Abstract

Wacana penanaman nilai-nilai karakter bukanlah baru dalam Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Hal itu dimotivasi oleh kesadaran nasional akan pentingnya pembinaan karakter generasi muda sebagai jaminan kekuatan bangsa. Tujuannya, untuk berkembangnya potensi pembelajar menjadi manusia beriman dan bertakwa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga Negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab, sesuai amanat UU Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Hal ini mengisyaratkan bahwa yang pertama ditanamkan adalah nilai-nilai kebenaran dan kebaikan universal, tanpa formalisasi sumbernya. Karya sastra merupakan salah satu sumber yang sarat dengan pesan-pesan moral yang dapat digali untuk menemukan kebenaran yang bersifat penawaran, untuk ditransfer kepada peserta didik. Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam karya sastra dapat ditanamkan kepada peserta didik melalui penghayatan emotif tanpa harus diceramahi. Syair-syair Abu al-‘Atâhiyah merupakan salah satu karya sastra yang sarat dengan pesan-pesan moral yang dapat digali dan diimpelementasikan dalam pendidikan, baik formal maupun non-formal  -------------------------Discourse of the implementation of character values on the National Educational System is not a new agenda. It is indicated that the first value should be implemented is universal truth without formulating the source. Literature works is one of sources which full of moral teaching and can be analyzed to find out the truth, and transferred to the students. The values of educational character on literature work can be implemented to students through emotional analysis. Abu al-‘Atâhiyah poems is one of literary works which full of moral teaching and can be analyzed and implemented on education, both formal and non-formal schools.

Abstract

This article attempts to elaborate the existence of dhikr along with its meaning performed and hold by the members of the Majelis Pengkajian Tauhid Tasawuf Indonesia under the auspices of the Tarekat Naqshaband?yah Kh?lid?yah in Gorontalo City. The study indicates that dhikr is a substantially mandatory ritual that must be performed by the followers of the tarekat. In this point they interpret the meaning of dhikr within various arguments. The tarekat members who reached what so-called the level of tawh?d ?aq?dah argue that dhikr is an important matter which brings about positive energy and leads its performers to discover true religious spirituality. They believe that the positive energy becomes significantly determinant factor and it has relevance to solve the problems of daily life. On the other side, the tarekat members who have reached the level of taw??d ??fi interpret dhikr as a spiritual obligation which orients its performers to lovingness and intimacy with God. To the urban society of Gorontalo dhikr is viewed as a mindset which emphasizes that within spiritually sacred realm, on one hand, dhikr provides a positive indication which is coherently compatible with the profane reality of their life on the other.

Abstract

This study aimed to prove the effectiveness of the application of the group investigation learning model in improving students' interpersonal skills. The sample of this study was 116 students, which was determined by a simple random sampling technique. This experimental research used pre-test post-test Control Group Design. Data were obtained by direct observation of the interpersonal skills of students during the learning process. Final observation score of interpersonal skills is 0.026 and the t value count greater than t table (2.272>1.980). Thus, there are differences in interpersonal skills between the experimental class and the control class. This means that the use of the group investigation model is effective in improving students' interpersonal skills.

Abstract

Abstract

Discourse of the implementation of character values on the National Educational System is not a new agenda. The implementation has motivated by the national awareness about the importance of character building toward the young generation as the guarantees for nation strength. The aim is to improve students’ potency and build them to be piety to Allah SWT, to have good personality, to be healthy, intellectual, smart, and creative, be autonomous, and become democratic citizen, responsible, in accordance with the message on the law of National Education system. It is indicated that the first value should be implemented is universal truth without formulating the source. Literature works is one of sources which full of moral teaching and can be analyzed to find out the truth, and transferred to the students. The values of educational character on literature work can be implemented to students through emotional analysis. Abu al-‘Atâhiyah poems is one of literary works which full of moral teaching and can be analyzed and implemented on education, both formal and non-formal schools.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the implementation of the model of reflective moral inquiry design in PAI learning. The reflective of the model of moral inquiry model design was developed based on reflective and self-analytical concepts with moral dilemmas approach that occur in daily life as a problem that must be solved by students through learning. This model is expected to make PAI learning more meaningful, students' knowledge about religious teachings can be a source of values ​​and driving behavior for students in real life. But in fact, the implementation of PAI learning is more dominant in initiating the achievement of the knowledge aspect because the teacher's mindset is still using teacher-centered in implementing learning.

Abstract

This article focuses on the contribution of the peace school program as one of the implementations of religious moderation strategies in schools. This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach was applied using structured interviews and documentation studies at SMUN Sugihwaras Bojonegoro as a pilot school for the peace school program. The empirical data illustrates the concept of the peace school program, the implementation of the peace school program, and the contribution of the peace school program as a strategy for implementing religious moderation in schools. This study found that the peace school program is one of the programs that significantly contributes to realizing the implementation of religious moderation in schools. This program implements the concept of religious moderation that focuses on inculcating and internalizing the values ​​of tolerance and peace. This program targets the three main pillars of the education process: policies, practices of tolerance and peace in the school environment, and the management of student organizations.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang bermutu masih merupakan salah satu masalah nasional yang dihadapi oleh bangsa Indonesi dewasa ini.Berbagai usaha telah dilakukan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.Mulai dari perubahan undang-undang yang disertai komponen-komponen normatifnya, pembaharuan kurikulum nasional, perbaikan mutu ketenagaan, hingga sarana/prasarana sekolah sudah dilakukan.Namun itu semua masih jauh dari kata memadai, dan hasil pendidikan justru belum menjamin terwujudnya watak generasi bangsa Indonesia yang berkarakter.Dari asumsi ini maka dalam konsep pembelajaran penting untuk mengintegrasikan muatan pelajaran dengan nilai-nilai luhur yang mencerminkan karakter bangsa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin menelusuri dan mencari jawaban tentang pertanyaan seberapa besar strategi pengelolaan motivasional: suatu tinjauan konseptual pendidikan Islam.Selain itu dipertanyakan seberapa besar peran pendidik dalam menyusun strategi pengelolaan motivasional guna tercapainya interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik, serta bagaimana membangkitkan dan menumbuhkan keyakinan siswa dalam meningkatkan motivasinya. Dari beberapa pertanyaan itu dapat ditelusuri bahwa pendidik sebagai inspirator dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama pendidika Islam. dimana guru yang menjadi inspirator harus mampu memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik agar mereka mampu mengembangkan kreativitasnya dalam mengahadapi persaingan global.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat strategi kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo, factor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo dan Solusi dari Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran Guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi kepala Madrasah dalam peningkatan mutu guru,yaitu: 1) Keadaan mutu guru yaitu jumlah guru keseluruhan 68 orang, berijazah S1 50 orang, S2 18 orang . guru yang PNS 52 orang, dan guru yang GTT 14 orang. Semua guru membuat Silabus, RPP, penilai dan Jurnal. 2) Strategi Kepala Madrasah dalam peningkatan guru, a) Menyelenggarakan penataran (workshop) Madrasah. b) Memberi kesempatan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan pendidikannya. c) menyarankan guru agar melanjutkan ke S2. d) mningkatkan sikap profesionalisme guru. Yaitu kepala Madrasah menjalankan supervise untuk penilain guru setiap satu semester , dan e) menyarankan agar guru selalu rajin membaca, dan belajar, 3) kendala yang dihadapi kepala Madrasah dalam peningkatan mutu guru, antara lain: kemampuan teknologi guru yang kurang, kedisiplinan guru kurang jarak rumah dengan Madrasah jauh. (4) solusi yang diberikan oleh kepala Madrasah dalam peningkatan mutu guru yaitu menganjurkan guru agar kursus komputer, memberikan pembinaan, motivasi, ,dan saran agar guru berangkat lebih pagi dari rumahnya.
