Abstract

Celery is a group of leafy vegetables that has many benefits. Efforts to cultivate urban plants are increasingly difficult. This is due to land conversion that is occurring on a large scale from agricultural land to residential and industrial areas. Therefore we need other alternatives for farming which can be done in narrow and limited land, one of which is by using a hydroponic cultivation system. The purpose of this study was to obtain the type of planting media and nutrient solution that gave the highest yield growth for celery (Apium graveolens L.) Amigo varieties in the hydroponic wick system. This research was conducted at the Taiwan Technichal Mission (TTM) Greenhouse located on Jl. Tanjungpura Circle, Karangpawitan, Kec. West Karawang., Karawang, West Java 41315. This research was conducted from March to April 2023. The research method used was an experimental method using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD), which consisted of 9 treatments repeated 3 times. The first factor is the planting medium consists of 3 levels, namely m1 (cocopeat), m2 (hydroton) and m3 (rockwool). The second factor consisted of 3 levels, namely n0 (AB mix), n1 (POC of rabbit urine) and n2 (NPK pearl + gandasil-d). The results showed that there was no interaction effect between the types of growing media and the types of nutrients. However, there is an independent influence between the type of growing media and the type of nutrition. In the treatment of rockwool growing media (m3) it was able to give the highest yield of plant height, number of leaves and leaf area. In the treatment of the type of nutrition AB mix (n0) gave the highest results on leaf area, fresh weight per plot and yield of fresh weight per plant. Keywords: growing media, celery, nutrition

Abstract

Harga diri rendah adalah perasaan tidak berharga, tidak berarti yang berkepanjangan akibat evaluasi negatif terhadap diri sendiri dan kemampuan diri. Harga diri rendah berhubungan dengan hubungan interpersonal yang buruk terutama menonjol pada klien skizofrenia. Klien yang mengalami harga diri rendah akan menunjukkan perilaku menarik diri dan menghindari interakasi dengan orang lain jika tidak di intervensi. Kemampuan klien melakukan hubungan interpersonal dapat ditingkatkan dengan pemberian intervensi salah satunya strategi pelaksanaan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan strategi pelaksanaan harga diri rendah terhadap harga diri klien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif quasi experimental, pre-test and post–test one group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh klien skizofrenia sebanyak 102 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 orang adapun tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, dari hasil uji statistik univariat diketahui sebanyak 100% mengalami harga diri rendah. Hasil uji statistik bivariat menunjukkan ada pengaruh penerapan strategi pelaksanaan harga diri rendah terhadap harga diri klien skizofrenia dengan p-value 0.01 (< 0.05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa klien sebaiknya melakukan strategi pelaksanaan pada saat mengalami harga diri rendah.

Abstract

This research aims to assess how administration is managed in an effort to increase competency in the Automotive Department at State Vocational High School 2, Palembang City. The method used is a qualitative method with a focus on case studies. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document examination. Research findings show that although administration in the Automotive Department is considered quite good, there are still several challenges such as a lack of adequate facilities and insufficient understanding of proper administrative procedures. In addition, there is a gap between the desired competency requirements and the reality of administrative implementation. Therefore, it is recommended that the Automotive Department at State Vocational School 2 Palembang City improve facilities, provide training on administrative procedures to staff, and carry out regular evaluations and improvements to increase administrative competence and efficiency.

Abstract

Kegiatan belajar bersama dapat membantu memacu belajar aktif. Kegiatan belajar dan mengajar di kelas memang dapat menstimulasi belajar aktif, namun kemampuan untuk mengajar melalui kegiatan kerjasama kelompok kecil akan memungkinkan untuk menggalakkan kegiatan belajar aktif dengan cara khusus. Apa yang didiskusikan siswa dengan teman-temannya dan apa yang diajarkan siswa kepada teman-temannya memungkinkan mereka untuk memperoleh pemahaman dan penguasaan materi pelajaran. Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan : (a) Bagaimanakah peningkatan prestasi belajar PKn dengan diterapkannya metode pembelajaran kooperatif model STAD ? (b) Bagaimanakah pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap motivasi belajar PKn?. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (a) Ingin mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar PKn setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran kooperatif. (b) Ingin mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar PKn setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran kooperatif. (c) memberikan gambaran metode pembelajaran yang tepat dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dan menjadikan siswa aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga putaran . setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu : rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IIS SMAN 1 Jelai Hulu Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III, yaitu siklus I (68,42%), siklus II (81,58%), siklus III (94,74%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran kooperatif dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X IIS SMAN 1 Jelai Hulu, serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternative pembelajaran PPKn.

Abstract

The STISIPOL Thematic Community Service Program on Sustainable Tourism 2024 focuses on the development of culinary tourism in Palembang, particularly pempek, which is not only renowned nationally but also attracts international tourists. Pempek, as a cultural icon of Palembang, plays a significant role in attracting tourists and boosting the local economy. Although pempek MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have contributed significantly to Palembang's economy, they still face various challenges, especially in the aspect of digital marketing. This community service program aims to provide socialization on digital marketing to pempek MSME actors in Kampung Kreatif Tanggo Rajo Cindo, 7 Ulu Village, Palembang. Besides marketing, the program also highlights the importance of hygiene supervision in the processing of culinary products in accordance with applicable hygiene and sanitation standards. The program's implementation methods include an initial survey to identify the challenges faced by MSMEs, socialization on marketing through social media, and cleanliness in pempek processing. The results of this activity show an increased understanding among MSME actors of the use of social media as a marketing tool and the importance of cleanliness in maintaining product quality. Therefore, this program is expected to enhance the competitiveness of pempek MSMEs in 7 Ulu Village, Palembang, and promote more.

Abstract

Pengembangan karier yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kompetensi perawat dapat diwujudkan, jika terdapat keseimbangan antara upaya pengembangan karier yang secara individual dilakukan oleh perawat dan upaya pengembangan karier secara organisasional yang dilakukan oleh pihak manajemen rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran proses pengembangan perawat non PNS di Rumah Sakit X. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, sehingga dapat menggambarkan secara rinci dan lengkap mengenai pengembangan karier perawat non PNS di Rumah Sakit X. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap perawat yang masih aktif bekerja dengan status kepegawaian PNS, non PNS, dan perawat yang telah resign dari Rumah Sakit X. Hasil penenlitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Sakit X menerapkan sistem jenjang karier profesional Perawat Klinis untuk perawat non PNS. Penerapan jenjang karier profesional Perawat Klinis di Rumah Sakit X berdasarkan pendidikan formal dan pendidikan berkelanjutan berbasis kompetensi. Pembagian jenjang karier Perawat Klinis (PK) mulai dari PK I sampai PK V. Pengembangan karier perawat non PNS di Rumah Sakit X saat ini masih berdasarkan karier profesional Perawat Klinis. Saat ini pihak manajamen Rumah Sakit X sedang merencanakan pengembangan karier profesional Perawat Riset.Kata kunci : Pengembangan Karier, Karier Perawat, Rumah Sakit

Abstract

The main problem in monitoring daily payments at Perumda Pasar Palembang Jaya is the lack of effectiveness of supervision, especially in traditional markets, which results in market potential not being fully utilized. This hampers contributions to local original income. In addition, the lack of employee ability to monitor daily levies leads to fraud, limited data collection, low levy rates, as well as inadequate market conditions which harm users. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of monitoring daily market levies at Perumda Pasar Palembang Jaya, especially at Padang Tuesday Market and Soak Bato Market, which is carried out by daily market levy officers. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using data from observation, interviews and documentation. The effectiveness of monitoring daily market levies at Perumda Pasar Palembang Jaya using the theory of Gibson et. al (Makmur, 2008) consists of several dimensions of Productivity, Quality, Efficiency, Flexibility, Satisfaction, Excellence; and Development. The results of the research show that supervision of daily market levy fees is currently not running effectively because supervision of daily levies at Padang Tuesday Market and Soak Bato market is only carried out once a week, resulting in fraud and illegal levies occurring in the collection of daily market levies by not providing tickets as proof of payment of levies. daily market fees to traders in accordance with predetermined rates, and the ability of daily market levy management officers is still limited in supervising the running of the daily Padang Tuesday market and Soak Bato market levies, resulting in the Padang Tuesday market and Soak Bato market not being managed properly. market levies.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the development of local content education for disasters. Disaster risk reduction must be developed through various strategies, including formal education, as early as possible. This article was written using the literature review method. Researchers collect data from literature and documents from various literary sources such as Government regulations, relevant articles, and books. Data analysis with qualitative descriptive. The data are presented qualitatively based on the study focus pattern. This study focuses on expected disaster education, local content and disaster education, development of disaster local content education, and implementation strategies of disaster local content education. Disaster education should ideally be implemented as early as possible, starting the first formal education in elementary school. The position of local content opens up opportunities for disaster education in elementary schools through the uniqueness of the region. The development of local content of disaster education contains: education environmental insight, disaster risk reduction education programs, and disaster moral response. The five steps of the implementation strategy are curriculum development, teacher training, limited trials, extensive trials, and evaluations. Eventually, the development of local content of disaster education has the potential to develop students' resilience to disasters.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the evaluation of the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) Program in Lebung Gajah Village, Sematang Borang District, Palembang City. This research method is descriptive qualitative where the data collection technique is triangulation, namely interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research results show that the evaluation of the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) program has been carried out well, although a small number of them experienced problems. Regarding effectiveness, it can be concluded that the public is satisfied with the kis program in terms of health services and the implementation of kis card distribution is optimal. Efficiency can be concluded that the time to complete the kis making can be categorized as not optimal. Adequacy, it can be concluded that meeting community needs and the available health services are good. Alignment, it can be concluded that equalization is correct. Responsiveness, it can be concluded that the community's response has been right on target. However, there are a small number who do not receive kis, because there are people who do not meet the requirements, especially where they live. Accuracy, it can be concluded that it is in accordance with the objectives and benefits of the kis program that the community needs, namely ensuring the health of the less fortunate with free treatment. In this case, with the kis program, people receive completely free treatment from the government, which means that poor people do not need to think about the costs of treatment at hospitals or health centers.

Abstract

Natural resource extraction often causes environmental and social harm. Virtue Dragon Nickel Inc. (VDNI Inc.), a nickel processing company, is legally required to implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) under Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies. This study examines VDNI Inc.’s CSR implementation in Morosi and Puuruy villages, Morosi District, Konawe Regency, using a qualitative approach with Elkington’s Triple Bottom Line and Beck’s Risk Society Theory. Findings show CSR efforts focus on environmental and social responsibilities. Environmentally, VDNI Inc. employs Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP), Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), and sparing technology, but only ESP and sparing are in use. Poor dust management has led to black dust pollution, increasing acute respiratory infections. Socially, CSR prioritizes infrastructure, including water distribution, road and bridge repairs, and school renovations, yet lacks community empowerment and public health programs. Water supply remains unequal—Morosi Village receives clean water, while Puuruy Village relies on murky water, causing skin diseases. Overall, VDNI Inc.’s CSR efforts remain insufficient in ensuring environmental sustainability and equitable social welfare.
