activities, procurement of juvenile delinquency posters, support for early childhood education, socialization of saving at an early age, making alley signs, BTA activities, education on the use of plastic waste to make eco-bricks, posyandu support, joint gymnastics, tutoring children, and making hamlet maps. Overall, these programs reflect the joint efforts of KKN students, local communities, and related parties in improving the welfare and development of Giriloyo hamlet. Thus, the results of the above conclusions show that, in general, the KKN program can be said to be successful and smooth, even though the time is more advanced or more backward.
