Abstract

Rumah sakit harus mampu mempertahankan pegawai, terutama tenaga kesehatan seperti perawat, hal ini dilakukan agar rumah sakit dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya. Angka turnover yang tinggi merupakan sebuah ancaman bagi rumah sakit, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan program retensi pegawai untuk mempertahankan pegawai dari turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran proses pengembangan perawat non PNS di Rumah Sakit X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap perawat PNS, perawat non PNS, perawat yang telah resign, dan pihak manajemen Rumah Sakit X. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Sakit X telah melaksanakan program retensi pegawai, namun belum bisa menurunkan angka turnover perawat non PNS. Sistem remunerasi yang merupakan program retensi pegawai perlu ditinjau ulang, karena dengan adanya sistem remunerasi, turnover perawat non PNS semakin meningkat. Turnover perawat non PNS di Rumah Sakit X disebabkan oleh kepastian karier dan kesejahteraan pegawai yang kurang. Program retensi pegawai di Rumah Sakit X harus fokus pada faktor penyebab turnover perawat non PNS, agar program retensi pegawai dapat dirancang dengan baik. Pihak manajemen Rumah Sakit X harus melakukan analisa yang tepat dan melihat berbagai dampak yang akan muncul dari penerapan program retensi pegawai tersebut. A hospital must be able to retain employees, especially health workers such as nurses, this is done so that the hospital can maintain its existence. High turnover is a threat to the hospital. Therefore, employee retention programs are needed to keep employees from turnover intentions. This study aims to determine the description of the process of developing non-civil servant nurses in Hospital X. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive research type. Data obtained through interviews with civil servant nurses, non-civil servant nurses, nurses who have resigned, and the management of Hospital X. The results of this study indicate that Hospital X has implemented an employee retention program, but has not been able to reduce the turnover rate of non-civil servant nurses. The remuneration system which is an employee retention program needs to be reviewed because, with the remuneration system, the turnover of non-civil servant nurses is increasing. The turnover of non-civil servant nurses at Hospital X was caused by career certainty and lack of employee welfare. The employee retention program at Hospital X must focus on the factors that cause the turnover of non-civil servant nurses so that the employee retention program can be well designed. The management of Hospital X must conduct appropriate analysis and see the various impacts that will arise from the application of the employee retention program.

Abstract

The car repair shop business is an attractive business in terms of the market and market demand and will continue to grow as long as there is an increase in the number of passenger car sales and the population. The development of the automotive industry has not been balanced between the growth in the number of workshops supporting equipment buying and selling services and also service workshops. The use of technology can support and increase the success of business activities, so many companies are competing to apply technology to compete with other companies. Given the rapid advancement of technology, companies must stay up to date on current technological advances and strive to surpass their competitors. This research uses a qualitative approach, data or information is collected through interviews with informants, the data is analyzed through three stages, namely. Reduction, presentation of data and conclusions. The results of this research are that the services provided by Yuda's workshop are generally good, including honesty, politeness and friendliness, fairness, speed and accuracy in work, good quality of goods, standard (competitive) prices for the services provided. However, there are still some things that are still not there, including cleanliness that is still lacking, facilities that are still incomplete and the availability of goods that is still incomplete and administrative technology that is unclear and does not exist. So there is no customer data.

Abstract

In order to prevent thuggery from occurring so that it does not cause commotion or disturb public comfort, security and order requires good handling from the police, because the police is a government agency that is needed by the government to handle cases of thuggery, hopefully the police can handle it. The efforts that have been made by the Pampangan Ogan Komering Ilir Sector Police in dealing with acts of thuggery in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, especially in the Pampangan area, include: The role of all related parties, namely: Community Leaders, Ulama, Government and Police, Kamling Post, Routine Operations, Patrolling certain areas where thuggery activities regularly occur and monitoring areas. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of handling thuggery in Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The problems identified are: The number of personnel is not proportional to the population in Pampangan District, the lack of community to fully participate in handling crime, and the lack of response to the commission of crimes because they believe that this will happen, which is still within normal limits which does not cause too much harm. losses, limited funds/budget in the process of investigating a criminal act during its commission and lack of socialization regarding thuggery which greatly disturbs the safety and comfort of other people as well. Qualitative analysis techniques used in this research. This research shows that: overall the handling of thuggery is effectively implemented in Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Although in its implementation there are still obstacles, including: The number of personnel is not proportional to the population in the Pampangan area, full community participation in crime prevention, and a lack of response capacity when a crime occurs because they still consider this to be a reasonable limitation and not cause too much loss. large, limited funds/budget in the investigation process at the time of the crime and lack of socialization regarding acts of thuggery, that such acts really disturb security, comfort and will harm other people, and will break friendships.

Abstract

The Radap Rahayu is a ritual dance performed today by the Banjar ethnic group in Gambut District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. It is used for traditional Banjar rituals, such as weddings, bathing, and building erections. This research aimed to describe the importance of the Radap Rahayu dance for the Banjar people and its relation to their well-being and spirituality. This qualitative research used a theoretical framework established by Berger and Luckmann (1990). Through the social construction theory, the researchers explored how the Banjar people make sense of their culture and express their spirituality through art. The informants were determined using purposive sampling on 25 individuals, and data collection was conducted through observations and in-depth interviews. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis and reviewed based on existing literature. The findings showed that the function and meaning of the Radap Rahayu dance, according to the Banjar people, are not merely an art performance but a vital ritual integrated into their daily lives. The researchers identified limbai movement, spiritual meaning, spiritual beings, and guardian crocodiles as domains of social construction. This aligns with the framework, highlighting that a phenomenon displays multiple realities.

Abstract

Efektivitas kinerja pegawai dalam tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik (Good Governance) merupakan praktek penyelenggaraan pegawai pemerintahan dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara baik dan benar agar bisa menghasilkan kinerja pegawai yang efektif dan efisien. Kinerja pegawai dalam tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, dimana pegawai di Kelurahan Talang Jambe belum melaksanakan pekerjaannya yang dikatakan efektif karena hasil pekerjaan dan pencapaian kinerja yang belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Efektivitas kinerja pegawai dalam tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik di Kelurahan Talang Jambe Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Teori Efektivitas Menurut Saleh (2010), yang terdiri dari empat dimensi yaitu adaptasi (adaptability), konsistensi (consistency), keterlibatan (involvement) dan misi (mission) maka ditemukan dan disimpulkan telah menunjukkan hasil telah berjalan secara efektif secara efisien dan ada indikator yang belum berjalan secara efektif salah satunya diantaranya pegawai pemerintahan telah memberikan pelayanan secara cepat yang berfokus pada masyarakat sesuai yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat saat datang ke Kantor Lurah Talang Jambe walaupun mungkin memang belum bisa membuat masyarakat puas dikarenakan terbatasnya sumber daya manusia atau pegawai yang menyebabkan pelayanan menjadi kurang optimal. Namun Kelurahan Talang Jambe telah memberikan kemudahan untuk mengiirm dokumen dengan mudah dan praktis yang dapat diakses langsung oleh masyarakat melalui jaringan internet dan website Kelurahan Talang Jambe dan prosedur dirancang saat ini dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan tidak berbelit-belit lagi tidak akan menyulitkan masyarakat tanpa dipungut biaya layanann apapun biaya dan akan terus dilakukan pegawasan akan dilakukan setiap harinya agar tidak ada lagi pungutan liar yang terjadi di Kelurahan Talang Jambe.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari store atmosphere dan content marketing terhadap minat pembelian konumen pada Kafe DurianPJ. Populasi pada penelitian berjumlah 94.853 pengunjung dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 pengunjung sebagai responden. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan skala likert dan wawancara. SPSS 26 digunakan sebagai alat pengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere dan content marketing baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap minat pembelian konumen pada Kafe DurianPJ. 16,3 minat beli pengunjung dapat dijelaskan oleh store atmosphere dan content marketing, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain berdasarkan perhitungan uji R Adjust Square. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere dan content marketing memiliki pengaruh sebesar 16,3% saja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian yang dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui implementasi kegiatan market day bagi aspek kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada anak Taman Kanak-kanak usia 5-6 tahun/kelompok B di TK Pertiwi 14.26.11 Desa Giyanti Kecamatan Rowokele Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Market day merupakan kegiatan jual beli yang dilakukan di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan Market Day dirancang untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual dan menyenangkan, dengan melibatkan anak-anak dalam simulasi jual beli di lingkungan sekolah. Berdasarkan penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Market Day secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis anak TK B di TK Pertiwi 14.26.11 Desa Giyanti, terutama dalam aspek pemahaman konsep angka, penghitungan sederhana, dan kemampuan menjelaskan proses matematis yang digunakan. Selain itu, interaksi sosial yang terjadi selama kegiatan ini juga mendukung pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi verbal anak secara umum. Berdasarkan temuan ini, Market Day dapat direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan inovatif untuk mendukung kemampuan komunikasi matematis anak usia dini.
