Abstract

Beras merupakan bahan pangan pokok bagi lebih dari setengah populasi dunia. Meningkatnya permintaan global dan volatilitas harga menuntut pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai dinamika jaringan pasar beras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan struktur pengetahuan dan menguji validasi empiris riset bertema rice market networks melalui pendekatan bibliometrik dan analisis spillover. Sebanyak 51 dokumen dari basis data Scopus (1990–2024) dianalisis menggunakan Biblioshiny dan VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, kolaborasi ilmiah, serta tema dominan dalam literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah publikasi bertema “network of rice market”, dengan Food Security dan Plos One sebagai jurnal utama, serta dominasi kontribusi penelitian dari kawasan Asia, terutama Tiongkok dan Indonesia. Secara empiris, analisis tambahan terhadap data harga beras di Pulau Jawa (2017–2024) menunjukkan keterhubungan pasar yang moderat dengan Total Spillover index sebesar 17,6 persen, mencerminkan integrasi regional yang berkembang namun masih dipengaruhi faktor lokal. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi relevansi antara lanskap riset global dan dinamika pasar domestik. Studi ini membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan mengenai integrasi pasar pangan, transmisi harga, serta efektivitas kebijakan stabilisasi harga di tingkat regional Indonesia.

Abstract

  This study aims to describe students' perceptions of how teachers communicate in creating an inclusive learning environment at SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang. Inclusive education requires equal learning opportunities for all students, making teachers' communication skills a key factor in building a classroom atmosphere that is open, empathetic, and respectful of differences. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews and documentation of students from diverse backgrounds. The results show that teacher communication is considered effective, clear, and adaptive, with the use of easily understood language and examples relevant to everyday life. Teachers are also seen as patient, responsive, and non-judgmental, creating a learning environment that is comfortable, safe, and pressure-free. Two-way interaction between teachers and students has been proven to enhance motivation and active participation in learning.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi siswa mengenai cara guru berkomunikasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif di SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang. Pendidikan inklusif menuntut adanya kesempatan belajar yang adil bagi seluruh siswa, sehingga kemampuan komunikasi guru menjadi faktor utama dalam membangun suasana kelas yang terbuka, empatik, dan menghargai perbedaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap siswa yang memiliki latar belakang beragam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi guru dianggap efektif, jelas, dan adaptif, dengan penggunaan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti serta contoh yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru juga dinilai sabar, responsif, dan tidak menghakimi, sehingga tercipta suasana belajar yang nyaman, aman, dan tanpa tekanan. Interaksi dua arah antara guru dan siswa terbukti meningkatkan motivasi serta partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic microfinance in strengthening social resilience among vulnerable communities in the post-pandemic period. Using a mixed qualitative secondary analysis of institutional reports, academic literature, and regulatory documents, the research investigates how Sharia-compliant financing instruments such as qard hasan, profit-sharing schemes, and integrated microenterprise support contribute to income recovery, livelihood stabilization, and community adaptability after COVID-19 disruptions. The findings reveal that Islamic microfinance institutions enhance social resilience by providing accessible capital, flexible repayment structures, and embedded non-financial services, including mentoring, market facilitation, and financial literacy training. These features help micro-entrepreneurs rebuild productive capacity, reduce dependence on high-risk informal lenders, and strengthen household coping mechanisms. The study also identifies governance quality and digital service delivery as key enablers of resilience outcomes. Overall, the results highlight the strategic role of Islamic microfinance as a socio-economic buffer that supports post-crisis recovery and promotes long-term resilience among marginalized groups.

Abstract

Fenomena El Niño adalah peristiwa alam yang dapat berdampak besar pada banyak hal, termasuk pertanian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana El Niño mempengaruhi tanaman kakao dan bagaimana pengaruh El Niño terhadap produksi kakao di Desa Bussu, Kecamatan Tapango. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi lapangan, koesioner, wawancara dengan responden, dan data persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fenomena El Nino memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap produksi tanaman kakao di Desa Bussu. Selama periode El Nino, terjadi peningkatan suhu dan pengurangan curah hujan yang signifikan, yang menyebabkan kondisi lingkungan yang tidak menguntungkan untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kakao. Selain itu, fenomena El Nino juga berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas buah kakao.Proses pembungaan dan perkembangan buah kakao dapat dipengaruhi oleh perubahan suhu dan kelembaban udara. Akibatnya, buah kakao yang dihasilkan cenderung berkualitas rendah. Penelitian ini dapat membantu pemerintah dan petani terkait membuat strategi mitigasi dan adaptasi untuk mengurangi dampak El Niño terhadap pertanian kakao di Desa Bussu, Kecamatan Tapango, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Keywords: Fenomena El Nino, Produksi Kakao, Kekeringan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of business ecosystems and environmental awareness on the business sustainability of women rubber farmers, using a sustainability accounting perspective to interpret the research findings. This research employs a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to women rubber farmers in Karang Sari Hamlet, Jambi Province. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS, including t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that environmental awareness has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability, whereas the business ecosystem has no significant partial effect. However, both variables simultaneously influence business sustainability. Based on the sustainability accounting perspective, these findings indicate that environmental awareness plays a role in improving cost efficiency and optimizing resource management, thereby supporting long-term business sustainability. This study highlights the importance of integrating environmental aspects into business decision-making as part of sustainability accounting practices in small-scale agricultural sectors.

Abstract

IntroductionIndonesian Islamic banking has expanded considerably over the past two decades, yet its financing risk has not consistently remained lower than that of conventional banking. Islamic banks also continue to operate within a dual banking system in which conventional interest rates influence the pricing of Islamic financing. These conditions highlight the need to understand whether the equivalent rate of profit-and-loss-sharing financing affects Islamic banking risk in a linear or nonlinear manner.ObjectivesThis study examines the threshold effect of the equivalent rate of profit-and-loss-sharing financing on Indonesian Islamic banking risk. It also estimates a critical equivalent-rate level that may serve as an early warning indicator for financing risk mitigation.MethodThe study employed a quantitative explanatory design using quarterly unbalanced panel data from 15 Indonesian Islamic commercial banks between 2014 and 2024. Islamic banking risk was measured by the ratio of non-performing financing to total financing. The equivalent rate was calculated from returns on profit-and-loss-sharing financing relative to total profit-and-loss-sharing financing. The analysis applied a fixed-effects panel regression model with a least-squares dummy-variable estimator and corrected standard errors. Conventional interest rates, inflation, economic growth, the exchange rate, and the coronavirus disease 2019 period were included as control variables.ResultsThe equivalent rate of profit-and-loss-sharing financing demonstrated a significant inverted U-shaped relationship with Islamic banking risk. Below the estimated threshold of 10.96 percent, an increase in the equivalent rate raised non-performing financing because higher financing costs increased customers’ repayment burdens. Above the threshold, however, a higher equivalent rate reduced financing risk, indicating that Islamic banks strengthened customer screening, feasibility assessment, and project monitoring when expected financing returns were sufficiently high. Conventional interest rates showed a U-shaped relationship with Islamic banking risk, with an estimated threshold of 6.01 percent. Inflation significantly reduced financing risk, whereas economic growth, exchange rates, and the coronavirus disease 2019 period had no significant effects.ImplicationsThe findings support the use of the equivalent-rate threshold as an early warning mechanism. Islamic banks should improve financing portfolio diversification, strengthen customer selection, monitor financed projects continuously, and design profit-and-loss-sharing products that generate stable returns without increasing default risk.Originality/NoveltyThis study contributes new evidence on the nonlinear relationship between equivalent rates and Islamic banking risk and provides a measurable threshold for risk management in Indonesian Islamic commercial banks.

Abstract

Increasing competition in the internet service provider industry requires companies to continuously improve customer satisfaction through better service quality, competitive pricing, and stronger customer trust. This study aims to examine the influence of WiFi internet service quality, pricing strategies, and trust on customer satisfaction at PT Zona Mabar. A quantitative research approach with an explanatory design was employed to analyze the relationships among the variables. The study involved 121 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that WiFi internet service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that reliable, responsive, and stable internet services contribute to a better customer experience. Pricing strategies also demonstrate a positive and significant influence, suggesting that fair and competitive pricing enhances customers’ perceived value. In addition, trust significantly affects customer satisfaction, reflecting the importance of credibility, transparency, and service reliability in fostering positive customer perceptions. Overall, the results confirm that service quality, pricing strategies, and trust are key determinants of customer satisfaction. Therefore, PT Zona Mabar should prioritize continuous service improvement, maintain competitive pricing, and strengthen customer trust to increase customer satisfaction, retain existing customers, and improve its competitive position in the internet service provider industry
