Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di PT Natura Mega Murni Pekanbaru, Provinsi Riau. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 59 orang dengan metode non probability. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuntitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Natura Mega Murni. Dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,715 atau 71,5% berarti bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati memiliki hubungan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Natura Mega Murni. Dan nilai adjust R Square yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,688 atau 68,8% berarti bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati dapat berkontribusi mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Natura Mega Murni dan sisa 31,2% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Starbucks Cabang Lebak Bulus Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel store atmosphere diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,79 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel keputusan pembelian diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,84 dengan kriteria baik. Store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,777 + 0,868X, dan nilai korelasi 0,777 atau kuat dengan determinasi 60,4%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (11,978 > 1,986) dan juga diperkuat dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

To create effective Islamic Religious Education learning in the classroom, teachers need to innovate learning, so that learning in the classroom is not monotonous and not boring, so that learning achievement targets are not met. Innovations carried out by teachers can be carried out by using various methods, using media, evaluation and so on. Considering the importance of innovation in the Islamic Religious Education learning system, the problem formulation in this research is; 1) What are the innovations in learning Islamic Religious Education at PKBM (Learning Activity Center Of Public) Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso? 2) What are the results of the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning innovations at PKBM Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso?This research uses a qualitative approach with a "naturalistic phenomenological" approach, namely understanding the meaning of events and their relationships to people in certain situations. In this case, the researcher acts as the main instrument for data collection. In selecting informants, the "purposive sampling" technique will be used. To select and determine informants, the snowball sampling technique was used. The data collection technique is carried out by; Involved observation (participant observation), in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out from the time of data collection. Before the data is analyzed by researchers, the data is first processed, then edited, followed by (coding). Checking the validity of the data is carried out by checking the methodology used, checking the report results and triangulation. The results of research while in the field are as follows; 1) Innovation in learning Islamic Religious Education at PKBM Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso is carried out by means of; preparing learning tools, using various methods in the classroom learning system, managing various classes, using information technology-based learning media, and conducting ongoing evaluations of learning activities in order to get feedback in determining plans for the next learning program. 2) The results of the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning innovations at PKBM Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso appear in; increasing student motivation to learn, increasing student interest in learning, achieving learning goals, and increasing student achievement both academic and non-academic.

Abstract

This article examines the socio-economic impacts of the Jabodetabek Economic Electric Rail Train operation towards the surrounding community from 1976 to 2013. The study analyzes the development of the transportation and the response of community. The research highlights how the existence of the transportation caused various significant impacts both positively and negatively. The present study employs a historical method incorporating heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography to analyze the phenomenon. The findings reveal that, while the presence of the Electric Rail Train yielded positive socio-economic impacts, such as fostering potential cooperation and generating employment opportunities within the community, it also concomitantly led to an escalation in crime and conflict, including thuggery, pickpocketing, and vandalism, within the train-crossing areas. The article concludes that the train’s operation had engendered a dilemma, stemming from the high intensity of social interaction characterizing the station and its evolution into a commercial hub for the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and work motivation on turnover intention. This study involved 112 permanent employees at PT Sinergy Information Pratama, and data were collected by giving questionnaires to permanent employees that had been sampled in the study. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 24 program. The test results of the research instrument were said to be valid and reliable. The results also show that organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and work motivation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Therefore, it can be concluded that when organizational culture, compensation, and work motivation decrease, turnover intention will increase and vise versa.

Abstract

The empowerment of PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) members of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district aims to improve the abilities and roles of PKK members in many fields, such as education, economy, health and environment, so that PKK members of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district are expected to provide benefits and play an active role in building and improving the quality of society in their environment. In order to fully support community development, members of the empowerment and family welfare (PKK) driving group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district can form a capable strategy to create a society that is both efficient and prosperous. As an organization that focuses on family welfare, members of the PKK Labuh Baru Barat group play an important role in improving the quality of life of the community through various superior programs that they have. Members of the PKK group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district have collaborated with the village government and community institutions to make development programs a success, one of which is collaborating with community service partners from the team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Persada Bunda Indonesia University. Members of the PKK group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district are also strategic partners in empowering women and families through skills training, health seminars, and other social activities. PKK often collaborates with various agencies such as the Health Service, Education Service, and Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD). This collaboration ensures that the programs run are in line with government policies and the needs of the local community. As the vanguard in family empowerment, PKK has a major contribution in creating a healthy, prosperous, and independent society. However, maintaining all these activities is not easy. However, with the support of all parties, it is hoped that members of the PKK group in Labuh Baru Barat sub-district can continue to innovate to increase their role in sustainable development.

Abstract

Changes in consumer behavior from generation Z today have experienced a significant shift to impulsive buying behavior and led to doom spending. The purpose of this study is to determine the impulsive behavior influenced by generation Z's lifestyle. The results found that all lifestyle and consumer behavior research variables have valid and reliable criteria. The regression equation used is a simple regression where the equation results are Y = 13.175 + 0.517X, From the results of this equation the correlation coefficient of lifestyle on impulsive consumer behavior has a positive contribution, this means that if the correlation coefficient shows a positive contribution, it means that there is a unidirectional relationship between lifestyle and impulsive consumption behavior. Then the partial hypothesis results show that there is a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying consumer behavior. This means that when lifestyle increases, impulsive buying consumer behavior will also increase.Keywords: Lifestyle, Doom Spending, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Membahas proses penciptaan pemeranan tokoh Julie dalam naskah Miss Julie karya August Strindberg, yang diterjemahkan oleh Toto Sudarto Bachtiar. Drama naskah ini mengangkat tema ketidaksetaraan antara bangsawan prancis (aristokrat) dan kaum menengah ke bawah (borjuis), sehingga menentang hubungan status kelas sosial antara Julie dengan Zhang. Penulisan ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dasar pemilihan naskah, menganalisis metode penciptaan karakter, dan mengevaluasi komunikasi karakter kepada penonton. Dengan teknik Stanislavsky, khususnya pendekatan To Be, proses penciptaan menekankan observasi, imajinasi, mengidentifikasi tokoh Julie, menumbuhkan tokoh Julie dan menjiwai tokoh Julie, dimulai dari analisis naskah hingga eksperimen panggung. Karakter Julie yang angkuh dan emosional yang labil ditampilkan melalui variasi emosi, gestur, dan eksplorasi vokal untuk menghidupkan karakter dan menyampaikan pesan yang ada dalam naskah. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa metode Stanislavsky efektif dalam menciptakan pemeranan yang kompleks, mendalam, dan interaktif, memperkuat hubungan emosional dengan penonton sekaligus menguatkan pesan dalam naskah ini.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang proses pemeranan tokoh Marry dalam naskah Kembara Kelam karya Eugene O'Neill terjemahan Fathul A. Husein. Kerja pemeranan ini merupakan upaya mewujudkan karakter tokoh Marry melalui pendekatan metode akting Stanislavsky, khususnya teknik magic if. Metode pemeranan yang digunakan adalah observasi, imajinasi, ingatan emosi dan pendandanan tokoh. Hasil dari kerja pemeranan ini adalah terwujudnya tokoh Marry dalam akting yang realistis dengan karakter yang kompleks. Proses ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik magic if dalam penerapan metode akting Stanislavsky merupakan metode yang efektif dalam mewujudkan tokoh ke atas panggung.

Abstract

The analysis of student performance is crucial in vocational schools because it helps identify the challenges students face in preparing themselves for the workforce. By integrating data mining techniques such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), educators can enhance their understanding of factors that improve student learning outcomes. An artificial neural network (ANN) is composed of interconnected artificial neurons that can learn from input data and make complex predictions, including academic achievements. The structure and function of the human brain inspire ANN. This study compares the effec- tiveness of the artificial neural network (ANN) method with other methodologies, such as support vector regression (SVR), to predict student achievement at SMK Telkom Lampung. Primary data collected from SMK Telkom Lampung includes 4939 examples with 550 cases, 26 features, and 4 meta-attributes. Performance evaluation involves metrics such as Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), and coefficient of determination (R2). The coefficient of determination (R2) value of the Neural Network at 0.001 is higher than the R2 value of SVR, which reaches -0.036. Research find- ings indicate that the Artificial Neural Network model slightly outperforms the Support Vector Regression model, with lower prediction error rates and better ability to explain data variability.
