Abstract

Hasil observasi dilakukan guru di SD Sonsilo Minahasa Utara rendahnya kinerja dan wawasan guru diakibatkan (1) rendahnya kesadaran guru untuk belajar, (2) kurangnya kesempatan guru mengikuti pelatihan, baik secara regional maupun nasional, (3) kurang efektifnya PKG, (4) supervisi pendidikan yang bertujuan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran cenderung menitik beratkan pada aspek administer. Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilaksanakan di SD Sonsilo Minahasa Utara yang merupakan tempat tugas peneliti. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan dua siklus, dengan setiap siklusnya dilaksanakan proses pembimbingan berupa Supervisi Edukstif Kolaboratif kemudian dilaksanakan observasi/penilaian berupa supervisi proses pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih tiga bulan, yaitu mulai bulan Agustus sampai dengan Oktober 2021. Subyek penelitian adalah guru-guru SD Sonsilo Minahasa Utara tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pembinaan yang telah dilakukan selama penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan supervisi edukatif Kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Sonsilo Minahasa Utara tahun pelajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII, sekaligus melihat pengaruh kedua elemen tersebut secara bersamaan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh secara langsung dengan menggunakan angket yang disebarkan kepada seluruh siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Bitung responden yang berkaitan dengan fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian data tersebut dikumpulkan, diolah dan disajikan oleh peneliti. Data sekunder adalah data yang telah dahulu dikumpulkan dan dilaporkan orang atau instansi di luar peneliti. Data sekunder dalam penelitian ini meliputi dokumen raport semester genap pada mata pelajaran Matematika kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Bitung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Bitung tahun ajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 492 orang dan sampel diambil dari 176 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, sebagai jawaban atas rumusan permasalahan dan tujuan penelitian, maka kesimpulan penelitian dapat dielaborasikan bahwa pertama, fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar Siswa Kelas VII pada Mata pelajaran Matematika. Ini berati semakin terpenuhinya fasilitas belajar semakin meningkat juga prestasi belajar siswa. Kedua, motivasi belajar secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelasVII pada mata pelajaran Matematika. Berarti semakin tinggi motivasi belajar semakin tinggi pula prestasi belajar siswa. Ketiga, secara bersama-sama fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran Matematika di SMP Negeri 2 Bitung. Menunjukan bahwa untuk mencapai prestasi belajar yang baik dan tujuan pembelajaran sesuai yang diharapkan, maka harus didukung oleh fasilitas belajar yang baik dan motivasi belajar yang tinggi. Abstract

This writing has the main objective of knowing the leadership role of the principal in improving the quality of education. The quality of education is our hope in facing the exchange of life that in several sectors, especially in the field of education sector for a better future. In order to realize quality education, this needs to be done leadership role in educational institutions. One of them is the principal because of that is a pioneer who drives all changes towards quality education. The research method used is the qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation, while the informants in this study were the principal, deputy principal and two teachers. The results showed that the principal of SMP 5 Tondano had carried out his role well in terms of quality planning, quality control and quality improvement of education at SMP 5 Tondano.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of entrepreneurial leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic at Karitas Catholic High School in Tomohon City, the supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the solutions for handling them. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were five people consisting of a school principal and four vice principals. The data were collected from interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data were analyzed by an interactive model. The findings indicate that entrepreneurial leadership was implemented through the principal role as an explorer, a miner, an accelerator, and an integrator. The supporting factors are teachers’ IT skills, government allowances, parents’ support and proactivity, online learning facilities, and entrepreneurial instincts of teachers and students. The inhibiting factors are the late payment of tuition fees, the uncertainty of parents' income, the late disbursement of the government's school operational assistance (BOS) funds and the foundation's compulsory funds, the complexity of the foundation's centralized system, and the lack of online learning facilities. The efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors are coordination with parents, overcoming arrears, recording the number of students without online learning facilities, and conducting offline learning for them. The results suggest continuing to implement entrepreneurial leadership more openly and creatively, increase the supporting factors, and minimize the inhibiting factors with various efforts.

Abstract

Fulfilling the rights of students to get educational services during the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) is pursued through the implementation of Learning from Home policy. Parental involvement has a crucial influence on students’ involvement. This study aims to analyze and explain the involvement of students’ parents in implementation of learning from home in elementary schools in Tomohon City. This study applies a qualitative approach, case study methods, data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation as well as qualitative data analysis techniques adapted from interaction models. The results showed that the parents of students were very actively involved, especially from the mother's side, the forms of involvement were physical and non-physical, and there was personal communication between parents and teachers. In addition, a lack of readiness, cost, time, and teaching knowledge from students’ parents identified as an inhibiting factor which is overcome by providing opportunities for involvement, interpersonal communication and coordination and provision of incentives. Conclusions and suggestions for future research related to the importance of examining the parental involvement process of students are also presented at the end of the chapter.

Abstract

Introduction: Blended learning is a combination or combination of various learning both distance and face-to-face. Blended learning is believed to increase students' knowledge. Therefore, the application of blended learning in health human resource (HR) training needs to be done. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the blended learning method in training on increasing the knowledge of human resources in Puskesmas in North Sulawesi. Method: This is a quasi-experimental research with one group pre-posttest approach. This research was carried out at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Health Training Center of the Regional Health Office of North Sulawesi Province on 5-10 September 2022. The respondents of this study were 30 Health Human Resources, namely the Rapid Action Team for Overcoming Outbreaks and Outbreaks at the Puskesmas . The variable measured in this study is the level of knowledge. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis carried out in this study is univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: The results showed that there is an increase in both the lowest, highest and average values. The lowest value increased by 48.5 points, the highest value increased by 30 points and the average value increased by 33.33 points. The t-test results show that the t-value is 20.0478 and the p-value is 0.0001 (p<0.05). These values indicate a difference in knowledge before and after being given training with the blended learning method. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the effect of training with the blended learning method on the knowledge of the trainees

Abstract

Abstract — Memilih karir yang baik penting dilakukan sejak dini saat Anda masih kuliah. Karir yang baik akan membantu harus sesuai dengan kepribadian setiap orang untuk memastikan bahwa karir dapat dijalani dalam waktu yang berkesinambungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi karir mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi berdasarkan kepribadiannya menggunakan asisten virtual. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode prototype untuk membangun asisten virtual dengan mengadopsi tes kepribadian MBTI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa asisten virtual yang dibangun sangat baik untuk merekomendasikan pilihan karir yang tepat kepada mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi sesuai dengan kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing mahasiswa. Asisten virtual yang dihasilkan berhasil mengimplementasikan model uji MBTI dalam sistem yang dibangun dan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam merekomendasikan pilihan karir. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa memprediksi pilihan karir yang tepat akan dapat membantu mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi untuk mempersiapkan karir sejak dini ketika masih mendidik dan mempraktekkannya dengan baik sehingga menghasilkan pilihan karir yang berkelanjutan di masa depan. Kata Kunci — Karir, Pendidikan Tinggi, Kepribadian, Prediksi, Asisten Virtual Abstract — Choosing a good career is important to do early when you are still in college. A good career will help must match the personality of each person to ensure that the career can be lived in a sustainable time. The purpose of this study is to predict a student's career in college based on his personality using a virtual assistant. The method used is a prototype method to build a virtual assistant by adopting the MBTI personality test. The results of this study indicate that the virtual assistant that is built is very good for recommending the right career choice to students in college according to the personality of each student. The resulting virtual assistant has successfully implemented the MBTI test model in the system built and has a high level of accuracy in recommending career choices. This study concludes that predicting the right career choice will be able to help college students to prepare for a career from an early age while still educating and practicing it well so as to produce sustainable career choices in the future. Abstract

This study discusses Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak and examines the current state of research. These findings will provide insight for further research and experimental opportunities aligned with Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak. Many data, models and innovations regarding Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak have been published in different and complex ways. This has explained the overall picture of Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak. This study aims to analyze and identify data sets, research trends, and methods that have been used since 2010. We used a systematic literature review method. We carry out the process of identifying, assessing and interpreting research evidence and reviewing the literature to answer specific research questions. We analyzed by selecting the main study in Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak. We have mapped trends, datasets, and methods in Holistic Education with a Sekolah Penggerak that has been implemented. This study concludes that we have successfully identified and analyzed research trends in Holistic Education with a School of Mobilization measurably and systematically in the last 12 years.

Abstract

The purpose of the researchers in making this literature review is to obtain information related to the use of android-based practical applications in educational evaluation so that they can be implemented at Manado State University. The method in making this study uses a systematic literature review approach which requires researchers to use scientific-based findings literature. Based on the studies that have been carried out by the researcher, some information is obtained regarding the use of practical android-based applications that are suitable for use in educational evaluations, including (1) the Quizzme application for evaluating android-based student learning at the junior high school level, (2) the Application for Assessment of Productive Subject Practices for Vocational High School Students Android-based at SMK 45 Wonosari, (3) Android-based sign language learning and evaluation. These three studies are suitable to be applied in educational evaluation at Manado State University to replace PBT which is not effective for use today

Abstract

Implementation of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) in institutions' education tall become more important for increasing the quality service of information technology. However, ITIL implementation requires a role important from leadership to ensure its success. Study This aims to analyze the role of leadership in the implementation of ITIL Service Strategy in high-education institutions. This study uses a method descriptive with do survey of IT staff at several universities. Data analyzed use the technique of qualitative and its results show that leadership owns an influence and positive significance in the implementation of ITIL Service Strategy in higher education institutions. this article gives an important view for university leadership to increase the quality service of information technology and ensure the successful implementation of the ITIL Service Strategy in institutions. This Study has implications for the organization in framework reach objective strategic in management service of information technology and ensure that ITIL framework can be used with more effective and efficient.
