This research is conducted to know the significancy between: (1) Work family conflict to the job satisfaction; (2) Job stress to the job satisfaction; (3) Work family conflict to the organizational commitment; (4) Job stress to the wards organizational commitment; (5) Job satisfaction to the organizational commitment; (6) Work family conflict to the organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable; (7) Job stress to the organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the General Official Work And Administration Departement of Sukoharjo The population is the employee of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Sukoharjo 2019 as many as 139 persons. Samples were taken by cluster random sampling of 60 people. The technique of gathering the data is using inquiry sheet validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses double regression with classical assumption. The conclusion of the research; (1) Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. (4) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (6) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work family conflict on organizational commitment. (7) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work stress on organizational commitment.

The purposes of this study are to analyze the significance of the effect of leadership and working environment on working satisfaction, analyze the significance of the effect of leadership, working environment and working satisfaction on the State Civil Apparatus Performance and analyze the significance of leadership and working environment on the State Civil Apparatus Performance with working satisfaction as a mediating variable. This type of research is survey research. The population of this study is the State Civil Apparatus Special Class 1A Surakarta District Court as many as 110 people and all of them are used as samples by population research techniques or census. The source of data uses primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection used a questionnaire and literature. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that leadership has a significant effect on the work satisfaction State Civil Apparatus. The work environment has a significant effect on the working satisfaction State Civil Apparatus. Leadership has a significant effect on the performance State Civil Apparatus. Work environment has a significant effect on the State Civil Apparatus. Working satisfaction has a significant effect on State Civil Apparatus. Work satisfaction mediates the effect of leadership on State Civil Apparatus. Work satisfaction mediates the effect the work environment on the State Civil Apparatus.

This research aims to determine the significant influence between: (1) Job Stress on Job Satisfaction, (2) Compensation on Job Satisfaction, (3) Job Stress on Turnover Intention, (4) Compensation on Turnover Intention, (5) Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention of SMK Leonardo Klaten employees. This study also aims to determine: (6) the effect of Job Stress on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable, (7) the effect of Compensation on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population is the employees of SMK Leonardo Klaten as many as 62 persons. Sampling uses a sampling jenuh technique where all populations are taken as research samples, as many as 62 persons. Data collection techniques using questionnaires through validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses the classic assumption test, path analysis, and sobel test. The results of the analysis show: (1) A significant effect of work stress variable on job satisfaction. (2) A significant effect of the compensation variable on job satisfaction. (3) A significant effect of the work stress variable on turnover intention. (4) The compensation has no significant effect on Turnover Intention. (5) Job satisfaction has no significant effect on Turnover Intention. (6) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work stress on turnover intention. (7) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on turnover intention.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction, the significance of the influence of internal marketing on employee engagement, the significance of the effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction and the role of employee engagement in mediating the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction on PT employees. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Solo Area. The population of this study is employees of the units of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk under the coordination of the Solo Area. Samples were taken as many as 97 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to research samples. Analysis tool with research instrument test, classic assumption test and path analysis. While for the influence of mediation, testing uses Sobel test. The results of the study show that internal marketing has a significant effect on job satisfaction; internal marketing has a significant effect on employee engagement; employee engagement has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee engagement does not mediate the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of achievement motivation and competence on the performance of the Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP) in the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate. This research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study used a sampling technique using saturated sampling, where all employees at the Inspectorate of Ponorogo Regency, amounting to 40 employees, were subjected to this study. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test techniques, path analysis, hypothesis testing, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results of the regression calculations performed, the results showed that based on multiple linear regression calculations showed achievement motivation and competence affected the performance of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) in the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate and while based on the t test showed that achievement motivation had no significant effect on performance and competence has a significant effect on the performance of the Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP) in the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate.

This research is conducted in order to find out the significance of the influence of Organizational culture, organizational commitment and Job satisfaction on teacher performance, implemented in SMK Warga Surakarta. With a total population of 65 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire through validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 test which was previously tested using the classic assumptions. The results of the analysis coefficient determination R2 = 0.550 test means that the contribution of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction to the performance SMK Warga teachers 55% is influenced by other factors. The analysis result shows that: organizational culture, organizational commitment significantly influenced the job satisfaction. Organizational culture organizational commitment and Job satisfaction significantly influenced on teacher performance, Job satisfaction does not significantly mediate organizational culture on teacher performance, Job satisfaction significantly mediates organizational commitment on teacher performance.

The port was initially only an exile area that turned into a port reckoned in Aceh. In addition, Sabang Port was one of the transito ports that survived only during the Colonial period of the Netherlands. Sabang Port in the time of independence was functionalized as an import-export port. The review uses historical methods in its research process. On the source collection process, sources are used in the form of colonial archives, reports, books, thesis and field studies in the form of interviews on the activities of portage in the Port of the Sabang. The review aims to explain the existence and activity of the Port of Sabang. To support such purposes it was also described the general conditions of Sabang Port during colonial times and Sabang Port conditions in the time of independence.

After the proclamation of Indonesian independence on August 17, 1945, the resistance to the formation of the Republic of Indonesia among local rulers in East Sumatera, including the kings in Tapanuli, revealed the opposite. The kings and sultans was still adamant in maintaining their position and did not want to switch from an autocracy system to a democratic system because during local rulers were given many special privileges by the Dutch. Utilizing historical methods encompassing heuristic, verification, interpretation and historiography, as well as using the concept of revolution, to reveal causes and trajectory of the bloody events in Tapanuli during the Revolution. This study reveals that the violent incident in Tapanuli was driven by the Pesindo troops and the unionist from East Sumatra targeting the local kings. The resolution of the bloody conflict involved Tentara Repiblik Indonesia (TRI) and also traditional reconciliation as well as traditional reconciliation practices such as buffalo slaughtering and communal feasting.

Kebisingan kendaraan bermotor berdampak negatif terhadap kenyamanan dan lingkungan. Muffler berperan penting dalam mengurangi kebisingan gas buang, sehingga memerlukan pengendalian kebisingan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik kebisingan dan tekanan balik pada three-pass perforated muffler, komponen penting dalam sistem knalpot kendaraan. Desain three-pass perforated muffler menggunakan prinsip akustik dengan tiga saluran dinding berlubang yang dirancang khusus, bertujuan meredam kebisingan dan mengendalikan tekanan balik gas buang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengukuran akustik dan sensor tekanan. Prototipe muffler three-pass perforated diuji dalam berbagai skenario operasional, termasuk variasi putaran mesin. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis secara kuantitatif untuk analisis kebisingan dan tekanan balik. Evaluasi komprehensif dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja muffler dalam mengurangi kebisingan dan tekanan balik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebisingan yang dihasilkan three pass perforated muffler masih berada di bawah ambang batas kebisingan yang diperbolehkan oleh Permen LHK tentang Baku Matu Kebisingan Kendaraan bermotor yakni sebesar 88 dB. Tekanan balik yang dihasilkan juga masih berada di bawah ambang batas yang diperbolehkan, mengacu pada Asosiasi VERT. Temuan ini memiliki potensi pada pengembangan solusi yang lebih efektif dalam mengendalikan kebisingan kendaraan bermotor yang lebih baik dan memberikan pengalaman berkendara yang lebih nyaman.

Banana hump is rarely used as an ingredient in foods like chips. Currently, the marketing of banana hump chips is ineffective and constrained. Banana hump processing into chips and digital-based marketing of banana hump chips are used in PKKM MBKM entrepreneurial operations. Activities related to PKKM MBKM are conducted for three months. Banana hump chips are made by slicing the hump, soaking it in whiting, grinding the seasoning ingredients, forming the seasoning dough, frying, draining the oil, and packaging. The Gofood and Shopee programs are used for online marketing of banana hump chips.
