This study aims to determine the quality of raw materials and production processes on product quality on the products of Garuda Jaya Factory Ciamis skewers. The method used is causality with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. The population and sample are 40 production employees using the saturated sample technique. The analysis software used is SPSS version 25. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of raw materials and production processes simultaneously and partially had a significant positive effect on product quality on the products of Garuda Jaya Factory Ciamis skewers.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative approach with a reserch sample of 51 respondents from employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the leadership style felt by employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya had very good criteria. Organizational culture on employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya has good criteria. Simultaneously leadership style and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between the variable costs of controlling the inventory of raw materials and direct labor costs to the volume of production. The research method used is quantitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach with a monthly scale of 48 months. What is studied by the author consists of two independent variables and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, it is known that the cost of controlling the inventory of raw materials and direct labor costs has a significant effect on the volume of production. It can also be seen from the company's data that every increase in the cost of controlling the inventory of raw materials and direct labor costs, the volume of production also increases. The calculation results show that there is a very strong relationship between the variable costs of controlling raw material inventory and direct labor costs in increasing production volume.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the work environment and work motivation on teacher work discipline. A case study of teachers at Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents who are teachers of Vocational High School Muhammdiyah Tasikmalaya. The technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that: (1) the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work Motivation of teachers at Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on work discipline for teacher of Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya (4) the work environment has a significant effect on work discipline through work motivation.

This study aims to deterimine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at CV. Gatriec Engineering Consultant in Tasikmalaya City. The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 40 respondents who are an employee at CV. Gatriec Engineering Consultant in Tasikmalaya City. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance (a survey of hatchery employees at CV. Tanjung Mulya). This study uses a survey method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a research sample of 74 respondents from employees of the hatchery section of CV. Tanjung Mulya, and using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in SPSS version 25. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The results showed that the work environment and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has no significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on work discipline of employees of PT. Agung Jaya Bersama Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 34 respondents from employees of PT. Agung Jaya Bersama Tasikmalaya. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is path analysis using SPSS version 25. The results show that job satisfaction has a direct effect on work discipline. Compensation has no significant effect on Employee Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction has an effect on Work Discipline Through Compensation.

This study aims to determine Employee Performance Analysis Based on Job Training and Work Discipline In PD. Bakso Momo Jaya. The method used is quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents from employee PD. Bakso Momo Jaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that the job training felt by employee PD. Bakso Momo Jaya have very good criteria. Work discipline on employee PD. Bakso Momo Jaya has very good criteria. Simultaneously, job training and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially job training has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Courier Performance PT. Ninja Express Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 40 peoples. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on performance simultaneously. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on performance. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on performance.

This study aims to find out how much influence Work Discipline and Quality Of Work Life have on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 41 people as respondents to the Tasikmalaya Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office based on 41 known population data. The data used is using primary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version. Based on data that have met the validity test, reliability tests and classical assumption tests are processed so as to produce regression equations as follows: Y = 73,820 + 0.388 X_1 + 0.392 X_2. The test results showed that partially showing the variables used in the study, namely work discipline and quality of work life, had a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tasikmalaya Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and quality of work life together on employee performance based on the testing of multiple linear regression analysis obtained fghitung of 73,820 signatures of 0.001. With the Determination Coefficient test, it gets an R Square value of 0.398 or 39.80%. It shows the influence of Work Discipline and Quality Of Work Life on Employee Performance and 60.20% is the influence of other variables beyond the variables used in this study.
