Abstract

Oil spills in the strategic area of Natuna have continued to increase in recent years, causing significant ecological, economic, and geopolitical impacts. However, Indonesia's marine pollution detection system still relies on conventional methods that are limited spatially, temporally, and operationally. This study aims to analyze the potential implementation of Artificial Intelligence, especially the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model based on satellite imagery, to improve the effectiveness of oil spill monitoring and strengthen national Maritime Situational Awareness (MSA). The research uses a qualitative approach through literature studies, strategic analysis, and Natuna case studies. Secondary data were collected from scientific articles, reports from national institutions, international platforms such as EMSA and Copernicus, and data on Natuna pollution incidents for the 2019–2023 period. The analysis was carried out through thematic analysis, comparative analysis, strategic analysis, and case-based reasoning. The results show that CNN has high accuracy in detecting oil spill patterns from Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 imagery and has the potential to provide valid digital documentation for rapid response and legal proceedings. Further analysis revealed that AI integration is technically feasible for application in the TNI Pusinformar system, although it requires strengthening infrastructure, human resources, SOPs, and data security. The discussion emphasizes that AI application can improve data-based diplomacy, environmental law enforcement, and Indonesia's maritime surveillance capacity; thus, a national roadmap and supporting policies are needed for operational implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of ERP SAP HR in improving the effectiveness of employee training management in the HR and General Division of DAOP III Cirebon. The study used a qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques to select eight informants who were directly involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training as well as users of SAP/RAILEO ERP. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using NVivo 12 software to identify patterns, themes, subthemes, and linkages between aspects of training management. The results show that SAP ERP supports administrative efficiency, data integration, participant monitoring, and data-driven decision-making. However, the effectiveness of training management is not optimal because there are still manual processes that cause delays in information and gaps between system data and field practice. The Training Center/Training Center has full authority to maintain the security and uniformity of national training, but the limited flexibility for DAOP III hinders responsiveness to local needs. Granting limited access to SAP TEM, reducing manual mechanisms, improving SAP modules, strengthening user capacity, and implementing system integrity dashboards are recommended to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of training management. Follow-up research is recommended to explore the long-term impact of ERP SAP on its competencies, performance, and integration with other HR development programs at PT KAI.

Abstract

Kombucha menggunakan kultur simbiotik (SCOBY) memiliki aktivitas antibakteri. Fermentasi kombucha dipengaruhi konsentrasi, suhu dan waktu untuk mendapatkan produk metabolit. Bunga rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) mengandung senyawa bioaktif yang memiliki aktivitas antibakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh suhu, waktu dan konsentrasi fermentasi kombucha rosella terhadap aktivitas antibakteri E. coli. Fermentasi kombucha rosella dilakukan dengan variasi konsentrasi 30, 40, dan 50%, suhu fermentasi 25, 4, dan 37°C, dan lama fermentasi 7, 14, dan 21 hari. Uji aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan menggunakan metode difusi cakram dan dilusi. Pengamatan kebocoran ion dilakukan dengan Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh konsentrasi, suhu dan waktu, terhadap ketebalan SCOBY. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi, suhu dan waktu makin tebal SCOBY, hasil konsentrasi 50%, suhu 37°C dan waktu 21 hari menghasilkan ketebalan SCOBY 1,3 cm. Pengaruh konsentrasi, suhu dan waktu, terhadap pH dan % total asam. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi, suhu dan waktu makin tebal asam dan jumlah total asam makin meningkat. Pengaruh konsentrasi, suhu dan waktu, fermentasi kombucha rosella terhadap aktivitas antibakteri E. coli menunjukkan semua hasil fermentasi berbeda secara signifikan dengan kontrol negatif. Kombucha yang difermentasi dengan konsentrasi 50% pada suhu 37°C selama 21 hari memiliki perbedaan signifikan dibanding kelompok lain dalam menghambat E. coli dengan nilai Sig. (p-value) < 0,05. Hasil uji aktivitas antibakteri kombucha uji teraktif pada fermentasi dengan konsentrasi 50%, suhu 37C, hari ke-21 zona hambat sebesar 16,7 ± 0,10 mm. Konsentrasi Bunuh Minimal kombucha rosella pada konsentrasi 25%. Hasil AAS membuktikan adanya kebocoran membran sel dengan peningkatan ion K? dan Ca²? dibandingkan tanpa perlakuan.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to improve the quality and motivation of mathematics learning, especially the addition and subtraction of integers for PKBM Budi Luhur Pekaja Banyumas students. This learning activity is carried out offline at the beginning of the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year by involving 7 (seven) graders. The learning method used is lectures and demonstrations of the use of teaching aids called 'algebra boards'. Algebra board teaching aids are concrete teaching aids resulting from the development of semi-concrete teaching aids, namely the number line that is used to explain the addition and subtraction of integers. The evaluation of the success of the learning activity results is based on the pre-test and post-test scores given to students before and after using the algebra board props. The results of the evaluation showed that the average score of students increased by 64.7% for the material of adding integers and 39.1% for the material of subtracting integers.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity was to provide students with an understanding of the importance of using social media wisely in their school and outside of school life, thereby minimizing various forms of bullying, especially cyberbullying. In this community service activity, students were given an understanding of the definition and forms of cyberbullying, as well as the negative impacts of cyberbullying on victims, perpetrators, and the social environment through educational videos based on local wisdom from Central Kalimantan. The Huma Betang philosophy was used to instill character values ​​such as tolerance, unity, kinship, and mutual respect in digital interactions. This activity not only strengthened understanding of the material but also encouraged students to reflect on their individual and social behavior in the digital space. Overall, this activity successfully fostered students' awareness and commitment to being part of tackling cyberbullying in the school environment and on social media. This demonstrated that students not only understood the material but also possessed the enthusiasm to become agents of change in developing anti-cyberbullying characters.
