Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how counseling guidance services can develop the intelligence of Bandung Tourism High School students. The object of the research is grade XI students of Bandung Tourism High School. The type of research used in this study is field research or field research which is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations and documentation. The data collection technique consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the paradigm of BK services at Tourism High School has shifted towards development and prevention, no longer just curative. BK teachers position themselves as facilitators of students' personal growth, who accompanies not only when students have problems, but from the beginning of the educational process, The implementation of BK services in the school is based on philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and sociological aspects. The development of student intelligence through BK services is carried out in the field of developing intellectual intelligence, fostered through tutoring and achievement monitoring. Emotional and social intelligence is developed through counseling and group activities such as mentoring. Spiritual intelligence is strengthened through moral development programs and Islamic guidance that synergize with PAI teachers. This approach supports Gardner's idea of a compound intelligence, and also affirms the role of Islamic education in shaping human beings. Although it has been running quite effectively, there are still challenges such as limited counseling room facilities and the need to increase the professional capacity of BK teachers, especially in the use of technology and strengthening Islamic values-based approaches.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana prinsip Tut Wuri Handayani dikelola dan diimplementasikan dalam peningkatan komunikasi efektif guru di SDN Sukarame Kota Tasikmalaya pada konteks kebijakan Merdeka Belajar. Robin & Coulter menyatakan komunikasi efektif fokus pada kesamaan pemahaman pesan antara komunikator dan komunikan.Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan guru, kepala sekolah, dan komite Sekolah sebagai partisipan yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip Tut Wuri Handayani membentuk lima tema utama: (1) pemaknaan nilai pedagogis, (2) pengelolaan komunikasi guru–murid, (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang komunikatif, (4) faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi, serta (5) dampak terhadap iklim komunikasi sekolah. Prinsip ini terbukti menguatkan komunikasi humanis, partisipatif, dan reflektif antara guru dan murid melalui praktik keteladanan, motivasi, dan pemberdayaan. Secara teoretis, temuan memperkaya literatur komunikasi pendidikan dengan mengintegrasikan dimensi etis dan budaya Indonesia. Secara praktis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan supervisi reflektif dan pelatihan komunikasi berbasis nilai bagi guru serta kebijakan sekolah. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa Tut Wuri Handayani bukan sekadar semboyan filosofis, tetapi paradigma komunikasi pendidikan yang relevan untuk membangun pembelajaran yang dialogis, humanis, dan berkarakter di era pendidikan modern. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi pengelolaan administrasi guru dalam meningkatkan kesiapan pedagogik terhadap penerapan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning) pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN 1 Picungremuk, Kecamatan Kawalu, Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan fokus pada dimensi manajerial, pedagogis, dan reflektif dari praktik administrasi guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan pengawas sekolah sebagai informan kunci. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat tema utama: (1) administrasi sebagai fondasi reflektif pembelajaran, (2) kolaborasi guru dan pengembangan komunitas profesional, (3) penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan reflektif, serta (4) supervisi reflektif dalam peningkatan mutu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan administrasi berperan transformatif dalam menggeser praktik guru dari kepatuhan administratif menuju profesionalisme reflektif. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan konsep manajemen pendidikan reflektif dan memberikan implikasi praktis terhadap penguatan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka melalui pemberdayaan guru dan supervisi reflektif. Abstract

Early childhood education plays a strategic role in establishing the foundation for long-term development, making the quality of learning planning a crucial factor in determining the effectiveness of the learning process. This study aims to describe how early childhood education (PAUD) learning planning can improve teachers' pedagogical competence through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Rengasdengklok District. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the practice of AI-based learning planning in depth, with a descriptive study involving PAUD teachers as the main subjects. The results show that the use of AI helps teachers develop more systematic, adaptive, and developmentally appropriate learning plans. Teachers utilize AI applications and tools to identify student characteristics, design varied learning strategies, and develop more structured daily plans. The use of AI also strengthens teachers' ability to organize materials and select learning methods appropriate to the classroom context. Furthermore, AI integration has been shown to encourage teachers to be more reflective in the planning process through more accurate data analysis. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving PAUD teachers' digital literacy and institutional support in providing adequate technological devices.
