Abstract

Women's participation in development planning and budgeting in the Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) is still a challenge today. In response to this, the Trenggalek Regency Government has issued a policy in the form of Regent Regulation Number 01 of 2019 which is a guideline for holding deliberations for women, children, disabilities and other vulnerable families. Or abbreviated Musrena Keren. This public policy publication provides an opportunity for the full participation of vulnerable women and families in gender mainstreaming (PUG) and gender responsive budgeting (ARG) from the lowest level, namely at the village level. This study aims to comprehensively detail the innovations of the Keren Musrena in Trenggalek Regency. By using a qualitative approach, data for this study were collected from focus group discussions (FGD), in-depth interviews and desk reviews (documentary/documentary reviews). The results of this study are: 1. Increasing the motivation and awareness of women at the village and district levels in participating in gender responsive budgeting and development planning. 2. Abstract

Proper journalism in the reporting of child victims of immorality requires a strict ethical approach to protect the rights of victims and maintain the function of the press in conveying the truth. This article discusses important aspects such as victim protection, privacy rights, journalistic codes of ethics, and the role of the media in society. Through normative juridical analysis and descriptive research involving desk research and interviews with journalists, this article highlights the importance of striking a balance between freedom of speech and the social responsibility of the press. When covering sensitive issues like child sexual abuse, the press must uphold individual rights. We must adhere to the Journalistic Code of Ethics to ensure that the news does not violate the rights of victims. The role of the Press Council and law enforcement officials is crucial in enforcing the law, sanctioning violators, and ensuring justice for all parties. Analysis of the news indicates that there are still violations in the form of disclosing the identity of child victims, which should be kept confidential to protect their right to privacy and honor. This study confirms that safeguarding the honor and rights of victims, as well as supporting fair law enforcement and strict supervision of media practices, can create a responsible information environment. The findings provide an important reference for policymakers, media practitioners, and academics in improving the quality of ethical journalism that respects the rights of child victims of violence.

Abstract

Mulitmedia Interaktif adalah suatu medium yang menyediakan interaktivitas yang lebih luas bila dibandingkan dengan media lain. Salah satu bentuk dari interaktivitas yang disediakan oleh multimedia adalah learner control. Learner control adalah suatu kontrol yang memberikan keleluasaan bagi pengguna untuk menjelajahi isi dari multimedia. Ada 3 jenis learner control: content control, pace control, and display control. Adanya learner control memberikan suatu nilai tambah di dalam multimedia yakni memberikan pilihan bagi pengguna (personalize) sesuai dengan selera dan kemampuannya. Di dalam suatu multimedia , dengan adanya GUI (Graphical User Interface), mungkin saja suatu learner control telah tersedia secara inheren; tetapi akan lebih bermanfaat bagi pengguna bila learner control ini dirancang sejak awal sehingga learner control ini menyatu dengan materi yang diberikan. Tulisan ini mencoba membedah sedikit interaktivitas pada umumnya dan learner control pada khususnya serta mengkaji bagaimana penerapan learner control dalam suatu multimedia pembelajaran interaktif.

Abstract

This research departs from the background of the problem of the low work discipline of the members of the PKK Motivating Team in Bungo Regency so that they have not been able to achieve good performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the application, barriers, and efforts to overcome obstacles in the application of work discipline members of the Bungo District PKK Driving Team. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were the chairman and all members of the PKK Movement Team for Bungo Regency, with a total sample of fifteen people. The results showed that the application of work discipline in the Office of the PKK Movement Team in Bungo Regency has not been going well, it can be seen from the dimensions of timeliness and dimensions of work responsibility that have not been implemented properly. The inhibiting factor is the absence of sanctions for members who are not disciplined at work, and there are still members who are not responsible for completing the workload given. Efforts are being made, namely by applying sanctions in the form of fines, conducting member coaching once a month.

Abstract

This study  analyses the convergence of Human Development Index (HDI) and contribution of growth and nett enrollment ratio in supporting this convergence based on a set panel data comprising 6 regency and 1 city in Former  Surakarta Residency from 2007 to 2017. The data published by the Statistics of Jawa Tengah Province is used in this study. The results show that there is an convergence of Human Development Index (HDI)  in Former  Surakarta Residency.  Therefore, Human Development Index in the lagging regions, tends to grow faster than advanced ones. The gap of Human Development Index among regions will disappear. The growth and nett enrollment ratio  have positive impact in supporting convergence of Human Development Index. Better growth and nett enrollment ratio encourage lagging region tend to catch up with advanced ones.Keywords: Human Development Index, Growth, Nett Enrollment Ratio, Convergence
