The data used in this research includes primary data obtained through parking inventory surveys, parking patrol surveys, and secondary data in the form of parking PD income data, parking meter price data, obtained from the Gianyar Regency Transportation Service. Parking characteristics for motorcycles are: parking inventory 95 SRP, parking volume in the 14-hour survey was 2147 vehicles, parking duration was 0.9318 hours, the parking capacity is 102 vehicles/hour, the parking provision is 1356 vehicles, and the parking index is 1,148. Parking characteristics for light vehicles are: parking inventory 88 SRP, parking volume in the 14-hour survey was 837 vehicles, parking duration was 1.0182 hours, the parking capacity is 85 vehicles/hour, the parking provision is 1128 vehicles, and the parking index is 0.92. The financial feasibility analysis for scenario 1 (fixed rate LV= 2000/one parking, MC= 1000/one parking) it is obtained that NPV = 3,153,280,747 > 0, BCR = 1,634 > 1, and IRR = 51% > MARR= 20%. For scenario 2 (fixed parking rate, LV=3000/hour, MC= 2000/hour) we get NPV = 8,998,418,237 > 0, BCR = 2,810 > 1, and IRR = 136%> MARR= 20%. For scenario 3 (fixed parking rate, first hour LV= 3000, MC= 2000, 1 hour later increase in LV= 2000/hour, MC= 1000/hour) obtained NPV = 11,625,402,449 > 0, BCR= 3,338 > 1, and IRR= 174%> MARR= 20%.

Abstract

This article is the result of research related to the creative process of creating the Baris Bebek BingarBengkala (Bebila) dance in Bengkala Buleleng Village, which was created by Ida Ayu Trisnawati in 2016 as atraditional Balinese dance in the form of a line specifically created for the deaf-mute or kolok community in thevillage Bengkala. This dance work indirectly breaks the stigma of society that looks down on people with disabilitiesbecause it has managed to get quite good appreciation. Interestingly, the kolok dancers in their performances are notgiven any code or instructions from anyone at all. They danced like normal dancers usually on stage. It is thedrummers who follow every motion accent that comes out of the dancer's body. The method applied in this study is aqualitative method with reference to the Theory of Creativity and The 4P Theory. The research results obtained show thatthe process of creating the Baris Bebila dance work is a process of the body's journey to find specialties in eachindividual regardless of the shortcomings they have. The process of creating the Baris Bebila dance showsthat dance isa universal language for expression and communication. Dance allows people who cannot speak or hear tocommunicate through movement. Keywords: Baris Bebila Dance, Creative Process, Deaf-Mute/ Kolok

Abstract

The increasing ownership of motor vehicles has significantly contributed to heightened levels of traffic congestion. This study was conducted on Tukad Pakerisan Road in Denpasar City and aims to evaluate the current performance of the road segment by employing traffic modeling through Vissim software. The research adopts the Indonesian Highway Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) as the methodological framework. Data collection was carried out via a 12-hour on-site survey across two road segments of Tukad Pakerisan. The analysis revealed that the traffic flow volume reached 2025.45 Passenger Car Station/hour on Segment A and 1865.65 Passenger Car Station/hour on Segment B. The respective road capacities were 1877.669 Passenger Car Station/hour and 1671.583 Passenger Car Station/hour. The degree of saturation was found to be 1.08 on Segment A and 1.12 on Segment B, indicating Level of Service (LOS) F—characterized by severe traffic congestion. The simulation indicates significant future congestion, with projected saturation levels exceeding 1.5, underscoring the need for integrated mitigation strategies such as adaptive signal control and vehicle restriction policies. A five-year performance projection further suggests a continual increase in the degree of saturation, surpassing the acceptable limit of 0.85 as stipulated in PKJI 2023. These findings underscore the urgent need for capacity enhancement on Tukad Pakerisan Road. The study recommends the installation of additional traffic signage and the implementation of traffic engineering strategies to mitigate congestion along this critical corridor in South Denpasar.

Abstract

Rapid technological advancement has positioned digital video as a mainstream medium for experiencing the beauty of tourism destinations. For middle-class tourists, these videos serve as inspiration to visit in person, while for individuals with limited financial resources, they offer a virtual substitute for real travel experiences. This study aims to analyze the extent to which virtual tourism videos influence the perceived image of a destination. A total of 62 respondents participated in the research, comprising tourism practitioners, travel agency clients, and visitors to Bali. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the study explored three independent variables, video quality, features, and language, and their relationship to the dependent variable: the image of the tourism destination. The findings reveal that digital video quality and features have a positive and significant impact on a destination’s image, whereas the language used in the video does not exert any influence. The study's implications suggest that destination managers should prioritize the enhancement of digital video quality and feature richness when promoting tourism offerings. Additionally, the public should be well-informed about the advantages of digital video in making informed decisions when selecting travel destinations.

Abstract

The creation of this Aku Kumara dance work started from reading a piece of literature namely Anoman Seri Cerita Anak dan Remaja, specifically the story of Anoman's childhood when he ate the sun. This makes the stylists want to create a contemporary dance piece in the form of a large group by interpreting the children's I-ness (selfishness) with curiosity to try to reach the light like the sun. This dance uses several sources of information, namely written sources, discography, filmography, interviews, and direct observations. The theories used are the theory of imagination and aesthetics. Related to the theory of creation, namely using the theory by Alma M. Hawkins consisting of the stages of exploration, improvitation, and forming.Aku Kumara is a contemporary dance piece in the form of a large group of eight male dancers who interpret children's behavior with curiosity and determination to seek the light. The dance structure consists of the beginning, the content, and the end with the movement approaching children and getting inspiration from Balinese dance standards that have been re-explored into new forms. This dance work is accompanied by the FL Studio 2020 software application with Balinese-Modern nuances. The make-up used is a theatrical type of make-up that is fantasized and adapted to the children's character with a casual dress with the concept of jumpsuits and a highlighter green T-shirt. Aku Kumara's dance work was staged on the concept of a proscenium stage at the Gedung Natya Mandala ISI Denpasar. Keywords: Aku Kumara, children, contemporary, creation
