Abstract

Servant I is a character in the Ba-Bi & Ba-Bu script by Jean Genet translated by Asrul Sani Adapted by Rachman Sabur which was the choice of the Final Exam for the interest in Acting by the author. This script is an absurdist script that can be seen from Martin Jullius Esslin in his book The Theatre Of The Absurd discussing Jean Genet. Jean Genet himself was one of the pioneers of absurd theater that greatly shook the world's thinking at that time. The Ba-Bi & Ba-Bu script is a representation of life between the master and his two servants. Servant one is an association of an unstable psyche that occurs due to pressure from the environment. The actor plays the role of the Grand Lady for substitutive satisfaction of her compulsive obsession with fate, but in the end she is suffocated in her own game. Servant I represents the prisoner's daydream, the fantasy of an outcast who makes a futile effort to teach the world about acceptance and ownership. The process of developing and identifying the character of this servant one uses the reference book "Becoming an Actor" by Suyatna Anirun with an effort to apply the Stanislavsky Method described.

Abstract

Through this research the writer applied metode eksperimen is learning processes for there are many student. Observational stage is described in planning , implementation, and reflection stages. Type of this research is classroom action research, using both  qualitative appr and quantitative apprauching  one consisting of two cycles. Observational student is class fou rgreat and observational. Analysis’s result to learning planning on.Cycle is 73,4 experience step-ups on the second cycle, by derived 90,5. Result observinging to activity learns in learning on I, cycle is 68,7,1 experience step-us on the second is 81,4. Result observinging to student activity in learning on I cycle is 68,7 experience step-ups on the second cycle, by derived 82,5. Learning  result the student perform research average 71,8 on the second cycle, average 79,9. In short, the classroom action research uses metode eksperimen could increase the student’s study result for exact science course. Abstract

MTs Budi Agung students find it difficult to learn Arabic, even though learning Arabic is very important. This study aims to identify the difficulties of grade VII students of MTs Budi Agung in learning Arabic and the factors that influence it. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with observation and interview data collection techniques. This study involved around 30 grade VII-6 students and Arabic teachers as subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through participant and non-participant observation and structured and unstructured interviews. Data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative analysis method with theme analysis techniques. The results showed that students had difficulty in understanding sentence structure, vocabulary, and pronunciation due to lack of learning motivation, parental support, and teacher ability and development of Arabic learning strategies. These factors have an impact on low academic achievement and student learning motivation, so that students have difficulty learning. The results of the study suggest that it is necessary to improve teacher skills, develop interactive learning strategies, improve communication between teachers-students-parents, and provide varied learning resources. This study contributes to the development of Arabic language education in Indonesia and can be used as a reference for teachers and schools to improve the quality of Arabic language learning.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has made the business world provide more innovative services in reaching a wider range of consumers, one of the systems that is expected to support these efforts is the Cash On Delivery (COD) service with the hope that it can support purchasing decisions. The results of the study found that there is a positive direction coefficient from Cash On Delivery on purchasing decisions, with the ability to explain Cash On delivery to purchasing decisions worth a strong correlation (R). The partial hypothesis test (Test) t shows a positive and significant effect of the Cash On Delivery variable on purchasing decisions. This means that Cash On Delivery is able to support the decision of consumers to make purchases when these consumers do not have a digital payment system, such as mobile banking, shoope pay, funds and so on.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berwisata pada Kampoeng Rabbit’s di Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel lokasi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran angket. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial yang menggunakan rumus uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan berwisata dan fasilitas berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan berwisata. Sedangkan lokasi dan fasilitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan berwisata. Kemudian diketahui pula bahwa sumbangan presentasi pengaruh yang diberikan oleh lokasi dan fasilitas adalah sebesar 66,8%, dan sisanya 33,2 % berasal dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tale Naek Jai  merupakan salah satu jenis tradisi musik vokal Kerinci yang digunakan pada upacara Malpeh, yakni  upacara melepas anggota keluarga yang akan melaksanakan ibadah haji ke Baitullah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tale Naek Jai  difungsikan dan dimaknai dalam kehidupan masyarakatnya, terutama terkait dengan Tale dalam konteks kesusastraan dan Tale dalam konteks musikal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif J.R. Raco, yaitu menelusuri suatu gejala, fakta atau realita secara mendalam dan tidak hanya terbatas pada pandangan dipermukaan saja. Adapun data-data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan pendekatan Vredenbregt, yakni verstehen, interpretasi, dan hermeneutika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pantun Tale Nek Jai yang dinyanyikan memiliki efek psikologis yang mampu mempengaruhi dan menggugah kesadaran (prilaku) akan nilai-nilai keagamaan, silaturrahim antar anggota masyarakat, dan yang paling penting adalah kesadaran akan rasa syukur karena mendapat kesempatan naik haji.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a narrative literature review of 3 (three) articles that discuss the effect of competence and motivation on employees’ performance, which aims to identify and summarize previously published articles without any criticism for the articles reviewed. The results of the review indicate that there is a significant influence between Competence and Motivation together on Employee Performance. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that all members of the population are sampled in this study. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the data analysis used was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between competency and motivation variables on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a narrative literature review of three articles that discuss the analysis of ISO 9001:2015 implementation in universities, aiming to identify and summarize previously published articles without any criticism for the articles reviewed. The results of the review show that the design and development of a quality management system are built through literature studies related to ISO 9001 requirements and all policies, manuals, guidelines, standards, and work instructions in universities, as well as discussions with all leaders in Faculties, Departments, Study Programs and related Bureaus. Based on the f test, it was obtained that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable of 53,863. Based on the regression test, it can be stated that ISO 9001: 2015 does not have a partial but simultaneous effect when integrated with motivation and competence variables. Quality Management uses to control and assurance of production processes to achieve quality more consistently.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the transformation of the learning process during the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in third-grade students at Cipta Muda Public Elementary School, Buay Madang District, East OKU Regency. The focus of the study includes changes in learning approaches, the roles of teachers and students, and the obstacles and strategies implemented during the curriculum adaptation process. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that teachers have begun implementing project-based learning and differentiated learning based on student characteristics. The teacher's role has shifted from instructor to learning facilitator, while students become more active and independent. However, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum still faces obstacles, particularly in teacher readiness to develop independent learning modules and limited supporting facilities. This study concludes that the learning transformation towards the Independent Curriculum has progressed progressively, but requires ongoing mentoring, teacher training, and institutional support for optimal implementation. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan transformasi proses pembelajaran dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di kelas III SD Negeri Cipta Muda, Kecamatan Buay Madang, Kabupaten OKU Timur. Fokus penelitian meliputi perubahan pendekatan pembelajaran, peran guru dan peserta didik, serta kendala dan strategi yang diterapkan selama proses adaptasi kurikulum. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru mulai menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sesuai karakteristik peserta didik. Peran guru bergeser dari pengajar menjadi fasilitator pembelajaran, sementara peserta didik lebih aktif dan mandiri. Namun demikian, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka masih menghadapi kendala, terutama pada kesiapan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar mandiri serta keterbatasan sarana pendukung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi pembelajaran menuju Kurikulum Merdeka telah berjalan secara progresif, tetapi memerlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan, pelatihan guru, serta dukungan institusional agar implementasinya optimal.

Abstract

This study investigates the comparative effectiveness of digital and conventional oscilloscopes in physics learning, focusing on the resonance tube practicum as a medium for understanding acoustic wave phenomena. Digital tools such as the Soundcard Oscilloscope have been proposed as innovative and low-cost alternatives to conventional laboratory equipment, addressing resource limitations in many schools. A quantitative quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design was employed involving two classes of eleventh-grade students. Learning outcomes were measured using validated pre-test and post-test instruments. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, Wilcoxon Signed Rank tests for within-group changes, and Mann–Whitney U tests for between-group comparisons due to non-normal data distribution. The experimental group demonstrated significant improvement in learning outcomes (p = 0.003), confirming the effectiveness of the digital tool, while the control group did not (p = 0.094). Although the Mann–Whitney test indicated no significant difference between groups (p = 0.873), N-Gain analysis revealed a notable contrast: a low gain (0.095) in the experimental group versus a decrease (–0.262) in the control group. This research offers novelty by directly comparing digital and conventional oscilloscopes in resonance tube experiments, highlighting the gap between statistical significance and pedagogical effectiveness. The findings demonstrate that the Soundcard Oscilloscope serves as a viable, low-cost alternative that yields greater learning gains than its conventional counterpart. These results underscore the potential of integrating affordable digital laboratory tools with active learning strategies to enhance conceptual understanding, particularly in resource-constrained educational contexts.
