Abstract

This research aims to find out how employees respond regarding the influence of reward and punishment at the Miss Cimory Center Purbaratu Tasikmalaya marketing department. The research method used was a survey method, data was obtained directly through questionnaires to 30 respondents taken from marketing department employees. Sampling used a census and the analysis method used in this research was path analysis. Based on the research results, the results show that rewards are classified as very good, punishment is included in the very good classification, and the performance of marketing employees is classified as good. Based on this research, there is a significant influence between reward and punishment on the performance of marketing employees.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui, pertama mengetahui dan menganalisis gambaran kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Kedua, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompetensi secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Keempat, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan termasuk pada kategori baik, kompetensi termasuk pada kategori baik, dan produktivitas kerja pada karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis termasuk pada kategori baik. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload and Work Discipline on the Performance of Bungursari Tasikmalaya Health Center Employees. The method used was a quantitative approach with a research sample of 33 respondents of Bungursari Tasikmalaya Health Center employees. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results showed that simultaneously Workload and Work Discipline had a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially Workload has no effect on performance. Partially, Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Desa Pamokolan memiliki berbagai macam UMKM yang dapat membantu perekonomian warga sekitar. Begitu pentingnya keberadaan UMKM di zaman era digital ini, sehingga dibutuhkan upaya dalam peningkatan pemahaman mengenai hal-hal terkait digitalisasi. Sehingga dalam pengabdian ini akan dilakukan sosialisasi terkait strategi pemasaran digital dan redesign kemasan. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pemahaman di kalangan pemilik UMKM Desa Pamokolan terkait dengan strategi pemasaran digital dan redesign kemasan. Pengabdian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2024 kepada 19 orang pemilik UMKM di Desa Pamokolan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah presentasi dan sosialisasi. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan pretest, selanjutnya sosialisasi mengenai strategi digital marketing dan redesign kemasan, dan kemudian dilakukan posttest. Berdasarkan evaluasi diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pemasaran digital dan redesign kemasan dengan peningkatan nilai dari rata-rata 55 menjadi 70 atau kenaikan sebesai 27%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan memiliki pengaruh dalam meningkatan pemahaman mengenai pemasaran digital dan redesign kemasan pada pemilik UMKM di Desa Pamokolan

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out, firstly, the description of leadership, motivation, and work discipline of employees at the Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya, secondly, the influence of leadership and motivation simultaneously on the work discipline of employees of the Tasikmalaya Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya, and thirdly, the influence of leadership and motivation partially on the work discipline of the Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The results showed that leadership was in the very good category, work motivation was in the good category, and work discipline for employees of the Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya  was in the very good category. There is a significant simultaneous influence of leadership and work motivation on work discipline in the Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya. There is a partial significant influence of leadership on work discipline in employees of the Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya. There is a partial significant effect of work motivation on work discipline in employees of the Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The method used in this research is causality with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 49 employees in the marketing department at KSU Postra. The data used is using primary data. Abstract

Firm value is a description of the company's performance in reflecting the prosperity of its shareholders. Maximizing the value of the company is the main goal of the company, because maximizing the value of the company also means maximizing the prosperity of shareholders. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially on Profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), Investment Decisions as measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Dividend Policy as measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on Company Value as measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The population used in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021 period. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the type of associative descriptive analysis research. The sample selection used purposive sampling method. The sample used was 15 banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021 period. The data source in this study was secondary data in the form of audited financial reports obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that profitability, investment decisions and dividend policies simultaneously have no significant effect on firm value. Partially Profitability has a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, investment decisions and dividend policies partially have no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Financial performance is a form of achievement achieved by a company in managing finances and also describes the state of a company’s performance. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Liquidity variable as measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and the Solvency variable as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on financial performance as measured by the Profitability Ratio (ROA). The population used in this study is the quarterly financial reports of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk 2003-2021. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Selection of the sample using purposive sampling. The sample used is the quarterly financial reports of PT. Indocement Tunggal Initiative 2007-2021. The data source in this study is secondary data in the form of audited financial reports obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the research results it is concluded that liquidity and solvency simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance. Liquidity partially has a significant effect on financial performance. Solvability partially has a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and product quality variables on purchasing decisions on consumers of Heler CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 100 respondents taken from the consumer heler CV Wirabuana. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect between Price Perception and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. Price perception partially has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Product Quality Partially has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions Heler CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh yang diberikan oleh disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja CV. Welas Asih Kota Tasikmalaya. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 responden menggunakan teknik non probality sampling pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi (R), uji regresi, koefisien determinasi (R2), signifikasi uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dua variabel telah diuji secara bertahap maupun bersama – sama menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Besarnya sumbangan yang dimiliki oleh pengalaman kerja lebih besar dari besaran sumbangan yang dimiliki oleh variabel disiplin kerja.
