Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and incentive on the performance case on the courier PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya Branch. The research method used in a quantitative method with with a survey approach to 120 respondents who live in Tasikmalaya city. The data analsysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this test, it proves that workload and incentives have a significant effect simultaneously on courier performance at PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya Branch. Based on the test results, workload partially has a significant negative effect on courier performance and incentive partially have a positive effect on courier performance PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the condition of capital structure, profitability and share prices in the banking sub-sector, as well as to test and analyze the influence of capital structure as measured by the debt to equity ratio (DER) and profitability as measured by return on assets (ROA) on share price (closing price). This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, namely 41 samples from 47 banking sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022. The secondary data source used came from the IDX.co.id website. The analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method using IBM SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that simultaneously capital structure (DER) and profitability (ROA) have a significant effect on stock prices. However, partial test results show different effects, capital structure (DER) does not have a significant effect on stock prices, while profitability (ROA) has a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of quality of work life on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction of the netira embroidery SMEs in the city of Tasikmalaya. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. Data analysis used is linear regression and path analysis. The population in this study was 44 Netira Embroidery employees, the sampling technique used total sampling. Data was obtained using a questionnaire which was directly given to production employees, then the data was analyzed using lines. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the variables of the quality of work life (X) on job satisfaction (Z). There is a significant effect between the quality of work life (X) on employee performance (Y) There is a significant effect between the variables Job Satisfaction (Z) on Employee Performance (Y) and Job Satisfaction (Z) mediates the relationship between the quality of work life (X) on Employee Performance (Y) at Netira Embroidery, Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in Civil Servants at the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade, Tasikmalaya City. This research method uses quantitative research methods with descriptive methods. The respondents in this research were 54 civil servant employees at the Tasikmalaya City Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this research used multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. Data collection techniques used literature studies, interviews, questionnaires. The research results show that Leadership Style and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on Public Satisfaction at the Tasikmalaya City Communications Office. The method used is a quantitative approach with a causal design and survey techniques. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software, and supplemented with multiple correlation tests, F tests, T tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study revealed that together, Employee Performance and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on Public Satisfaction. Separately, both Employee Performance and Service Quality were also proven to have a positive and significant influence on Public Satisfaction.

Abstract

Terbatasnya akses untuk memenuhi permintaan daging, yang hanya mampu menjangkau masyarakat dalam lingkup kecil serta belum ada diversifikasi produk yang dihasilkan selain karkas ayam kampung dan DOC (Daily Old Chick), membuat Asosiasi Peternak Ayam Kampung Singaparna Indonesia (APAKSI) sulit untuk berkembang. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh APAKSI dengan meningkatkan efisiensi pemeliharaan ayam, memperluas akses pasar, dan pengembangan produk. Program ini dirancang untuk membantu peternak ayam dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan pakan dengan memperkenalkan teknologi pakan fermentasi dan pembuatan pakan pellet, yang akan mengurangi biaya pakan dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Selain itu, program ini akan membantu peternak dalam diversifikasi produk, seperti produk olahan ayam, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui pengemasan, pendaftaran merek, dan platform e-commerce. Program ini juga akan memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan keuangan untuk membantu peternak memantau arus kas, mengontrol biaya, dan memastikan keberlanjutan usaha mereka. Hasil yang diharapkan termasuk peningkatan praktik budidaya ayam, pembuatan pakan mandiri, diversifikasi produk, akses pasar yang lebih luas, dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial dan ekonomi peternak dengan meningkatkan pendapatan mereka, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pakan komersial, dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Proyek ini sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, terutama Zero Hunger, dan berkontribusi pada ketahanan pangan nasional serta kesejahteraan ekonomi.

Abstract

This research purposse to determine and analyze the picture of work-life balance, workload and employee performance at Bank BTN Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The influence of work-life balance and workload on employee performance simultaneously at Bank BTN Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The influence of work-life balance on employee performance partially at Bank BTN Tasikmalaya Branch Office and the influence of workload on employee performance partially at Bank BTN Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The method used in this research is a survey with a descriptive approach. With a research sample of 35 collection department employees as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26 support application. The test results show that work-life balance has a good classification, workload has a good classification and employee performance has a high classification, simultaneously showing the variables used. in the research, work-life balance and workload have a significant effect on employee performance at Bank BTN Tasikmalaya Branch Office. Partially, there is a significant influence of workload on employee performance, while work-life balance does not have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of organizational culture and communication skills on administrative performance in higher education institutions in East Java. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a sample of 250 administrative staff, the study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the relationships among these key variables. The measurement model assessment confirms the reliability and validity of the constructs, while the structural model reveals significant and positive effects of both organizational culture and communication skills on administrative performance. The findings highlight the importance of fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing communication skills to optimize administrative efficiency. The study contributes valuable insights to the field of higher education administration and offers practical recommendations for institutions seeking to improve their administrative practices.

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between employee wellness programs and organizational performance in various industrial sectors. Using literature analysis methods, this research analyzes recent studies that explore the impact of employee welfare programs on organizational performance. The main findings show that employee wellness programs have a significant role in increasing job satisfaction, productivity, and employee retention in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, information technology, health services, and education. The implication of this research is that a better understanding of the effectiveness of employee wellness programs can help organizations design more effective wellness strategies according to the specific needs of each industry sector, taking into account factors such as company size, organizational culture, and company policies.
