Abstract

The empowerment of PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) members of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district aims to improve the abilities and roles of PKK members in many fields, such as education, economy, health and environment, so that PKK members of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district are expected to provide benefits and play an active role in building and improving the quality of society in their environment. In order to fully support community development, members of the empowerment and family welfare (PKK) driving group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district can form a capable strategy to create a society that is both efficient and prosperous. As an organization that focuses on family welfare, members of the PKK Labuh Baru Barat group play an important role in improving the quality of life of the community through various superior programs that they have. Members of the PKK group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district have collaborated with the village government and community institutions to make development programs a success, one of which is collaborating with community service partners from the team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Persada Bunda Indonesia University. Members of the PKK group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district are also strategic partners in empowering women and families through skills training, health seminars, and other social activities. PKK often collaborates with various agencies such as the Health Service, Education Service, and Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD). This collaboration ensures that the programs run are in line with government policies and the needs of the local community. As the vanguard in family empowerment, PKK has a major contribution in creating a healthy, prosperous, and independent society. However, maintaining all these activities is not easy. However, with the support of all parties, it is hoped that members of the PKK group in Labuh Baru Barat sub-district can continue to innovate to increase their role in sustainable development.

Abstract

Changes in consumer behavior from generation Z today have experienced a significant shift to impulsive buying behavior and led to doom spending. The purpose of this study is to determine the impulsive behavior influenced by generation Z's lifestyle. The results found that all lifestyle and consumer behavior research variables have valid and reliable criteria. The regression equation used is a simple regression where the equation results are Y = 13.175 + 0.517X, From the results of this equation the correlation coefficient of lifestyle on impulsive consumer behavior has a positive contribution, this means that if the correlation coefficient shows a positive contribution, it means that there is a unidirectional relationship between lifestyle and impulsive consumption behavior. Then the partial hypothesis results show that there is a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying consumer behavior. This means that when lifestyle increases, impulsive buying consumer behavior will also increase.Keywords: Lifestyle, Doom Spending, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Membahas proses penciptaan pemeranan tokoh Julie dalam naskah Miss Julie karya August Strindberg, yang diterjemahkan oleh Toto Sudarto Bachtiar. Drama naskah ini mengangkat tema ketidaksetaraan antara bangsawan prancis (aristokrat) dan kaum menengah ke bawah (borjuis), sehingga menentang hubungan status kelas sosial antara Julie dengan Zhang. Penulisan ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dasar pemilihan naskah, menganalisis metode penciptaan karakter, dan mengevaluasi komunikasi karakter kepada penonton. Dengan teknik Stanislavsky, khususnya pendekatan To Be, proses penciptaan menekankan observasi, imajinasi, mengidentifikasi tokoh Julie, menumbuhkan tokoh Julie dan menjiwai tokoh Julie, dimulai dari analisis naskah hingga eksperimen panggung. Karakter Julie yang angkuh dan emosional yang labil ditampilkan melalui variasi emosi, gestur, dan eksplorasi vokal untuk menghidupkan karakter dan menyampaikan pesan yang ada dalam naskah. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa metode Stanislavsky efektif dalam menciptakan pemeranan yang kompleks, mendalam, dan interaktif, memperkuat hubungan emosional dengan penonton sekaligus menguatkan pesan dalam naskah ini.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang proses pemeranan tokoh Marry dalam naskah Kembara Kelam karya Eugene O'Neill terjemahan Fathul A. Husein. Kerja pemeranan ini merupakan upaya mewujudkan karakter tokoh Marry melalui pendekatan metode akting Stanislavsky, khususnya teknik magic if. Metode pemeranan yang digunakan adalah observasi, imajinasi, ingatan emosi dan pendandanan tokoh. Hasil dari kerja pemeranan ini adalah terwujudnya tokoh Marry dalam akting yang realistis dengan karakter yang kompleks. Proses ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik magic if dalam penerapan metode akting Stanislavsky merupakan metode yang efektif dalam mewujudkan tokoh ke atas panggung.

Abstract

This study examines the Indo political movements in the Dutch East Indies during the early 20th century, focusing on the Indische Partij and Insulinde organizations and their quest for Indis nationalism. Using a historical method and sociological approach, particularly Neil J. Smelser's theory of collective behavior, this study analyzes the Indo community's role in the Indonesian national movement. The implementation of the Dutch Ethical Policy, which produced nationalist intellectuals among indigenous people, and the strengthening of racial segregation in the Dutch East Indies, led to concerns among the Indo community. E. F. E. Douwes Dekker, concerned about Indo people as Indiers, developed the concept of Indiers and Indis nationalism through the organization known as the Indische Partij. The formation of Indische Partij then sparking collective behavior to oppose the Dutch East Indies government in the form of political activism. Together with Soewardi Soerjaningrat and Tjipto Mangoenkoesoemo, they were known as Tiga Serangkai and helped mobilizing the Indische Partij masses to fight for freedom from Dutch control and helped mobilizing the Indische Partij masses to fight for freedom from Dutch control. The Indische Partij disbanded after the Dutch East Indies government deemed it subversive and exiled the Tiga Serangkai. The Insulinde organization emerged as the Indische Partij's successor, with Douwes Dekker and Tjipto participating. However, the Dutch East Indies government's rejection of Insulinde's legal application led to its dissolution and signaled a turning point in the trajectory of Indis nationalism.

Abstract

This article examines the transformation of Pasar Bambu Kuning, a traditional market in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, from its establishment during the colonial Dutch East Indies period to its transformation into an urban economic center in 2010. Using historical methods such as heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography, this article draws on primary sources such as local and national newspapers, colonial-era visual sources, and secondary sources including scholarly articles, research reports, books, and unpublished theses. The findings of this study reveal that Pasar Bambu Kuning evolved from a colonial periodic market into a vital permanent trading center after Indonesia’s independence, driven by population growth and commercial needs. This transformation included major renovations between 1974 and 1990, resulting in a three-story building structure, although the process was marked by conflicts and disputes among the stakeholders. This study contributes significantly to the understanding of the historical transformation of traditional markets in Indonesia and their role in shaping urban economies and societies. It serves as a valuable historical reference for future studies on urban development and the revitalization of traditional markets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Price Perception and Product Completeness on Purchase Decisions for Heavy Equipment Spare Parts at CV Chatra Power in Pekanbaru. This study is a quantitative study with variables of price perception and product completeness on purchasing decisions. This study uses a data collection technique by distributing questionnaires. The number of samples in this study was 55 respondents taken using the slovin technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical techniques using the validity test formula, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that price perception has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and product completeness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While price perception and product completeness have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then it is also known that the contribution of the presentation of the influence given by price perception and product completeness is 54.8% and the remaining 45.2% comes from other variables not included in this study. And it can be concluded that price perception and product completeness have an effect on purchasing decisions for heavy equipment spare parts at CV Chatra Power Part in Pekanbaru

Abstract

Anemia pada wanita pekerja masih merupakan masalah kesehatan yang dapat menurunkan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan zat besi dengan dan tanpa vitamin C terhadap kadar hemoglobin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Quasy Experimental dengan Pre Test and Post Test Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 600 orang dan sampel berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan, wawancara, pemeriksaan hemoglobin, dan data sekunder. Pada kelompok perlakuan diberi tablet zat besi dan Vitamin C, pada kelompok kontrol hanya diberi tablet zat besi. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah pemberian tablet zat besi dengan dan tanpa vitamin C, satu kapsul perminggu. Nilai rata-rata kadar hemoglobin pada kelompok kontrol pada sebelum intervensi yaitu 9,15 gram/dL dan setelah intervensi meningkat menjadi 10,19 gram/dL. Pada kelompok perlakuan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum intervensi sebesar 9,5 gram/dL dan meningkat menjadi 11,44 gram/dL sesudah inter- vensi. Hasil uji T berpasangan menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai mean kadar hemoglobin pada kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan (nilai p = 0,000). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu masukan perencanaan dan evaluasi program gizi yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan pola hidup sehat wanita pekerja di PT Sarana Mandiri Mukti Kepahiang. Anemia in women workers, remains a health problem that can reduce work productivity. The study aimed to compare iron with and without vitamin C to hemoglobin levels. Quasy experimental research was conducted with pre test and post test control group design. Study population were of 600 people and 60 people as sample with random sampling technique. Data was collected through observations, interviews, examination of hemoglobin and secondary data. In the treatment group were given iron and plus Vitamin C, in the control group were given only iron. Intervention is the provision of iron with and without vitamin C, one capsule a week. Mean of hemoglobin level in control group before intervention was 9.15 gram/dL increased to 10.19 gram/dL in after intervention. Treatment group also show increasing hemoglobin level mean before and after intervention from 9.5 gram/dL to 11.44 gram/dL. Paired T test revealed significant differences between control and treatment group (p value = 0.000). It is hoped this research can be used as one input and evaluation of nutrition programs planning to do in order to improve healthy lifestyles of women workers at PT Sarana Mandiri Mukti Kapahiang.

Abstract

Some Minangkabau traditional arts can live and develop in accordance with the times, but on the other hand some others  have no more supporting communities and  will just disappear in time. The same thing also happened in Nagari Sungai Landia, District IV Koto Agam Regency, West Sumatra. Nagari or this village is on the Padang Lua-Maninjau route or a road that connects Bukittinggi and Maninjau. Randai training as an effort to preserve traditional art to the young generation in Nagari Sungai Landia with the aim to bring the Minangkabau traditional art closer to the younger generation or millennial generation, so that the wealth of this unique Minangkabau art will be maintained among global developments that are increasingly distancing the young generation in their environment. The development and training of randai uses lecture and practice methods, so that after the training ends, the community or young generation is expected to be able to master good randai play techniques so that they can compete at the local level.

Abstract

Ganting Kenagarian Ekor Lubuk Padang Panjang Timur dulunya memiliki kelompok sandiwara yang ditemukan pentasnya pada acara pemuda maupun hajatan kampung, sayangnya kelompok sandiwara ini tidak aktif lagi bahkan tidak terdengar dalam bentuk grup. Faktor utama yang melatari hilangnya kesenian sandiwara ini karena minimnya pengetahuan dan pengkaderan anggota. Beberapa wawancara yang dilakukan, ada kerinduan pada kelompok sandiwara ini, agar kelompok sandiwara tersebut dapat tumbuh dan berkembang kembali. Pelaku sandiwara di kelurahan Ganting saat ini sebagian besar berusia 50-70 tahun. Menjawab hal ini diperlukan pelatihan-pelatihan sandiwara meliputi manajemen maupun artistik yang diharapkan dapat menyesuaikan pada zaman masa sekarang.
