Abstract

The biggest challenge for organizations which are engange in the global service systems, which provides freedom of speech, is how to meet the desired standards of service by the customers. Similarly for the government agencies that provide services to the public. To be recognized as an organization that conform the requirement for quality, organization implemented Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2008. QMS ISO 9001:2008 believed to be able to give positive encouragement to employees to improve performance continuously. This research aimed to determine the effect of the application of QMS ISO 9001:2008 on Sekretariat Pemerintah Kota Malang’s employee performance. The research method is explanatory research with the aim of explaining the relationship between variables through hypothesis test. The results showed that partially Human Resources (X1), Work Infrastructure (X2), and Work Environment (X3) in QMS ISO 9001:2008 has positive and significant impact on Sekretariat Pemerintah Kota Malang’s employee performance. Simultaneously, these variables are has positive and significant impact on Sekretariat Pemerintah Kota Malang’s employee performance as well. Work Environment Variables (X3) is the most dominant variable which influences on employee performance (Y). Based on this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of QMS ISO 9001:2008 has positive effects in effort to improve employee performance. Abstract

The research was conducted in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang. Currently Human Resources is not only seen as complementary in the network chain to the achievement of corporate goals alone, HR also needs to be empowered to be able to be a resource of qualified and trained to achieve the expected performance of the Company. The study design used is explanatory research, and use this type of quantitative research using multiple regression statistical tools and validity test. The results showed that work motivation (X1), performance appraisals (X2), simultaneously or jointly significant effect on the variable Job satisfaction (Y) employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang. This means that PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang has been implemented with good work motivation and performance appraisal so that the level of job satisfaction is high. Partially motivation and performance appraisal positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang.   Keyword : Employee Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Performance Appraisal

Abstract

The research was conducted in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang. Human resources is a key principal in the company to stay afloat in an era of global competition. In addition, human resources is one key to the success of a company. Training is one way to improve the knowledge and skills of human resources. With the training, motivation of employees is expected to increase and therefore contributes to the performance of the employees and indirectly the performance of the company will also increase.The design of the research is explanatory research (explanation). In this study describes the relationship between the study variables and test hypotheses that have been formulated. The sample used by 55 respondents. Methods of data collection in this study was measured using a questionnaire using a Likert scale with a five-point scale. While the analysis of the data using descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis to determine the effect of training on performance through employee motivation PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang are processed using SPSS 15.0 for windows. The results of this study are as follows:  (1) Work Motivation (Z) directly and significantly affect employee performance (Y) in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang, (2) Training (X) directly and significantly affect the  performance Employees (Z) in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang, (3) Employment Training (X) directly and significantly affect the Employee Motivation (Z) in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang (4) Training and indirectly influence significantly to the Employee  Performance (Y) through the Work Motivation (Z) in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang.This suggests that PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang has been implemented with both job training as a way to motivate employees so as to improve performance.Keywords: Job Training, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Kelebihan daripada penelitian ini adalah sifat kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan yang tinggi ada pada siswa-siswi (generasi muda) bilamana mereka masuk di dalam organisasi paskibra yaitu satuan pasukan  satya providers ose red  dapat disingkat menjadi satuan pasukan SATDIVERS dengan konsep  one voice  yaitu satu suara. Serta pelatihan dan pengembangan yang ada di SATDIVERS menyesuaikan dengan sumberdaya manusia yang ada di organisasi tersebut dan adanya kerjasama dengan purna SATDIVERS sebagai motivator dan pelatih.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelatihan dan pengembangan, mengetahui kepemimpinan, dan organisasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Dari hasil  wawancara dapat diketahui bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan mempunyai pengaruh yang penting di dalam sebuah organisasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan setiap tahunnya mengalami perubahan yang disesuaikan dengan sumberdaya manusia. Untuk kepemimpinan mempunyai andil dalam proses pelatihan dan pengembangan dikarenakan kepemimpinan memiliki tujuan yang dicapai secara bersama dan membentuk karakter siswa-siswi yang bertanggung jawab. Serta organisasi pembelajaran mempunyai pemikiran dan kebudayaan yang berbeda untuk disatukan menjadi satu agar tercipta satu tujuan dalam kelompok kecil ataupun kelompok besar. Hal ini menunjukkan dalam struktur organisasi setiap elemen memiliki peran dan fungsi yang berbeda akan tetapi bisa disatukan demi terwujudnya tujuan, visi dan misi bersama.Dalam interpretasi bahwasanya pelatihan dan pengembangan,kepemimpinan dan organisasi pembelajaran dapat dijabarkan lebih dalam dan dapat dimaknai serta dapat disimpulkan dari hasil wawancara.Kata Kunci  : Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, Kepemimpinan, Organisasi Pembelajaran, Sumberdaya Manusia, Kebudayaan, Visi dan Misi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui audit SDM berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas fungsi SDM, studi kasus pada auditor Politeknik Negeri Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  explanatory  . Penelitian ini menggunakan  non probability sampling  dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh.Dan ditemukan sample yg valid sebanyak 37 orang senior auditor Politeknik Negeri Malang . Uji instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.  Analisis data dan interpretasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil hipotesis diketahui bahwa variabel audit SDM  yaitu Perencanaan Audit SDM, Pelaksanaan Audit  SDM, Pengelolaan dan Tindak Lanjut Audit SDM berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Fungsi SDM. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas Fungsi SDM akan semakin meningkat jika Politeknik Negeri Malang meningkatkan variabel-variabel yaitu Perencanaan Audit SDM, Pelaksanaan Audit  SDM, Pengelolaan dan Tindak Lanjut Audit SDM.Kata kunci : Audit SDM, Efektivitas Fungsi SDM

Abstract

MSMEs are born and established naturally, it can be due to the strong intention of the founder to do business independently, the family environment and can also be due to friendships that make MSMEs grow, stand and develop. This service aims to assist MSMEs in accelerating business adjustments following the development of a dynamic business environment and to improve the ability of MSMEs in marketing aspects and creating human resource value. The FEB UB service team approaches MSMEs collaboratively, namely by working with MSME owners to identify the needs and challenges faced in marketing and human resource management. The implementation of this service is by means of training, workshops, consultations, and assistance from the service team. The result is an improvement in the marketing capabilities of MSMEs with the adoption of more effective digital marketing strategies and techniques. MSMEs are able to utilize digital platforms to increase product visibility and reach more potential customers. In addition, MSMEs are expected to optimize human resource management with the implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and improved quality of service to customers. Thus, MSMEs will be able to compete better and improve business competitiveness. MSMEs need to open themselves to learn and adapt to change. MSMEs can take advantage of cooperation and relationships in business organizations to support each other and expand business networks. Strengthening collaboration among entrepreneurs will help MSMEs face challenges together and improve their ability to compete in the market. Finally, MSMEs are advised to keep abreast of technological developments and consumer tastes in order to remain relevant and innovative in running their businesses. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of career development and work environment on the performance of the Aceh Agriculture and Livestock Service Office employees. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that career development and employee work environment had a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. In addition, career development and work environment also have a direct effect on performance. Work motivation partially mediates the effect of career development, work environment on performance. The Department of Agriculture and Livestock is expected to improve career development in order to create a conducive work environment to improve employee performance at the Aceh Agriculture and Livestock Service Office.

Abstract

Background: Marketing has created a potential industry in the fisheries sector. It has gotten within the realm of digital marketing, among others. Currently, social media is used for advertising fishery products online (Social media marketing). Aim: This study aims to ascertain how social media marketing initiatives affect brand image, consumer trust, and intention purchasing items. Method: Explanatory quantitative research is used in this study. The whole fishery e-commerce customer base that has followed fisheries' Instagram profiles makes up the population of this study. Due to rounding from 398, the samples for this study contained 398 respondents. The major data for this study came from the findings of the questionnaire distribution. The secondary data, however, was gathered through books, the internet, literature, and periodicals. Findings: To improve consumers' intention in purchasing products, businesses must focus on social media marketing initiatives, brand perception, and consumer confidence in Fisheries E-Commerce in Jakarta.

Abstract

The research aimed to test the new measures of employee empowerment in a collectively social oriented society. The study applied questionnaire-based survey to obtain data and test the relationship between employee empowerment and organisational performance. A total of 80 completed questionnaires from the senior HR personnel from 40 organisations in the Gambia took part in the survey. Ten employees were engaged in a face-to-face interview, 2 private and 8 public organisations from among the 40 organisations that participated. Both SPSS and SmartPLS were utilised to analyse data. MGA is used to determine the difference private and public organisations. The study has indicated a significant relationship between employee empowerment and organisational performance. The findings revealed a small but not significant difference between the private and public organisations in their definition of employee empowerment in the Gambia based on MGA report. The findings discovered that the social nature of employees cannot be disputed, and a strong recognition of employees promotes organisation performance. HR department and organisational flexibility relates more to employee’s empowerment and has effect on attitude and behaviour. The study recommends further large-scale research in other environments outside the Gambia.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the faculty of economics and business, Brawijaya University which aimed to determine whether there is a direct effect of leadership behavior on intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and employee performance. In addition, it was done to determine the effect of indirect leadership behavior on employee performance through intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. In this study, the data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale, and then distributed to 65 employees UB. To answer the purpose of this study, the method of analysis used was used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis in this study inform that leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and employee performance. Later in this study it was found that intrinsic motivation variable does not have significant and negative effect on the performance of employees and it is unable to mediate the effect of leadership behavior on employee performance. Meanwhile, extrinsic motivation variable gives positive and significant effect on the performance of employees and it is said that extrinsic motivation is also able to mediate the influence of leadership behaviors on employee performance.
