Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Dampak Kebijakan Covid-19 Terhadap Operasional Bus di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefetivitasan penyidikan tindak pidana narkoba dan obat-obat berbahaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu suatu tata cara penelitian yang bertujuan menggambarkan mengenai keadaaan tertentu, yang digambarkan dengan kata-kata atau kalimat terpisah-pisah untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Fokus penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Dampak Kebijakan Covid-19 Terhadap Operasional Bus di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan 3 dimensi efektifitas menurut (sterrs,2005) menunjukkan dari dimensi Input : Adanya kerjasama yang baik antara petugas dan masyarakat sehingga pada penilaian efektivitas sangat baik dirasakan dengan adanya komunikasi yang baik antara petugas dan masyarakat melalui pelaporan kasus. Dimensi Proses : adanya pengorganisasian tim dan anggota yang kompeten sehingga perencanaan dalam melakukan tindakan dapat berjalan dengan lancar, sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur yang berlaku pada penyidikan. Sedangkan dimensi Output : dengan bertambahnya kasus di Sumatera Selatan terkait tindak pidana narkoba dan obat-obatan berbahaya, memberikan tugas yang lebih dan serius kepada instansi untuk dapat terus melakukan pengembangan dan evaluasi terhadap penyelesaian kasus narkoba dan obat-obatan berbahaya dengan pengawasan, pengendalian serta evaluasi yang dapat dilakukan secara berkala dan berjenjang setiap bulan.

Abstract

Gaining a deep understanding of the implementation of the Save Rawa Prosperous Farmers program in Banyuasin Regency was the goal of this study using a qualitative method by interviewing informants. The results showed that the Save Rawa Welfare for Farmers program in Banyuasin Regency had been implemented but could not be said to be optimal because there were still several obstacles. From the planning dimension, there is still a lack of budget or funds to implement the SERASI program, and currently there are only 2 available extension workers or assistants, considering the number of existing farmer groups. The required support staff is 3-5 employees. Another obstacle is the number of excavators available in the field is still small. Based on the organizational dimensions, the division of labor is carried out in accordance with the established organizational structure. Coordination is also carried out by involving related parties in the implementation of the SERASI program. Based on the dimensions of mobilization, there are still few farmers or members of farmer groups who understand physical work (construction) and management. For example building a sophisticated network, building a gateway and deploying heavy equipment. Another obstacle is that there are too many administrative requirements for farmer groups to apply for the SERASI program. Based on the supervision dimension, supervision of the implementation of the SERASI program is carried out through direct supervision or meetings. In addition, the SERASI Program Implementation Results Report is also prepared by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Horticulture as well as farmer groups and communicated regularly and in a timely manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of communication, human resources, disposition and organizational structure in achieving the results of the implementation of HIV/AIDS disease control policies at the Banyuasin District Health Office, identifying obstacles in implementing policies to control the spread of HIV/AIDS in Banyuasin District. . This research method is experimental, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The unit of analysis in this study is the Banyuasin District Health Office, South Sumatra Province. The selected subjects are (3) people based on the criteria, namely: (1) individuals who understand exactly about HIV/AIDS, (2) individuals who are placed in the Communicable Disease Control room, and (3) individuals who always provide counseling about HIV/AIDS. , with informants to be interviewed, namely: (1) Head of disease control division, (2) Head of disease control section, (3) Health Center doctor, (4) Patient. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the Factors Affecting the Implementation of Policies to Control the Spread of HIV/AIDS in Banyuasin Regency have been running in accordance with the reference to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 21 of 2013 with applicable guidelines and policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of investigations into criminal acts of violence and assault in the jurisdiction of the National Police Headquarters, Banyuasin Regency. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the investigation show that the investigation into criminal acts of violence and assault in the jurisdiction of the Banyuasin Police has been going well. This can be seen in the Jurisdiction of the Basic Fields of the Banyuasin Police, based on an analysis of the implementation of investigations into crimes of violence and assault, which includes the steps and indicators used, namely: planning (officers; resources/budget; infrastructure) ) implementation (objectives; division of tasks and responsibilities) answer); implementation (research activities; communication related to coordination); Supervision and control; Data collection and reporting, all carried out properly. The need for optimizing the handling of violent and attempted crimes by perpetrators of crime, especially criminal acts of minors, or increasing the attention of the police apparatus in handling criminal acts or handling criminal acts committed by children against their peers; Take more effective preventive, deterrent and repressive measures to deal with criminal violence and abuse, as they often involve minors.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic not only threatens public health, but also causes economic problems, especially in Putak Village, there are 945 households of Putak villagers as residents who experience economic problems during the Covid-19 pandemicMeanwhile, the number of poor people who have received assistance (BLT DD, BPNT or PKH) is 645 families. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Policy for Poor Communities Affected by the Corona Virus Disease-19 in Putak Village, Gelumbang District, Muara EniM Regency and to analyze supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Policy for the Poor Affected by Corona Virus Disease-19 in Putak Village, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. This research shows that: Overall the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Policy for Poor Communities Affected by Corona Virus Disease-19 in Putak Village, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency has been carried out as it should. Disbursement of Direct Cash Assistance provided by the village government through village funds so that the poor have to wait for disbursement of funds once every 3 months or more / not once every month and there are still poor people who have not received direct cash assistance

Abstract

Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, there are several residents who claim that their area contains customary land. This claim has the potential to cause conflict if it is involved with companies that have operations in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, such as plantation, forestry and mining companies. To prevent conflicts between residents and these companies, identification, verification and validation need to be carried out to determine whether these residents are indeed included in the category of Indigenous Peoples. By having clarity regarding their status, the government can take policies that are fair to all parties involved. The aim of this research is to coordinate the recognition and confirmation of Indigenous Law Communities in OKI Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, involving informants from the Land Service and community leaders at OKI. The research results show that: 1) The process of coordinating the recognition and inauguration of Customary Law Communities in OKI Regency has been carried out optimally by responsible employees, in accordance with OKI Regent Decree Number 6 of 2021 concerning the Establishment of a Team for Coordination and Synchronization of Recognition and Inauguration of Customary Law Communities in OKI Regency area. 2) Coordination of recognition and inauguration of Indigenous Law Communities in OKI Regency has gone well and involves collaboration with the local government and other stakeholders. Thus, the steps that have been taken to identify and recognize the status of Indigenous Peoples in OKI Regency have been carried out optimally and have involved good cooperation between the government and related parties.

Abstract

This community service focuses on the Palembang community environment and is also included in activities with Stisipol Candradimuka Palembang students in Kalidoni Kota Village. There are still people in Kalidoni Village who do not comply with health protocols in implementing 3M (wearing masks, maintaining distance and washing hands). This community service is in collaboration with the Kalidoni Village, Palembang City and the Kalidoni Community Health Center by providing outreach about the importance of creating a healthy environment during the Covid 19 pandemic using focus group discussion methods, and education about Covid-19 prevention protocols and distribution of equipment such as masks, hand sanitizers and education. regarding preventing the transmission of Covid 19. The aim of this community service is to provide knowledge to the community about the Covid 19 pandemic and provide an overview of how to create a healthy environment during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to increase mothers' knowledge and understanding in managing finances in order to improve children's health and nutritional status, so that mothers can provide good and appropriate care for the child's growth and development process. This socialization was carried out on September 15 2023 at the village hall in Pekon Blitarejo, Gading Rejo District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung Province. In general, the steps for Community Service activities can be divided into three stages, namely needs analysis, activity implementation, and evaluation. The results of this community service activity are that mothers can understand the importance of financial planning for the family. It is important to manage family finances, especially for pregnant women, so that nutritional needs are met in order to prevent stunting for pregnant women and babies born. Several ways that can be used to manage finances for the needs of pregnant women include detailing every need for food and drinks that are nutritious but affordable with the money they have. By providing nutritious food and drinks for pregnant women, it is hoped that the growth of the fetus in the womb will also provide adequate nutritional intake, thereby preventing stunting. Abstract

This research discusses religious symbol attached to the former terrorist convicts’ family as seen in social interaction. The theory applied in this study is George Herbert’s the symbolic interactionism. This theory is used in analysing the phenomena in society because it is rooted in and focuses on the essence of humans as relational beings. This study is also reinforced by Erik H. Erikson's theory of psychosocial developmental stages and family sociology. The employed research method is qualitative method supported by interpretive paradigm. The data collection methods in this research are in-depth interview, observation, field notes, and documentation. The locations in the study are the areas of Surabaya (including Sidoarjo), Malang and Probolinggo, which are known as the hideout locations of JAD (Jamaah Asharut Daulah) terrorist network. This study concludes that former terrorist convicts and their families still strongly embrace the religious symbols in the process of social interaction. The radicalization that occurs within the family is classified as a discourse, not an action. The resilience should be embraced by these former convict families to strengthen their existence as well as prevent them from returning to their groups. The government and all stakeholders must continue to provide guidance to the families of former terrorist convicts.Keywords: Family; Psychosocial; Religious Symbols; Symbolic Interaction; Former Terrorist Convictsملخصتناقش هذه الدراسة الرموز الدينية للمدانين بالإرهاب السابقين وأسرهم. النظرية المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي تفاعل رمزي أشاعه جورج هربرت ميد. تُستخدم نظرية التفاعل الرمزي في تحليل أعراض المجتمع ، لأنها متجذرة في طبيعة البشر وتركز عليها ككائنات علائقية. هذه الدراسة مدعومة أيضًا بنظرية مراحل التطور النفسي والاجتماعي وعلم اجتماع الأسرة التي روج لها إريك إريكسون. الطريقة المستخدمة هي الطريقة النوعية ، باستخدام نموذج تفسيري. طرق جمع البيانات في هذه الدراسة من خلال المقابلات والملاحظات والملاحظات الميدانية والتوثيق المعمقة. تشمل المواقع التي شملتها الدراسة سورابايا (بما في ذلك سيدوارجو) ومالانج وبروبولينجو ، وهي أماكن اختباء لشبكة JAD  الإرهابية (جماعة أشاروت دولاه). ونتيجة لذلك ، لا يزال المدانون السابقون بالإرهاب وعائلاتهم أقوياء في الحفاظ على الرموز الدينية ، وكلها تستخدم في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية في المجتمع. يُصنَّف حاليًا احتمال حدوث التطرف داخل أنفسهم وعائلاتهم كشكل من أشكال الخطاب وليس الفعل. في هذا الموقف ، لا تزال هناك حاجة لتدخل من الحكومة وجميع أصحاب المصلحة حتى يمكن تقليل احتمالية التطرف.الكلمات المفتاحية: عائلة; نفسية اجتماعية; رموز دينية; تفاعل رمزي; مدانون إرهابيون سابقونABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang simbol-simbol keagamaan dari mantan narapidana teroris dan keluarganya. Teori yang dipakai dalam kajian ini adalah interaksi simbolik yang dipopulerkan George Herbert Mead. Teori interaksi simbolik digunakan dalam menganalisis gejala masyarakat, karena berakar dan berfokus pada hakekat manusia sebagai makhluk relasional. Kajian ini juga didukung oleh teori tahap perkembangan psikolososial dan sosiologi keluarga yang dipopulerkan Erik H. Erikson. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, menggunakan paradigma interpretif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi dalam penelitian meliputi wilayah Surabaya (termasuk Sidoarjo), Malang dan Probolinggo yang merupakan lokasi dari persembunyian jaringan teroris JAD (Jamaah Asharut Daulah). Hasilnya, mantan narapidana teroris dan keluarganya masih kuat dalam mempertahankan simbol-simbol keagamaan, yang semua itu digunakan dalam proses sosialisasi dalam masyarakat. Potensi radikalisasi yang terjadi dalam diri mereka dan keluarga saat ini tergolong dalam bentuk wacana bukan aksi. Dalam posisi ini, tetap diperlukan intervensi dari pemerintah dan semua pemangku kepentingan agar potensi radikalisasi itu benar-benar bisa diminimalkan.

Abstract

Celery is a group of leafy vegetables that has many benefits. Efforts to cultivate urban plants are increasingly difficult. This is due to land conversion that is occurring on a large scale from agricultural land to residential and industrial areas. Therefore we need other alternatives for farming which can be done in narrow and limited land, one of which is by using a hydroponic cultivation system. The purpose of this study was to obtain the type of planting media and nutrient solution that gave the highest yield growth for celery (Apium graveolens L.) Amigo varieties in the hydroponic wick system. This research was conducted at the Taiwan Technichal Mission (TTM) Greenhouse located on Jl. Tanjungpura Circle, Karangpawitan, Kec. West Karawang., Karawang, West Java 41315. This research was conducted from March to April 2023. The research method used was an experimental method using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD), which consisted of 9 treatments repeated 3 times. The first factor is the planting medium consists of 3 levels, namely m1 (cocopeat), m2 (hydroton) and m3 (rockwool). The second factor consisted of 3 levels, namely n0 (AB mix), n1 (POC of rabbit urine) and n2 (NPK pearl + gandasil-d). The results showed that there was no interaction effect between the types of growing media and the types of nutrients. However, there is an independent influence between the type of growing media and the type of nutrition. In the treatment of rockwool growing media (m3) it was able to give the highest yield of plant height, number of leaves and leaf area. In the treatment of the type of nutrition AB mix (n0) gave the highest results on leaf area, fresh weight per plot and yield of fresh weight per plant. Keywords: growing media, celery, nutrition
