Abstract

This research was carried out to test and prove empirically the influence of leverage, sales growth, activity ratio, and liquidity on profit growth which is moderated by firm size. The sample in this research is 15 health sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2019 - 2023 period. This research uses the SEM research method with the Smart PLS application analysis tool. The type of data used by researchers is secondary data in the form of company financial report data. The data used by the research is panel data. Panel data is a combination of time series data and cross-section data. The cross-section data used in this research is 15 companies. Meanwhile, the time series data is from Q1 2019 to Q4 2023. The results of this research are that leverage, sales growth, activity ratio, and liquidity do not affect profit growth. Firm size is unable to moderate the influence of leverage and activity ratio on profit growth. However, Firm Size weakens the influence of sales growth on profit growth. The bigger a company, the weaker or smaller the influence of sales growth on profit growth. The results of this research indicate that firm size can strengthen the influence of liquidity on profit growth. With high liquidity and large company size, the company has a high probability of paying off its debts easily. Apart from that, large companies also have many ideas and experiences in their business, which can support profit generation.

Abstract

The seminar “Understanding the Dangers of Online Gambling and Online Loans”, held as part of the Community Service Program (KKN) in Bantar Gebang Subdistrict, Bekasi, aimed to provide education and raise public awareness of the negative impacts of online gambling practices and the use of illegal online loans. The phenomenon of online gambling has become increasingly widespread in society, especially among the younger generation, posing risks of financial losses, addiction, and social problems. Meanwhile, illegal online loans often offer easy access but burden borrowers with high interest rates and distressing debt collection practices. Through this seminar, participants gained an understanding of the risks, prevention mechanisms, and alternative financial solutions that are healthier and more responsible. This activity is expected to improve the community’s digital and financial literacy, helping them avoid harmful practices and fostering a safer, wiser, and more empowered social environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020–2024. Objek penelitian terdiri dari delapan emiten, yaitu ICBP, INDF, UNVR, MYOR, AMRT, CPIN, GGRM, dan SIMP, dengan total 40 observasi data panel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Panel Least Squares serta koreksi heteroskedastisitas menggunakan Panel EGLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ROA dan EPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan ROE berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan setelah dilakukan koreksi heteroskedastisitas. Secara simultan, ROA, ROE, dan EPS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 75,65%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja profitabilitas perusahaan, khususnya EPS, merupakan faktor utama yang dipertimbangkan investor dalam menentukan nilai saham pada sektor consumer goods.

Abstract

School is a structured system, because schools have components related to each other. The components that are discussed in this case are employees or teachers. The purpose of this study is to create and develop an empirical conceptual model of how transformational leadership and organizational culture can affect performance with innovation as a mediating variable. Sampling is carried out with the sampling technique used in this study is random sampling (probability sampling), namely by simple random sampling. This study used quantitative data with the distribution of questionnaires processed using PLS Software. The results of this study are first, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Second, organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Third, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the innovation of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Fourth, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on the innovation of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Fifth, Innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Sixth, transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on performance through the innovation of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Seventh, organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on performance through the innovation of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of inflation, exchange rate, BI rate, and SBM commodity prices moderated by profitability on the value of companies in the animal feed sub-sector industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022. Using quantitative methods and Eviews for data analysis, the study tests eight hypotheses to determine the relationships and moderating effects. The results show no significant effect of inflation on PBV, a significant negative effect of exchange rate on PBV, a significant positive effect of the BI rate on PBV, and a significant positive effect of SBM commodity prices on PBV. Moreover, the interaction between inflation and profitability shows a significant negative effect on PBV, while the interactions between exchange rate and profitability, and SBM commodity prices and profitability, show no significant effects. The interaction between BI rate and profitability shows a significant positive effect on PBV. These findings provide insights into the dynamics of macroeconomic variables and company value in the animal feed sub-sector, suggesting avenues for further research and implications for policy and investment strategies.

Abstract

The big challenge faced by local governments in this era of globalization is how to display professional apparatus, the ability to hold bureaucratic ethics in the task of fulfilling the aspirations of the community. This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and trust on community satisfaction in commitment mediation in Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the distribution of questionnaires and the results are processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study concluded that service quality does not have a significant influence on community satisfaction either directly or through commitment, while trust has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction both directly and through commitment. Emphasizing the importance of increasing public trust in public services to increase public satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance before and after Covid-19 in sub-automotive and component manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The financial ratios used are the Current Ratio, Debt to equity Ratio, Return on Assets, and total asset turnover. the type of data used is quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method in order to obtain 12 companies as a sample of 14 companies listed on the IDX. The data analysis method used in this study was descriptive analysis using the different test method using the paired sample t-test and the Wilcoxon sign rank test to determine the hypothesis that was previously tested for normality. The results of data analysis show that liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity in automotive and component companies listed on the IDX had differences before and after Covid-19.

Abstract

This journal aims to assess the impact of financial performance on stock prices in companies within the banking, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period of 2018-2020. The study encompasses various financial performance indicators with the intent of comprehending how variables contribute to stock price fluctuations. The data analyzed is sourced from the annual financial reports of companies listed on the BEI during the research period. Through meticulous statistical analysis, this journal seeks to provide an in-depth understanding of how financial performance influences the stock value of companies in different sectors. The hope is that the findings of this research will offer valuable insights to various stakeholders, including investors, corporate management, and regulators, aiding them in making strategic decisions related to investment and risk management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan utang terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 22 perusahaan sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2022. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 17 perusahaan sektor telekomunikasi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019-2022. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan tahun 2019-2022 yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia atau IDX. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya kebijakan utang (DER) yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan kinerja keuangan (current ratio) dan ukuran perusahaan (size) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Namun secara simultan semua variabel bebas yaitu kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan utang berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat nilai perusahaan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perbankan adalah sektor yang memiliki peranan penting dalam roda pergeraka perekonomian nasional. Perkembangan dunia perbankan saat ini semakin pesat dan modern, sehingga tercipta terobosan dan inovasi agar operasional bank semakin efektif adalah mendapatkan dana dari investor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa pegaruh NPL (Non Performing Loan), EPS (Earning Per Share) dan PER (Price Earning Ratio) Terhadap Harga Saham PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). Per-Quartal dari tahun 2012-2022. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini ada 44 dari Q1-Q4 tahun 2012-2022. Metode penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPL, EPS dan PER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, secara simultan dan parsial. Sebagai rekomendasi, sebaiknya para investor dapat memperhatikan dan menganalisis NPL, EPS dan PER serta pergerakan harga saham untuk memperoleh keuntungan. Kata kunci : NPL, EPS, PER, Harga Saham ABSTRACT Banking is a sector that has an important role in the movement of the national economy. The development of the banking world is currently increasingly rapid and modern, so that breakthroughs and innovations are created so that bank operations are more effective in obtaining funds from investors. The purpose of this study was to determine what is the effect of NPL (Non Performing Loan), EPS (Earning Per Share) and PER (Price Earning Ratio) on the Share Price of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). Quarterly from 2012-2022. The number of samples in this study were 44 from Q1-Q4 in 2012-2022. Associative research method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS program. The results showed that NPL, EPS and PER had a significant effect on stock prices, simultaneously and partially. As a recommendation, investors should be able to pay attention and analyze NPL, EPS and PER as well as stock price movements to gain profits. Keyword: NPL, EPS, PER, Stock Price
