Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pendidikan karakter dalam perspektif al-Qur’an melalui tafsir al-Azhar, sehingga pemahaman terhadap pendidikan karakter lebih bervariasi dan lebih komprehensif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) yang datanya didapat dari kajian literature dengan pendekatan secara teoritis dan filososfis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam Q.S Luqman ayat 12-19 Tafsir Al-Azhar karya Hamka tersebut adalah nilai syukur, nilai larangan kufur, nilai tauhid, nilai larangan syirik, nilai memuliakan kedua orang tua, nilai taat kepada kedua orang tua, nilai percaya hari pembalasan, nilai perintah salat, nilai melakukan yang ma’ruf dan mencegah yang munkar, nilai sabar, nilai larangan sombong, nilai kesederhanaan dalam kehidupan sosial.

The leadership and managerial ability of the leader of an educational institution is one of the determinants of the development of the educational institution. This study aims to describe the portrait of educational management from Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri in developing educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods are observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data is analyzed by data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed that Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri was a person who had a broad understanding of leadership and management, including management of education. This is indicated by its ability to develop educational institutions to carry out managerial functions of education management in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating and monitoring. The application process by Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri is a process of adaptation in accordance with the conditions and challenges of future education. Kepemimpinan dan kemampuan manajerial pimpinan suatu lembaga pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu perkembangan lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan potret manajemen pendidikan dari Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, presentasi, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri adalah orang yang memiliki pemahaman luas dalam kepemimpinan dan manajemen, termasuk manajemen pendidikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh kemampuannya mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan untuk melaksanakan fungsi manajerial manajemen pendidikan dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi dan evaluasi serta pemantauan. Proses aplikasi oleh Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri adalah proses adaptasi sesuai dengan kondisi dan tantangan pendidikan ke depan.

This paper elaborates on the reality of the Mopo'alati tradition in Gorontalo. It expresses respect, hopes to the sacred, and supernatural. This tradition is celebrated once a year in the month of Muharram by Muslim communities on the coast of Molotabu as an expression of gratitude and prayer of salvation in facing a hard life and challenging sea. The study used a qualitative descriptive method through ethnographic design in order to understand deeply the philosophy of the tradition and its correlation with world life. Mopo’alati tradition is urgent to be studied in order to identify the inconsistency values deviates from Islam and encouraged the ritual ceremony to Islamic nuance. The finding illustrates that Gorontalo society is very fanatical about Islam, thus all mental-spiritual activities, social activities, and traditions must be based on the philosophy of “Adati hulo huloa to Syara’ah, Syara’ah hula hula’a to Qur’ani”. It means the custom bases on religious values and the religious values base on Alquran. This philosophy contains the very deep meaning of tauhid (God's values). On another side, Gorontalo society defenced the ancestor's tradition even though it deviated from Islamic values. Nowadays, Mopo’alati tradition is packaged in a ritual format by giving a more objective moral light. The ceremony was started by doing two rakaat of unobligation pray, reciting al-Waqi’ah verse, al-Rahman verse, and Yasin verse, reciting zikir, and closed by reciting safety pray. Mopo’alati ceremony was closed by giving food, cakes, and money which collected in a ceremony to poor people around the village.

This article aims to explore the Chinese ways of being Muslim, from buildingthe Cheng Hoo mosque to serving Islamic education and media literacy. Inthe current millennial disruption era, the role of communication medialiteracy in the contemporary Indonesian Chinese Muslim community needsto be studied further, especially its role in supporting the status of being goodChinese Muslim. This article is also intended to discuss the Chinese ways offostering converts and Chinese Muslims through both communication medialiteracy and information technology literacy. Through media analysis method,communication media literacy is part of communication which is based on whosays what, in which channel, to whom, with what effects. This research finds outthat communication media literacy is used by the Indonesian Chinese Muslimcommunity through the publication of Cheng Hoo magazine, WhatsApp ForumPITI Jatim, website, and Facebook. All of these media are used and have asignificant effect on the relation, interaction, aspiration, and communicationbetween the Chinese Muslim community and Chinese non-Muslim community,and the Chinese Muslim community with non-Chinese Muslims in Indonesia.Moreover, the Chinese ways of being good Muslims could also be understoodfrom various ways in establishing Cheng Hoo Mosque, Islamic educationservices based on Chinese community from Kindergarten, Islamic ElementarySchool, Pesantren, and routine or regular discussions.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana cara-cara orangTionghoa menjadi Muslim dari upaya pembangunan masjid Cheng Hoo hinggapelayanan pendidikan Islam dan literasi media. Di era disrupsi milenial sepertisaat ini, peran literasi media komunikasi dalam komunitas Tionghoa Muslimdi Indonesia kontemporer perlu dikaji lebih lanjut, khususnya perannya dalammendukung menjadi muslim Tionghoa yang baik. Paper ini juga bertujuanuntuk membahas cara Tionghoa dalam pembinaan mualaf dan MuslimTionghoa melalui literasi media komunikasi dan teknologi informasi. Melaluimetode analisis media, literasi media komunikasi merupakan bagian darikomunikasi yang berbasis pada siapa bicara apa, kapan, di mana dan melaluimedia apa serta apa dampaknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasimedia komunikasi yang digunakan komunitas Tionghoa Muslim di Indonesiamelalui penerbitan majalah Cheng Hoo, WhatsApp Forum PITI Jatim, Website dan Facebook. Semua media tersebut digunakan dan memiliki dampak signifikanbagi relasi, interaksi dan komunikasi antara komunitas Tionghoa Muslimdengan Tionghoa non-Muslim dan komunitas Tionghoa Muslim dengan non-Tionghoa Muslim di negeri ini. Lebih dari itu, cara Tionghoa menjadi Muslimyang baik juga terlihat dalam beberapa pelayanan pendidikan Islam berbasiskomunitas Tionghoa di Indonesia dari Taman Kanak-Kanak, Sekolah DasarIslam, pengajian rutin, dan Pesantren.

This article aims to elaborate the existence of karawo art development in improving the economy of the people of Gorontalo. The method used is a qualitative approach used by researchers because the data that has been collected both through observation and interviews are then described in words by first analyzing sharply the data that has been collected. The results showed that the art of karawo was considered very good so that it could improve the economy of the people of Gorontalo. Apart from being in demand by foreign and domestic tourists. Likewise, the local community shows a very good interest, they use the karawo at official (formal) events be it seminars or scientific activities, as well as at other events such as weddings, and are even used as work clothes by employees and ASN in several offices at each. Thursday. This is supported by the local government's policy of requiring ASN in the local government environment as well as promoting it through cooperation with various parties including travel agencies, as well as tourism service providers (tour guides), promotion can also be done through social media.

Nowadays, vocational education and the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) are an interesting topic to discuss for contributing to the ASEAN future. This article explores the vocational education in Indonesia facing ASEAN Economic Community. Vocational education is clearly significant not only to help the government but also to determine the future direction of the people and the nation. This article describes the condition of vocational education in facing ASEAN Economic Community. Also, this article explores the strategic roles in the development of vocational education in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) era for the benefit of the nation which is expected by all, especially for society, nation, and the world through reviewing references and literature books, news, journals and opinions in mass media and various related publications and sources. The article discusses the contributions from all stakeholders of education from civil society organizations in Indonesia that are very significant for facing AEC. Implications for educational policies on vocational education are also presented.

Implementasi Pembelajaran Model Kooperatif Group Investigation dalam pembelajaran shalat. Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam skripsi adalah Bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran model kooperatif Group Investigation dalam cara sholat, Apa kendala penggunaan pembelajaran model kooperatif Group Investigation dalam pembelajaran shalat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Model Kooperatif Group Investigation serta dibahas dengan metode deskriftif analisis dalam bentuk pemaparan data yang dikumpulkan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan Pembelajaran Model Kooperatif Group Investigation, Pemahaman Tentang Sholat secara umum telah berjalan dengan baik. Semua guru dan kepala sekolah melakukan kegiatan tersebut. Penerapannya dilakukan di dalam kelas dan diluar kelas. Bentuknyapun bermacam-macam. Dari menasehati, memotivasi bahkan sampai pemberian hadiah dan sangsi telah dilakukan.. Jika kelas tersebut belum layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran maka terlebih dahulu akan dilakukan pembenahan atau pengaturan ruang kelas sampai benar-benar teratur dan siap untuk digunakan belajar. Kondisi siswa juga tidak luput dari perhatian Guru-guru ketika akan memulai suatu pembelajaran.

Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Untuk sumber data penulis peroleh dari kepustakaan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik finding. Adapun model analisis data yang dilakukan penulis adalah bersifat deduktif dan induktif. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kepala sekolah selaku pimpinan dalam melakukan controlling atau pengendalian pendidikan, sehingga proses kegiatan dalam manajemen sekolah tetap terus berjalan secara optimal. Fungsi dan tujuan dari pengendalian pendidikan adalah sebagai usaha pemeriksaan atas jalannya planning dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan untuk menyingkirkan hasil yang lebih buruk. Dalam hal ini, Al-Quran memberikan peringatan keras agar hal yang dapat merugikan lembaga ataupun stakeholder tidak terjadi. Tuntutan Al-Quran lebih dahulu pada intropeksi, evaluasi diri pribadi sebagai seorang pemimpin apakah sudah sejalan dengan pola dan tingkah berdasarkan perencanaan dan program yang telah dirumuskan semula. Seyogyanya menunjukkan sikap yang bersahabat dalam menjalankan tugas, selanjutnya mengadakan pengecekan atau memeriksa kerja anggotanya.

Abstract Islamic studies that discuss the issue of traffic education in contemporary Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia are necessary to be followed up more seriously. In this context, the main purpose of this research is to find out what and how the problems of traffic as well as traffic education in Indonesia? What is the urgency of developing a traffic education curriculum in an Islamic perspective? This paper is written using qualitative data which is based on references and literature on books, news, journals and opinions in the mass media and other relevant sources in the study of the development of the traffic education in contemporary Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia. The results of the study show that: First, the problem of traffic education in Indonesia is very complex. From day to day, we know that the number of accidents has not yet dropped significantly.Even the highest accident rates occur in the age of students and school children. Secondly, the development of a traffic education curriculum in an Islamic perspective is very urgent given the many problems caused by the many factors underlying traffic accidents. Muslims and Islamic education institutions in this country should take a role of the awareness of students and schoolchildren to carefully keep trying to realize, know and obey all traffic rules for the safety and common good. Leadership is a form of scientific and artistic study, which explains how to become a leader who can be a good example for others. Leadership is the ability that a person has in creating a comfortable environment and being able to influence a group or other people in achieving the desired goals. In the process of influencing, this is done by arranging sentences and words, then providing exemplary examples for those they lead through advice on policies that have been agreed upon jointly.In order for an organization to be successful and achieve the goals set based on the Al- Qur'an and Hadith, leaders have a big responsibility. A leader has great authority in running a company. This includes supervision, operation, regulation and institutional structuring. The personality of a leader is compared to the face of an organization. In the view of society, especially the individuals they lead, the organization will also have a positive reputation if its leaders excel. Therefore, in this situation it is very important for a leader to understand and master the ideas, components and characteristics of leadership from a leadership perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to provide a clearer explanation regarding the meaning, theory, components, characteristics and application of leadership attitudes in terms of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Research from libraries and literature reviews were used in this research. Because the information or sources used to compile this article—such as books, journals, and other materials—come from libraries, it is called library research.

Abstract
