Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen menggunakan Bengkel Dinamo Mobil di Kota Palu. Permasalahan yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah citra merek yang terdiri dari citra perusahaan, citra pemakai dan citra produk secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Bengkel Dinamo Mobil di Kota Palu. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 88 responden dan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara simultan citra merek yang terdiri dari citra perusahaan, citra pemakai dan citra produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Bengkel Dinamo Mobil di Kota Palu. Secara parsial citra perusahaan, citra pemakai dan citra produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Bengkel Dinamo Mobil di Kota Palu.

Abstract

Marketing performance have attracted many practitioners and academics in the last few years, specifically for SMEs. This research aims to investigate relationhsips among entrepreneurial orientation, networking capabilities, and marketing performance, This is a descriptive research design using online survey. Data were collected employing Google online survey application through social media to SMEs in Indonesia Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square (PLS) has been utilized to examine proposed hypotheses. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation positively influences marketing performance. Further, entrepreneurial orientation performs a positive and significant effect on networking capabilities. Correspondingly, networking capability has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The findings of this study contribute to the body of knowledge in marketing literature by enlarging the linkage between entrepreneurships and social interactions in building relationships. Practical implications for managers, owners, and entrepreneurs of SMEs are acknowledged.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide information and knowledge related to the importance of brands to the community in Tambu Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency as a form of learning for home-based businesses. The MBKM student activity method used is in the form of education or providing information on brand functions. The use of the mark on shredded fish product packaging to provide a mark on the product, as a means of promotion, shows the quality of the product and the origin of the product. Providing learning about the function of the brand given by the MBKM Faculty of Economics students to the people of Tambu Village as an effort to provide education on the importance of using a brand. In addition, using a brand serves to provide an identity for goods or services and functions to ensure quality and combination for consumers.

Abstract

Innovation is a system of recognition, development and renewal process that enhances economic success for entrepreneurs or producing companies and their consumers as well as the wider organization. BUMDes is one of the institutions that can be mobilized to support the improvement of the community's economy in the village. BumDes Balaroa Pewunu itself is engaged in the business of buying and selling agricultural products and savings and loans. Community economic empowerment is an effort to develop self-sufficiency and community welfare by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, abilities, and awareness, by utilizing existing resources. The stages of implementing the community service program are observation, interviews, proposals, data collection, training and reporting of the results of community service. In implementing the MBKM activities to Build Villages by conducting Socialization and Training inviting Resource Persons from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University, Agriculture Lecturers. The activity was carried out in two days, the material on the first day was that the lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business presented a business plan, financial management. On the second day the lecturer from Agriculture presented material on the procedures for making organic fertilizer by utilizing existing materials around the village, participants who were present were the Village Government, Head of Bumdes, farmers. Through the training which was carried out by inviting expert Lecturers from FEB UNTAD and Faculty of Agriculture opening the insights of the Village Government, especially BUMDes to continue to improve BUMDes innovation as an effort to improve the village economy of Balaroa Pewunu

Abstract

Forests have a production function, namely economic value, such as wood, rattan, agarwood and so on. Forests have an ecological function because forests are very important for the survival of human beings, animals and plants. Ecological functions include absorbing carbon dioxide and then producing oxygen for life, a source of water, preventing erosion and flooding, habitat for animals, and a source of biodiversity. The purpose of planting tree seedlings is a form of making a production forest where it retains water during floods, secondly as an increase in the economy of the people of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The author uses a descriptive observational method using a persuasive approach to the community by interviews and field observations. By planting candlenut, avocado, jackfruit and petai trees. Implementation of tree seed planting activities on holidays, namely Sundays and trees planted around the river area, with the involvement of village government officials and Risma youth. The planting was carried out in stages considering that there were 850 trees planted including: 500 candlenut seeds, 200 avocado seeds, 100 jackfruit seeds, and 50 petai seeds. The target achieved in planting tree seedlings is expected to become community income in the future. From the community service activities it was concluded that the land in the production forest was used by the community for gardening and farming, then utilizing forest products. The types of forest products that are widely used are candlenut, tamarind, jackfruit, guava, and pineapple.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servicescape terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada rumah makan Geprek Bensu Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servicescape yang terdiri dari kondisi lingkungan sekitar (ambient conditions), tata ruang dan fungsi (spatial layout and functionality), serta petunjuk, simbol dan benda artefak (sign, symbol and artifacts) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada rumah makan Geprek Bensu Palu

Abstract

This activity is motivated by the author's observations regarding the management of BUMDES which is still underutilized, because there are some people who do not participate in advancing, managing and developing village-owned enterprises which can later hamper the economy of a village. The purpose of this activity is to find out the role of BUMDES in improving the economy, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of BUMDES in improving the economy. This activity was carried out under the MBKM program by going directly to the field for five months. The population in this study are members of BUMDES Kaliburu. With interview techniques, documentation and observation. The results of the mentoring activity for the preparation of financial reports with the theme "Competitive BUMDES" are in accordance with the existing problems, and with this training it is hoped that BUMDES management will gain skills in carrying out simple bookkeeping for business entities so that they can improve the BUMDES economy.

Abstract

Competition in the education sector is currently quite high, requiring schools to be able to implement educational strategies that are innovative, effective and efficient. This research aims to determine the strategies used by Kun Anta Prescholl in an effort to increase the interest of new students. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to understand information about a research object comprehensively and according to needs. The results of this research show that the marketing mix strategy is very effective in increasing the interest of new students at Kun Anta Preschool.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide strengthening and understanding of the importance of tourism villages for the community in Towale Village, Donggala Regency. In 2023, Towale Village was selected to be included in the top 75 national tourist villages at the Anugrah Desa Wisata (ADWI) organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf). The research methodology involved active collaboration with local stakeholders, including the village government, local entrepreneurs and the local community. The main steps included identification of existing tourism resources, SWOT analysis, and joint strategic planning to develop sustainable tourism attractions as well as monitoring and evaluation on program implementation.The results showed great potential in developing various aspects of the tourist attraction, including natural beauty, cultural heritage, and local experiences. Through various activities, such as tourism management training, local promotion, and infrastructure development, this assistance encourages various initiatives aimed at improving the quality of the tourist experience.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis semakin ketat, terutama di industri kreatif. Industri ini menuntut pelaku usaha baru untuk lebih inovatif dalam memulai dan mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Bisnis harus dapat menarik minat pelanggan terhadap barang dan jasa mereka. Salah satu tantangan dalam memulai sebuah bisnis adalah bagaimana membuat produk dikenal oleh masyarakat, yang erat terkait dengan membangun merek. Salah satu yang dapat membangun merek adalah kesadaran merek, yang didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan merek untuk muncul di benak pelanggan saat mereka berpikir tentang jenis produk tertentu. Melakukan kegiatan promosi adalah salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek. Promosi mendorong orang untuk membeli barang yang ditawarkan; penggunaan strategi promosi yang tepat dan sesuai pasar akan berdampak pada penjualan dan kesadaran merek. Dengan usaha Out of The Box sebagai objek penelitian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek dengan melakukan kegiatan promosi di media sosial Instagram. Kegiatan promosi ini akan difokuskan pada konten yang akan diunggah di Instagram, yang akan dirancang menggunakan pendekatan design thinking sehingga audience dapat mendapatkan rancangan konten yang sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Studi ini menggunakan lima tahap pemikiran desain: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi melalui instagram dengan melakukan giveaway, instagram ads, endorse, dan promo potongan harga dengan dikemas bersama tipe konten yang beragam seperti konten promosi, edukasi, dan hiburan serta mengikuti tren dengan mencantumkan caption yang sederhana menggunakan Bahasa sehari- hari, istilah kekinian, dan memuat kalimat call to action dapat menumbuhkan tingkat brand awereness.
