Abstract

In providing services, banks certainly require all employees and personnel in it to provide the best service, especially customer service because customer service is a person who receives more complaints from customers. customer service must be able to provide the best service, so that customers feel satisfied with the services provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer service on customer loyalty in PD. BPR NTB Bima. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The study population is active PD customers. BPR NTB Bima. The sampling of this research was using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination (R2) and t test. Data processing and analysis were performed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 21.0. The results of this study prove that there is an influence of customer service on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The increase in vehicle volume causes an increase in the use of gasoline fuel and air pollution. Therefore, alternative fuels such as butanol are one of the solutions to overcome this problem. Butanol has a high octane value and oxygen content so that the combustion process is more perfect and reduces exhaust emissions. The use of butanol is expected to improve engine performance and reduce exhaust emissions. The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of butanol on gasoline engines with the EGR system on Brake Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC), Brake Thermal Efficiency (BTE), and exhaust emissions. Testing uses a Toyota Kijang 7K gasoline engine with an EFI fuel system. The percentage of butanol used is 5%, 10%, 15% in the condition without EGR, hot EGR, and cold EGR. The test is carried out at a fixed engine rotation speed of 2500 rpm. Retrieval of engine performance data using a dynamometer while the exhaust emissions using the GA analyzer. The test results showed the addition of butanol increased the BSFC value by 0.9% and BTE by 2%. However, a decrease occurred in CO emissions by 74.2% and HC by 33.6% compared to pure premium. The use of hot EGR decreased BSFC by 19.3% and BTE by 23.9%. The highest CO emissions were 3.23% while the highest HC emissions of 259 ppm occurred in the use of cold EGR.Keywords : butanol, EGR, BSFC, BTE, exhaust gas emissions

Abstract

In line with the increasingly intense business competition in all sectors, Islamic banking needs to enhance the company's quality to compete and maintain its existence. One of the keys to success is building customer loyalty. This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality and corporate image on customer loyalty of BPRS Baktimakmur Indah Sepanjang, Sidoarjo. This research was associative quantitative research, data collection was done through observation and questionnaires with the purposive sampling method. The results revealed that service quality had no significant effect, while corporate image had a significant effect on customer loyalty. However, it simultaneously indicated a quite strong influence. This study found that the indicator with the most dominant influence on service quality was fulfilled expectations, especially in terms of pick-up service. Meanwhile, the corporate image was an indicator of company characteristics, especially the location of the BPRS which was strategic and easily accessible. Thus, it is hoped that the BPRS Baktimakmur Indah Sepanjang, Sidoarjo can enhance service and product quality and be able to maintain its reputation consistently.

Abstract

ABSTRACK Positive cooperative relationships in accordance with their respective functions and authorities between Police investigators and the Public Prosecutors in order to handle cases in preparation for prosecution will determine the outcomes to be decided by the panel of judges in the Court. In this research type of approach that will be used is the type of statute approach (statute approach) is the approach done by reviewing all laws and regulations related to cooperation in performing the duties and authority of Investigation and Prosecution. Coordination of investigators and public prosecutors in the criminal justice system in Indonesia shall be conducted in the event of notifying the investigation of the prosecutor by the investigator, the notice of suspension of investigation by the investigator to the prosecutor, the submission of the case file by the investigator to the prosecutor in the context of pre prosecution and the prosecutor, the request for the extension of the period of detention by the investigator to the public prosecutor, the grant of a letter of delegation of the case and the indictment by the public prosecutor to the investigator and authorized by the public prosecutor to delegate the case file by presenting the defendant, witness, in quick event checks. Abstract

ABSTRAK Berkurangnya produksi energi fosil terutama minyak bumi serta komitmen global dalam pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca, mendorong Pemerintah untuk meningkatkan peran energi baru dan terbarukan secara terus menerus sebagai bagian dalam menjaga ketahanan dan kemandirian energi. Sesuai PP No. 79 Tahun 2014 tentang Kebijakan Energi Nasional, target bauran energi baru dan terbarukan pada tahun 2025 paling sedikit 23% dan 31% pada tahun 2050. Daerah kota tegal memiliki garis pantai sekitar 10,2 Km yang belum dimanfaatkan untuk energi listrik, tujuan dari sosialisai ini adalah agar siswa mengenal potensi yang ada disekitar untuk bisa dijadikan energi listrik yang ramah lingkungan. Tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan akan energi terbarukan salah satunya pemanfaatan energi matahari, Hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat dalam bentuk Iptek bagi Masyarakat (IbM) yang telah dilaksanakan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa SMK tentang konversi energi terbarukan dan siswa mampu mempraktikkan instalasi panel surya serta mampu mempraktikkan penggunaan alat ukur arus dan tegangan yang keluar dari panel surya sehingga bisa membuat instalasi panel surya sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kata Kunci : Energi Listrik, Energi Matahari, Panel Surya

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the principal's communication on teacher performance; (2) the effect of the principal's decision making on teacher performance; and (3) the effect of the principal's communication and the principal's decision-making simultaneously on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population is teachers in Public Junior High School (PJHS) 2 of Tangse Sub district, Pidie District, Aceh Province. The proportional random sampling technique determined a sample of 22 teachers with a population of 25 people. Data collection used a questionnaire. Test the validity and reliability of the instrument using the product moment statistical test, which was carried out with the help of SPSS 20. The analysis prerequisite tests consisted of normality, correlation, and simple regression tests. The results of this study are as follows: (1) There is an effect of the principal's communication on teacher performance at PJHS Tangse 2 with a percentage of 26.2% (2) There is an effect of the principal's decision making on teacher performance at PJHS 2 Tangse with a percentage of 26.7 (3) There is an effect of the principal's communication and principal's decision-making on teacher performance at PJHS Tangse 2 with a percentage of 49.2%

Abstract

Minat belajar siswa adalah kecenderungan atau keinginan yang besar terhadap aktivitas untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan peningkatan keterampilan dalam proses belajar. Hasil belajar siswa adalah perubahan yang terjadi setelah mengikuti suatu proses pembelajaran baik berupa nilai ataupun tingkah laku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling dan apa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Sungai Salak Kecamatan, sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan Teknik Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara minat belajar dan hasil belajar siswa hal ini terbukti dari hasil perhitungan regresi linier diperoleh hasil fhitung> ftabel (28,15 > 4,49) pada taraf 5% dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara minat belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and describe the moral values ​​contained in the animated films of Adit and Sopo Jarwo, Nussa and Rara, and the cartoons Upin and Ipin. This research was qualitative descriptive research using samples of the animated Nussa and Rara, and the cartoon Upin Ipin. The data in this study contained religious and moral values. This study described that there were a lot of positive things in the form of habituation of religious and moral values ​​in the form of etiquette before going to bed, eating etiquette, saying bismillah, alms, maintaining cleanliness, doing good deeds, tolerance and helping, not being arrogant, keeping words, praying on time, brotherhood, honesty, love for animals, respect, responsibility, justice, wisdom, self-discipline, caring for others, cooperation, courage, and democracy. Those animated films are highly recommended to be watched by children accompanied by their parents because of its religious and moral values ​​are following the nation's culture and Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel lokasi dan cita rasa terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke caffe Pujasera. Adapun identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1.) Apakah lokasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke caffe Puja Sera, Apakah Cita rasa berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke caffe Puja Sera serta untuk mengukur apakah lokasi dan cita rasa berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke caffe Pujasera. Peneliitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 40 orang sampel dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Setelah data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20 maka diperoleh persamaan persamaan regresi adalah Y = 1,036 + 0,224X1 + 0,390X2 dimana koefisen β1 (lokasi) dan β2 (cita rasa) bernilai positif. Berdasarkan uji signifikansi parsial (Uji t) variabel lokasi terhadap kepututusan berkunjung diperoleh nilai t hitung 1,016 < t tabel (1,687) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,016 > α = 0,05) maka secara parsial lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Kemudian uji signifikansi parsial (Uji t) variabel cita rasa terhadap keputusan berkunjung diperoleh nilai t hitung ( 2,534 > t tabel 1,687) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < α = 0,05) yang artinya secara parsial cita rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung.Selanjutnya pengujian pengaruh simultansi (Uji F) terhadap variabel lokasi dan cita rasa terhadap keputusan berkunjung nilai Fhitung = 6,961 >F tabel 3,252 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 (Signifikansi < 0,05 ) dengan demikian secara simultan lokasi dan cita rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Apabila dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi (R) diperoleh nilai = 0,523 atau 52,3% yang artinya variabel lokasi dan variabel cita rasa memiliki hubungan sebesar 52,3% dengan variabel keputusan berkunjung. Selanjutnya koefisien determinasi (????2) sebesar = 0,273 dapat menjelaskan keputusan berkunjung dipengaruhi oleh lokasi dan cita rasa 27,3% selebihnya 72,7 % di jelaskan oleh variabel independen lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

One of the abuses of the internet is defamation by someone against another party. Things or circumstances that are communicated or published via the internet can be said to be insults or defamation if the things or conditions are not true for the victim, whether it is something that damages the reputation or brings material loss to the victim. In this study, the type of approach that will be used is the statute approach, which is an approach that is carried out by reviewing all laws and regulations related to defamation which is carried out online. In the ITE Law, criminal acts of defamation are expressly regulated in Article 27 paragraph (3) of the ITE Law in which violations of Article 27 will be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 6 (six) years and/or a fine of a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000,000. ,00.
