Organisasi pegawai pada Supermarket Budiman yang muncul ditandai dengan tidak adanya pegawai pada area produk atau rak pada setiap lorong. Karyawan hanya tinggal di satu lorong atau satu area produk, ada juga yang harus berdiri di lorong atau rak produk lain untuk melayani konsumen yang ingin bertanya tentang keberadaan produk dengan merek lain, kualitas produk, atau barang terbaik dari beberapa produk. sama dengan merek yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian kami menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu teknik wawancara dan observasi untuk mencari data dan mengetahui penyebab perselisihan karyawan dan strategi pimpinan. Ketidakpatuhan pegawai timbul karena kurangnya kesadaran akan tanggung jawab terhadap tugas yang diberikan. Untuk itu dalam memperkuat kekompakan pegawai, pemimpin harus mampu menjalankan strategi dengan menciptakan alur komunikasi yang efektif, serta menjadi pemimpin yang direktif untuk selalu mengarahkan pegawai dalam organisasi agar mematuhi aturan-aturan yang ditetapkan dalam suatu organisasi.

Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru merupakan perusahaan perbankan yang bergerak di bidang pemberian pelayanan jasa yang berfokus pada sektor properti dan produk investasi. Untuk kantor cabang utama berada di JL. Jenderal Sudirman Pekanbaru dan empat belas Kantor Cabang Pembantu dalam kota maupun luar kota telah berusaha memenuhi semua faktor atau unsur-unsur yang menjadi pertimbangan para nasabah Bank BTN. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank BTN KCP Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru JL. Jend. Ahmad Yani No. 30 Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan November 2022-Juni 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah tabungan BTN Prima di Bank BTN KCP Ahmad Yani tahun 2021 sebanyak 1401 nasabah yang masih aktif. Kemudian teknik yang dipakai adalah teknik simple random sampling yaitu pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu, jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 94 nasabah.

Through this research the writer applied metode eksperimen is learning processes for there are many student. Observational stage is described in planning , implementation, and reflection stages. Type of this research is classroom action research, using both qualitative appr and quantitative apprauching one consisting of two cycles. Observational student is class fou rgreat and observational. Analysis’s result to learning planning on.Cycle is 73,4 experience step-ups on the second cycle, by derived 90,5. Result observinging to activity learns in learning on I, cycle is 68,7,1 experience step-us on the second is 81,4. Result observinging to student activity in learning on I cycle is 68,7 experience step-ups on the second cycle, by derived 82,5. Learning result the student perform research average 71,8 on the second cycle, average 79,9. In short, the classroom action research uses metode eksperimen could increase the student’s study result for exact science course. The background to this research is the low level of social and emotional development of children. This can be seen from the fact that there are still many children who fight back when reprimanded, are less sensitive to the environment, do not like sharing with other people, children often fight with their friends because they cannot control their emotions. This is suspected to be due to a lack of family communication. This research aims to: 1) See a picture of family communication. 2) See a picture of the social emotional development of children aged 4-5 years. 3) Seeing the relationship between family communication and the social emotional development of children aged 4-5 years in Batipuh.The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were parents who had children aged 4-5 years in Batipuh, Tanah Datar Regency with a total of 47 people and 75% of the samples were 35 people. The sampling used by researchers was cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used was in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use percentage and product moment formulas. The results of the research show that: 1) Description of family communication in Batipuh, Tanah Datar Regency. 2) The description of the social emotional development of children aged 4-5 years in Batipuh is categorized as less than supportive. 3) There is a relationship between family communication and the social emotional development of children aged 4-5 years in Batipuh. ABSTRACT Patients who have been diagnosed with end-stage kidney disease have a frequency of 2-3 times undergoing hemodialysis therapy. They spend several hours each week on therapy, these conditions make them experience tension, anxiety, stress and depression which vary at the level of stress for each individual which can lead to physiological and psychological changes that will have a negative impact on their quality of life and health. One way to reduce stress is to do positive affirmations. Purpose: The aim of the study was to determine the effect of affirmative management on stress levels in Chronic Kidney Disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at Harapan and Doa Hospital, Bengkulu City. In this study used a quasi-experimental research method with pre-test and post-test approaches. The sampling technique was purposive sampling of 10 samples. The research was conducted on May 30 – June 30 2021. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the paired sample t test statistical test. The results of the study obtained a p value of 0.000 (p <0.05) with an average value of stress level before the affirmative action was 34.10 and the average after the affirmation was 25.0. There is an effect of affirmative management on stress levels in Chronic Kidney Disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at the hospital. Hope and Prayer of Bengkulu City. Suggestions for affirmative research are good for people with CKD to reduce stress levels. Keywords: chronic kidney disease, affirmation, stress level ABSTRAK Pasien yang telah didiagnosa menderita penyakit ginjal tahap akhir berada pada frekuensi 2-3 kali menjalani terapi hemodialisa. Mereka setiap minggunya menghabiskan waktu beberapa jam untuk terapi, kondisi tersebut membuat mereka mengalami ketegangan, kecemasan, stres serta depresi yang berbeda-beda pada tingkatannya pada stres setiap individu dapat mengakibatkan perubahan secara fisiologi maupun secara psikologi yang akan berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas hidup dan kesehatannya.Salah satu cara mengurangi stress adalah dengan dilakukan afirmasi yang bersifat positif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian manajemen afirmasi terhadap tingkat stress pada pasien Chronic Kidney Disease yang menjalani haemodialisa di RS.Harapan dan Doa Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian secara quasi experimen dengan metode pendekatan pre test dan post test. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling sebanyak 10 sampel. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 Mei – 30 Juni 2021. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistic paired sampel t test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan p value 0,000 (p < 0,05) dengan nilai rerata tingkat stress sebelum tindakan afirmasi 34,10 dan rerata setelah dilakukan afirmasi 25,0. Simpulan terdapat pengaruh pemberian manajemen afirmasi terhadap tingkat stress pada pasien Chronic Kidney Disease yang menjalani haemodialisa di RS. Harapan dan Doa Kota Bengkulu. Kirinyuh leaves (Chromolaen odorata L) contain several main compounds such as tannins, phenols, flavonoids, saponins and steroids. This plant is a wild plant and is easily found in the south west area of the Aceh region, however the kirinyuh leaf has not been used optimally as a functional food ingredient. Therefore, this study will utilize kirinyuh leaves as a dry product, one of which is processing into herbal teas. The drying process of kirinyuh leaves affects the content of chemical compounds contained in a plant, especially compounds that are efficacious as antioxidants. This study aims to obtain the effective temperature and time for drying herbal tea from kirinyuh leaves so as to produce the highest antioxidant activity and sensory quality. The research method used in this study is an experimental method using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors as treatment. Factor I is drying temperature (T) with 3 treatments (40 oC, 50 oC, 60 oC). while factor II is drying time (t) with 3 treatments (1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours). The treatment was repeated 3 times to obtain 27 observational data. The data obtained were analyzed by means of variance, if there was a significant treatment effect (p 0.05), then continued with Duncan's test or BNT on the average treatment. The results showed that the drying temperature of 60oC has a very strong antioxidant value, the IC50 value is less than 50 ppm (48.08-49.21). The results of the water content test were obtained in the range of 4.90% - 6.33%. The results of the pH test are 5.3 5.5. The results of the sensory analysis showed that the panelists' overall preference (color, taste, aroma) ranged from 2.5 3 (liked enough).

This study aims to determine the impact of using the Soundcard oscilloscope application on the closed organ pipe material by comparing the physics learning outcomes of students between those who use the Soundcard oscilloscope application and those who use a conventional oscilloscope. The research design used is experimental research with a nonequivalent control group design. The experimental variable (X1) in this study is the class that is given group practicum treatment using a laptop soundcard-based oscilloscope as a practicum tool. Meanwhile, the control variable (X2) is the class that is given group practicum treatment using one conventional oscilloscope as a practicum tool alternately. The data collection method used is the provision of tests in the form of pre-tests and post-tests in the experimental and control classes. Based on the analysis of the independent sample test data that has been carried out, the results obtained are that the sig (2-tailed) results show a value smaller than 0,05, which means that there is a significant difference between student learning outcomes between those who use the soundcard oscilloscope application and those who use a conventional oscilloscope as a practicum tool. Based on paired sample t-test data analysis, it is proven that the use of practical tools, both soundcard oscilloscope and conventional oscilloscope, has a significant impact on increasing learning outcomes. Where with the soundcard oscilloscope, the average student learning outcomes increased by 20,44 while with the conventional oscilloscope it increased by 8,200. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan aplikasi Soundcard oscilloscope pada materi pipa organa tertutup dengan cara membandingkan hasil belajar fisika siswa antara yang menggunakan aplikasi Soundcard oscilloscope dengan yang menggunakan osiloskop konvensional. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan bentuk desain adalah nonequivalent control group design. Variabel eksperimen (X1) dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas yang diberikan perlakukan praktikum kelompok dengan menggunakan osiloskop berbasis soundcard laptop sebagai alat praktikum. Sedangkan, variable kontrolnya (X2) adalah kelas yang diberikan perlakuan praktikum kelompok dengan menggunakan satu osiloskop konvensional sebagai alat praktikum. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah pemberian tes berupa pre-test dan post-test pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan analisis data uji independent sample test yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa hasil sig(2-tailed) menunjukkan nilai lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa antara yang menggunakan aplikasi soundcard osiloskop dengan yang menggunakan osiloskop konvensional sebagai alat praktikum. Berdasarkan analisis data paired sample t-test dibuktikan bahwa penggunaan alat praktikum baik soundcard oscilloscope maupun osiloskop konvensional memberikan dampak peningkatan hasil belajar secara signifikan. Dimana dengan soundcard oscilloscope rata-rata hasil belajar siswa meningkat sebesar 20,44 sedangkan dengan osiloskop konvensional meningkat sebesar 8,200.

Servant I is a character in the Ba-Bi & Ba-Bu script by Jean Genet translated by Asrul Sani Adapted by Rachman Sabur which was the choice of the Final Exam for the interest in Acting by the author. This script is an absurdist script that can be seen from Martin Jullius Esslin in his book The Theatre Of The Absurd discussing Jean Genet. Jean Genet himself was one of the pioneers of absurd theater that greatly shook the world's thinking at that time. The Ba-Bi & Ba-Bu script is a representation of life between the master and his two servants. Servant one is an association of an unstable psyche that occurs due to pressure from the environment. The actor plays the role of the Grand Lady for substitutive satisfaction of her compulsive obsession with fate, but in the end she is suffocated in her own game. Servant I represents the prisoner's daydream, the fantasy of an outcast who makes a futile effort to teach the world about acceptance and ownership. The process of developing and identifying the character of this servant one uses the reference book "Becoming an Actor" by Suyatna Anirun with an effort to apply the Stanislavsky Method described.

MTs Budi Agung students find it difficult to learn Arabic, even though learning Arabic is very important. This study aims to identify the difficulties of grade VII students of MTs Budi Agung in learning Arabic and the factors that influence it. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with observation and interview data collection techniques. This study involved around 30 grade VII-6 students and Arabic teachers as subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through participant and non-participant observation and structured and unstructured interviews. Data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative analysis method with theme analysis techniques. The results showed that students had difficulty in understanding sentence structure, vocabulary, and pronunciation due to lack of learning motivation, parental support, and teacher ability and development of Arabic learning strategies. These factors have an impact on low academic achievement and student learning motivation, so that students have difficulty learning. The results of the study suggest that it is necessary to improve teacher skills, develop interactive learning strategies, improve communication between teachers-students-parents, and provide varied learning resources. This study contributes to the development of Arabic language education in Indonesia and can be used as a reference for teachers and schools to improve the quality of Arabic language learning.
