Â AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of flashcard-assisted flash driven scramble model on student learning outcomes on classification material of VII class of SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Raya. This form of research is true experimental design with posttest-only control design. The research sample is class VII H as experimental class and VII G as control class, with intact group sampling technique. Instruments used multiple choice test amounted to 20 questions. The average of the students' learning outcomes in the experimental class is 17.33, while in the control class is 16.1. The result of t test analysis obtained tcount> ttable is 37.235 > 9.210, meaning there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who were taught using flashcard-assisted flash driven scramble model with those taught using conventional learning model. The effect size is 0.97 with high category, giving 33.40% influence.Keywords: Scramble model, Flashcard, learning outcomes, material Â Â Â Â Â Â Â classification of living creatures

Â AbstractThis research was conducted to test the feasibility of flashcards on the material of various levels of the biodiversity of Indonesia class X. The research methode was descriptive. The flashcard contained material of various levels of the biodiversity of Indonesia class X including the information of the fruits of kancing baju (Etlingera elatior) ketipan (lansium parasiticum) dan tamang hutan (Ardisia pterocaulis). Flashcard Â was evaluated by five validators and used Lawshe method. The questioner consisted of 12 criteria with six aspects. The scores CVR and CVI were 0.99. It indicated the feasibility of flashcards was categorized valid and can be used as learning media for material of various levels of biodiversity of Indonesia.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Keywords: Flashcard, rare fruits, Biodiversity.

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the feasibility of leaflet media on biodiversity material in class X SMA from the result of morphology, nutrient content and fruit fiber of dadamuk (Microcos latifolia Burret), kariampuk (Sandoricum borneense Miq.) and menjalin (Salacia fruticosa Wall.). This research was descriptive method using purposive sampling technique. Made leaflet followed by validation carried out inÂ two stages, namely instrument validation and media with three aspects (content, language and construction). Consisting and criteria leaflet validated by five validators,two lecturers of Biology Education FKIP Tanjungpura University and three Biology teachers one subject in Pontianak City and two in Bengkayang District. Data a validation was analyzed using of Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI) formulas. Leaflet validation result obtained the value of CVR and CVI was achieved a value of 0.95. Therefore the leaflet was valid and feasible to used as a learning media on biodiversity material in high school.Keywords: Leaflet, Biodiversity, Dadamuk, Kariampuk, Menjalin.

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the feasibility of pop up book media on biodiversity material of high school in class X students from the morphology and nutrient content as well as fruit fiber ofÂ randum (Ceiba pentandra Gaertn), salak hutan (Salacca affinis), and arok putih (Ficus schwarzii Koord), found in Sibohe Pajintan Singkawang forest, Singkawang City, West Kalimantan. The research was descriptive by using purposive sampling technique with two stages, namely instrument validation and media validation. Pop up book Media was validated by five validators with 12 criteria and calculated using CVR and CVI Lawshe analysis methods. The validators were two biology education lecturers, while the other three validators were high school biology teachers the 2013 curriculum. UsingÂ questionnaires containing six aspects and 12 criteria were used as instrument. The results of instrument validation showed that the questionnaire could be used and corrected while the results of the validation of the pop up book media obtained CVR and CVI value of 0.99 which corresponded to the minimum CVR value of Lawshe for five validators, so the pop up book media was categorized valid and feasible as a learning media for biodiversity material in class X high school.Keywords:Biodiversity, Pop up book, Randum, Salak Hutan, dan Arok Putih

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the feasibility of booklet as the media based on morphology for tepo, kereke and pirit and nutrient fruit tepo, kereke and pirit on the materials of different levels of biodiversity of tenth grade of Senior High School. This research is a descriptive study. Data collection were done y using the validation instrument. The validation were done by 5 validators. 2 validators are the lecturers of biology education, while 3 others are the high school biology teachers using curriculum 2013 for tenth grade . The results of the validation booklet with 6 aspects ie consistency, format, organization, attraction, font size, space is empty and 13 criteria got CVR value = 0.99 according to the minimum value of the CVR Lawshe to 5 validators is 0.99 so media booklet were categorized as valid and declared as viable media for learning on the various levels of biodiversity material of tenth grade of Senior High School. This research aimed to produce a feasible learning set used on scope biology material in Xth Grade of SMA. The learning set extended over documentary film medium, lesson plan, student worksheet, and evaluation test on scope biology material in Xth Grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila. Research menthod was performed with descriptive analysis in the form of validity and learning set effectivity. From the result of the research yielded: learning set in the form of documentary film medium, lesson plan, student worksheet, evaluation test, were feasible to use as leraning set on scope biology material in Xth Grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila. The set effectiveness, resulted an average score of study archievement by the amount of 75,78 and as much as 83,37% of students who have been attained their KKM.Keywords: feasible learning, scope of biology, validity, effectivity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa pendidikan biologi melalui pembelajaran berbasis praktikum pada mata kuliah taksonomi tumbuhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa reguler A program studi Â pendidikan biologi semester IV tahun akademik 2012/2013 FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak yang terdiri dari 33 orang. Data mengenai keterampilan proses mahasiswa diperoleh dari tes tertulis. Untuk mengetahui deskripsi keterampilan proses mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran berbasis praktikum digunakan analisis deskriptif dengan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persentase keterampilanÂ proses pada setiap indikator berada dalam kategori sedang yaitu sebesar 46.75%. Indikator keterampilan proses sains yang berada pada kategori tinggi yakni memprediksi sebesar 69.69%, sedangkan yang berada pada kategori sangat rendah yakni hipotesis sebesar 12.12%. Secara berurutan persentase indikator keterampilan proses dari hasil penelitian, yaitu memprediksi (69.69%), mengamati (66.66%), merencanakan percobaan (57.57%), keterampilan menyimpulkan (54.54%), mengajukan pertanyaan (39.39%), interpretasi data (27.27%) dan hipotesis(12.12%). This purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of inquiry model to improve the students` activity and comprehension of concept on the material about food digestion system to the eight year students (class VIII) of SMP Negeri 1 Sukadana in academic year 2008/2009. The sample of this research consists of one class that is class VIII A. The tool of data collecting forms essay test that consists 6 items. The essay test has been validated by 2 validators and it had reliability 0,47 or categorized sufficient. Based on the result of data analysis, the students` comprehension of concept on the material is 64,53% and includes good category. Meanwhile, the students` activity percentage is 85,15% and includes active category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of inquiry model can improve the students` activity and comprehension of concept on the material about food digestion system.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan respon siswa terhadap modul berbasis discovery learning materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan tumbuhan. Metode yang digunakan Research and Development mengacu pada Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi 7 tahapan meliputi penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan draftÂ produk, uji coba lapangan awal, revisi hasil uji coba, uji coba lapangan dan revisi produk operasional. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMAN 4 Pontianak, MAN 2 Pontianak dan SMA Mujahidin, dengan uji coba lapangan awal berjumlah 9 orang, sedangkan uji coba lapangan utama berjumlah 36 orang. Hasil validasi modul dari setiap aspekÂ kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, sajian, dan kegrafisan memperoleh nilai sebesar 1,00 dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil respon uji coba lapangan awalÂ sebesar 81,73%, dan Â uji coba lapangan utama 82,16%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul berbasis discovery learning layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan tumbuhan dan mendapatkan respon dengan kategori sangat kuat.

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan Biocard terhadap hasil belajar dan keterampilan argumentasi siswa pada materi Klasifikasi Makhluk Hidup kelas VII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari. Bentuk penelitian adalah Quasy Experimental Design dengan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 2 kelas, yaitu kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol dan VII C sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan soal tes. Analisis data menggunakan Effect Size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen sebesar 16,04 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol 13,74. Hal ini menunjukkan model make a match berbantuan biocard memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Keterampilan argumentasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan argumentasi Toulmin yaitu menilai aspek data,claim,warrant dan backing. Hasil penelitian keterampilan argumentasi kelas eksperimen menunjukkan kriteria baik (70,82%), sedangkan pada kelas kontrol dengan kriteria cukup (68,40%). Dapat disimpulkan model make a match berbantuan biocard berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan argumentasi siswa.Â Abstract The research aimed to determine the application of the Biocard-aided Make A Match learning model to the learning outcomes and students' argumentation skills in the Classification of Living Class VII material of Kemala Bhayangkari Middle School. The research sample consisted of 2 classes, VII B as a control class and VII C as an experimental class. Data collection techniques used test questions. Data analysis used Effect Size. The results showed the average score of the experimental class learning outcomes was 16.04 while that of the control class was 13.74. This shows the biocard-aided make a match model has a significant influence on student learning outcomes. Argumentation skills in this study use Toulmin's argumentation, namely assessing aspects of data, claims, warrant and backing. The results of the experimental class argumentation skills showed good criteria (70.82%), whereas in the control class with sufficient criteria (68.40%). It can be concluded that the make a match model aided by biocard affects the student's argumentation skills.
