Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan menuntut lembaga pendidikan tidak hanya berorientasi pada pemenuhan standar administratif, tetapi juga pada kebutuhan dan kepuasan pelanggan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) di lembaga pendidikan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Proses telaah pustaka dilakukan dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020 guna menjamin transparansi dan ketelitian metodologis. Pada tahap awal penelusuran menghasilkan 500 dokumen yang teridentifikasi, kemudian diseleksi melalui beberapa tahapan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil seleksi tersebut menghasilkan 14 artikel jurnal empiris berbahasa Indonesia yang relevan untuk dianalisis secara menyeluruh. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa fokus pada pelanggan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, profesionalisme pendidik, layanan pendidikan yang responsif, serta penguatan hubungan dengan orang tua dan masyarakat. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa prinsip fokus pada pelanggan merupakan determinan penting dalam keberhasilan TQM. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan orientasi pelanggan melalui peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, optimalisasi layanan, dan evaluasi mutu berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study reviews IT-based healthy school management at the junior high school level using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by PRISMA 2020. From 200 articles identified (2020–2025), 20 articles met the inclusion criteria for synthesis. The analysis reveals two main clusters: the red cluster relates to students’ health literacy and information-seeking behavior (user-centered approach), while the green cluster focuses on educational technology and the role of teachers as facilitators (provider-centered approach). Developmental analysis shows a shift in focus from students’ literacy and behavior in 2022 toward infrastructure development and the role of educators in 2023–2024. The implementation of IT-based healthy school management is influenced by three key factors: human (satisfaction, skills, understanding of benefits), technology (system quality and infrastructure), and organization (policy and management support). This study affirms the importance of a holistic approach that integrates these three factors, accompanied by comprehensive training for teachers and administrators as well as improved technological infrastructure, in order to realize a healthy school ecosystem that is adaptive, responsive, and sustainable.

Abstract

Times are constantly changing, and the world is entering the 21st century. The 21st century is marked by various rapid developments and changes that occur in human life and the universe. Changes and developments that really affect human life are technology and information. The influence of technology and information brings various positive impacts and on the other hand also brings negative impacts as well as various challenges that require humans to be ready to face them. The education sector also feels and experiences various challenges. To be able to deal with and overcome this, a leader who has adequate abilities and competencies is needed to be able to move members of educational institutions and make firm decisions in facing the challenges of the 21st century. The focus of this research is on transformational leadership styles in making decisions to face challenges in the 21st century. 21. Thus the research method used is a literature review study by analyzing several previous research articles and writings related to the research focus. The research objective is to analyze and understand the impact of transformational leadership on the role of decision-making in facing challenges in the 21st century.

Abstract

Leadership roles according to their position. When it comes to making decisions and taking responsibility for the results, leaders play a vital role. The decision shows the character of a leader. Making decisions is an important part of running an organization and a key or core part of leadership. Leaders must be able to choose the best option from a variety of alternatives in various circumstances. In order not to cause harm to the organization, the alternative that poses the smallest negative risk must be chosen. For supporting applications, leaders must be able to explain the reasons for choosing an alternative in an easy-to-understand way. This research focuses on the role of charismatic leadership and interpersonal communication in making decisions. Thus, the research method used is a literature review study by analyzing several previous research articles and writings related to the research focus. The aim of the research is to analyze and understand the impact of charismatic leadership and interpersonal communication on decision-making roles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Asta Cita values in the development of pesantren-based livestock enterprises and their contribution to institutional economic independence and student empowerment. The research was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam Tengaran using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that values of economic self-reliance, collective participation, equitable benefit distribution, and sustainability are internalized in livestock management practices through deliberative decision-making, active student involvement, and collective profit allocation. The integration of these values contributes to diversified institutional funding sources, enhanced entrepreneurial capacity among students, and strengthened social capital within the pesantren. However, challenges remain in managerial capacity, capital access, and leadership regeneration. This study highlights that pesantren-based livestock enterprises can serve as a practical model for implementing people-centered economic development within a sustainable national development framework.
