Abstract

Advances in technology and information have abundant benefits, especially in the business of business card services by utilizing e-commerce. When buying a business card, the buyer can order a business card by contacting the seller directly, then the order is processed to completion and finally reaches the buyer. However, this method is not in line with current technological advancements because it still uses conventional transaction processes. Therefore, to overcome this problem an e-commerce website is used that can process transactions accurately and quickly. In this study, there are 3 (three) problems that will be overcome with 2 (two) methods, and 3 (three) solutions are produced. The advantage of e-commerce website is that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere, so it is concluded that the use of e-commerce websites is able to overcome the problems found in business cards, business services and develop creativepreneur in Raharja Higher Education.

Abstract

The challenge that has often occurred in recent years is making access to education using a different learning process path. The presence of technology now provides solutions to problems that often occur such as communication, accessing information, and business or cooperation. Blockchain is a technology that develops an evaluation model for itineraries in the learning process, both individually and in bulk. Currently the Edublocs project has been designed and implemented, which combines elements of peer-to-peer learning and the teaching team. The aim of the Edublocs project is to simplify the process of designing and implementing a system for recording activity results through blockchain technology. This ongoing project is in the process of evaluation. Conforming to some design elements as well as experimental implementation in the context of higher education enables us to further indicate the sustainability and relevance of the application of blockchain technology in education.

Abstract

The Indonesian government mandated PMK 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records as a challenge for health service facilities in Indonesia to develop Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Risk management plays an important role in every stage of the system development life cycle (SDLC). Risk assessment is the first stage in the risk management method. This research aims to explore risks in RME development in an effort to determine risk mitigation for RME development in the SDLC framework. The results of this research show the identification of risks based on hardware, software, vulnerability to technological change, vulnerability to instability in technology supply, project failure,regulatory and compliance impact. These categories of risks are outlined in the SDLC framework including the initiation, development, implementation, maintenance and disposal phases. Next, probability and impact measurements are carried out, to analyze the level of risk with low, medium and high determinants. The existence of this risk level makes it easier for stakeholders to identify appropriate controls to reduce or eliminate risks during the risk mitigation process. The output of this research is presented in the form of a risk register. The conclusion of this research shows that risks in high determinants require mitigation efforts from the aspects of regulations, infrastructure and human resources.

Abstract

PT Jakarta International Container Terminal (JICT) is the largest container port in Indonesia. Currently, JICT capacity is 2.5 million TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units) per year, it continues to strive to improve international services and is supported by adequate container loading and unloading equipment. The requirement to establish common standards in different types of container port equipment and identify performance indicators to assess the performance of container handling equipment has increased. Although the Quay Container Crane (QCC) operating system may be different at each container terminal, there are similarities in its main movements, namely: Main Hoist, Trolley, Gantry, and Boom. By knowing the clock metric for each movement, it is possible to determine the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that has been adopted and assess the performance of the Quay Container Crane (QCC). The results of the study identified that the value of MMBF (Mean Move Between Failures) decreased due to the accumulation of long-lasting heavy load operations, while the number of maintenance activities for machine parts and working hours continued to increase. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) as a management tool can guide QCC inspections and the results can provide useful insights for improving the performance of equipment and container loading and unloading operations in the future.

Abstract

COVID-19 with a snap into a very influential factor in all sectors of the economy worldwide. The decrease in demand is also strongly felt in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia, even there are some factories were forced to have to lay off thousands of employees because it is not able to pay the salaries of employees. The opposite condition was experienced by PT PQS Indonesia, which experienced an increase in demand by 40% compared to the average demand for 6 months before COVID-19, because some of the company's branches in other countries had stopped production because they had to follow local government policies. Eventually all orders were sent to be produced at PT PQS Indonesia. The increase in demand does not mean that PT PQS Indonesia did not experience obstacles during the COVID-19 pandemic, the problem faced was the decline in delivery performance from suppliers, which impacted on the reduced stock of raw material stock and could even lead to production stops. This is because the suppliers were affected by Covid-19. This is a challenge because PT PQS has dozens of suppliers at home and abroad. To repeat this so that production does not stop, PT PQS Indonesia added a feature to help control supplier delivery performance. In 2018 the average delivery performance is only 60% — 70%, and the management target is 90% for local suppliers and 85% for overseas. This “Supplier Delivery Performance” feature really helps the procurement team to control the arrival of goods and provide information to suppliers related to their delivery performance, as well as being one of the index KPIs to evaluate supplier performance for one year before the Annual Vendor Meeting is held. To create a “Supplier Delivery Performance” index, PT PQS must also create SOPs or standardize them so that all relevant suppliers and procurement teams can easily understand them.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aimed to characterize the physicochemical properties of forage sago starch using a microwave with different moisture content, namely 20%, 25%, and 30%. Method: A randomized non-factorial design was used with four treatment levels, namely native starch, HMTMW20, HMTMW25, and HMTMW30. Furthermore, the analyzed parameters were moisture and ash content, water and oil absorption, swelling power, and solubility. Result: The results showed that moisture content of forages (9.35-12.20%) was lower than native starch (13.08%), ash content of sago starch forages (0.15-0.23%) was lower than native sago starch (0.30%), water absorption of HMTMW sago starch (216.19-317.47%) was higher than native sago starch (222.07%). Furthermore, the absorption of HMTMW sago starch oil (189.73-208.40%) was higher than native starch (176.53%), swelling power value of HMTMW sago starch (23.33-31.90%) was relatively lower than native sago starch (33.07%), solubility of HMTMW sago starch (12, 38-18.47%) was relatively lower than native sago starch (21.00%). Conclusion: HMTMW with different initial moisture content (20, 25, and 30%) using 40% power for 15 minutes caused changes in the physicochemical properties of sago starch. In addition, higher concentrations of the initial treatment caused an increase in moisture content and water and oil absorption, while ash content, swelling power, and solubility decreased.

Abstract

Teknologi sangat berdampak baik apabila diterapkan dalam perusahaan dengan banyak karyawan karena dapat mengurangi waktu pengolahan data. Teknologi dapat mempermudah karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan dengan waktu yang lebih singkat dan juga data yang akurat. data dapat disimpan dan dicari dengan mudah. Penggunaan website untuk sebuah sistem penjadwalan kerja lembur tentunya sangat cocok karena kemudahan pengelolaan, akses dan juga biaya pembuatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem digital yang mempermudah karyawan ataupun manajemen perusahaan dalam melakukan pengolahan data. Dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara sistematis dan berurutan. Metode waterfall dianggap tepat untuk pengembangan sistem web ini karena setiap tahap dilakukan secara terstruktur dan terdokumentasi dengan baik serta menghasilkan output yang bagus. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian blackbox, adanya sistem ini dapat membantu karyawan dan juga tim perencanaan dalam menjadwalkan kerja lembur secara optimal dan lebih efisien. Adanya sistem ini pun mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam penyebaran formulir lembur kepada masing masing karyawan yang tentunnya membutuhkan banyak waktu. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu PHP dengan menggunakan framework Laravel dan menggunakan database MySQL.

Abstract

Perselisihan hubungan industrial yang diselesaikan melalui Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial menempatkan pekerja/buruh berhadapan dengan pengusaha dan mendasarkan hukum formalnya pada ketentuan Pasal 57 UU No. 2/2004 yang pada pokoknya menggunakan hukum acara perdata kecuali yang diatur khusus. Penggunaan hukum acara perdata tersebut setelah dianalisis ternyata tidak sesuai dengan hukum perburuhan. Karakteristik hukum acara Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial berbeda dengan hukum acara perdata.

Abstract

Best Agro International, a palm oil plantation company, runs a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in the education sector. This company have 28 schools of kindergarten level, 28 schools of elementary level, 12 schools of junior high school level and a school of vocational high school level, that built in the middle of the palm oil plantation spread across Central Kalimantan. Best Agro International ‘s educational CSR have many obstacles: the lack of interaction the teachers obtained from the outsides, many confusion and misconceptions about education system, and the space for the teachers to upgrade their skills is limited. This research purpose is to make an educational platform, namely Best Teach. The goal of this application is to provide a media for teachers to connect with each other, provide space for discussion and sharing of best practices, and help teachers to improve their educational competence. The design of this research is an explorative qualitative approach. This approach is used because it is in accordance with the data processing carried out, which does not use numerical analysis. Teach's research results are the right solution. With Best Teach, no more teachers are confused about implementing the curriculum, because they have space to share and discuss. This research contribution maximizes the competence and knowledge of Best Agro International School teachers, is also in accordance with curriculum demands, and is in line with Society 5.0 which requires humans to have creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the existence of university academic jockeys and the law status in Islam. This research used qualitative-descriptive techniques. The research method was utilized to characterize and characterize the subjects raised. The subjects for this research were academic jockey service providers and consumers at university, with a total of eight service providers and twenty-five service users. Observations and questionnaires were employed to obtain data. Meanwhile, Miles and Huberman’s interactive data analysis model was operated for data analysis, consisting of three stages: data reduction, data display, and verification. The findings of this research indicate that: (1) there are numerous types of jockey services available, ranging from the thesis, journal, daily tasks, and conference papers; (2) the income earned by service provider respondents are dominated by a range of IDR 1.000.000 to IDR 3.000.000/per month, the majority of them do not feel guilty about performing this work; and (3) in Islam, academic jockey activities are prohibited, as there is an agreement aimed at cheating and both parties suffer negative impacts; (4) academic jockeying has several negative impacts, including the erosion of higher education's integrity.
